There Is A War Going On! by Myra Boozer

One day we are going to throw off this mortal man, this fleshly body we live in, and we will put on the immortal man, the one that never dies. But, until that time we stay in a battle. Our fleshly man is warring against our spiritual man.

As Christians, we must keep the fleshly, carnal man under subjection. He is NOT to rule our life because our spiritual man is to guide us! We must surrender our thoughts, our plans, and our desires to Jesus. He will help us to make wise choices and decisions.

If we feed the carnal man all the things he desires, such as, "do whatever feels good," "fit in with the crowd," "live it up while you can," "remember life is short and you deserve everything you can get." When these thoughts are accepted as the way to live, you make your carnal man the STRONG man.

If we feed the spiritual man what he desires, He will feast on God's word, His commandments, His Truth and His Love. We will make sacrifices, give time to love others and deny ourselves. We will speak when the Spirit says to speak and be silent when He says to be silent. We will yield ourselves to be a vessel unto honor.

We will live a life not for ourselves but for JESUS. He will be the STRONG man in our lives. You may think it hasn't been that important up till now. But, the battle is getting stronger each day that passes. Your spirit man may have had a little strength but it is time for MUCH strength. The carnal man is not even a candidate for this battle because it is a great Spiritual battle! This is a battle that will not be fought in the natural or physical body. It is definitely fought in the Spirit!

Romans 8:6, “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.” There Is A War Going On!

Return To The Source Of Your Life!

John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

In the beginning, God was! Before anything, God was and He created all things including you and me. I feel that He is pulling us back to Himself as in 1 John 1:1, “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;” He has been with us from the beginning of this journey and He wants us to understand that it is through Him that we will finish. There is no other power, presence or virtue sufficient to complete our assignment. He will magnify our efforts and ministry as He receives the honor and glory for the results.

The Holy Spirit is calling, “come, wrap yourself in the power of His presence and allow Him to perform in you His glorious works!” I am weak but He is strong! If we allow Him to fully control our lives, we are made strong in our weakness because our weakness is God's strength. There is no enemy that can stand against Him! There is no foe that He cannot overcome! There is no fortress that can withstand Him and no opposition that He cannot vanquish!

Come, come to Him now! Run, run to Him now and allow him to wrap you in His mantle of authority and shelter you from the storms ahead. I hear the rumbling in the distance, the sound of a mighty army moving into position. It is a well-prepared force, each warrior is in his place and prepared to do his duty. There is no fear in their number because they have been washed clean. Though their sins were as crimson, their raiment is white as snow. And there is one with them whose name no one can know except that His eyes are a flaming fire and He is clothed with a vesture dipped in blood and His name is the Word of God. Out of His mouth comes a sharp sword to smite the nations and rule them with the rod of Truth and He tramples the wine-press of the wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His garment and on His thigh written the name, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. At His appearing every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that JESUS IS LORD! Return to the source of your existence! Return To The Source Of Your Life!

Something To Think About! by Myra Boozer

If there were no God and no Bible filled with prophecy about the last days, what intelligent person would think that this world would last long with all that is going on? When Nations are about to fall because of the economy and collapse because of debt...also moral decline has hit BOTTOM...the earth is coming apart at the seams because of earthquakes and volcanoes...people are killing the innocent at an alarming rate...evil men have grown more corrupt in their deeds, hating and killing all over the world...disease and sickness is out of control.

What kind of future do you see? It is horrible, beyond horrible if time goes on. But for those who love God and have chosen to follow Him, He has made a way to ESCAPE. He is coming to take us out of this horrible and depraved atmosphere that has been created by ungodly men and women.

People have pushed God aside and want to create a new world with NO rules or standards of Godliness. It seems every day you hear more plans to confuse and turn our children and grandchildren from the truth that God designed for us to follow or to be as He created us to be. Everyday sin is getting stronger in the hearts and minds of sinful man. Even if there were no God and no Bible...(WHICH THERE IS) this world could not go on the way it is going. Sin is like cancer! It destroys!

The great news is that God spared not His only begotten Son but sent Him to earth to take the punishment for the sin of mankind. The ball is now in your court. You can choose to allow Him to forgive your sins and choose to follow Him or remain as you are and suffer the punishment of sin throughout eternity.

2 Corinthians 13:5, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?"

God Will Judge Sin! Conclusion

The leadership of this nation followed the example of ancient Israel in response to the attacks on the World Trade Center, Sept. 11, 2001. Senator Tom Daschle stood on the floor of the U.S. Senate building the next day, Sept. 12. He gave the following response to this devastating attack. “There is a passage in the Bible from Isaiah that speaks to all of us in times like this. Isaiah 9:10, 'The bricks are fallen down, but we will rebuild them with smooth stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars,' That is what we will do. We will rebuild and recover. The people of America will stand together because the people of America have always stood together, and those of us who are privileged to serve this great nation will stand with you. God bless the people of America.”

This passage of scripture was repeatedly used in the following months in an attempt to instill hope and inspiration. But apparently, there was no national approach to repentance. Look at where we are today! As a nation, we are more divided than ever before in our lifetime. Law and order in our world appear to be dissolving right before our eyes. (Just watch the evening news). Justice and mercy are thrown in the streets like so much refuse. Micah 6:8, “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?” God has revealed His Truth and will continue to reveal Himself to all who will receive. The choice is ours but we must repent and return to the Lord God Jehovah.

When the seeds of disobedience are sown they will bring forth fruit in due season. But in the midst of our rebellion, God has saved us for His name's sake. You may feel trapped where you are and may not be where you want to be. Jesus will set you free from whatever holds you fast. Call out to Him. He will deliver today!

