No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper! by Myra Boozer

Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.”

“Opposition to lives which are yielded to Jesus Christ takes many forms, some dramatic, some subtle. Satan is a clever angel of light but sometimes he chooses supernatural ways to frighten us into inactivity. During a time at camp with the girls, I was singing outside of the cabin after lights out. The song had the words: ‘Don't be afraid for whatever is coming, your heavenly Father takes care of you.’ Suddenly I heard horrible noises around me. It seemed as if among the trees some sort of beings were trying to make me stop. The noises grew and subsided, sending shivers through my body with their weird tones. While I sang, I pleaded with the Lord: ‘Cover me and protect me with Your blood, Lord Jesus...give me strength to go on singing and speak through me to reach all these girls.’ The noises remained and got louder and more ugly, but I didn't stop. I knew that I stood on the front line of battle but through Jesus, it was victory ground, not defeat or retreat. As soon as I finished the song, the noise stopped, just as abruptly as they began. I went to bed and thanked the Lord for His victory. The next morning I asked the girls if they had heard anything unusual the previous night. They answered that they had never heard me sing so beautifully. Nobody heard anything else.” This is taken from Corrie ten Boom's book IN MY FATHERS HOUSE...

My question is what is trying to stop you today? Don't let the troubles, trials, or tribulations of this life or anything that Satan would throw in your path stop you from singing the Praises of our Lord. Sing loud and with all your might! Don't give up, we are almost HOME.

Jesus said in this life we would have these troubles but to not be alarmed because He overcame and so will we through His power that works in us. As we get closer to the return of the Lord the noise will become louder and louder from the opposition. It is time to arise and stand in the face of the enemy. The world's tactics (or armor) will not fit the Christian. Just like Saul's armor did not fit David, the shepherd boy. It will take the leading, the direction, and the power of the Holy Spirit to defeat the enemy of our day just like it did in David's day.

We must remember these words as we go out to defeat our giants...”No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD,” Isaiah 54:17. NO WEAPON FORMED AGAINST ME SHALL PROSPER...I GO IN THE NAME OF THE LORD GOD JEHOVAH…

These Are Perilous Times! Conclusion

2 Timothy 3:1, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be...3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Paul told Timothy that in the last days perilous times would come and then he detailed the conditions that would come to pass. He said that men would become “...Lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God.” The Greek word used for “pleasure” is Philedonos. This word comes from two other words, philos and hedone. The first meaning “friend” and the second meaning “pleasure, desires for pleasure, and lust.” From this concept, the world has created Hedonism which is the ethical theory that pleasure (in the sense of the satisfaction of desires) is the highest good and proper aim of human life. Paul was saying that in the last days, man’s pursuit of pleasure would be greater than his pursuit of God!

“Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.” Having the resemblance of Christian service but without the spiritual dynamic of the Holy Spirit. Peter said, "These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest…" 2 Peter 2:17. The barrenness of this false religion mocks the thirsty soul by promising refreshment but can not deliver. Perhaps Jude states it best in vs.12-13, "These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever." Paul says from such turn away or have no part with them. They will drag you into outer darkness with them!

Paul has described the characteristics of our world in 2023. We are presently living in that time! We can look at each character trait and we must admit that we are seeing that behavior in our society. Paul was prophesying about this time and the world we are living in and he connected these conditions with the last days! In the face of such overwhelming evidence in this passage and others, along with the conditions and events happening all over the world, we must conclude that THESE ARE THE PERILOUS TIMES OF THE LAST DAYS!

The Last Days! by Myra Boozer

"This know also, that in the last days perilous (uncertain)times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous (desire, envy) boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent (without self-restraint especially in sexual activity) fierce (furious, enraged, vehement, cruel, insane, hellish) despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady,(intoxicating) highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers(various) lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was," 2 Timothy 3:1-9 KJV.

These are not my words but the words of God through His servant. The next chapter tells us "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the TRUTH, and shall be turned unto fables (a fictitious story, a falsehood),” 2 Timothy 4:3-4.

We are living in the last days! We are to preach the Word and remember these words, "And the LORD shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen," 2 Timothy 4:18.

These Are Perilous Times!

2 Timothy 3:1, “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”

Paul told Timothy that in the last days perilous times would come. The original word for “last” is Eschatos meaning “last in time or in place.” From this word is derived Eschatology which is relating to the end of the world or the events associated with it. Paul states that this period of last days will be perilous times, hard to bear, troublesome, dangerous, harsh, fierce, and savage times. Then, he continues to characterize this period of the last days.

