His Love Pulls Back the Veil!

I began this day as I do every day in the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. I see that His love abounds everywhere. Even in the areas of our world that appear to be dominated by sin. But His love is there. A love which transcends all obstacles, penetrates into the most remote and isolated crevices of life. Every area of human existence is held in the shelter of His hand.

Your need and my need is laid bare before Him. He knows where we are, what we feel and what we dream. He sees each despairing thought and feels the anguish that we feel. He identifies with every human experience and emotion that has and will touch our lives. He left His throne in glory, took upon Himself the form of human flesh so He can tell you today, “I have been where you are and I feel what you feel.” He experienced the human condition in the fullest sense yet without sin. Heb. 4:15, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.”

He is saying to the whole human race, “I understand, I have made a way out. Believe on me as the scripture has said and be free.” You may feel trapped in a place you don't want to be. Give it to Jesus. He will make a way of escape for you. Trust Him! He knows the way. He is the WAY. Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Look to Him and live!

The Message! part 2 / Judgment part 3

I wrote a piece this week titled “The Certainty of Judgment” in which I stated this: “Judgment doesn't just suddenly come upon a person or people without warning. In the old Testament, when God's people strayed from His leadership, God always sent His Prophet to warn them of the consequences and give opportunity for correction and change.” Isaiah 9:10 is a good example of this, “The bricks are fallen down, but we will build with hewn stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars.” Isaiah had prophesied the imminent judgment upon the northern tribes of Israel specifically addressing the tribe of Ephraim and the city of Samaria. Isaiah 9:9, “And all the people shall know, even Ephraim and the inhabitant of Samaria, that say in the pride and stoutness of heart,...” The peoples response was “we will build back bigger and better. The chosen materials would be hewn stones and cedars which were used for the palaces of the kings. The brick and sycamores were for the common people. (That spirit that rises up is the spirit of carnal flesh which must be crucified). The correct response is to repent and return to God.

The leadership of this nation followed the example of Israel in response to the attacks on the World Trade Center, Sept. 11, 2001. Sen. Tom Daschle stood on the floor of the U.S. Senate building the next day, Sept. 12. He gave the following response to this devastating attack. “There is a passage in the Bible from Isaiah that speaks to all of us in times like this. Isaiah 9:10, 'The bricks are fallen down, but we will rebuild them with smooth stones: the sycamores are cut down, but we will change them into cedars,' That is what we will do. We will rebuild and recover. The people of America will stand together because the people of America have always stood together, and those of us who are privileged to serve this great nation will stand with you. God bless the people of America.”

This passage of scripture was repeatedly used in the coming months in an attempt to instill hope and inspiration. But apparently there was no national approach to repentance. Now look at where we are today. As a nation we are more divided than since the great Civil War. There has been more civil unrest and racial conflict in the last 2 or 3 years than since the integration battles of the 1960's. Law and order in our world appears to be dissolving right before our eyes. (Just watch the evening news). Justice and mercy are thrown in the streets like refuse. Micah 6:8, “He hath shewed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth the LORD require of thee, but to do justly, and to love mercy, and to walk humbly with thy God?”

The problems of our civilization, the issues we face require supernatural intervention. The basic problem of our world is a spiritual one. The undermining issue is that sin is attempting to invade every area of human habitat. As I contemplate the evil around us and the blatant attack by Satan on the family of God, I struggle to find words to describe what I am feeling and what I feel God wants me to share. A single word comes into my mind, spoken as clearly as in any conversation you might have. The word is “nefarious.” I believe this word describes the moral climate of our world.