Lord God Almighty, we want to follow your direction. Help us to always hear your voice clearly. Shut out the extraneous noise that so overwhelms the thought process that we get lost in the fight. Help us to focus on the important and allow the useless to fall away. Sweep the irrelevant away and deposit it far from us. We want no interference! We want to focus on YOU alone. Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

Unwise To Justify The Wicked! Conclusion by Myra Boozer

When we declare the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ as being "Our Lord" that means He is Lord over everything, every thought, every decision, and every relationship. It means what God does not condone, we can't either. We have a great responsibility to others to speak Truth and live Truth. We are responsible to train our children and stand against all evil that is being thrown at them through our culture. It is not for us to allow the world and ungodly people to dictate to them what Truth is or what is acceptable. We cannot tell them it is okay to live like the world and participate in every ungodly activity that society has conceived. We cannot allow them to be seduced by the perversion of evil people who are only concerned about their evil ideas. When we become politically correct and tolerate the sickened agenda that "Hollywood " is portraying even to little children, we have fallen short of the mandate that God set for those who call Him Lord. Little minds and little hearts are being so abused by society thru the media. We may wonder when this will stop? Will we ever be normal again? I don't think so, only worse because too many have been tolerant of immodest fashion, disorderly conduct and even attitudes of "however I want to live is okay because society accepts it."

Many have failed to teach that wrong exists, that bad exists, and that unacceptable exists. We must tell them we are not to justify and condone every lifestyle. Many Christian leaders are not addressing the problems that we are facing in this generation, because tolerance has slipped into many churches. Many Christians want to be accepted and listened too so they walk on eggshells and speak the acceptable message that makes people feel good instead of telling them the Truth. We must not remain silent, fearing isolation and rejection by society and even some churches because we do not justify (free from blame or guilt) those who do wickedly. "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man but the end thereof are the ways of death," Proverbs 14:12

Jesus Christ is our hope! He is the remedy for all sin. He leads and guides us day by day when we live by His Word. Oh, His Grace is sufficient to hold us and to heal our broken hearts when those we love are more influenced by the world than they are by us. We must never give up! We must keep praying and proclaiming the Word of God for it is life unto salvation.

"But ye beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some having compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To the only WISE God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen," Jude 20-25. This scripture is powerful and covers what we need to do.

God Will Judge Sin! Part 2

Judgment doesn't suddenly come upon a people or person without warning. In the Old Testament, when God's people strayed from His leadership, God always sent His Prophet to warn them of the consequences and give an opportunity for correction and change. A good example of this is found in Isaiah 9:10, “The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycomores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.” Isaiah had prophesied the imminent judgment upon the northern tribes of Israel specifically addressing the tribe of Ephraim and the city of Samaria. Isaiah 9:9, “And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,...” The people's response was that they would build back bigger and better. The chosen materials would be hewn stones and cedars which were used for the palaces of the kings. The brick and sycamores were for the common people. That spirit that rises up is the spirit of carnal flesh which must be crucified. The correct response would have been to repent and return to God.

God uses the same principle today to correct His children. He will warn us and give us the opportunity to make the necessary corrections. He will show us where we missed the mark. In the midst of our situation, all we need to do is trace it back to a failure on our part, a place in our journey where we made a wrong choice, where we took the wrong path. Then we are presented with the choice to repent and return to Him or suffer the consequences for our disobedience.

God is good and His mercy endures forever to bring salvation to all who will obey. Psalm 106:1, “Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth forever 2Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise? 3Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. 4Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;” God's desire is for the world to observe how He loves those that will come into a loving, obedient relationship with Him, v5, “That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.” Even in our blatant rebellion, His heart yearns for communion with us. We have not fully understood God's plan for us, if we did we would not pull back, v6, “We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly. 7Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea. 8Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.” God stands ready to forgive all that will repent and return to Him. Unwise To Justify The Wicked! Part 2 by Myra Boozer

There is a strong attitude that seems to prevail in our world today. If you love me, you will condone my lifestyle. You must accept me the way I have chosen to live and if you don't, I just might do something that you will regret. This is such a horrible attitude. It originates in the pit of Hell and came from Satan himself.

We are living in a time of great confusion and deception. Many are falling for the lie and deception that however they want to live is acceptable and should be celebrated by all the world. God’s Word declares that to be wrong! We have been given the rules for our lives in the Word of God. God is our creator and our sustainer, the one who gives us the breath we breathe. He also holds the keys to life and death and no man can change that! He is God and what He says is the way it is without argument.

Mark 12:29, “And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord: 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these."

There is only One God and He is the one we should love, honor and respect. He has given us the guidelines and boundaries for our lives. When we go against God’s standard, we are asking for trouble. God is patient but His Word declares what we sow we will reap! Yes, we are to love our neighbor as our self. But, not to the degree that we would justify any sin or disobedience to God's Word. Loving another person does not mean that you are to accept and justify their ways. It means when you really love them you will tell them the truth and stand against sin and ungodly living.

Proverbs 30:11, “There is a generation that curseth their father, and doth not bless their mother. 12 There is a generation that are pure in their own eyes, and yet is not washed from their filthiness. 13 There is a generation, O how lofty are their eyes! and their eyelids are lifted up. 14 There is a generation, whose teeth are as swords, and their jaw teeth as knives, to devour the poor from off the earth, and the needy from among men." (continued)

God Will Judge Sin!

Evil and sin have come upon us like a mighty hurricane, moving slowly and methodically destroying everything in its path. Destruction howls like the wind, undermining the very foundation of all that we admire and trust. Evil lurches out of the darkness devouring the cohesiveness of love, trust, and communication creating walls of isolation, unbelief, and contempt. The darkness has hidden the principles upon which our very existence is founded. Evil strikes at the heart of the governing bodies of our societies and has infected every level of governance reaching even to “spiritual wickedness in high places.” Eph. 6:12

Our leaders and policymakers have forgotten that the education of our children will affect our nation and ultimately the world. What we teach in our homes, churches, schools, and universities will establish the mindset for succeeding generations.

