Signs Of The Times! by Myra Boozer

One of the greatest signs we have in this day concerning the End Times is the evil and corrupt spirit that prevails in our world. It is so unified in setting up this new world order. An order without decency, truth, and justice. One filled with deceit and hypocrisy. Closer to the end it will be where only those who deny God and His ways will be accepted by this world system.

This system is being fueled by selfish individuals who want nothing to do with Truth or Righteousness. They are all about controlling and promoting what they think is acceptable. They want to make all the calls and say what is offensive to them. They don't want any part of God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit or any person who professes Christ.

They don't want to retain God in their minds. So as a Christian, just your existence reminds them of who THEY actually are. They are made aware that God IS, and they will be judged unholy and unrighteous in His sight because of their choices unless they REPENT.

" Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin," Isaiah 30:1.

Jesus wants to be their Savior today. But He will definitely be their Judge one day. I Samuel 15:23, "For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry." God have Mercy on this world. Truly, Signs Of The Times!

Liberation From Our Fleshly Curse! Conclusion

God never intended it to be this way. His plan was for the spiritual and physical to be perfectly joined together. How can that be with the fallen state of mankind? Through faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross, we can walk in the Spirit though we are present in this physical body. Though we live in this physical world, we live and move and have our being in Jesus Christ (Acts 17:28). Through faith in Him, we are sanctified (set apart from the world). Heb. 10:10, “By the which will we are sanctified through the offering of the body of Jesus Christ once for all.” Through faith in Christ, we are regenerated (restored to a sinless state). Titus 3:5, “Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Ghost;” And through the saving grace of the cross, we are justified (just as if we never sinned). Eph. 2:16, “Knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law, but by the faith of Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Jesus Christ,..” Therefore, we can conclude that through Jesus' sacrifice we are restored to the relationship God had with man before the fall. Through Jesus Christ, we can walk in the righteousness of God with His Spirit living in us as our daily guide.

Why is that so important? God wants to walk with us in an intimate relationship. His intention is that His Holy Spirit is our counselor, comfort, rock, strong tower, mighty fortress, deliverer, provider, healer, and anything else we need. “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus,” Phil. 4:19.

I want to note two very important factors in the relationship between God and Adam. 1)There was continued communication between them. 2)Obedience to God's instructions was absolute. When these two principles are observed, the spiritual and physical are perfectly joined together. The failure comes on our part when we either fail to communicate with God or fail to obey His instructions.

Through Jesus Christ, we are liberated from the fleshly curse of sin. We are redeemed, set free from the curse of sin and sin’s punishment. We are free to live and serve Him all the days of this life and the eternity which is to come. Thank You Jesus!

Distractions! by Myra Boozer

If you were at the airport terminal with your bags packed and your ticket in hand would you throw those things aside and grab a taxi and head back home to start a "makeover?" Would you tear down and build a bigger home and plant an orchard? Or start making plans for more training on how to build your career? Not really! Not if your mind and your heart were set, fixed, and determined to make the trip of your life. Say, a trip to your final destination, to the place that Jesus has gone to prepare for you.

Now mind you, we don’t know when the call will come to leave this earth but we can see all the signals are giving the go-ahead. Even if there is a delay at the airport, you don’t go back home. You stay sitting on ready because when the call is given you must be READY!

Are we getting Ready? Many distractions will come to us in many different forms. This is our great challenge, to NOT become entangled with the affairs of this life when we see that day fast approaching. Galatians 5:1, "Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage." The affairs of this world can become a bondage to us, distracting us from our ultimate goal.

The call for all of God's people is about to happen. The call is about to be made for all those "Departing" this sinful world. We are going HOME! 1 Peter 4:7 "but the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer." We must be vigilant, alert, and listening for his call. Don't allow the sounds of Distractions to cause you to miss the Sound of His Coming...Be Ready! youtube.com/watch?v=wZBaMk9tnYs

Liberation From Our Fleshly Curse! Part 2

The world around us can be overwhelming at times, especially in the current state of world affairs. Many questions flood our minds as to where all this is going and what may happen next. If we focus on current events alone, we will become depressed, oppressed, discouraged, and defeated. But when we allow the Holy Spirit to teach us how these events fit into prophecy and the end times, the uncertainty of our future is eliminated. We can move into a relationship with Christ where the spirit and physical realms connect in the perfect plan of God. We can walk in perfect peace with total confidence in the promises of God. Isaiah 26:3, “Thou will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed upon thee.”

What has created such a disconnect from the spirit world? In the Garden of Eden, the spiritual and the physical were perfectly joined together. The disconnect came when man disobeyed specific instructions given to them by God, rebelled against His oversight, and fell into sin. As a result of that disobedience and rebellion, Adam and Eve had to deal with issues of life that God never intended. God never intended that they concern themselves with anything relative to their living and provision (water, food, shelter, clothing). He had already made provision for all their needs and God presented Himself each day to walk with them in the cool of the evening. Anything they needed, God was right there in person to provide.

God's intention was that they dress the garden. We don't know exactly what all that involved but we do know that the environment drastically changed after the sin of disobedience. They went from having everything they needed to providing for themselves through toil, sweat, and tears. The earth itself became a vessel of discipline. They were driven from the perfect climate of the garden to the dry and thirsty land of rebellion where they had to battle the thorns and thistles for food to eat. God cursed the ground because of sin and in the sweat of his face man would have food to eat. And the pain of childbirth for women would be greatly multiplied. Spiritual Slavery Is Real! by Myra Boozer

John 8:34, “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin."

Spiritual slavery is real and cruel. Romans 5:19, “For as by one man's disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.” Because of Adam's disobedience, we were all born into sin. Because of Jesus' obedience, we can be set free. Freedom from this bondage is found in Jesus Christ. He has opened the door for all who will rise up and walk out in faith, believing what He did on the cross for us.

With this freedom comes revelation or understanding of what Paul was talking about in Romans 8:18, "For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us." Amen!

It's really not about us...it’s about Eternity! It's not about us in the respect of what I want or think I may need. It is about my surrender to the one who created me and His plan to rescue me from Hell. It's not about how I feel or if things go my way or not. Remember we can't even begin to compare the sufferings of this present world against the Glory that will be revealed in us!

It's about enduring (whatever) until the end. It's about being delivered from the bonds of spiritual death. Freedom does not mean there are no struggles. It means we shall live and not die. We shall live forever with Him in His Kingdom.

Yes, spiritual slavery is real. Many are suffering and causing others to suffer because of its hold on them. This does not have to be! No one has to die a spiritual death because of sin and its bondage.

John 8:36, "If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

Spiritual Liberation From Our Fleshly Curse!