Merriam-Webster defines “nefarious” as: flagrantly wicked or impious : evil, not conforming to a high moral standard; morally unacceptable.
Related Words base, contemptible, despicable, dirty, disreputable, evil-minded, ignoble, ill, infernal, low, mean, snide, sordid; atrocious, cruel, infamous, nasty; blamable, blameworthy, censurable, objectionable, obscene, offensive, reprehensible; corrupt, debased, debauched, degenerate, depraved, dissolute, libertine, loose, low-minded, perverted, reprobate, scrofulous, sick, unhealthy; cursed (also curst), cussed, defiling, noxious, pernicious, pestilential, ugly, ungodly, unwholesome; banned, barred, condemned, discouraged, forbidden, illegal, interdicted, outlawed, prohibited, proscribed, unauthorized, unclean; disallowed; execrable, lousy, miserable, wretched; errant, erring, fallen, unprincipled, unscrupulous; improper, incorrect, indecent, indecorous, naughty, unbecoming, unseemly, vulgar; dishonest, dishonorable

The connotation of this word describes the very essence of life in a disobedient and rebellious world. I truly believe that this is the way that God sees the hearts and conduct of fallen man. It reminds me of Genesis 6:5, “And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart. 7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.”

The Prophet Amos warned Israel of the impending judgment because of disobedience and rebellion. Amos 5:18, “Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light. 19 As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. 20 Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it? 21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies. 22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
23 Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols. 24 But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.” Amos attacked the social evil of the people. Outwardly they were prosperous but inwardly were idolatrous and corrupt. God said, there is nowhere to hide. If you escape a lion, a bear with get you. If you think you are safe in your house, a serpent will bite you. Observing the sacrificial process was not enough. God said, I will not accept you offerings. Only repentance could save the nation.

What are we to do? God will judge disobedience and rebellion in this generation just as He did in the days of Noah and Amos. And just as He made a way of escape for Noah and all who would hear God's message, He has made a way for all who will call upon the name of Jesus. What are we to do? Quite simply we, as a collective body, must fall upon our faces before the Lord God Almighty in contrition and repentance. Allow the Holy Spirit of God to open our hearts to our dismal failure as having surrendered to the arm of the flesh. It is time to confess that we have attempted to lead in our own strength and cry out to God for Divine Intervention. II Chron. 7:14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” God's promise to Solomon was, “...I have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice,” 2 Chronicles 7:12. If it doesn't rain...if the locusts devour your crops or pestilence comes...if you will pray, humble yourselves and turn from YOUR way (rebellion), then I will hear you from heaven and will forgive and heal because I see you and hear your prayers. Yes, there is HOPE. He is JESUS! Call out to Him. Repent and return...He is patiently waiting on YOU!

The Message! part 2 / Judgment part 2

Job 14:7, “For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. 8 Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; 9 Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.”

Jesus is that water. He will renew and bring to life though the stock is dead in the ground. You may think today that there is no hope but just turn to Jesus. He is that hope, our only hope!

This nation cannot afford to abandon the nation of Israel. Our refusal to stand in the gap and support the chosen of God will only bring confusion and destruction leading to our demise. Genesis 12:3, “And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.” I am convinced that one reason our nation is suffering today is because we, as a people have forsaken God and Israel.
Evil and sin come upon us as a mighty hurricane, moving slowly and methodically destroying everything in it's path. Destruction howls like the wind, undermining the very foundation of all that we admire and trust. Evil lurches out at the family devouring the cohesiveness of love, trust and communication creating walls of isolation, unbelief and contempt. Thereby neutralizing the principles upon which our very existence is founded. Evil strikes at the heart of the governing bodies of our societies. Beginning in our educational systems and infecting every level of governance reaching to the seat of our national and international institutions.

Apparently, leaders and policy makers have forgotten that the education of our children will invariably affect our nation and ultimately the world. What we teach in our homes, churches, schools and universities will establish the mindset for the succeeding generations. The guiding principles of our forefathers are strategic and indispensable elements to the continued survival of this nation as we have known it. This nation was established as a democracy with governance by the people and for the people. The ideals of love of God and country have sustained us in all our conflict through out our history. If we allow the name of God to be maligned and degraded, we are setting the example for the next generation. If we allow the principles of personal freedom and liberty to be diluted and discarded, we will pay the price in defeat and ruin.

A people that rejects God will be given over to their own devises and suffer the consequences. The structure of the family has disintegrated because we have not followed God. The health of our churches is diminished and some have expired because we have not followed God. Every institution, every governing body at every level has depreciated in value and relevance because we have not followed God.