The guiding principles of our forefathers are strategic and indispensable elements to the continued survival of this nation as we have known it. This nation was established as a democracy with governance by the people and for the people. The ideals of love of God and country have sustained us in all our conflict throughout our history. If we allow the principles of personal freedom and liberty to be diluted and discarded, we will pay the price in defeat and ruin.

We are setting the standard for the next generation. A people that reject God will be given over to their own devices and suffer the consequences. We cannot allow the name of God and Jesus to be demeaned and degraded. We must hold to the standard that God has given for us. We must follow God!

The structure of the family has disintegrated because we have not followed God. The health of our churches has diminished and some have even expired because we have not followed God. Every institution, every governing body at every level has depreciated in value and relevance because we have not followed God.

Is that what we want as a nation? Do we want to be abandoned by our Creator and go it all alone? I think not. So then, what are we to do? Moral fortitude and intellectual rhetoric cannot address the plague of sin that has consumed mankind. The answers cannot be legislated, addressed by executive order or by a ruling by the highest court in the land. None of these actions can put us back on course as the human race.

I hear the Holy Spirit saying, “you can't think your way out of this. You can't buy or spend your way out. You can't bargain, barter or compromise.” We must return to the TRUTH or go down with the sinking ship. We can carry on our religious events void of the inspiration and revelation of God or we can repent and allow God to forgive our sin and heal our land. The choice is ours as an individual, as a nation, and as the entire world. (continued)

Unwise To Justify The Wicked! by Myra Boozer

"He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord," Proverbs 17:15.

It seems that sin is being accepted more than ever. Many are no longer ashamed of their error, their mistakes, or their sin. When this happens, many feel justified and they stay on the same path of destruction. They are telling themselves, "I have done no wickedness" especially when they aren't held accountable for their wrongdoings by those around them.

The Lord God is not pleased with those who JUSTIFY the wicked nor those that condemn the righteous. In this verse, they are put in the same category. They are both called an abomination. That word means to hate, to loathe. Yet, people want to say God is not angry with me! I believe this scripture proves that statement to be wrong. "But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and FIERY INDIGNATION, which shall devour the adversaries," Hebrews 10:27. Adversaries are the enemies of God. He is definitely angry with SIN. "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God," Hebrews 10:31.

Who is speaking against sin? Who is warning? Where is the fear of the Lord? Who is lifting up the standard of righteousness? Who is standing in the Gap? Who is proclaiming the year of the Lord? Who is speaking TRUTH to this perverse generation? Who is declaring the WORD of the Lord in the face of the wicked? "He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them." Proverbs 24:24-25

I believe God is merciful, gracious, and so patient with mankind. He loves YOU! However, He does not condone SIN! He loves you more than that. He loves you so much that He will send His Holy Spirit to convict you of your error, your mistakes, your willful sin. It doesn't matter who justifies you, friends or family. When God says it is sin, it is sin and it will separate you from God.

"My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth," Hebrews 12:5-6. The scripture goes on to say If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons. But if you be without chastening then you are not sons.

It is your choice to receive correction or not. Ask God to send the Holy Spirit to convict and convince you of the sin that has beset you. The sin that maybe is accepted and even celebrated by the world. Only God is the true judge of all sin. "Let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire," Hebrews 12; 28b-29. (continued)

Lord, What Would You Have Me Do?

Acts 9:6, “And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.”

Saul was on his way to Damascus with documents to imprison followers of Jesus Christ. This text recounts Saul’s response to his Divine Encounter with Jesus on the road that day. Saul had his own objective but God had a different path planned for him. It took Divine Revelation to change him and the direction he was going. Confronted with the Divine Presence of Christ, his response was, “Lord, what would you have me do?” We would do well to seek God for the same attitude of submission that we could proclaim, “Lord Jesus, what would you have me do?

God help us to yearn for Your Divine Presence and the Revelation of Your Truth! Lord Jesus, open our hearts, our minds, our souls to hear Your voice today! We need Your revelation of Your plan. We are not seeking an understanding by this mortal flesh. We are seeking Divine revelation of the Word of God. The same revelation the Old Testament prophets experienced as they walked in obedience and depended upon the impartation of Your instruction and anointing to bring a relevant Word of God to the people of God. The same revelation that the New Testament apostles experienced as You called them out and set them apart to be Your voice for Your message to a world in crisis, lost, without hope except for Jesus' sacrifice.

Holy Spirit take charge of this mortal flesh! Lead us along the correct path to receiving God's revelation and understanding of His Word relevant to where we are today. We are not seeking insight built upon human understanding because that is empty and fruitless. The revelation of Your truth passes all human understanding far above this world's knowledge. The hope of our heart and our soul's desire is to receive and impart Your truth. Your truth delivers the sin-sick soul, frees the shackled and heals the wounded heart. Lord, revive Your Word afresh in our souls and lead us to those in need. Lead us Lord and we will follow where ever You open up the door. Lord, What Would YOU Have Me Do?

Need Confidence? by Myra Boozer

If you are in need of confidence (trust, reliance, assurance), turn your eyes to the Lord Jesus. That is where our help comes from. There is no greater power or greater force than God. Yes, God uses man sometimes to take care of the things that we may need. But, for the one who created this whole universe and hung it in space, He really doesn't need anyone to help Him, but He allows us to be part of His great plan.

Put your trust in Him and your confidence will rise, knowing this. Psalms 40:11, "Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD, let thy loving kindness and thy truth continually preserve me." It is He who gives us life and all that we need ONE DAY AT A TIME. “For in thee O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God,” Psalm 38:15.