Romans 13:11, “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed. 12The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light. 13Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying. 14But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.”

We live in the most self-absorbed society in modern times. When we are so self-focused, we can miss the greater plan that God has for all His creation. If we are always focused on I, me, and mine, it is difficult for us to understand the needs of those around us. Our role in God's plan is to affect our world for the cause of Christ. When I am focused on the here and now, the day-to-day issues in my life, it pushes my spiritual connection farther away. If my attention is given fully to the pain in my body, the issues of my relationships, and the responsibilities of daily care and provision for my family, then there is little room for activity in the spirit realm. That is why the Lord invites us to cast all our concerns on Him and exercise our faith in His promises for us.

1 Peter 5:6, “Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. 8Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.” In verse 7, “the word for 'care' in the Greek is 'mer'-im-nah' which means 'anxiety' and it comes from the word 'mer-id'-zo' which means 'to divide or separate into pieces (through the idea of distraction).'”31 “The word for 'careth' in Greek is 'mel'-o' which means 'to care about.' It is a verb which means it is an action word. Jesus understands our needs and cares to the extent that our needs move Him to action.”32

What the scriptures teach and what Jesus taught is that our physical world and our spiritual world are indisputably connected together. Activity in the physical realm affects activity in the spiritual and vis versus. Jesus understands our conflict and He wants to be part of our daily struggles. In the person of the Holy Ghost, He has become our provider, our comfort, our deliverer, our healer, and everything else that we need. Our walk with Christ is not a separate part of our journey in life. When we try to separate the two worlds we create unlimited difficulty for ourselves. Time To Make A Change! by Myra Boozer

Jesus spoke openly to the world, in the synagogues, the temple, on the mountain, on the river banks, at the well, or in a home, wherever there was a need. He spoke to the known world during His thirty-three years on earth, especially the last three years. He spoke with boldness and authority given to Him by His Father. The call was given and many followed Him, although Jesus pointed out those who outwardly appeared righteous to men but within they were full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Those kinds of people were going about, as usual, causing division and opposing the Truth of God's Word, and it is still happening today. People who have their eyes on other people instead of the Lord will be hindered and sometimes throw in the towel. That is not an excuse for not following the Lord, but many use it.

Today many hearts are closed with "Do not disturb signs" when it comes to receiving God's Word. It appears many are driven by society to deny that God even exists. Many are stubborn and rebellious rejecting the Holy Bible as the Word of God, denying that it is written by men as they were inspired by the Holy Ghost. Many are skeptics, doubting the virgin birth of Jesus and doubting that He arose from the dead. Others may say they believe, they just have no "POWER" to live a life of submission to the Lord. This is a reproach to the Name of Christ.

This world is getting further and further from the Truth of God's Word. The time is urgent for those who know anything about the Lord Jesus Christ to make a strong commitment. It is time to make an altar and carry everything to the Lord. If you feel you have been playing church, it is time to get serious. If you have been calling on the Lord only during 911 situations, it is time to refocus and rededicate your life. If you have put Jesus Christ on a shelf and just pull Him down when someone else is talking about Him, it is time to make a change.

Jesus is getting ready to split the Eastern Sky, to take His children home. He is coming for those that are looking for Him. He wants to be your constant friend, one who walks with you and talks with you. He wants to carry your burdens and lift you above the turmoil of this wicked world. He wants to set you free from the bonds of religion and have a personal relationship with you. Matt. 10:37, “He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me. 38 And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me. 39 He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.” Time To Make A Change!

Time To Take A Stand For Truth And Justice!

Will we as a people take a stand for truth and justice? We face a difficult time ahead as political leaders jockey for position, power, and influence. For the most part, it is all just a lot of noise like a sporting event. Each side supports and vehemently defends their team and believes it doesn't matter about the process so long as our team wins. But, it really does matter how we play the game. The game builds character and integrity which embrace truth, justice, and judgment. If the process fails to yield these attributes, how can we expect a government to lead in truth and justice? It is not what we say but what we do that defines us as a person, as a church, and as a nation. God help us!

Truth and justice lay abandoned in the street, discarded as refuse in the gutter. What happened to the promise “to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” and “so help me God?” What happened to the greater good of all men, rather than the selfish and ambitious views of a particular political party or social group? What happened to the preference of others and their needs over the narrow constricted view of what we want? A self-focused mentality has invaded and captured our conscious resolution and thereby affects everything we say and do. Time to Take A Stand For Truth And Justice!

Mercy And Truth Meet Together! by Myra Boozer

Psalm 85:10, “Mercy and truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other.”

Mercy and Truth are met together; righteousness and peace have kissed each other" is one of my favorite scriptures. You know, Truth is so strong and forceful it stands tall but without mercy, it cannot make its way into the heart of man. They go hand in hand and that, my friend, is because of Jesus.

Righteousness (right living) is so hard for many of us. We try to do good and be acceptable in the eyes of God. We all come up short because our goodness is nothing. It is His power that dwells in us. That only comes because of Jesus and I say, "teach me your ways O Lord." Pick me up and put me back on that straight path. When He does, it isn't always pleasant, but usually after tears of repentance “Peace will come so sweetly and Kiss Righteousness.” Peace can't be bought with money or bartered in any way. It only comes when we yield everything over to the Prince of Peace and fully rely on Him.

He is so worthy of our praise! I love you Lord! I treasure your presence that comes down like a dove when my heart is overwhelmed. When those in need come knocking on our door for help, we know who to call on. You are our very present help in time of need and people know that You dwell in this house, our Spiritual house, and physical house. You are here with us. We acknowledge that it is by Your great power that we can help others. Lord, You can do what no other can do and your presence brings Mercy and Truth every time.

Be Full Of The Holy Ghost!

Acts 9:17, “And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.”

The period of time that is just ahead will challenge our faith, our determination, and our spiritual tenacity. Our mission is to publish the Gospel in all the world. That mission will be successful collectively as the Church. God has made provision and guaranteed that Jesus’ commission, that the Church go into all the world and preach the Gospel will absolutely be achieved.

However, if we are to enjoy success in our quest to fulfill God’s plan in our lives, we must be full of the Holy Ghost. The message of the Gospel will continue to be met with increasing resistance and opposition from the powers of darkness. The enemy is pulling out all stops, unleashing inconceivable wickedness, perverseness, and unholy terror in all the world. The buffer and the counterbalance to this onslaught of darkness and horror is the power of the indwelling Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit. Be filled with the Holy Spirit!