Is that what we want as a nation? Do we want to be abandoned by our Creator and go it all alone? I think not. So then, what are we to do? Moral fortitude and intellectual rhetoric can not address the plague of sin that has consumed mankind. The answers cannot be legislated, addressed by executive order or by a ruling by the highest court in the land. None of these actions can put us back on course as the human race.

I hear the Holy Ghost saying, you can't think your way out of this. You can't buy or spend your way out. You can't bargain, barter or compromise. It is return to the TRUTH or go down with the sinking ship. (The passengers on board the Titanic stood on deck as the band played “Nearer My God to Thee,” as the ship sank.) We can carry on our religious events void of the inspiration and revelation of God or we can repent and allow God to forgive our sin and heal our land. The choice is ours as an individual, as a nation and as the entire world.

The Message! part 2 /Judgment part 1

I have identified at least five different themes contained within the Lambert prophecy. I have noted them as follows: Judgment, Harvest, Preservation of the Bride, Restoration of Israel, Intercessory prayer.

When I began to study the prophecy, my heart became weighted down with the proclamation of coming judgment. During a time of prayer, I opened my bible to John chapter 19 and began to read. The Lord spoke to me as I began to read verse 11. “...Thou couldest have no power at all against me, except it were given thee from above:..”

Pilot's statement had been, “...I have power to crucify thee, and have power to release thee.” Jesus' reply was, you “...have no power...except it were given thee from above...” Pilot desperately wanted to release Jesus. But that was not the plan of God. That power was given to Pilot for God's purposes which made the death of Jesus necessary. As I meditated on these verses the Lord said, “You cannot change what is to come, only your response to it. You can be defeated by it (Judgment, my words added) or RISE above it.”

I have asked myself repeatedly “Why judgment?” There has to be a reason for such a consuming work of God! One conclusion is that the work of the Holy Spirit will reveal sin and lead to repentance and obedience.

Prayer:
Lord God Almighty, Father God, Father of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Almighty Creator Jehovah, I come in the name of your only begotten Son, Jesus. I thank you for the light of a new day and for the rest of a peaceful night. Thank you for Providential guidance and revelation. Thank you for the Peace that passeth all human understanding which is the experience of a right relationship with you. It is there that we take shelter from the raging storm of this world. Lord we ask you to open our ears to hear, our minds to understand and our hearts to embrace your truth.

Lance Lambert prophecy - 11/2/98, 1st paragraph
"My anger is stirred up, says the LORD, against the nations; for they are dividing My land and seeking to destroy My heritage. My furious anger is like a boiling cauldron against those powerful states that have produced such strategies, and who by pressure and manipulation are seeking to implement them. Now I will become their enemy, says the LORD, and I will judge them with natural disasters, by physical catastrophes, by fire, by flood, by earthquake and by eruptions. I will touch the seas, and the atmosphere, the earth and all that is within them. Moreover, I will touch them where it will hurt them the most, for I will touch their power and the foundations of their affluence and prosperity. I will smash their prosperous economies, says the LORD. They sit like potentates, so safe, so secure, believing in their own cleverness and wisdom and power; but I, the LORD, I will cause them to stumble. I will lead them into confusion and disorder. I will blind them and delude them so that they will make mistakes because they have not regarded Me, nor honoured Me; but rather they have devalued Me, deriding My word and ignoring My covenants."

The Lord God is angry at the nations for their efforts in dividing the land of Israel. After WWII, Palestine was a colony of Great Britain. They used Palestine to begin relocating the displaced Jews from WWII. The problem has been that the Jews displaced the Palestinians and that created animosity and hatred between the two. Consequently the political climate became so volatile that Great Britain gave up sovereign control of the area and left Israel and the Arabs to fight it out. When Great Britain pulled out of the area, the leadership of Israel drafted a declaration of independence and presented it to the UN. They were affirmed by the UN as a nation in 1948.

The Arab nations surrounding Israel immediately began an offensive effort to eliminate the nation and the people. But the birth of the nation in 1948 was to be the beginning of the restoration of the latter days Israel as promised by the Old Testament prophets. Through miracle after miracle by God's Divine intervention, Israel has sustained their destiny. The invading nations surrendered one by one and the whole world knew that Israel was reborn.