When we truly BELIEVE this we will be filled with confidence, not in ourselves, but in God. "Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies," Psalm 40:4.

Jesus Wins This War!

Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Don’t grow “weary in well doing.” Persecution of the followers of Christ has always been. Actually, tests and trials are the anthems of the “born again.” Persecutions and afflictions are synonymous with being a disciple of Christ. Paul testified to the deliverance of Christ because Christ brought him through persecutions and afflictions. 2 Tim. 3:10, “But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, 11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.” The Lord Jesus delivered Paul out of them all. That was Paul’s testimony. Paul “endured” hardness (to suffer, be afflicted) as a good soldier of the Cross, therefore, he could instruct Timothy to do the same. 2 Tim. 2:2, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.”

Persecution will become more intense as we approach the coming of Christ and the consummation of all things. 2 Tim. 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;” Though the enemy rises up to interfere with our mission, our victory has already been secured. Jesus declared victory at Calvary when He embraced the role of His sacrifice. Psalm 22:14, “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.” Jesus poured Himself out on the cross and there is power in the blood of his sacrifice to empower us to finish His mission here.

Take heart, be encouraged, we’ve read the last chapter in His Book. Jesus Christ is victorious. Put your trust in Him. Walk in His strength. He will provide everything we need to successfully complete our mission.

Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Keeping Up Appearances! by Myra Boozer

A youngster received a red wagon for Christmas, and for days he went nowhere without it. But one afternoon he was happily rolling it along the front sidewalk when his father called, "Take that wagon in the back and play with it, remember, it's Sunday."

The boy started to obey, then turned around and with a puzzled look asked, "Isn't it Sunday in the backyard too?... Agnes Kaminsky...If something is wrong then it is wrong...no matter who sees us...keeping up appearances is not what it is all about...doing the right thing when no one is watching is what we must do...

Peace In Troubling Times!

Romans 15:13, “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

The word's of an old song from the early '70s comes to mind this evening as I ponder the condition of our world. It goes something like this, "Troublesome times are here, filling men's hearts with fear, freedom we all hold dear now is at stake. Humble your hearts to God, saves from the chastening rod, seek the way pilgrims trod, Christians awake.

Troubles will soon be o'er, happy for evermore, when we meet on that shore, free from all care. Rising up in the sky, telling this world goodbye, homeward we then will fly, glory to share.

Jesus is coming soon morning or night or noon, many will meet their doom, trumpets will sound. All of the dead will rise, righteous meet in the skies, I'm going where no one dies, heavenward bound."

We live in troubling times if all you see is the present conflict. Paul said, "If in this life only I have hope, I am of all men most miserable," 1Cor. 15:19. We must have hope beyond what we see. And we do have hope if we have put our faith in Jesus Christ. The child of God has nothing to fear. Actually, we should be excited that last days prophecies are being fulfilled and that "Jesus is coming soon..."

In the midst of all the turmoil everywhere, let us be thankful that Jesus has provided an escape. My prayer is that during this present celebration of Thanksgiving and the coming Christmas season, that we the Body of Christ will reflect the glory of God is such a fashion that the unbelieving will see Christ and make that decision to follow Him. May the presence of the Holy Spirit be with you in every gathering! Peace In Troubling Times!

May We Remember! by Myra Boozer

JESUS is your Rock when everything begins to sink all around you.

HE is Your Bread when your pantry is empty.

HE is Your Home when you are evicted.

HE is Your Payment for a debt you cannot pay.

HE is Your Friend when all others forsake you.

HE is Your Light when darkness tries to hover over you.

He is Your Coach when you feel defeat has overcome you.

HE is Your Weapon when the enemy strikes.

HE is Your Joy in the time of the great battle.

HE is Your Escape when the lions are hungry.

HE is Your Covering when all is stripped away.

HE is Your Passport when the time comes to leave.

HE is Your Key to the riches of Heaven.

"He hath made his wonderful works to be remembered: the LORD is gracious and full of compassion," Psalm 111:4.

Oh, how quickly we can all forget just what Jesus really means to us. When the storm has past and the sun begins to shine...May We REMEMBER the works of His Hands...this is our time to remember and be thankful...today and always...

A Prayer Of Thanksgiving!

Psalm 121:1, "...I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

Lord Jesus, thank you for allowing us to share in the glory of your presence. The freedom, the peace, and the absolutely marvelous deliverance is a testimony of your desire to reveal yourself to your people. It is good to dwell together in unity as one in you and through you.

Thank you, Lord, for bringing us into the outer court (the court of praise), into the inner court (the court of ministry) and the Holy of Holies. It is in the Holy Place we come face to face with YOU and experience your person as Almighty God, Lord God Jehovah, our Creator, our constant Support and Shield, our Deliverer, our Counselor, our Redeemer, our Savior, our Lord, and our God. It is there that we receive access to all we need and require for this present journey. Lord, your strength is our present help in time of need. The shield of YOUR covenant is our defense from the tormenting darts of the enemy. Truly, You are the source of our victory.

Thank you, Lord, for giving us YOUR WORD that is spiritually embraced and conscientiously invested. Lord Jesus, help us to let go of all things around us and every substance within us that would impede our success in YOUR cause. We do here and now accept YOUR promise of an expected end by faith. We fall helplessly into YOUR embrace and look to you for the strength and grace to complete YOUR assignment. We open our hearts, minds, and souls to YOU and without reservation do purpose to receive all that you desire to invest in us. Prepare us O Lord and fill us full of YOU! Amen

My Safe Place! by Myra Boozer

Life is so full of troubles, trials, and disappointments and many days our hearts can be broken because of all that is going on in our world. Neglected children, the forgotten elderly, the sick and dying and the lonely with no one to share the day. It is a beautiful thing to know that God has a place that provides protection and shelter, a place one can turn to for help, relief, and escape. The Lord tells us He is with us at all times. But we must leave our little world of survival and focus our hearts and minds towards Him who is our refuge.