Jesus warned His disciples about what was ahead of them. But, He made provision to empower them for the task ahead of them. John the Baptist testified of the baptism of the Holy Ghost which would come after him and by Jesus Christ. Mark 1:7, “...There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose. 8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.” Jesus verified this promise in Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The promise was fulfilled in Acts 2:4, “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Jesus’ promise in Acts 1:8 was not only for the 1st Century believers but is for the Body of Christ today. His promise extends to our time and to the consummation of all things. The power of the Holy Spirit will complete the mission Jesus Christ began and whosoever will receive His message will be saved.

We must take courage and draw our strength from the Holy Spirit as He indwells us. If we ask in faith the Father will strengthen us in the power of His Spirit. He will give us the power to face the enemy of our souls with faith and determination to see the restoration of His power in the churches. We must pray that He will create a hunger in each of us for a renewal of Pentecost in our congregations. I pray that God will make us hungry for Pentecostal restoration that will change families, move our communities and affect entire nations. We desperately need God’s intervention. May we be able to pray, “I desire Your intervention, Oh God, have mercy upon us!” Be Full Of The Holy Ghost!

Come Go With Me! by Myra Boozer

When I see my Blessed Savior, who bled and died for me,

I'll view His nail scarred hands and touch His nail-scarred feet.

What a glorious gathering throughout Eternity.

Won't that be Heaven, Oh, come and go with me.

We'll rest beside the river and eat from the Tree of Life.

We'll sing through the ages and have Eternal Life.

We'll praise His name forever as we look upon His face.

It will be the wonder of His Amazing Grace.

When I think of all the beauties that lie inside that Gate,

I get so excited that I can hardly wait.

To be there with my Jesus and walk the streets of gold,

Won't that be Heaven and don't you want to go?

"And the Spirit and the bride say, Come..." Revelation 22:17.

Choose Eternal Life!

John 3:36, “He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.”

Life just happens! But, serving Jesus Christ requires deliberate action from us. Life will go on all around you and you don’t have to do a thing. You can sit and watch the sun rise and set, and not lift a finger to do anything but life will still go on. Babies are born and death takes others away but life goes on. Some people are thrilled to the heavens about life and others are depressed enough to die but life goes on.

Whether we choose to participate in life or not, life will continue to move forward, moving us into our future and our eternity. But, it does matter the choices each individual makes regarding their life. It is so important that we choose eternal life in Jesus Christ and take deliberate action to serve Him. Believe on Him as your Savior and move into your promised future.

Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. 12 Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. 13 And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.”

Take advantage of the opportunities God gives you today to ensure that your eternity includes Him! Choose Eternal Life!

Do You Believe In The Power Of Jesus? by Myra Boozer

Mark 9:23, “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”

When we believe the Word of God something happens to us. We are changed! We become a new person with a brand new perception of everything. We see things in a totally different way. For instance, when the Word speaks of life we know that through Christ we not only have this life here on earth but we can have Eternal Life with Him in heaven. When we see the word death we know that nothing can separate us from Him, not even death. He lives in us and we are alive in Him even when our physical body has given up this life. We are with Him, to live forever in the place He has gone to prepare for us.

When we believe that Jesus was crucified on the cross of Calvary for our sins...that He died and was put in the tomb but on the 3rd day He arose...we know and understand that we too will one day arise from the grave or be caught up together with Him in the clouds to be FOREVER with Him.

When we believe in the Power of Jesus to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to feed 5,000 with 5 loaves of bread, to open the blind eyes, to make the deaf to hear, to pay the taxes with a gold coin taken from a fishes mouth, to calm the storms by speaking to the waves, to make the lame man walk again. Wow, when we BELIEVE this...when We REALLY believe this We should be able to REST assured that ALL will be well with us...that nothing touches our lives that He is not aware of or that He can't handle.

Because we believe in the POWER of JESUS we can REST and REJOICE. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever... REJOICE AND AGAIN I SAY REJOICE...

The Bride Of Christ Will Be Rapture Ready!

Hebrews 9:28, “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”

The Bride of Christ will be rapture ready but we will determine our individual participation. Only those who are looking for Jesus will see Him at the Rapture. Therefore, we must be ready, watching, and waiting. Rev. 3:3, “Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.” Jesus was speaking to the Church at Sardis, the Body of Christ at Sardis. His instruction is to be ready and watch!

The Scripture teaches us that the end times will be filled with chaos. In the midst of all the turmoil, all the shaking stands the Church, the Body of Christ. The Church is the vehicle chosen by Christ to carry the Gospel to the world. The hope of this world is Jesus Christ as He is manifest in and through the Body of Christ. Jesus will equip and empower His Body to rise up in His Name and do great things even in the midst of darkness and evil. He will preserve the Church until she has completed her mission in the earth and then He will rapture her away.

The Lord Jesus will preserve the Body of Christ, His Bride through all the unrest and destruction coming upon our world. However, Satan will do all within his power to divert our attention away from Christ’s mission. The efforts of the enemy must be thwarted and his uncontrolled exercise of influence inside the churches must be curtailed. Therefore, the Body of Christ must be joined together in an undivided resolve to bombard heaven with prayer, seek for and embrace the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and thrust forward in the unbridled power of obedience in the Holy Ghost. The days ahead will call for unprecedented allegiance to and trust in the promises of Jesus Christ.

The Bride of Christ will be looking for and anxiously awaiting the Bride Groom. The Bride of Christ is made up of all believers. Therefore the Body of Christ is composed of individual believers all over the world. When the Rapture occurs all true believers from everywhere will be caught away regardless of church affiliation. The Body of Christ will be ready. The Holy Spirit will make sure of that.

The purging prior to the appearance of the Bride Groom will ensure that the Bride has made Herself ready. Eph. 5:25, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Through the Word and by the Spirit, The Bride Of Christ Will Be Rapture Ready! Are you ready and watching for His appearing? “...unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time...”

The Spirit Of Anti-Christ! by Myra Boozer

1 John 4:3, “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”

This spirit of anti-Christ is roaming throughout our world today. Many are accepting it and going along with its evil schemes. Do you ever just get sick of this world with all the evil and corruption? It is very difficult to know if the news is real or fake news. Truth has fallen in the streets. What do we believe and who do we trust?

There is so much hatred coming from a society that wants to live a lifestyle THEY have devised. They want nothing said about going against the Word of God and His principles of living holy and acceptable before God. So many are seeking a lifestyle without God or His influence. They seem to have been delivered over to this anti-Christ spirit, accepting every lie and fantasy. They consider themselves to be free to do, say, or act any way they desire and no one has the right to speak against it.

The world is becoming more and more anti-God, anti-Church, and also anti-American. America, where many have put their hopes for their future, for a secure life with family and friends.