Since 1948, the sovereignty of Israel has be challenged numerous times. But always God has given them the victory. Why? Because he has not forgotten His covenant with Abraham. He will restore the whole of Palestine to Israel. He gave it to Abraham. After 400 years of exile in Egypt, Moses led them back and Joshua led them in. They are there and they will stay there!

The Doctrine of Baal by Myra Boozer

Bill will be preaching tomorrow at the Browntown Church... I know you will want to hear this message if you are interested in what is happening in our world today and want to know what the Bible has to say about the End Times... We sure need some direction from the Lord as we approach a day that none of us have ever faced before... To live in a time of such hate for Israel and the Jewish people , also for so many Christians to be killed because of their faith is one thing... But for a Nation that once knew God and respected His guiding hand of protection to now turn away and actually defend those who want to destroy not only Israel but also every Christian on the face of the earth is mind boggling to say the least... How you may ask, as I have done,How can America defend and promote the enemy of Christianity ???? I think because she has not repented and has gone after the doctrine of Baal... See Numbers 22 This chapter is speaking of Balak the king of the Moabites. who had hired Balaam ( who was apparently a priest of Baal) to curse Israel.. They apparently had a reputation of having some sort of power to curse people or to bless them(sounds like America) Balak, King of the Moabites called him and apparently offered him pay to curse the children of Israel... WOW..... When America turned her back on Israel....I believe the anger of God has been kindled against our Nation.. and God is allowing those who would believe a lie (deep deception ) to do so.... read the whole chapter to see that the enemy of Israel will only do what God allows... (note... when I was typing this ... about How can America defend and promote the enemy of Christianity.... these words came as clear as any words ever come to my mind.... (because she has gone after the doctrine of Baal ) I could not leave my page to google (what is Baal) I had to go to Bill's computer... This is part of what I found... it did not come from me but from God.... mb

The Certainty of Judgment

Judgment doesn't just suddenly come upon a person or people without warning. In the old Testament, when God's people strayed from His leadership, God always sent His Prophet to warn them of the consequences and give opportunity for correction and change. God would show them where they had strayed from His path and give them the choice to repent and return to Him. But, He would always inform them of the consequences of their disobedience.

God uses the same principle today to correct His children. He will warn us and give us the opportunity to make the necessary corrections. He will show us where we missed the mark. In the midst of our situation, all we need do is trace it back to a failure on our part, a place in our journey where we made a wrong choice, where we took the wrong path. Then we are presented with the choice to repent and return to Him or suffer the consequences for our disobedience.

God is good and His mercy endures forever to bring salvation to all who will walk in obedience. Psalm 106:1, “Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever.
2Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise? 3Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. 4Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;” His desire is for the world to observe how He loves those that will come into a loving, obedient relationship with Him. 5, “That I may see the good of thy chosen, that I may rejoice in the gladness of thy nation, that I may glory with thine inheritance.” Even in our blatant rebellion, His heart yearns for communion with us. We have not fully understood God's plan for us, if we did we would not pull back. 6, “We have sinned with our fathers, we have committed iniquity, we have done wickedly. 7Our fathers understood not thy wonders in Egypt; they remembered not the multitude of thy mercies; but provoked him at the sea, even at the Red sea. 8Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake, that he might make his mighty power to be known.”

When the seeds of disobedience are sown they will bring forth fruit in due season. But in the midst of our rebellion, He has saved us for His name's sake. You may feel trapped where you are and not where you want to be. Jesus will set you free from whatever holds you fast. Call out to Him. He will deliver today!

Lord God Almighty, we want to follow your direction. Help us to always hear you voice clearly. Shut out the extrainous noise that so overwhelmes the thought process that we get lost in the fight. Help us to focus on the important and allow the useless to fall away. Sweep the irrelevant away and deposit it far from us. We want no interference! We want to focus on YOU alone. Blessed be the Name of the Lord!