When we give all our TRUST to Him alone, then it happens. He comes and sits with us and talks with us wrapping His big arms of love around us. It is then we realize we are not alone or overtaken by any burden that He cannot handle.

When we allow the Holy Spirit to renew our mind we are actually surrendering to what is going on and receiving our life vest for survival during our storm. Spiritually, we are taken into that safe place of His protection, His pavilion and none of the things of this world can defeat us. Not that we are not there already, but when our hearts don't stay FIXED on Him, we do not REST in His PRESENCE.

We must stay awake and aware that the world will pull us in, leaving us vulnerable to Satan and his lies of defeat. BUT Jesus says come unto me ALL of you that are troubled or overtaken and I will give you REST. He is our safe place in a world of calamity. He is our shelter in the time of the storm. He is the one who lifts us up above the shadows and puts our feet on solid ground.

To really know Him is to TRUST Him...To Trust Him means that your soul will be at REST... When all around us is crumbling down...Our heart is fixed on the Lord and we are safe and secure in Him...My Safe Place!

God Is Lifting Up His Standard! Conclusion

The Hebrews writer tells us that if we are to please God we must first believe that He exists and secondly believe that He will reward us as we seek Him. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Consequently, we must believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, co-existing and co-equal with God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost. Those who reject the Person and work of the Holy Spirit reject the whole of God's plan and that is the root of the confusion. When this basic scriptural truth is denied, every doctrine built upon that foundation is at risk of dilution or being discarded altogether.

The doctrine of inclusion came into existence because religious leaders wanted to accommodate people. As public opinion has become increasingly more liberal, societal pressure has expanded to include entire groups of people and lifestyles. Although the Word of God strongly condemns carnal, fleshly thought and lifestyles, the moral climate of our world demands that such behavior be accepted and embraced by the populace of the world including Christianity and the Church.

The Kingdom of God is a spiritual entity and as such has a spiritual administration. True, we all are mortal beings but God uses mortal beings in His Kingdom if they are subject to the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the work of the Holy Spirit must be embraced in submission and obedience. The tension comes in the conflict between the carnal leadership of man and the administration of the Holy Spirit. Religious leadership has succumbed to the collusion of ambition, greed, and pride. Therefore the door is thrown open wide for governance by man and the Holy Spirit has been expelled. Hence our present dilemma.

God will set apart and identify the believers in His Kingdom. By the Holy Spirit, God is lifting His Standard and His obedient followers are flowing to it, as the enemy comes in like a flood. The question today is, “Am I going to follow a religious movement or the Holy Spirit?” The answer to that question will determine our affiliation with a religious group or being a part of the Kingdom of God. And the answer to that question will determine our eternity. My prayer is that we will allow the Holy Spirit to open our ears to hear what He is saying in this late hour! God Is Lifting Up His Standard!

Never Regret! by Myra Boozer

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

My days are full to overflowing with so many tasks at hand...

I see them all coming at me like a dump truck...spilling them all over my world and calling out my name loud and clear...

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

This is a reality for all of us...the demands, the chores, the responsibilities, the duties that we feel are heaped upon us...

And many things we have chosen or allowed to come into our lives...they are not silent...they are forceful and strong...calling and screaming for our attention...

But I hear in the distance a voice. Lord, I feel your nudge. I feel your calling. I know your voice and I feel you pulling me aside to spend time with you. I must release my thoughts and plans and surrender to your will...

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

Lord, you break me and mold me and sometimes crush me into nothing to make me what I need to be. I am nothing until you form me and make me after your design. I must submit for I am stubborn and unyielding. I must trust that you know best when you bring me to tears and help me see how helpless and useless I really am...unable to do any of the tasks at hand without your healing touch and your strength to guide me.

Only you can give me the love and compassion that is needed to help my family and friends. Only you can give me the courage to go on. Only you can bring my life into harmony and fill my days with hope. Only you, Lord, can do these things and you are usually the last option for many. FORGIVE US, LORD. MAY I NEVER REGRET OR BEGRUDGE THE TIME I SET ASIDE FOR YOU...

God Is Lifting Up His Standard!

In the Old Testament economy, a standard was the identifying colors of an army or kingdom. It was necessary to be able to identify allies and enemies. God's promise to Israel was that He would stand with them against His enemies. This is a necessary principle in our spiritual warfare today.

God will set apart (sanctify) and identify as His the believers in His Kingdom. How is that going to happen? It is happening at this present moment! God is, by His Spirit, lifting His Standard and His obedient followers are flowing to it, as the enemy comes in like a flood. We are currently living in the time Isaiah described in chapter 59. In verses 16-21, Isaiah writes by the inspiration of the Spirit of God concerning the last day's restoration of the nation of Israel. God brought salvation at the first Advent of Christ but Israel rejected Him. His second Advent or second coming He will judge His enemies and restore salvation to Israel. The restoration of Israel is at hand. The deliverance of the Body of Christ is even at the door.

The enemy has come in like a river overrunning its banks and causing great destruction and distress where ever it flows. The floodgates are open and just as Aaron and the priesthood were co-conspirators in the disobedience and idol worship of the Israelites at Sinai, the leadership in Christianity must share the responsibility for where we are today. The strong emphasis placed on the doctrine of inclusion in the religious world has lead to a departure from the faith which was delivered to the saints of the New Testament. This doctrine must be reversed in the churches.