America is a place where dreams come true. Not anymore! We have no promise that it will get better, only worse. Sin is raging and evil will abound! The hearts of many will be hardened by neglect, pride, and selfish desires. They will not have time for TRUTH. They have no time to bow before our maker and give Him due respect or love. They have no time for obedience to God’s Word.

God still loves and yearns for all souls to come to repentance. The cross was a horrible sacrifice for Jesus but He gave Himself willingly. He suffered for our Salvation, for our Healing, and our Home that He has gone to prepare. All the provisions He has made will be useless to the person who has no time for Him and His plan for their life now. Only the one who takes time to open their mind and their heart to His precious tugging will benefit from the place that He has prepared. All must open their heart and listen to His voice, follow in His steps and obey His directions. Those who don't will go away into everlasting punishment but the righteous into life eternal. Matt. 25:46, “And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.” Amen!

God's Judgment Is Certain!

Revelation 3:19, “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

God’s judgment doesn't suddenly come upon a person or a people without warning. In the old Testament, when people walked in rebellion or strayed from God’s leadership, He always sent His Prophet to warn them of the consequences of their error and gave them opportunity for correction and change. God showed them where they had wandered from His path and gave them the choice to repent and return to Him. But, He would always inform them of the consequences of their disobedience.

God uses the same principle today. He will warn us and give us the opportunity to make the necessary corrections. He will show us where we missed the mark. In the midst of our situation, we can trace our problem back to a failure on our part, a place in our journey where we made a wrong choice, where we took the wrong path. God, having revealed where we have come up short, will give us the choice to repent and return to Him or suffer the consequences for our disobedience.

God is good and His mercy endures forever to bring salvation to all who will obey. Psalm 106:1, “Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. 2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise? 3 Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. 4 Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;”

God’s desire is for the world to observe how He loves those that will come into a loving, obedient relationship with Him. It is God’s desire also to show the world how He will deal with disobedience. Even in our blatant rebellion, His heart yearns for communion with us. We have not fully understood God's plan for us, if we did we would not pull back.

When the seeds of disobedience are sown they will bring forth fruit in due season. In the midst of our rebellion, He wants to save us for His name's sake. But, you can be sure that whatever we sow will come forth in the time of harvest. Galatians 6:7, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”

You may feel trapped where you are and not where you want to be. Jesus will set you free from whatever holds you fast. Call out to Him. He will deliver today! God’s Judgment Is Certain!

Jesus, My Redeemer! by Myra Boozer

Jesus, Redeemer of all mankind...

We lift your Name on High…

We sing Your song of Truth and Freedom...

We plant our hopes and dreams in the soil of Your Holy Word...

Your provision to care for this garden is etched deep into our hearts…

You are the Master Gardner of our souls...

You are the one who tends to the tender plants of our expectations...

You hold the sun in your hand and the rain is at your command...

The warmth comes in due season and the harvest will be plentiful...

You are always near and never far...

You are always there to guard against the storms and dangers that come to destroy...

You are the Hope of my heart today and forever...

I trust in YOU...

In The name Of Jesus!

John 14:12, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. 13 And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.”

There is power in the name of Jesus! There is power to break every chain. Power to live for Christ and walk in unbridled victory. Free to flow in the Spirit and experience His presence from glory to glory. He leads us up, higher and higher into His Majesty. For having been exposed to His glorious Light we will never be the same.

We are changed in His presence. We can never be the same once His glory has shown upon us. We are changed forever and He has planted such a desire to reach higher. His presence is so addictive that no sooner than you walk away, you have an unquenchable need to return.

And we can return again and again. There is no limit to the glory we can experience in His presence. Simply come to Him in obedience and submission and He will carry you to heights previously unknown. He will reveal to you truths you haven't understood and emotions you've never experienced. But most of all He will reveal Himself to you and in you so that the world around you can see Him and be touched by Him, “that the father may be glorified in the Son.”

Thank You Lord For My Advantage! by Myra Boozer

2 Corinthians 1:3, "Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort: Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God,” This is a powerful word. Thank you Lord!

When I went to read this scripture, I came across a wonderful short story in The Inspirational Study Bible by Max Lucado. Here is a brief review of the story.

Every morning the school bell rang the children arrived very reluctantly...they came on time but never early except for one young girl. She would come to help the teacher get ready for class...she would also stay late and dust the erasers. She was very fond of the teacher and sat close to her, taking in all she could from the lessons. One day as the teacher was dealing with unruly and inattentive students, she used the girl as an example...’Why can't you be like her? She listens. She works. She comes early and she stays late.’ A young boy spoke up from the back of the room. In his quick-to respond manner, he said...’It isn't fair to ask us to be like her.’ The teacher wanted to know Why? The boy then didn't feel so bold as he shrugged and said, ‘She has an advantage.’ The teacher said, ‘And what's that?’ ‘She is an orphan,’ he almost whispered and sat down.”

Now this spoke to me as I continued to read. The boy was correct. She did have an advantage. In the eyes of the world, she was an orphan, alone with no name, no future, no hope. But she knew that school was better than the orphanage. She knew that she appreciated that more than the other children and she considered it very special and was very thankful. She loved the teacher and the time she spent in school. I think because the world otherwise held nothing for her, her tribulation was her advantage.

The world in its self-absorbed lifestyle doesn't have time to come early and stay late at the feet of Jesus. Nor does it have time to do any work for the Lord to show its appreciation. I see myself in this little girl. I was so much in need of love, acceptance, a safe place to be me. Without the Lord being my teacher and my guide, where would I be? I too have an advantage! Every test, every trial, or heartbreak is an advantage when it leads me to Jesus. Jesus is the Master Teacher. I am nothing without Him and His plan for my life because this world is not my home. I do not belong here. I have no desire for its fame or its fortune, no desire for great achievements or fellowship with the world. Thank you Lord for loving me. Thank You For My Advantage!

Our Salvation Is Nearer Than When We Believed!

Romans 13:11, “And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.”

We must understand the task that is before us! The weight of our mission is insurmountable apart from the inspiration, revelation, and anointing of the Holy Spirit. We cannot finish what Jesus began without a visible, recognizable, Holy Ghost discerned spiritual awakening! We must actively solicit participation within the Church and fervently seek God for an “end times” spiritual awakening.

My very soul cries out, “Lord, send Your fire among us! Burn away everything that is unlike You! Reveal to us anything that is displeasing to You!” Let us call out to God with the Psalmist in Psalm 139:23, “Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me, and know my thoughts: 24 And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.” Lord, help us to see ourselves as You see us. And give us the desire and strength to make the necessary corrections.