“For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy...” Paul is describing selfish people in this verse. Have you ever observed a more selfish and entitled generation? We are living in one of the most self-absorbed times in the history of mankind. It is hard to find people concerned about anyone else but themselves. Jesus said to love our neighbor as ourselves. People who are only focused on themselves do not have the capacity to love others. Consequently, the driving force in their lives is to gain for themselves and it doesn’t matter who they hurt to achieve their goal.

“Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good.” Without natural affection is used only twice in the New Testament. It is used here and in Romans 1:31. The term “affection” comes from the Greek astorgos meaning unsociable, unloving, and inhuman. Paul states that these characteristics will manifest themselves in the last days.

Well, we see these things manifest right before our eyes. It is without natural affection for a mother of an unborn child to abort that living, developing baby. It is without natural affection for two people of the same sex to enter into a sexual relationship. It is unsociable, inhuman, and perverted love according to God’s Holy Word. And when the followers of Jesus Christ take a stand for these Biblical Truths, the false accusers, the fierce and despisers of those that are good, go ballistic. The haters, the militant, the defiant instigate social disorder, destroying public and private property and even causing the death of the innocent. They are incontinent, without self-control and intemperate! (continued)

Truth Will Prevail! by Myra Boozer

I want to hear YOU Lord! I want to listen to Your Word and also hear Your voice! The winds are blowing up a storm and I see on the horizon a new dilemma, a time of trouble, a time of emergency for those who are not aware, for those not prepared, for those who are busy and overtaken by their own plans and desires.

What do we do? They have ears to hear but do not hear, and eyes to see, but do not see. They are getting angry with those speaking about your Return. They are not interested in our words! They have Big Plans to stay! Sometimes I feel I am pulling back, I don't want to do that. I pray you give me Your words.

(This is the answer God gave!)

"Truth will PREVAIL...
Truth will stand STRONG, in the evil and corrupt day...
It will be VICTORIOUS...
It will SING LOUD AND STRONG...
It will TRIUMPH...
No enemy is able to stand AGAINST Truth...
The WORD is TRUTH...
The WORD is GOD...
I am the BEGINNING and the END...
I have NO other PLAN...
I will SURVIVE!
Those who want to be on the winning side must come along with the PLAN I have laid down...NO other plan, No other way!
FORSAKE all and FOLLOW ME.
BE INSTANT IN SEASON AND OUT OF SEASON...
CLOTHE yourself in RIGHTEOUSNESS...
RIGHT LIVING and BELIEVING will be the TICKET for the SURVIVAL of MY BODY...
NO ONE can come to me except they come MY WAY...
I AM THE WAY...
TRUTH will PREVAIL...and the SON will shine after the STORM...
LEAN NOT ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING, but LEAN ON ME, FOR I AM THE STRONG AND MIGHTY ONE...
I AM HE THAT KEEPETH ISRAEL...I DO NOT SLEEP AND I AM NOT SLACK CONCERNING MY PROMISES TO YOU AND ALL WHO LOVE ME...
SEEK ME DAILY with all of your SOUL, MIND, AND STRENGTH...
TRUST ME! STAY CLOSE AND BELIEVE THAT I AM HE WHO IS FROM THE BEGINNING...I AM MIGHTY TO RESCUE AND SAVE ALL WHO CALL ON ME…"

Release The Power Of God In You! Conclusion

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the path that God has chosen for us to go where He is going. In fact, Jesus said in John 14:6, “…I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me.” Therefore the Gospel is the only path that will be blessed by God and activate the power of God.

Paul declared in Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.” The original word for “ashamed” comes from a root word that means to disfigure or dishonor. I think what Paul was saying is that he would not alter his presentation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. There is the power of God for salvation and any other need we might have. If we alter the message, we alter access to the power!

Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” Jesus said that He would send the Holy Ghost as a manifestation of His Power so that we could be witnesses to all the world. But witnesses of what? The Power in itself is not the witness Jesus spoke of. He said, “witnesses unto me.” He was talking about the message of Good News which He had so freely shared with the world. He was talking about the Gospel which He had taught and modeled before men!

This Power that Jesus talked about is to empower us to share the Gospel with all the earth. The power of the Gospel delivers the sin sick soul! The power of the Gospel brings freedom to the shackled and imprisoned! The power of the Gospel heals the wounded heart! The Power of God delivers the soul, mind, and body!

Are we willing to let God do the leading? Are we willing to go with God to where He is going? There lies the key to Release The Power Of God In You!

Anointed For A Mission! by Myra Boozer

Do you feel you are here on planet earth with a purpose? Or, do you feel you are just floating through with ease and comfort with a don't disturb sign hanging on your heart? What wakes you up in the morning? Is it a prayer on your heart for someone or something you might do to make this world a little easier or a little brighter? Or, is it where is my coffee? Where is my easy chair in life? Don't look at me! Don't talk to me! Don't expect to get a response from me because I am already spoken for. Life is a breeze and my mission is "Me." I hope not!