Instead of inclusion, separation of the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world must be preached again from our pulpits. Although the gospel message is one of inclusion and is to all men, there always has been and always will be the Divine standard to be achieved. His holy standard can still be achieved in the heart of the submissive, obedient believer through the work of the Holy Spirit living within us. Jesus said that He (Holy Spirit) will lead and guide into all truth. John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” The Truth is the standard but cannot be achieved apart from the indwelling of the Holy Ghost in the heart of the professed Christian.

The Difficulty has arisen because of a falling away from the leadership of the Holy Spirit. How can we be lead by Him if we are not first possessed by Him? How can we be possessed by Him unless we believe that He exists as the third person of the Godhead fulfilling Jesus' promise to be our comforter? John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” The promise of the Comforter was as such to provide a Paraclete to lead and guide the Church as Christ's Advocate or on His behalf. The Holy Spirit is to lead the Church just as God lead Israel and Jesus led the New Testament Church. (continued)

Sin Is Sin! by Myra Boozer

I found a statement that is very interesting..."There is no gay marriage. Marriage is a Christian word for Holy Union. Gay is an abomination to God, hence no gay marriage. It's simple, can't make it complicated."

Sin is sin and we will all be judged by God for those things in our lives that are not covered by Jesus blood and forsaken. Jesus, our Redeemer, and justifier told the woman found in the act of adultery, "go and sin no more." John 8:11

As a Christian, I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I do not claim to be perfect. But God is my Father, His son is my Savior, His Holy Spirit is my guide and His Word is my roadmap. If I don't follow His ways and keep His word, then I am not a follower. I must stand with His word and live His word or I am not a Christian.

Jesus invited people from all walks of life to come and follow Him. He loved and welcomed multitudes to come to Him. Yet, His words offended a lot more than they attracted because He would not tolerate sin. He forgives sin but He does not tolerate sin. The book of Ephesians teaches us Christian duties.

In both the Old and New Testament, homosexuality is referred to as sin. See Leviticus 20:13 and Romans 1:26-28. I declare to you today, the day is coming and is here that if we call ourselves a Christian we will be called a lot of different things. But don't be alarmed because greater is He that is in you than He that is in the world. Jesus said the world hated me, it will hate you also, but be not alarmed I overcame the world and you can also.

Sin is sin and we will all be judged for those things that are not under the blood of Jesus. "Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.” Isaiah 1:18

Don't be intimidated by people who say you are judging when you give them scripture against homosexuality or abortion even if our government is in support of these sinful acts. Many in our government are wanting to turn us against the principles of God. They want nothing to do with God and are getting ready to persecute those who do. "And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul; but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell." Matthew 10:28 Sin Is Sin!

God's Favor Requires Embracing God's Truth!

Jeremiah 2:8, “The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.”

The priests, pastors, and prophets lead the way for Judah into apostasy. Through the words of Jeremiah, God was revealing a pathway to victory. But there is only one way to secure God’s favor. Judah must acknowledge their defiance of God’s law and return to God in repentance and submission. Through the prophet Jeremiah, God was pleading with Judah to return to Him and to His Favor.

What is the parallel for today? The leaders of the churches in our world have led the way toward apostasy! The leadership of the churches must bear the responsibility for the conditions in the churches. A congregation will not rise above their leader. Then, it becomes the responsibility of those leaders to represent God’s Truth in word and deed. Godly leaders will lift up God’s standard which is God’s Truth.

True Christian leaders are co-workers with the Lord Jesus Christ through the abiding presence of the Holy Ghost. God said that He would lift up His standard when the enemy comes in an overwhelming force. “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19

We are experiencing now the onslaught of the dark forces released from the Satanic abyss. The enemy is angry that the Church of Jesus Christ would dare to rise up and oppose him. But now is the time for that very thing! Every pastor, leader, and congregation has been pressed by the will of a carnal society to accept all people and lifestyles. This external influence has pressed into the Church creating internal conflict. The pressure of inclusion and compromise has led to a deviation from God’s Truth!

However, God has a standard for us to embrace, accept and model if we are to name the name of Christ. God’s standard is Holiness. God requires repentance and a turning away from sin to the holiness of God’s Truth. Ephesians 5:25, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.”

Godly leaders must preach the glorious Gospel of God’s Truth. Jesus is returning for His Church made ready by the washing of the Word that His Church may be presented to Him Holy and without Blemish. God’s Favor Requires Embracing God’s Truth!

The Spirit Of Anti-Christ! by Myra Boozer

1 John 4:3, “And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.”

This spirit of anti-Christ is roaming throughout our world today. Many are accepting it and going along with its evil schemes. Do you ever just get sick of this world with all the evil and corruption? It is very difficult to know if the news is real or fake news. Truth has fallen in the streets. What do we believe and who do we trust?

There is so much hatred coming from a society that wants to live a lifestyle THEY have devised. They want nothing said about going against the Word of God and His principles of living holy and acceptable before God. So many are seeking a lifestyle without God or His influence. They seem to have been delivered over to this anti-Christ spirit, accepting every lie and fantasy. They consider themselves to be free to do, say, or act any way they desire and no one has the right to speak against it.

The world is becoming more and more anti-God, anti-Church, and also anti-American. America, where many have put their hopes for their future, for a secure life with family and friends. America is a place where dreams come true. Not anymore! We have no promise that it will get better, only worse. Sin is raging and evil will abound! The hearts of many will be hardened by neglect, pride, and selfish desires. They will not have time for TRUTH. They have no time to bow before our maker and give Him due respect or love. They have no time for obedience to God’s Word.