I pray that God will pour out holy desperation on the Church to fulfill His plan in this hour! Are we willing to be shaped and molded as a vessel that God will choose to use? God can use whoever or whatever He chooses when He chooses. He has utilized various elements in creation as it has served His purpose. He has used animals, birds, fish, and even inanimate objects like a staff or a piece of wood. He has even used some of us when it suited His purpose. But, we need to be so hungry to be used by God that He will invent occasions to use us. That He will see our desperation to come along beside Him and fulfill His Plan in this hour.

A Pentecostal level spiritual awakening will require a restoration of the power of the Holy Spirit in our churches. May the Spirit of God bring about a hunger in our congregations that He can birth Pentecostal revival as in our history. Revival that will change us and our families, move our communities and affect our nation. We must have Divine intervention in this hour! If we will seek Him according to His will, He has promised to answer. 2Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” And again in Luke 11:9, “And I say unto you, Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”

Stop The Worry! Get Ready! by Myra Boozer

Trust isn't a very big word but it sure brings about BIG changes in the lives of those who can open their heart and wrap their mind around it. Oh, the peace it can bring to a troubled soul. The calm assurance that comes all packaged with peace is priceless! It will pick you up and carry you in its arms if you will only yield your will (your life) to His will and surrender your thoughts to His thoughts.

Being ready to meet the Lord means, "If we live or if we die we are safe in His arms of Mercy." So, we don't have to worry about anything. Being totally surrendered to His WILL brings us into "His Pavilion." Psalm 27:5, "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock."

At His command, all creation will have to listen and do what He says. When God speaks, I pray we will recognize that it is Him that is speaking. Sometimes He has to speak to us in a LOUD voice to ever get our attention. I feel He is speaking to the world today as it is spinning out of control with great concern about the floods, the fires, the disease, the hunger, the abuse, and the threats. Can you hear Him saying, "...Fear not, I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and HAVE THE KEYS OF HELL AND OF DEATH;" Revelation 1:17b-18.

Allow the Lord Jesus to speak to your heart today and show you where we are on His calendar. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and he is about to come for all those who have been washed in the blood of the Lamb. After that takes place, YOU don't want to be here! Great tribulation and the wrath of God will come upon this world! Please find your shelter in the safe place, "His Pavilion," the place of redemption and ultimate healing for your soul before the Rapture takes place.

Jesus could come any hour! For those who are ready, it will be wonderful. For those who aren't, it will be a horrible time. Don't spend your time worrying about what is coming. Be ready and watching! We do not know the HOUR He is coming but He is coming! Stop The Worry! Get Ready!

Our God Reigns! The Gift of Resurrection!

The promise of resurrection power is valid and secure because Jesus insured that promise through the gift of His resurrection. He led the way before us and came forth from the grave exercising power over death, hell, and the grave. The way has been prepared for all who will look to Jesus and believe that the same Spirit that raised Him will also raise every believer.

1 Cor. 15:50, “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” We can embrace the power of His Resurrection. We can receive His Promise by His example and proceed with full assurance. When He comes, “the dead in Christ shall rise first...then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” 1Thess. 4:16-17.

God will have the last word. He will determine the way all this ends. We can know what our end will be. The Word of God has already declared the Victory and Glory of God! All Creation is declaring the Sovereignty and Majesty of God! All power and authority rest in His Hand! The future of the Believer is secure in His Hand because Our God Reigns!

What Should We Be Doing Until The Lord Returns? by Myra Boozer

In Matthew, the 25th chapter, Jesus gives parables that could help us to know what should be priority for the child of God. First, He tells of ten virgins and at midnight the cry was made, "Behold the Bridegroom cometh." He tells us five were wise and five were foolish. Now, what was it that made them different? It was their lack of oil. Five ran out and asked to borrow from those five who had oil. The wise had to answer NO. This shows us we cannot give away what we have. Each person has to receive for themselves. When they couldn't borrow they had to leave to find more oil and the bridegroom came while they were gone.

In verse 10, "And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were READY went in with him to the marriage: and the door was SHUT." This makes me think of Noah and the Ark. God shut the door to the Ark when it was time and that was all that went in. There will be no allowances for the procrastinators, the lazy, the apathetic, or the careless.

We must be WISE and be filled with His Spirit, as the oil represents the Holy Spirit. We must be watching and waiting. We must stay the course! No playing around, running here and there, doing other things that can so easily beset us. The wise virgins stayed near the door and when the bridegroom came they were READY. So, we must constantly be Watching for His Return and Listening for His sound!

Matt. 25:13, "WATCH therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh." My heart says it won't be long until we hear the sound. Lord help us to be full and overflowing with Your Holy Spirit, Ready to leave when You Return!

Our God Reigns! Our Hope Is Secure!

The natural man within us governed by conditions and circumstances. If we look only at what we see with our physical sight, our future is looking rather bleak. The dark days around us can become very distressing, discouraging, desperate, pessimistic, and hopeless. However, our life in Jesus Christ is not governed by our natural man. We can rise above every circumstance and condition by the Holy Spirit of God which inhabits this mortal body. We are not dominated by what we see or what we perceive to be taking place around us. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me...” Psalm 23:4. He will go with me all the way. He will ensure that I finish my mission according to His plan if I put my faith and trust in Him. I will fear no evil because He goes with me and leads me in the way I should go.

Thanks be to God who gives us the victory because He reigns Sovereign over all Creation. “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord,” 1Cor. 15:57-58. There has no trial been given to man that the power of His Love and Grace cannot vanquish. We stand in the power of His Love. His Love for all mankind set Him on the cross. His Love for us brought Him forth from the grave and raised Him Victorious over death and hell. By His Grace, He extends to us the gift of His Resurrection. Believe on Him, accept His promise and receive eternal life. (end part 2)

Waiting On God! by Myra Boozer

When a well-known Christian teacher was a young student himself, he was moved with compassion to buy a meal for a Mother and her hungry little child instead of himself. He walked the street that night going back to his room with an empty stomach but a full heart. He thought inasmuch as he had given to one of God's suffering ones that God would in some way provide a breakfast for him the next morning. The morning came and all the others were eating, he had nothing. He was a strong young man and he was getting hungry.

This is alright, he thought, God will provide something. Maybe he would find the money on the sidewalk or get some payment for work. God would provide but He did not. Same thing the next day and he was getting ravenously hungry. He knew he could borrow money from a friend. He thought, “NO, I will not borrow money. I expect to be a preacher and tell people that if they do right, God will take care of them. I will see this thing through and if God does not take care of me, I will never preach to others that God will take care of them.”

There was no lunch and no dinner on the second day. On the third day, he still believed in God and waited his time. Toward the middle of the afternoon, one of the instructors called him aside and said "I have received a check with directions to give this to someone who will use it wisely. I have decided to give it to you.” It was a check for 36 dollars. He bought food and some much-needed items. From that time to now he has never passed through such a testing time as on that occasion.