Yea, Though I Walk Through the Valley! by Myra Boozer

If you are reading this then you know that God gave me the go ahead to post it.. Last night , over in the morning I had a very strange and vivid dream... The first thing I remember in the dream was that I was still living at home with my parents and we, kids were getting ready for school. I told my family that I wasn't going to school that day but going to stay at home with Mother.. I remember going in to the kitchen and there was all kinds of food on the counters that Daddy had prepared..... I remember big platters of meat and enough to feed an army..

I then remember going past that and out the back door but in my dream there was a big colorful valley.. it was a deep valley I was going down into the valley and there I had a wonderful experience with God .. I was so in the presence of God that I shook with the power of the Holy Spirit... I awoke (half-way) and knew that I was feeling the power of God all through my body and speaking by the Holy Ghost.... I came up out of the valley and the sun was shinning so bright on the house and the back door was open with a young woman there in a yellow dress with short blond hair, she appeared gothic to me but not in black, no one I knew, and there were other young people of her sort in the house, as I got closer and right up on her she had a long piece of glass maybe a 3inx24in clear glass with the part she was cleaning, was wider on the end, like a knife...

I don't remember particular words, but knew she had killed my Mother and was there to kill me. I don't remember words but I took authority over that and walked further into the house.. There I saw several men 5 or 6 and they were all dressed alike with blue pants and shirts... They were not policemen or blue collar workers but they were professional men... they were the instigators of what had happened... They were middle aged men and very well groomed , they all looked alike, having nice dark hair... and looking very stern...I passed them... they didn't speak to me, but I had the feeling the young people were like puppets, doing what these men said to do... As I went on thru the house looking for my Mother's body , people were there I ask someone if she was still breathing for we saw her , outside, she had been put on a gurney of some sort and put under a vehicle ..I could see the bloody wrappings but not her...

During this travel through the house, Bill was with me in the final part and was there to take me home, for I belonged to him and he to me...I know this sounds like some sort of dark mystery of which I have never wanted to watch or read about... As Bill and I sat in the beautiful morning light eating our Breakfast he told me what this could possible mean... The 23rd Psalm !! The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life:and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever...

Life is a Journey... sometimes we face things we never think we could ever deal with ... I lost my Mom to cancer 22 year ago , that was the hardest part of my journey so far.. I think the house represented my journey through this life.. And finding my Mother on the outside, meant she was already thru her journey... The Holy Spirit has been the sustaining force in my life... I have enjoyed the presence of the Lord and feasted at His table ... I have overcome the enemy so many times not by my strength but by the POWER OF THE HOLY GHOST..... I feel that my husband of over 46 years represented the Lord Jesus Christ in this dream, showing me that He is with me" for I am His and He is mine" and is coming to take me home, where I will see my beautiful Mother who is walking and talking with Jesus and feasting in His presence... I wrote a song many years ago , that I titled " Won't you come and go with me".... Jesus invites us today, tomorrow the Door of Opportunity may be shut... Don't Wait, please...mb

Cry Out to God Against the Shedding of Innocent Blood! By Myra Boozer

I know it is so very hard to comprehend what others are going through unless we are in the same situation at the same time. I can hear, in the distance, the cries of the children and the parents who have seen their homes destroyed, the ones who lost every single thing they owned.. .. I can see the heartbreak in my mind of the families who had to leave homes because of the fires or the floods, bombs,or enemy ... But in no way can I experience the utter hopelessness that they are feeling... I cannot know the anguish of the parents who saw their children killed by people who get enjoyment from killing the innocent, the Christians, the Jews.. I could not know, unless I am standing in their shoes... God please send a strong revelation upon ALL people to cry out against the shedding of innocent blood today...Just because you and I are not in the middle of severe storms or floods, calamity , disaster, revolution , upheaval, war or killing ... does not mean it cannot come near to where we are and to our neighborhood... We are not exempt from what is coming on this earth because of sin.. Daniel, speaks of "it shall be for the time appointed"... when will it come to us? We do not know. God help us to be mindful of the suffering and the dying in our world... Help us to take the time to think of someone besides ourselves... This is so important, to love others and pray for their sufferings..

Revelation

John 16:12,"I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you.