Now that I have your attention, the Bible (the greatest book on earth) teaches us that we are not our own. We have been bought with a price, the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Our "mission," like Jesus, is to do the will of the Father...all that He has laid out in His book, written by Holy men as they were inspired by the Holy Ghost.

I have been thinking of my mission as God's child, my husband's wife, my son's mother, my grand's Nana, my family's relative, my neighbor's neighbor, my church family’s spiritual relative, and my lost world's watchman. Wow, this is a big responsibility and I come up short of being all I need to be for these people. But, I am coming more and more to the understanding that I can not always be what is needed or expected of me. However, I can maintain my relationship with God and let His love flow through me so that I can be filled with His Spirit and His Love...So that my MISSION is His MISSION with His ANOINTING. Whatever your mission let God be your source and you will be Anointed For His Mission!

Psalm 27:1, “...The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Release The Power Of God In You!

Opposition to the Truth, the Gospel of Jesus Christ, is becoming increasingly more intense. As the Body of Christ, we are already experiencing Satanic attacks of greater intensity. It seems as though we are preparing for all hell to break loose. Only God knows what is ahead! However, He has promised to walk with us. Jesus said that He would never leave us or forsake us, Heb. 13:5, “...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.” And, we want Him to walk with us wherever we go! But, how many of us will walk with Him wherever He goes? In the former, we seek God’s blessing on the path we have chosen. In the latter, we seek God’s leading and the path He has chosen. His blessings automatically follow. Sure, we want Him to walk with us but what would our lives look like if we follow Him to where He is going?

God made a similar promise to Joshua. Joshua 1:5, “There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.” God’s promise to Joshua is relevant for us today and provides a powerful example to those who would follow God to where He is going.

God had created the initiative to bring His people into this land of Canaan where they could worship and follow Him without the intrusion of the customs and religions of other nations. For 40 years they had been on this journey and now it was time for them to go in. It was God’s plan for Joshua to lead them in, however, Joshua had to decide to follow God where He was going. Joshua 1:2, “Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.”

Why did it take the children of Israel 40yrs? to get to Canaan? The obvious answer is that they just were not ready. God had to teach them, grow them, and mature them. Many died on the journey! But, the core issue to all their problems was that they would not consent to let God do the leading. They would not follow God to where He was going! Their success or failure was based upon that very simple principle.

Are we so much different than they were? I submit to you today, that we are not! Every need that exists among men can be addressed by the power of God’s presence. But we are forced to make the same decision that Joshua was confronted with. Are we willing to let God do the leading? Are we willing to go with God to where He is going? There lies the key to releasing the power of God in our lives! (continued)

Are You Hiding In The Locker Room? by Myra Boozer

There was a time when the evidence of what you stood for wasn't as well known as it is becoming today. If you are in doubt about who you are and who you really stand for, I guess you just hide in the locker room. NO THAT WON'T WORK! Remember in not choosing "you choose." You’ve made the decision at that point.

As a Christian, you need to come out of hiding and give an answer to the world about what you STAND for. They are watching and waiting, looking for your response!

I have noticed that some, like Peter of old, don't want to be recognized as "one of them" and some are hiding out hoping that God will not see their lack of allegiance to HIM. They are so-called "secret Christians" which is an oxymoron. When you become a Christian you're changed and people will know you are changed. If you hide it or camouflage it, then you are ashamed of the Lord. If you are ashamed of Him, He will be ashamed of you. Luke 9:26, “For whosoever shall be ashamed of me and of my words, of him shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he shall come in his own glory…” I think that hiding your LOVE and RESPECT for GOD among the people you associate with is totally "Denying Christ."

But, if you KNOW who you are and you know whom you Love and Respect, you have NO problem coming out of the locker room and standing tall in front of the whole world...no matter the consequences from your associates.

Do you remember what Adam and Eve did AFTER they disobeyed God and followed the leading of the serpent? They hid themselves from God. They broke the spiritual relationship they had with their creator and constant companion...causing themselves much pain and sorrow. They died spiritually! That is much worse than physical death.

Our world is on an hourly downward slope. It will not be as easy as it has been in the past to say "I AM A CHRISTIAN, and I will NOT DISRESPECT MY GOD. I WILL STAND TALL and be counted among CHRISTIANS." You must make some SERIOUS decisions today. You must see the line drawn in the sand. It is time to know whose side you're on. Only two sides, God or Satan! Good or evil! Only two choices. It is really simple and time is counting down to the end. Time to come out of the locker room if you're hiding? We are either for or against…

"For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth," Romans 1:16a.