We will learn many things from our heart of compassion. When we deny ourselves to help others, we grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. He always thought of others and not of himself to the point of laying down his life for all humanity. The moment we realize it is NOT all about us, we become a true servant of the Lord.

In times of trusting God for our needs do we get fretful and anxious? Knowing that things are not moving along as fast as we had desired, do we just give up and seek another source? HOW LONG ARE WE WILLING TO WAIT ON GOD? The answer does not always come quickly. "Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD," Psalm 27:14.

Our God Reigns!

1 Chronicles 16:31, “Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth.”

You might look at the current conditions in our world and question, “Who is in control of all this chaos?” The answer is not complicated. In fact, it is really simple. God is still in control! Even though Satan is the instigator of all the hate, unrest, and mayhem, he can do no more than what God allows him to do. God, who spoke the worlds into existence, set the earth on its axis, threw the stars into the heavens, and drew the boundaries for the oceans is still in control.

Satan is still subject to the Sovereign Power and Authority of the Lord God Almighty. You might ask the question, “If God is in control, why are we seeing our lives turned upside down by this Covid 19 pandemic? Why are we seeing all the rioting, the pain, suffering, and death that has come to our nation, cities, and communities?”

God is Sovereign! However, as our Creator, He created us with the idea that we should be a creature of “free will.” We were all created with the gift of choosing the path for our lives. It is obvious that some people do not choose wisely and therefore they suffer the consequences of those choices. And many times their choices will affect the lives of others.

We have become living witnesses of that very thing. Many are suffering all around our world because the choices of some to perpetuate evil have overflowed into the lives of the people around them. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:13, “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” That is one sign of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. God is simply allowing prophecy to be fulfilled in preparation for the consummation of all things in Christ Jesus.

We must look to God and draw strength from His Promises. He will not leave us or forsake us but He is getting us ready for our eternal home with Him in the New Heaven and the New Earth. This world will be destroyed and we will start all over just as in the Beginning. No sin, no evil, no sickness or disease but live in paradise for eternity because our God is still in control! Come And Sit Among Us! by Myra Boozer

Lord, would You please come and sit among us?

We long for more of You and Your Righteousness.

Rain down upon us Your lovingkindness,

For we stand today at your mercy.

We need Your message of Truth and Grace.

Bring to us Your revelation of the New Day Dawning,

The Day of Your soon appearing, when You step out on the clouds to call us Home.

Open our eyes to a greater understanding of what it actually means to be Your People, a Chosen People, and a Royal Priesthood.

May we be ready when You descend from heaven with a shout, and with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God calling us to come up to where You are.

Lord our hearts are open to Your Spirit. We long to be in Your presence. Please come and sit among us, refresh us, revive us, renew us, and restore us to our first love. For You are coming for Your Bride, the one You Love and the one who loves YOU...Come And Sit Among Us!

I Have Set Before You An Open Door!

Revelation 3:8, “I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.”

God has set the stage for His final events. The Church in America bears the responsibility for the destiny of this nation. Will we continue our prayer meetings and seek God with our whole heart for Revival in America? Are we willing to sacrifice our time and energy to bring a Spiritual Awakening and a breaking forth of the Light of God? Are we willing to commit our all to the work of Christ that we can have Revival in our local churches and in our families?

Satan is angry because the Children of God would dare to rise up against him. He is releasing the powers of darkness in every venue in the public and private arena. But, Satan, the Blood of Jesus is against you! 1 John 4:1, “Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world. 2 Hereby know ye the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesseth that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is of God: 3 And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. 4 Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. 5 They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. 6 We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error.”

The Body of Christ must rise up in the power and authority of Jesus Christ and proclaim victory in Jesus' Name. Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;” Isaiah 61:1. He gave the same power to the Church in Matthew 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

We are challenged to receive the power of the Lord Jesus Christ in the person of the Holy Ghost and to GO and bind up the brokenhearted, bring liberty to the captives, open the prisons to them that are bound. “Behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it...” Go and go in the power of Jesus' Name! Amen! (continued)

What Drives You? by Myra Boozer

Have you ever asked yourself, “what causes me to do the things I do and say the things I say?” Do you feel it has to do with the place you were born and raised? Did your neighborhood have a great influence on your behavior and your outlook on life? Does it come from the way your parents nurtured you...or failed to nurture you? Were you greatly impacted by the things you learned from them and your relatives? Or, maybe your greater influence came from your education, the things you learned from teachers or professors.

I believe all these relationships affect our lives in either a positive or negative way. I feel the people in our lives have such an impact on the way we desire to pursue life and become the person we have become.

I attribute my standard of conduct and my choices for living come from my own personal encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ! The Holy Spirit drew me to my knees in repentance for the sin that was passed down to me from Adam and Eve. I was greatly convicted of my sin. I became aware I was a sinner and I needed a savior. It came from a praying Mother who taught me about Jesus from as far back as I can remember. It came from Sunday School, Vacation Bible school, and from Church Camp. The preaching and teaching of the Word have had such an impact on my life. For that, I will be forever grateful.

Something drives us all to believe the things that we believe and say the things we say. Wherever we got our belief system, we must search the scripture to see what God's Holy Word has to say about the matter because that's what counts. It is the Word that has stood the test of time and it will stand for all eternity. Each one of us will be judged by the Word. Not my ideas, not my thoughts, not my opinion or the opinion of any other person but God will judge us by His Holy Word. Jesus himself spoke these words in the book of John 12:48 "He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." What Drives You?

What Is Your Future?

What does the future hold for all of us? Paul wrote to Timothy in 2 Timothy 3:1, “...in the last days perilous times shall come.” He describes a time of mass corruption and a breakdown of law and tradition, times of danger, persecution, and trial. Truly these are desperate times but the party continues in the world as they appear to be oblivious to the judgment coming upon us. The Bible tells us that as it was in Noah's time so shall it be at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matt. 24:38, “For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,”

In spite of Noah's warning, this verse describes the reckless way that the people went on their usual course, pursuing their pleasures with doom hanging over them. Life continued as though nothing was amiss. The world was on a collision course with the judgment of God because of sin and disobedience. God gave them warning and opportunity to repent but they laughed at the message and mocked the messenger. For 120 years God left the door of redemption open but when time (God's time) was up, He closed the door to salvation.

Matt. 24:39, “And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

The people of Noah's day “knew not until the flood came.” They did not recognize the signs of the coming judgment. Their attention was upon their own carnal pleasures. The flesh was the driving force in their lives rather than care of the soul.