God still loves and yearns for all souls to come to repentance. The cross was a horrible sacrifice for Jesus but He gave Himself willingly. He suffered for our Salvation, for our Healing and our Home that He has gone to prepare. All the provisions He has made will be useless to the person who has no time for Him and His plan for their life now. Only the one who takes time to open their mind and their heart to His precious tugging will benefit from the place that He has prepared. All must open their heart and listen to His voice, follow in His steps and obey His directions. Those who don't will go away into everlasting punishment but the righteous into life eternal. Matt. 25:46, “And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.” Amen!

The Power Of The Gospel Is Truth!

Paul proclaimed in Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith:..” Paul declared boldly that the Gospel is the power of God to bring men unto salvation. The power of the Gospel is that TRUTH. That is the pure, undefiled TRUTH. It is that pure message that will set every man free who believes God’s promise and places their faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Any deviation from the Truth of God’s Word will annul its power to accomplish it’s intended purpose in us and whoever we might affect. The only way to walk in the power of His Spirit is to embrace His TRUTH without amendment. Jesus declared to John in His Revelation 22:18, “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” It says what it says and means what it means. We must embrace His TRUTH if we are to hear Him say, “...Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord,” Matt. 25:21.

Jude is pleading in Jude 1:3, “...that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.” The Holy Spirit, speaking through the writer of this passage is calling for the Church to return to the Truth of the Gospel. Jude was writing some 40 to 50 years after the death of Jesus. The Faith which Jesus taught was being diluted (not containing very much of the original message). The TRUTH which Christ had preached and modeled was missing. It was upon this TRUTH that He established His Church and the gates of hell will not prevail against His Church. Matt. 16:15, “He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.” It is upon the understanding of who Jesus is that He has built His Church! He is the everlasting Son of God, Savior of every believer and soon coming King for all those that have made ready!

That is the message of the Gospel! That is the TRUTH! The power of the Gospel message is the TRUTH. Jude pleaded with the first century Church, the Holy Ghost is pleading with the present day Church. He is saying repent and return to the Truth of the Gospel which Jesus taught and modeled. “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth;” The Power Of The Gospel Is Truth!

Written In Stone! by Myra Boozer

"You shall consecrate yourselves therefore and be holy, for I am the Lord your God. And you shall keep My statutes and practice them, I am the Lord who sanctifies you," Lev. 20:7-8.

A friend used to tell me quite often when we were making plans...now it's NOT written in stone. In other words, our plans could change and they usually did to some degree. The 10 Commandments are a different story.

When God gave them to Moses on tablets, they were written in stone. He believed and meant every word He wrote. They are called Commandments because they are just that. They are not suggestions. To be even more clear, they are God's Laws. Thru all these years, God has not changed them. Many would like to forget them, remove them and destroy them. But, God has not and will not allow this to happen.

Jesus came that they might be written on our hearts. The love Jesus has for us causes us to desire obedience to God, to do what He asks! Only by seeking God and having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will we desire to obey this Word that is Written In Stone.

Satan Is Defeated!

Satan is caught in the trap of his own deceit which separates him from the reality of God's plan. The reality begins at the cross. The reality is that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and delivers us from the power of sin. 1 John 1:7, “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” Romans 8:2, “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Therefore the blood of Jesus delivers us from the power of Satan's influence over this mortal body.

The reality is that the tomb could not imprison the Son of God. The power of the Holy Ghost raised Him up exercising the power of God over death, hell and the grave. Thereby we are heirs of the same promise and have inherited the hope of eternal life. The reality is that Jesus ascended to the Father but not before giving a commission to the Church. Matthew 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

The reality is that He did not leave us powerless but sent the gift of the Holy Ghost to take His place. Acts 1:6, “When they therefore were come together, they asked of him, saying, Lord, wilt thou at this time restore again the kingdom to Israel? 7And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. 8But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The reality is that Jesus has given us power and authority to go into Satan’s domain and take back what the enemy has taken from us. He is a thief and comes to kill, steal and destroy. But Jesus has overcome him and so can we.

The reality is that He is coming again soon. Matt. 28:9, “And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight. 10And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel; 11Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”

We have read the end of the Book and know how this ends. Matthew 28:9-11 is our Promise! Our Hope is Revelation 20:10, “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” The dominion of sin and death will be no more! “...For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen,” Matt. 6:13.

Let us, in one accord pray, speak and live as we know SATAN IS DEFEATED by the blood of Jesus Christ! And we can all say Amen! God is Almighty and His mercy endures forever!

A Great And Terrible Day! by Myra Boozer

"And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?" Joel 2:11

The world is getting ready for a great and terrible day. People are choosing sides for that last horrible and final war, and they don't even know it. There are only two sides...Good and Evil.

The word for the day is unity. It is such a powerful word. "UNITY" sounds good but does not mean for good when teaming up with evil. Unity is strength and people are unifying in their evil thoughts and deeds against all that is good and righteous.

"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the LORD cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage." Jude 14-16

Many are being deceived by evil people to believe lies. It will come in a pretty package with a message that seems sent from heaven above. Evil is very alluring and captivating. It desires your attention and affection. When evil comes to your life, it comes to stay. Only the blood of Jesus can rid you of this horrible attribute.

Know also that in that last great battle God with his saints will punish and destroy all evil. Choose to be on the winning side. Choose good, not evil! The Bible is the only gauge to measure your life against good and evil. " Seek good and not evil, that ye may live..." Amos 5:14. A Great And Terrible Day!

Claiming Deliverance In Jesus Christ!

Ezekiel 18:4, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine:..”

All souls belong to God who created us. God has promised us deliverance from sin and the wages of sin. However, someone must deliver the message of Christ's deliverance. Somebody has to enter the realm of darkness in the power of Jesus Christ and declare freedom to these imprisoned souls. Are you ready to be used of God in such a mighty endeavor? The beginning of this process is PRAYER bathed in the Holy Ghost. My prayer is that God will ignite a fire in the Body of Christ that will become a raging, consuming fire of God. I pray that we will burn so hot and so bright that the darkness cannot stay where we go.