We must recognize the element of revelation in our relationship with God. We will experience competing doctrines and theories in our search for Truth. It is only through Divine revelation that we can know Truth. There is a difference in a doctrine of error and an absence (lack) of understanding. God understands our lack of comprehension but He expects believers to seek after the Truth. God responses to the hungry seeker by opening our understanding through the work of the Holy Ghost. Jesus' promise to His disciples was that when He, the Spirit of Truth is come He will teach you the truth and will inform you of the things which are to come. John 16:13

Revelation is a personal experience. A revelation may impact one person or a great number of people or generations of people. For instance when the angel of the Lord announced the birth of the Messiah to lowly shepherds in Luke 2, they were few in number out in an isolated area. Luke 2:8, “And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.” The revelation was a personal experience. We can say that because they had a visual experience and it had an effect on them. V9, “And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.” Not only was this a personal experience but also and emotional experience. And as with most revelations from God this experience was accompanied by awe and reverence. In some instances when God reveals Himself to us, we respond in utter disbelief that this could be happening. The only think I can think of is, “WOW, WOW, WOW.” No doubt they were paralyzed with fear. But God always comforts (to give strength and hope) and reassures (to make feel less afraid, upset, or doubtful) when we recognize (to know and remember because of previous knowledge or experience) Him and respond properly (so that it is right, true, proper, etc..).

So, what is the proper way to respond to a revelation from God. In Holy Reverence and Submission. Isaiah comes to mind in Isaiah 6 as he saw the Lord sitting on His throne, high and lifted up, and His train filled the temple. He responded with Holy Reverence as he fell upon his face as he realized that he was in the presence of the Lord God Jehovah. I expect that the shepherds responded in much the same way, falling upon their faces in fear at this supernatural display.

How did this heavenly messenger from God respond to the fear of the shepherds? V10, “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy.” God's revelation brings good tidings to all who will receive them. The revelation began with the shepherds but did not stop there because God had a greater plan, “which shall be to all people. 11 For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. 12 And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. 13 And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, 14 Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.” The message began with the lowly shepherds but the revelation has gone all over the world to as many as would embrace its TRUTH.

During the course of our study we will examine revelations from God which carry warnings, judgment and woe. We must respond to God's revelation in the appropriate manner. The shepherds did just that. V 15, “And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us god even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.” God will validate and confirm His message. But we must be willing to pursue after Truth. More often than not, God's revelation comes in steps, short messages, small pieces. In my experience it has been much like a puzzle. Piece by piece you find its place until you can see the complete picture.

The shepherds pursued after the revelation the angels delivered. V16, “And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.” This was confirmation of what the angel had told them. When God confirms His Truth, there is always an expected result. V17, “And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning the child. 18, And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. 19, But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.” The revelation was a personal experience to the shepherds in so much that the encounter compelled them to seek the truth of the revelation. When God confirmed the truth of the revelation the expected result was that they would share. Their experience compelled them to tell others the message. The greater circle or larger group that heard the message “wondered at those things that were told them.” The Bible doesn't elaborate on the affect this celestial declaration had upon the general public. But we can conclude with certainty that those who pursued truth experienced revelation. “But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart.” The wonder of the many was a transient emotion which come and go with the ebb and flow of the tide of life. But this recollecting and brooding of Mary was an abiding habit. Mary had already experienced revelation. This was not her first encounter with the Divine. Nine months earlier she had received a celestial visitor and that is where her journey had begun. So now she ponders in faith as her heart reaches for the promise. Revelation is a heart thing. May the Holy Spirit create a hunger in us for Truth that the revelation of God in us will reach in faith for His promise which is laid before us.

There is HOPE! Part 3

I am convinced that the evil, sinful state of mankind is a stench in the nostrils of God. Proverbs 13:5, “The righteous hate what is false, but the wicked make themselves a stench and bring shame on themselves.” NIV. Where God has desired the sweet smelling savor of the sacrifice of obedience and submission to Himself, He has received disobedience and rebellion. But as in the days of Noah, God is looking once again at state of human affairs. I believe that His heart yearns for all men to come to Him and be embraced by His love. The Holy Spirit continues to draw men to Him and all who come in repentance will receive forgiveness. But those who refuse and rebel will be turned into eternal darkness.