The Power Of The Gospel!

Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith...”

God has shown His mercy and grace toward the whole of mankind in that while we were all still sinners, Jesus Christ died for our sins. He sought us out and saved us. He left the ninety-and-nine and came to find us and bring us home. Therein is the redeeming power of His name. There is delivering power in the name of Jesus. That is the power of the Gospel!

Thank you God for the power of the Gospel. I am not ashamed of the Gospel for it is the power of God unto salvation in Christ Jesus to all who will believe. I embrace the promise of your Word and agree with you for all who will hear the Gospel and believe. Make me a beacon of light through Your Word. May Your Words of Truth pierce through the darkness with such fervor and power that Your Word will compel the lost to repent and turn to You.

Send Your Power in me to pierce the darkness. That is what I seek as an instrument of the cross to reflect Your glory. Set me ablaze with the fire of the Holy Spirit so that all who come near the place of my habitation will feel the intense heat, that the power of Your presence would be so great that the barriers that separate fallen man from the Truth would fall flat, the doors of captivity would burst open, the chains of religion would fall helplessly away and the fetters that keep us from pursuing You would be ripped loose. I pray that those in bondage be set free and those restricted in service be inhibited no more. Lord Jesus, set us free from all encumbrances and make us a faithful and victorious warrior in the Kingdom of God. The Power Of The Gospel has set us free!

Can You Believe? by Myra Boozer

Can you believe how fast things are falling apart in this country and the world for that matter? God will not put up with evil running rampant for an extended time. He will come and fight against these evil people who seem to prevail.

God has all power and those who think they are so high and mighty to come against God and His Holy Word will find that they can ONLY do what God allows them to do. One day they will tremble in His presence, bow their knee and confess He is LORD. But that will be too late! NOW is the day of salvation!

Somehow I believe these, which have turned to such rebellion against God and the Truths that our country was founded upon, at some point rejected the still small voice of a loving God who offered His only Son for their sins. But they rejected Him! When any person keeps on rejecting God they are falling deeper into the arms of an evil master that will consume them with his deceitful ways and carry them with him to the pits of hell.

God has given us another day (well, He could come at any time, before the night has ended) but we have this time right now to surrender our hearts, our minds, and our wills. It could be too late for those who don't have ears to hear but for those who have ears, let him hear what the Spirit is saying. Call on the Lord while He is near! Seek Him while He can still be found. Please don't take God for granted and spurn your opportunity to know Him as Lord and Master of your life.

"For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil. And who is he that will harm you, if ye be followers of that which is good? But and if ye suffer for righteousness' sake, happy are ye: and be not afraid of their terror, neither be troubled," 1 Peter 3:12-14.

There is a song that says, "God is fighting for us. He is on our side. We will not be shaken. We will not be moved." God is so faithful to His children! He will not allow them to be defeated. Can You Believe?

The Battle For Your Soul!

1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”

The devil is like a wild animal seeking to devour you. He is attempting to destroy everything and everyone associated with God. The spirit of Antichrist is becoming stronger as each day passes. His followers are becoming more vocal and more active. Their goal is to destroy everything affiliated with Jesus Christ. This is the rise of the last day's influence of Satan setting the stage for the beast in the prophecy of Daniel and in the prophecy of John in the book of Revelation.

This conflict between good and evil has manifested itself through the centuries with an ebb and flow of severity. However, the consequences of the conflict can be directly related to the rebellion of man against the laws and sovereignty of God. This is a conflict between the Light of Heaven and the powers of Darkness. Satan’s war has always been against the Sovereignty of Almighty God and the man of flesh is his pawn in this conflict.

Although times of evil and darkness have gripped the earth in centuries past, the grand finale is still to come. Satan is preparing for his last stand. He knows his end and will do everything in his power to destroy all he can. He has targeted world governments, world leaders, Christian leaders, Christian churches, families, and individuals. His goal is to destroy order and control. He wants to create total chaos.

The course of human history is directly related to the willingness of mankind to seek after and follow the sovereign will of God. In recent years we have seen a digression from Biblical morals and values and a more rapid deviation from Biblical principles in the past decade. This behavior has brought us to where we are as a nation and as a world community.

The consequences of rebellion will rule eternity. How we respond to the voice of God will determine our future and the future of all who will hear us. We must understand where we are on God’s timetable! We must remain alert and watchful to escape the cataclysmic events just ahead! Sound the alarm!