The powers of darkness must acknowledge and surrender to the presence and power of Jesus Christ. There is a future time when all creation will bow at the feet of Christ and declare true reverence to Him as the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings. However, Jesus wants to use the Body of Christ presently to show forth His miraculous power and divine glory. The Lord wants to reveal the awesomeness of His miraculous power in the Body. He wants to use the Body of Christ to enter into Satan's domain, the very seat and throne of his rule and rescue perishing souls.

You see, Satan has believed his own lies. He is the father of lies. He exists in the domain of lies and deceit. He cannot discern where the lie ends and reality begins. He thought he could defeat Jesus in the wilderness of temptation and the garden of Gethsemane. He thought he had defeated Jesus on the cross and when they sealed Him in the tomb. However, Satan failed to remember that all this was according to God's plan.

God had planned these encounters. Thereby He is touched by the feelings of our infirmities. Hebrews 4:15, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” He was tested! He suffered, died and rose again! Consequently, He brought us to the apex of spiritual victory when He walked out of that tomb! That was God's plan!

Are you willing to be changed into an instrument of Christ’s deliverance? Are you ready to become a raging, consuming fire of the Holy Ghost? Yes, it is time to PRAY! Claiming Deliverance in Jesus Christ!

God Wants Your Commitment! by Myra Boozer

Many people turn to God when they have serious troubles and trials. They need help!...so they go to Church, say their prayers but only for a short time. They turn back to their old ways until the next time when they just can't handle their problems any longer. Over and over they do this. So Sad! They just don't understand!

God is not a "pie in the sky" kind of God. He wants us to love Him for who He is not for what He can do for us in time of need alone. He is not an on and off God. He is a full-time God and wants a full-time relationship with His Children.

Today is not the time to forget God! The battle is raging and it is so dangerous to be out in the cold without your covering. God wants to shield you and keep you from all harm and danger of the enemy that is out to steal, kill and destroy. Satan is sneaky and will come at you in many different forms...Sometimes as an Angel of Light. Don't be deceived by him! Run to God today and find Him to be your answer. He is waiting with open arms, longing for you to make a commitment to Him. Stay the course, don't run away. "We love Him because He first loved us." I John 4:19 God Wants Your Commitment!

Prepare For The Conflict!

Father God, Lord Jesus Christ, thank you for holding us close and loving us beyond our human ability to measure. Thank you for renewed strength. We mount up on wings of eagles. We run but do not become weary. We walk but do not faint. Lord, let us walk with you today. Let us continue in your awesome presence. Help us to stay the course, push forward, dare to enter the enemy's camp and take back what he has stolen from us.”

Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Are we prepared for the conflict of prayer? In prayer, the force of flesh and Spirit collide and Spirit must always reign. By the power of the Holy Ghost, we are set free from the dominion of the flesh. The power of Almighty God possesses our mortal bodies as we give ourselves to His Divine Will and Sovereign Purpose. Our Creator and Redeemer has broken the chains, loosed the fetters and opened the barred doors. We are free to be a servant of God and fulfill His mission in us.

However, Satan is as a roaring lion roaming about his domain seeking to devour and destroy everything and everyone that proclaims salvation and freedom in Jesus Christ. We must rise up in the power of the Holy Ghost and declare God’s Victory. “Father God, Your power will break the chains of sin, disobedience, and rebellion. We are Your servants. We stand where You stand and by Your power, We will do Your work. By Your power, We will break through the enemies fortresses and You will deliver the hopeless souls of mankind.”

This is a spiritual war! We are not fighting against flesh and blood but against powers and principalities, against the ruler of the darkness of this world. Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”

Our victory has already been ordained and secured. Jesus declared victory at Calvary when He embraced the role of His sacrifice. Psalm 22:14, “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.” David wrote of his own struggle with life and death but uses language which is appropriate for Christ's crucifixion. Jesus poured Himself out on the cross. Consequently, there is power in the blood of his sacrifice. Power to enter the enemy's domain, the places he has hidden the souls of the lost, hopeless, lifeless, imprisoned bodies of humankind. The power and light of Jesus Christ will reach into these deep dark crevices of life and set the doomed free. Who will carry His light into the darkness?

In Isaiah 6, when Isaiah saw God, he saw Him high and lifted up or in an exalted state. Isaiah fell on His face in repentance and submission and declared, “...I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me,” Isaiah 6:8. Are we prepared for the conflict of prayer? Can we answer as Isaiah, “here am I, send me.” Yes, it is time to pray! Prepare For The Conflict!

Who Will Listen? by Myra Boozer

Who will listen to the still small voice when He speaks. It won't be the excitable, giddy one who is inflated with self-conceit. Being bound up in pride with an arrogant spirit leaves no room for listening.

It won't be the one who can't be reasoned with because they are stubborn and stuck without understanding, unable to concede.

It won't be the fearful for it takes courage to receive instruction.

It won't be someone who doesn't welcome change for God is an advocate for change in its most deliberate form.

It won't be someone who refuses to forgive, for the speaker is the Father of Forgiveness and He requires it.

It won't be someone who ignores the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit is the very unction to hear the still small voice.

It won't be someone who doesn't understand trust, because God is all about our leaning on Him.

So Who Will Listen? I think it is the one who is DESPERATE...The one calling out to God for HELP in their Brokenness, the DESTITUTE person who has forsaken all to find God. All else has failed and they are searching for answers from someone higher than themselves. If that is YOU, there is HOPE! God will speak to your HEART when you listen with your HEART...Who Will Listen!