He is patiently waiting on YOU!

Job 14:7, “For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease.”

There is HOPE! Part 2

Synonyms black, dark, evil, immoral, iniquitous, nefarious, rotten, sinful, unethical, unlawful, unrighteous, unsavory, vicious, vile, villainous, wicked, wrong.
Related Words base, contemptible, despicable, dirty, disreputable, evil-minded, ignoble, ill, infernal, low, mean, snide, sordid; atrocious, cruel, infamous, nasty; blamable, blameworthy, censurable, objectionable, obscene, offensive, reprehensible; corrupt, debased, debauched, degenerate, depraved, dissolute, libertine, loose, low-minded, perverted, reprobate, scrofulous, sick, unhealthy; cu rsed (also curst), cussed, defiling, noxious, pernicious, pestilential, ugly, ungodly, unwholesome; banned, barred, condemned, discouraged, forbidden, illegal, interdicted, outlawed, prohibited, proscribed, unauthorized, unclean; disallowed; execrable, lousy, miserable, wretched; errant, erring, fallen, unprincipled, unscrupulous; improper, incorrect, indecent, indecorous, naughty, unbecoming, unseemly, vulgar; dishonest, dishonorable.

God saw that the wickedness of man was great. Every imagination and thoughts of his heart were evil continually. So, God determined that He would destroy the evil. To destroy the evil, He would destroy man from the face of the earth. God hated the evil so the evil had to go. Genesis 5:8, “But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD. 9 ...Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.” Noah stood out as different in an evil world. He was a just man and perfect in his generations and Noah walked with God. He was different because he walked with God. He did not fit the nefarious (evil, immoral) climate of his day therefore God prepared a way of escape from what was coming upon the world and also secure His plan to perpetuate the human race on earth.

There is HOPE! Part 1

Father God, Lord God Almighty, Father of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, Almighty Creator Jehovah, I come in the name of your only begotten Son, Jesus. I thank you for the light of a new day and for the rest of a peaceful night. Thank you for Providential guidance and revelation. Thank you for the Peace that passeth all human understanding which is the experience of a right relationship with you. It is there that we take shelter from the raging storm of this world.

Beginning in our educational systems and infecting every level of governance reaching to the seat of our national and international government.

Apparently, leadership has forgotten that the education of our children will invariably affect our nation and ultimately the world. What we teach in our homes, churches, schools and universities will create the mindset for the succeeding generations. The guiding principles of our forefathers are strategic and indispensable elements to the continued survival of this nation as we have known it. The ideals of love of God and country have sustained us in all conflict through out our history. If we allow the name of God to be maligned and degraded, we are setting the example for the next generation. If we allow the principles of personal freedom and liberty that this nation was founded upon to be diluted and discarded, we will pay the price in defeat and ruin.

The problems of our civilization, the issues we face require supernatural intervention. The answers cannot be legislated, addressed by executive order or by a ruling by the highest court in the land. None of these actions can put us back on course as the human race. The basic problem of our world is a spiritual one.

For I Am His and He Is Mine! by Myra Boozer

I awoke (half-way) and knew that I was feeling the power of God all through my body and witnessing by the Holy Ghost....

I came up out of the valley and the sun was shinning so bright, on the house and the back door was open with a young woman there in a yellow dress with short blond hair, she appeared gothic to me but not in black, no one I knew, and there were other young people of her sort in the house, as I got closer and right up on her she had a long piece of glass maybe a 3inx24in clear glass with the part she was cleaning, was wider on the end, like a knife...

They were middle aged men and very well groomed , they all looked alike, having nice dark hair... and looking very stern...I passed them... they didn't speak to me, but I had the feeling the young people were like puppets , doing what these men said to do...

As I went on thru the house looking for my Mother's body , people were there I ask someone if she was still breathing for we saw her  outside, she had been put on a gurney of some sort and put under a vehicle ..I could see the bloody wrappings but not her...

I lost my Mom to cancer 22 year ago... that was the hardest part of my journey so far.. I wrote a song many year ago , that I titled " Won't you come and go with me".... Jesus invites us TODAY...tomorrow the Door of Opportunity may be shut... Don't Wait, please...mb

What is Truth?