A Life Of Dead Rituals! by Myra Boozer

God is telling us something...He cares! He really cares for everything that concerns us. The Lord gave me this early one morning after I had been so sick. I got up out of bed three times as the Lord was impressing me to write. I am only sharing part. "Don't let your life become a routine of dead rituals. You will drown in a sea of dead deeds with no life and no resurrection. The living must live in the ‘now experience’ of Jesus Christ with a daily submission to His will for their life. Arise out of sleep and stand on the Banks of Resurrection where there is life, freedom and hope as fresh and new as the living waters that flow in the stream of your salvation. The dead are dead but the living are alive in Him. No more rituals. No more going through the motions. Rejoice in your new Freedom. Sing and be Glad!" Read it again and again because we must understand. Our salvation is new every morning. Jesus is calling us to awake from our FORM of godliness, from our cold and unfruitful life, from our downtrodden life, and be whole and complete in Him. HE IS LIFE!

Colossians 2:6, “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:" This is the only way to be complete. All the searching and wandering will NEVER end in the desired result until one receives Christ and follows HIM. Following Jesus is never dull or boring. He is very much alive, refreshing, and revitalizing (means to breathe new life into).

Don't get caught up in a list of traditional "must-dos" in order to be a Christian. Remember, you can drown in the routine of dead rituals. True Repentance will make you alive in Christ Jesus. When you experience this radical change in your life, you will rejoice in your Freedom from sin and the bondage it had you in. You will want to tell someone, so tell them! You will want to read and study the Word, so take time for it. You will want to pray for others, not because it is your duty but because you have great compassion for them. You will want to worship so put your worship music on and spend time in the presence of the Lord. During this time, pour out your heart to Him. You don't have to be in church to worship. Worship is a matter of the heart. Never allow your love for God to grow cold. Remember, live in the "now experience" of Jesus Christ. Keep Your worship on! It is a great way to pray and praise the ONE you love, Jesus Christ!

Except You Repent, You Will Perish!

Luke 13:1, “There were present at that season some that told him of the Galilaeans, whose blood Pilate had mingled with their sacrifices. 2 And Jesus answering said unto them, Suppose ye that these Galilaeans were sinners above all the Galilaeans, because they suffered such things? 3 I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish.”

In this passage, Jesus issued a call to repentance! His attention was directed toward the sin of all men. Evidently, there were some worshipers from Galilee who had been killed by Roman soldiers while they offered up their sacrifices in the temple. They were not worse sinners because this happened to them. The issue is that God had presented them with a New Testament or new covenant in Jesus Christ. The new covenant requires repentance for sins and turning to a new life in Christ. God promised through the writings of the Prophets that their Deliverer would come in His time. Luke acknowledged that in the book of Acts.

Acts 3:18, “But those things, which God before had shewed by the mouth of all his prophets, that Christ should suffer, he hath so fulfilled. 19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord; 20 And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: 21 Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began.”

The prophecies by Old Testament prophets concerning the coming of Jesus Christ and what He would suffer were fulfilled perfectly. Jesus was crucified and rose from the grave becoming victorious over death. His disciples saw Him ascend into the heavens where He sits at the right hand of the Father. He will remain there until the time of the "restitution of all things." Then the prophecies concerning His Second Coming with be fulfilled perfectly just as in the First Advent.

We are nearing the “restitution of all things.” The stage is set and the players are taking their places. God is moving the course of human events to the culmination of this age. Current events are a testimony to where we are as we approach the final curtain.

My prayer is that God will open our eyes to understanding the significance of what is happening now in our world and help us to see the urgency of His message. The world is doomed to eternal darkness except they turn to Jesus Christ in repentance. “Repent ye therefore...” Acts 3:19

Cry Out Against The Shedding Of Innocent Blood! by Myra Boozer

Isaiah 59:7, “Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways. 8 The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.”

Our hearts continue to be burdened for the suffering of innocent souls living in our world. Innocent souls who are suffering unimaginable horrors and death at the hands of vicious, wicked people. My heart cries out to God for Divine intervention and deliverance for these precious treasures!

I know it is so very hard to comprehend what others are going through unless we are in the same situation. I can hear, in the distance, the cries of the children and the parents who have seen their homes destroyed, the ones who lost every single thing they owned. I can see the heartbreak in my mind of the families who had to leave their homes because of the fires or floods, bombs, or enemies. But in no way can I experience the utter hopelessness that they are feeling. I cannot know the anguish of the parents who saw their children killed by people who get enjoyment from killing the innocent, the Christians, the Jews. I could not know unless I am standing in their shoes.

God, please send a strong revelation upon YOUR people to cry out against the shedding of innocent blood today. Just because you and I are not in the middle of severe storms, calamity, disaster, revolution, upheaval, war or killing does not mean it cannot come near to where we are, to our neighborhood. We are not exempt from what is coming on this earth because of sin.