The Lord Jesus assures us that similar recklessness and unbelief will be found at his coming. We are living in the day that Jesus talked about. The conditions in our world parallel those of Noah's time. The general attitude toward the last days message is that of disbelief and false security that refuses to heed any warning. Life continues as though nothing is amiss. Mankind continues to seek his way of living which is focused on selfish, carnal desires. He lives in pursuit of another enticement that will thrill the senses. All he sees is the momentary pleasure, the temporary highs. He doesn't see that he is sowing carnal seeds that will be brought into judgment. Our world is on a collision course with the judgment of God. The whole of mankind is reaping the seeds of sin.

Just as God brought judgment in Noah's generation, He is in the process of doing the same in our world. The greatest failure of a man is to exclude God from his life. You can allow what is to come to do the work of conviction and repentance to accepting Jesus in salvation. Or, you can continue in your own way, failing to heed God's warning, and suffer the same destruction of Noah's day. Judgment is upon us. We will reap what we have sown. Hear Jesus' voice today, repent, and be saved!!!

Giving Thanks! by Myra Boozer

I have heard it said, "What if tomorrow you were given only the blessings that you were thankful for today?" Now that really makes you think about stopping everything and giving thanks to Our Father for all His many Blessings! Psalms 63:7, "Because thou hast been my HELP, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice."

Giving thanks to our Almighty God for His great Love and Mercy...For His Truth that stands even when untruth is roaming this world and destroying many lives. Thankful for a peaceful day in a world with the threat of war on every hand.

Thankful for Joy even though my heart breaks for the sin that is raging and deceiving many. Thankful that with all the rain we've had our home hasn't flooded or washed away. Thankful for a comfortable home and a good place to sleep when many are displaced because of catastrophes.

Thankful for food to eat when many are starving and Mothers have had to feed their precious babies mud pies with a little salt added. Thankful for a family that I can hold and love...many people all over the world are losing their loved ones.

Thankful for people who speak Truth in the face of adversity and slander. Thankful for ears to hear and a mouth to speak Your Truth Lord to all who will listen. Thankful Lord, that I know you in a very personal relationship...it has kept me in perfect Peace when my mind stays on YOU!

Thankful for a desire to continue the work that you have given us to do...because Your Word tells us, "...be Not weary in well doing." 2 Thessalonians 3:13

Thanks Be To God!

1 Corinthians 15:57, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Thanks be to the God of our salvation who gives us the victory through the shed blood of Jesus Christ! There is no mountain too high, no valley too wide that the blood of Jesus cannot transcend and make all things right. All it takes is a broken and contrite heart willing to turn ourselves and all our baggage over to God.

The poor receive the good news in the Gospel!

The broken-hearted are healed in the Gospel!

The captives are delivered in the Gospel!

The blind receive their sight in the Gospel!

The bruised are given liberty in the Gospel!

The burdened and battered are set free in the Gospel!

Seek the Lord while He may be found. Isaiah 55:6, “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:” 2 Cor. 6:2, “...behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” The Message Bible states it this way, “Well, now is the right time to listen, the day to be helped.” Thanks Be To God!

What Manner Of Love Is This? by Myra Boozer

I John 3:1, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God...”

So Blessed to be with Jesus today. His presence was so real and His love for us flowed like a river. My soul drank from the fountain of life that He provides. It is so refreshing and vibrant with HOPE. His water brings newness to my relationship with Him, which leaves me in awe of His great love for all. I just rest in His forgiveness and bask in His mercy, feast on His blessings and look for His coming.

I wept because of His great mercy and the cleansing power of His blood. He shed His blood on the cross to give everyone just what we need to live in His presence...not just for today but forevermore.

Thankful, just so thankful! I want to always acknowledge Him in my life and never overlook what He has provided by His great hand. He is Jehovah Jireh, my provider. I am so blessed to be part of His great family. What Manner Of Love Is This?

Note: This was written in 2018 but still so very real today!

Oh God! We Are Coming Home!

Today I am thinking especially of this nation, the United States of America. Since its foundation, this nation has been blessed by God. He has nurtured and parented our precious constitutional republic from its infancy. I am convinced that He has done so because of the principles of freedom to worship and follow Him. In the beginning, we were united as a nation under the principles of God's law with the freedom to serve Him according to the dictates of one's own heart.

That America does not exist anymore. It is only a memory passing swiftly into history. Rather than embracing the influence of God and the Bible in our governance, America has chosen her own path, charting a course devoid of the leadership of God. Any reference to God in the affairs of the nation has been frowned upon if not expressly forbidden. I believe that God has taken the hint. I think He has gotten the message that He has not been wanted in America. So, He has left us to our own devices, creating our problems and finding our solutions. Therefore, as with all governance void of the influence of God, we are headed for a tragic end.

However, we must not proceed along this path any further. We hold the future of this great Republic in our hands! God said in 2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” God’s declaration was in response to the prayer of Solomon at the dedication of the new Temple. In the preceding verses, God had renewed His covenant with David’s son, Solomon and confirmed to Solomon, v.12 “...I have heard thy prayer, and have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice.” Affirming yet once more that if Israel walked in His statutes, He would be their God and they would be His people. In v.13, He assured His people, “If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people;” if they would humble themselves and seek His direction, He would hear their prayers and guide them to their deliverance.

God is giving the United States of America an opportunity to seek His direction and follow His leading. Now is the time to come together and pray. Now is the time to lay aside the ideals that may divide us and allow God to give us the solution to our dilemma. God has the right answer and it is of eternal consequence. My prayer today is that the Holy Spirit would blow upon this nation and as the wind moves the mighty oak, that Americans as one collective body would bow low in convicted repentance. I ask God to break the obstinate rebellion that has seized the mind, heart, and soul of so many. Bring America to her knees once again for it is there that we will find our true purpose in God's plan. OH GOD! We’re Coming Home!

One Call Away! by Myra Boozer

In 2017 I posted a video that was dedicated to our Law enforcement officers. That video was entitled ONE CALL AWAY and very touching as scene after scene shows the dedication that those people have for ALL who are in danger. It shows the bravery of those officers, to put their own lives at risk to save the life of the person or persons who are in life-threatening situations.

It so made me think of our little Superhero, who from the time he could talk has talked about helping people, saving people, rescuing people, every day that he is here at NanaPapa house. I think many are called of God for this job. How could they do it otherwise? It is not for the coward, the weakling, or people who think only of themselves. Only the truly dedicated person will sacrifice their life to save others. Their motto seems to be, “We will gladly answer your call!”

It is heartbreaking to hear of people who don't want to listen to them. Some don't want to give their ID or respond with any respect or obey the laws that are given for our protection. You might think well, "Why should the Officers care?" It is because they care for mankind. Whoever you are and whatever your status, they care for you and your well-being.