We want so badly to believe that what we know and understand about God and His Kingdom is truth. But what is truth? God is truth! John 14:6, “Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. 7 If you had known Me, you would have known My Father also; from now on you know Him, and have seen Him." And in God is no variability. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.” James 1:17. The truth of God is constant but our understanding continues to change. Therefore our understanding truth is dependent upon our growing unto Him. Eph. 2:10, “And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.” Our concept of truth will continue to change as we move progressively toward Him in a more complete revelation of who He is. The truth doesn't change, only our understanding of it.

In an effort to convince others that what we believe is truth, we fall into Satan's trap and become emissaries of a carnal doctrine espoused by the flesh. Man delivers the message. God gives the revelation and will validate His message. Since we cannot understand God with the carnal mind, we must rely upon revelation and validation by the Holy Spirit. Is it truth because we believe or do we believe because it is truth? The obvious answer is, we believe because it is truth and God has brought us into it.

Our understanding will continue to evolve as we grow in God but the truth remains constant forever. What we need is a relationship with God in which we can lay aside our beliefs and allow Him to teach us His Truth. The central issue is not our perception of what is right our wrong but our unquestionable obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit. True believers will obey the leading of God. It is not necessary to fully understand where He is leading but rely on the Holy Spirit for confirmation. God will validate His Truth in the lives of His people!

The Holy Spirit will convince mankind of their sin. Jesus said concerning the promise of the Holy Spirit, “And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me;” John 16:8-9

Is This the Beginning of the End!

Acts 3:18, “But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. 19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”

The prophecies by Old Testament prophets concerning the coming of Jesus Christ and what He would suffer were fulfilled perfectly. Jesus was crucified and rose from the grave becoming victorious over death. His disciples saw Him ascend into the heavens where He sits at the right hand of the Father. He will remain there until the time of "restitution of all things." Then the prophecies concerning His second coming with be fulfilled perfectly just as the first advent.

We are near the “restitution of all things.” The stage is set and the players are taking their places. God is moving the course of human events to the culmination of this age. Current events are a testimony to where we are as we approach the final curtain.

The events of this week have shown the world that the United States is no longer a super power. With arguably the best equipped and trained military in the world, President Obama has abdicated this leadership role to Vladamir Putin and the Russian military.

Any fighting force is only as strong as its leader. We have a president who doesn't have the courage or the virtue to make the difficult choices and stand up for this country and its allies. Since WWII, U.S. foreign policy has been to keep the Russian military out of the Middle East. It appears that President Obama and his administration has handed the Middle East to Russia and Iran on a silver platter. The United States' classification as a super power is no longer valid. The leadership of this country is cowering under rhetorical political dogma just hoping that the U.S. will survive.

Let it be fully understood, Russia and Iran will not stop in the Middle East. The mind set of these “last days” is world domination. That is the goal of the Russian and Iranian leadership. Here is a quote taken from a recent blog post by Joel Rosenberg, “The Hebrew prophet Ezekiel wrote 2,500 years ago that in the "last days" of history, Russia and Iran will form a military alliance to attack Israel from the north. Bible scholars refer to this eschatological conflict, described in Ezekiel 38-39, as the "War of Gog & Magog." Are these sudden and dramatic moves by Moscow and Tehran are simply coincidental, or have prophetic implications?” The entire post is worth reading: Copy and paste https://flashtrafficblog.wordpress.com/2015/10/01/putin-orders-russian-military-forces-into-combat-in-syria-just-miles-from-northern-border-of-israel-russian-forces-working-closely-with-iran-heres-the-latest/

Another resource worth investigating; “...I am preparing the whole earth, and especially Europe and America. One super power I have cast down, and another I am about to judge...” Lambert prophecy at http://lancelambert.org/

My prayer is that God will open our eyes to understand the significance of current events. God reveal to the Body of Christ the urgency of His message. The world is doomed to eternal darkness except they turn to Jesus Christ in repentance. “Repent ye therefore...” Acts 3:19

More to come later on Gog and Magog.