Daniel speaks of, "it shall be for the time appointed." When will it come to us? We do not know. God help us to be mindful of the suffering and the dying in our world. God, give us your compassion for intercession! This is so important, to love others and pray for them in their sufferings.

Will you join with us and cry out to God against the shedding of innocent blood. Just as the righteous blood of Able cried out from the very ground covering him, I pray that the shed blood of the innocent will proclaim to Almighty God of heaven and earth, “how long will this continue?” My soul is screaming, “God have mercy on us all.” I pray that the prayers of the saints will bombard heaven bringing Divine intervention! May God bless you for praying!

Who Will Intercede For The Innocent Ones?

Over the past weeks and months, we have watched the news covering the war in Ukraine. Today I am deeply troubled in my soul! I find myself confronted with the question, “How long will the world stand by and watch the brutal murder of the non-combatant civilians of that nation?”

I can understand collateral damage during a time of war, but it appears that the Russian military forces are deliberately targeting non-combatant civilians. Why do they need to pursue a policy of indiscriminate bombing of civilian neighborhoods, orphanages, and hospitals? The human cost is unbelievable!

How long will the world sit idly by and watch from a distance? Just because this conflict is an ocean away doesn’t mean that it will not come to our doorsteps. President Putin seems to be taking a lesson right out of Adolf Hitler's playbook in his conquest of Europe in World War II. There are many similarities and history will teach us if we will be attentive. Winston Churchill paraphrased George Santayana in a 1948 speech in which he said, “Those who fail to learn from history are condemned to repeat it.”

How long will the world watch? God have mercy on our souls if we fail the innocent ones who can’t protect themselves. I’m afraid their blood will cry out from their graves condemning humanity for watching and not doing all that we can to stop the murder of innocent civilians.

In Genesis 4:10, God said to Cain after he murdered his brother Abel, “And he said, what hast thou done? The voice of thy brother crieth unto me from the ground.” Cain shed innocent blood in the murder of his brother and God held him accountable. God will avenge innocent blood but what will be our fate if we stand by and just watch. God help us!

Don't Follow The Crowd! by Myra Boozer

When we FOLLOW the LORD, we will NOT FOLLOW the CROWD. We will take a different path, the path of Holy living, Holy speech, Holy thinking, Holy conduct, and Holy attitude. God said in His word, be ye Holy as I am Holy. Christ is coming for a holy people, a holy Church without blemish. Ephesians 5:27, "That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle or any such thing but that it should be holy and without blemish."

I was taught at an early age that if in doubt about something, don't do it. If it seems to be wrong it probably is! If it doesn't bring Glory and Honor to God, leave it. Now, the crowd doesn't understand that kind of talk. They have delighted in making their rules. Do what feels good to you. Don't concern yourself about what God or anyone else might think.

If you have been following the crowd, you still have time to get out of that trap. But, I will say you can't do it on your own. You must fall upon your knees in repentance and trust God to show you the way. He says in His Word, there is a way that seems right unto man but the end is destruction. That is why we can't trust ourselves. We must have Christ to clean our hearts and our minds in order to know what He requires, in order to have ears to hear His voice.

Our guessing and hoping that we are on the right path isn't good enough. The Lord purchased our salvation and He knows the path that leads home. Unless He leads, guides, and directs our ways, we might as well stay with the crowd. This sounds strong but it is time we give strong Godly advice, because "the world" is creating strong delusions (false beliefs).

GOD HELP US ALL TO STAY ON THE PATH OF RIGHT LIVING...IT IS THE ONLY WAY TO BE SAVED. John chapter 10 explains to us that Jesus is the good shepherd. He gave his precious life for His sheep. He knows His sheep by name and when He calls them they FOLLOW Him...and another they will NOT FOLLOW.

If the path you're on seems crowded with lots of happy-go-lucky people...not concerned about the day we're living in...if they are still talking the same ole talk and walking the same ole walk...YOU are definitely FOLLOWING THE CROWD. "Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it," Matthew 7:14. Don’t Follow The Crowd!

Evil Increased In The Last Days!

The world system has become so jaded that almost nothing is viewed as wrong. Our society has been conditioned over time to accept sin. A spirit of “inclusion” has been embraced by many churches so that nobody feels left out. Everybody must be accepted regardless of their relationship with God or manner of living. Sure, we are to love everybody but the Church of Jesus Christ cannot accept a lifestyle of sin. Sin must be brought before the Lord in repentance!

Gradually the enemy has crept in and performed his despicable work, undermining the very foundation of our existence. From the beginning, our social order was built upon the family unit. God's design for the family has been manipulated to fit every desire and convenience imaginable to mankind. However, God has His Standard which cannot be manipulated to please anyone! The Word of God calls for the sinner to repent of their sin, turn from their sin and follow the Lord Jesus Christ.