It is time to respect and honor those who care for your life on earth, and for Jesus who came to rescue the perishing, the lost, those dying a spiritual death and must have His intervention. He also is just ONE CALL AWAY. "Call to me and I will answer thee," Jeremiah 33:3a. JESUS, who came not only to rescue you from the evil one but also came to give you ETERNAL LIFE. So much more than any mortal man or woman could ever provide for you.

Many are not listening to His call. They don't want to give their ID or respond to Him with any respect. They have disregarded His laws and turned to their own way of living life. You might ask, “Why would He care?” Because you are the creation of God. You are valuable to Him! He loves you and not only did He risk His life but gave His life for you. He has come to rescue you from eternal punishment. ALL will face that punishment that does not turn to Him in repentance. Hell is a place that no one can really comprehend. It is a place of torment, a place prepared for the devil and his angels, a place from which there is no escape. It is the place where all whose name is not written in the Lambs book of life will be cast. It is a lake of fire...much different from a burning car. It will burn with fire day and night, forever. No one has to go to that place! Jesus paid the price for all to escape! Those who remember Jesus is ONE CALL AWAY.

A Life Lived Well?

John 14:1, “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

When I come to the end of this life’s journey, what will await me? Will my life have been lived well or just be a life spent, consumed, exhausted, used up? Will I just be a worn-out specimen of human flesh or will I take on the eternal nature of Jesus Christ?

The choice of how we finish our life is left up to us! We choose eternity by how we choose to live each day of our lives. Are our thoughts and activities focused on our passion for Jesus or our passion for the things of this world?

The choice is ours! Let the love and passion of Jesus Christ capture your heart, soul, and mind. Walk with Him today and you will walk with Him in eternity. Oh, Give me Jesus! You can have all this world, just give me Jesus!

No Longer A Slave To Sin! by Myra Boozer

When God changes you, accept the FACT that you have been changed, not of yourself, but by His Transforming Power. You must have your mind made up to never go back to your old ways of foolish habits and careless living. They only lead you back down the same ole path reaping the same ole results, and in the end, it is spiritual DEATH.

Listen to God as he speaks to your heart. Arise and be strong! Walk in the newness of life, free from the bondage of sin and evil. Never offer a half-hearted life to Christ. He requires ALL or nothing. When you give Him your ALL, make sure there are no hidden rooms in your heart with "NO TRESPASSING" signs hung on the doors. Begin your life with Him open and honest (He knows it already). Give him the key to every area of your heart. This commitment will help produce a strong desire of "NO TURNING BACK" to the old life of sin and regrets.

You will wake up in a brand new world with a new attitude about life and living. You have been bought with a price greater than the riches of heaven. The rags of sin won't belong to a child of the King. You are royal now and you will be clothed in royalty. Just as the King's daughter is glorious within, so are you (Ps. 45). When you come into his palace, you will come with gladness and rejoicing because of the favor that God has placed on your new life in HIM. When you know who you are, the son or daughter of the MOST HIGH GOD, your status changes. You walk, talk and live in a brand new world. The old things are passed away. When you love righteousness and hate wickedness, you're anointed with the oil of gladness. You see things through different eyes. Where you once lived in doubt and dread, you now live in faith and trust.

When Satan comes knocking on your door telling you nothing changed when God forgave you and gave you a new wardrobe (spiritual robe), tell him he came too late. Because you now see him for who he is, the great deceiver. Tell him you have a new Lord and Master, Jesus Christ. Tell him you have been washed by the blood of the lamb and you are no longer a slave to sin.

Be blessed with the Mercy and Love of God...Acts 10:15, "Don't call something unclean if God has made it clean," NLT. You are a new creature! Walk in that newness! No Longer A Slave To Sin!

No More Fear!

Luke 24:21, “But we trusted that it had been he which should have redeemed Israel: and besides all this, today is the third day since these things were done.”

The disciples were dejected and depressed because they had believed that Jesus was the one to “have redeemed” Israel but this “is the third day since these things were done.” I think it is noteworthy that this conversation took place on the third day. Jesus had taught them that He would go to Jerusalem and there He would die. But, He also taught them that He would be raised on the third day. Jesus had revealed the plan of God to them. However, they were so consumed with His death that Satan had stolen the most important part, the promise of His resurrection. This was the day of their salvation, their redemption, and their victory but they just could not see it!

These disciples were going through all the emotions of losing someone close to their heart. The first emotion was denial, the absolute disbelief that this could be happening to them. All the signs appeared to point to Jesus as the Messiah. How could they have been so wrong about Him? They were experiencing the intrusion of a life-altering doubt, a crippling doubt that would cause them to question all the things previously discerned to have been settled. How could they ever trust their emotions and discernment after suffering such a debilitating loss? They had dared to love and trust so deeply that their lives were forever changed by this experience. God's plan was proceeding on schedule just as Jesus had prophesied. It just wasn't time for their resurrection revelation.

How often do we find ourselves in the position of denial and to question, “why are these harsh circumstances developing around us?” We are susceptible to cry out in absolute disbelief, “I can't believe this is happening to me!” This position makes us vulnerable and opens the door for Satan to rush in and steal our faith. In extreme cases, just like the disciples, our soul can be seized with such life-altering doubt our Christian service is totally paralyzed and we cannot proceed further. At that moment, we should run to God and fall upon our faces in prayer! If we will seek His face in submission, He will throw off the chains of dejection and depression as we heed the burning desire of the Holy Spirit that lives within us. We are never alone. Heb. 13:5, “...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”

We can place our total confidence in the promises the Lord has given us. He will never fail us! What He has promised, He will fulfill so there is no need to fear!

Jesus Take Control! by Myra Boozer

There comes a time in all of our lives when the things we thought would happen just didn't happen for whatever reason. But, God wants us to be still and know that He sees every tear and every challenge we have faced. He is telling us to "Be still, and know that I am God..." Psalm 46:10.

Being still is so very hard for a child, and sometimes as an adult, we get very anxious acting like a little child, wanting what we want, thinking we have everything figured out. We may think we have grown to maturity and think we have the bull by the horns. We have not! We must stand and look into the face of our great and mighty Maker and say woe is me for I am still childish.

Take control of my life Lord and bring me to the place you want me to be, even though I may be kicking and rebelling all the time against you and your plan for my life. Yes, Lord please pick me up and correct me as I know you are a good Father and what you do will be for my own good. Times are changing fast and I lose my way. I must have your supervision in order to make my way to the place you have prepared for me and my family. Change me, Lord, into your image and into the Christian adult you want me to be. In your Holy Righteous Name, I do humbly ask." Jesus, Take Control!