Paul wrote to Timothy of the evil in the last days in 2 Tim. 3:1-5. In this text, he identifies the total depravity of the human state. "This know also, that in the last days, perilous times shall come. 2. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3. Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4. Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5. Having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof: from such turn away."

As Christ's return draws near, the depraved conditions will increase. "But evil men...shall wax worse..."v.13. Paul describes mass corruption and lawlessness. The warning is that the condition of the world ultimately presses into the Church. "Having a form of godliness but denying the power..."v5. Having the resemblance of Christian service but without the spiritual dynamic of the Holy Spirit. Peter said, "These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest…" 2 Peter 2:17. The barrenness of this false religion mocks the thirsty soul by promising refreshment but cannot deliver. Perhaps Jude states it best in vs.12-13, "These are spots in your feasts of charity, when they feast with you, feeding themselves without fear; clouds they are without water, carried about of winds; trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit twice dead, plucked up by the roots; Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever."

In Eph. 6:11 Paul instructs the Church to "put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." The emphasis is on the "whole armor of God" in its completeness providing power against "the wiles of the devil." In Romans 13:12-14, he writes "...put you on the Lord Jesus Christ…"

Paul addresses the armor of God as a complete covering. Its completeness corresponds to the divine perfection of Christ's humanity. We are "to grow up unto Him in all things." Eph. 4:15. We are to put on His image in all the harmony of truth, righteousness, peace, and faith. We are to receive the spiritual energy and power of Christ as the "Word." Jesus Christ is the solution to the present human condition! He is the embodiment of our power and authority to defeat the "flesh" which will rule the carnal nature of man in the Last Days.

Whose Work Are We Doing? by Myra Boozer

John 6:28, “Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God? 29 Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent."

"Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established," Proverbs 16:3. Whose work are we doing? Our work or the Lord's work? When life is all about "ME," I am suddenly overtaken with my thoughts, which causes me to be living my life for me.

If my heart is on the Lord and His plan for my life then my personal life becomes secondary and serving Him takes priority. I don't have to search for work...but yield myself to BELIEVE ON HIM and He will bring people and situations into my life that I can love and be a blessing to. That my friend is the GOOD LIFE...loving God and loving Others...that is His plan for us! Whose Work Are You Doing?

What Am I Doing Here?

Sometimes we are challenged to ask ourselves this question. Why am I here? Why am I doing what I am doing? The right answer would be, “I am here because God placed me here. I am doing this because God instructed me to do it.” Although we may have begun this journey with a firm conviction that God has placed us in our current role, we must be firmly established in our calling. We are compelled by the opposition to the message of Jesus Christ to declare, “God sent me and this is His Message.” It is imperative that we experience a Divine encounter with the Lord of the Message.

There are many such encounters recorded in the Bible where followers of God came face to face with the God of their faith. And He empowered them to successfully complete the mission He had given to them. Elijah is one such example!

Elijah had his moment when he thought all was lost, he was all alone, and he thought there was no hope to proceed further. But God had a plan and all power in His hands to pull down and to destroy, to build and to plant, to cast away and to gather. (see 1 Kings 19:11-13)

Elijah had just witnessed a mighty intervention of God at Mount Carmel. He was God’s man of the hour and God used him to make the declaration that there is no other God but Jehovah! Although God knew why Elijah was hiding in the cave, cowering in the darkness, He wanted Elijah to see for himself the absurdness of his actions. What are you doing here Elijah? He ran because he was afraid that Jezebel would take his life. He needed to know that Jezebel could only do what God would allow! He needed to know her reign of idolatry was over and he needed to finish his mission. God told him so!

We need to have our own face-to-face encounter with the God of our faith! We must hear what God is saying! Although Elijah was in the final phase of his life, this encounter with God changed his future. Here he was thinking that his cause was lost, everyone had deserted him and the battle was over but God was not finished with him.

We are in the final season of time and the hour of our deliverance is at hand but the climax, the crescendo, the grand finale is still to come. By faith in the revelation God has given to us and by being obedient to His directive, we can “go” and be successful in His mission. He has already given us the VICTORY in Jesus Christ. We will inherit our promised end! And by obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit, we can give ourselves wholly to What We Are Doing Here!

What's Next? by Myra Boozer

I shared these feelings three years ago on Jan 20, 2019. Then on Jan. 20, 2020, I had been feeling this very strongly over the past couple of days and thought of posting my thoughts. Then I read my memories for that morning. So here it is from 2019!

The Left wants FULL CONTROL! THAT is the only way they can have ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT. I personally believe it doesn't matter the issue. They just want to destroy whoever is not for their plan and their control. We are in a desperate situation in America.

I pray for people to call out to God! When God declares time is up for the REPENTANCE OF THIS COUNTRY, not for individuals but as a country, I believe HE will let “them" have it back to destroy. That will bring in the GREAT TRIBULATION PERIOD as the world has never seen before.

Remember, God is stronger than these people and could stop them. But He is allowing sin to have its reward...death! The wages of sin is death! Unrepented sin will always reap DEATH.  Today the REAL need is for people to surrender to God Almighty and follow HIM!

Then Jan. 20, 2021, they worked their plan and got into the oval office with pen in hand. They quickly changed several things that President Trump worked so hard to achieve. But I will say again, God has allowed this. I believe it is time for the culmination of all things!

My heart is so heavy for the people who LOVE AMERICA...those who have no desire to kill babies or to change their gender...no desire to erase our history and take away our freedom of speech and freedom to bear arms...on and on.

It won't take long and you will fully understand what I am saying. If you don't know the Lord Jesus, it is time to call out to Him and make your peace with Him. You and I and everyone are going to need Him as never before.  May you find comfort and peace in knowing Him as your Savior, Redeemer, and soon Coming King!

NOTE: I changed a few words in the original post to make it more easily understood.

What Lies Ahead?

God knows what He wants to happen in our world and in each of our lives. Every living soul is posed with the decision of whether to heed the leading of God or to choose the alternative. Many are struggling to define God’s purpose and will for today while others are literally giving their life’s blood in the name of Jesus. All over the world, every person has that choice and God’s Spirit is striving with us all. But, it will not always be this way because the Bible says, “...My spirit shall not always strive with man...” Genesis 6:3.

God is dealing with all of us, urging us to follow His path. For some, God will make His presence known in a very strong and profound manner. For others, it may be less conspicuous. However, God will expose the world to His influence and every person will make the choice to follow or not. We choose the course of our lives and the inevitable end of that choice.

The leaders of governments are making decisions today that will bring them and their system of government more in line with the justice and rule of God’s law or their decisions will put them in opposition to God. It is called “anti-Christ” and the leaders of nations are making that choice today. Those choices will put them on an inevitable collision with the judgment of God. Many have already made their choice and are suffering the pains of Divine judgment.

Our heavenly Father knows the way that we should take. Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” We must walk close to Him so He may convey His direction to us. He will direct our steps if we will hear and obey His voice. John 10:27, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” Our relationship must be such that we will hear and willingly consent to His guidance. He will lead us! He will be all that we need Him to be! If we put our faith and trust in the Lord Jesus, it’s not so important What Lies Ahead!

Good News! by Myra Boozer

Singing old songs and hymns can really make one homesick for Heaven and for our loved ones who are already there. Listening to these songs carries one into a place where the heart swells with love for our Lord Jesus. He is the one who has done so much for all of us...not just a few, a specific people, or a particular nationality...BUT FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE! That includes YOU...

He gave His all for YOU, whoever you are! If you're feeling lonely, forsaken, lost, and hopeless, I have good news for you. You are not forgotten! Jesus knows you by name! He desires to forgive you and heal your broken heart. He wants a relationship with you like no one you have ever known. He will be your constant companion and friend, your provider, your confidant and your Savior. He will carry you through this life and take you to His Home when this life is over.

Just look up and give yourself in total surrender to Him. He sees every tear you cry and He knows just how you feel. You see, He too is forsaken and forgotten by so many today. Many who have in the past called Him Lord and Master have fallen into a trap of Satan. They have fallen for his lies and tried to make it without God. They are now bruised and battered by Satan. They were blinded by his influence as they were drawn away by their own lust. Some who were reaching for a higher level of fame and fortune have only fallen deeper and deeper into Satan's scheme of destruction. They are almost destroyed by this enemy, feeling rejected and hopeless.

GOOD NEWS! It isn't too late because He still knows you by name. He knows your MOTHER’S NAME AND YOUR GRANDMOTHER'S NAME. HE REMEMBERS THOSE WHO PRAYED MANY PRAYERS FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND GRANDCHILDREN and He is answering those prayers. He also knows those who had no one to pray for them. He knows where you are and HE is there with you as you read this. Fall into His arms of Mercy! It's not too late but the time to seek Him is when He is calling. If you feel Him speaking to YOUR heart, Don't delay! Answer, Yes Lord! If you don't feel HIM, Cry out until you do feel Him! "The LORD is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit..." Psalm 34:18. That is the Good News!

What Do We Do When Confronted By The Enemy?

1 Samuel 17:40, “And he took his staff in his hand, and chose him five smooth stones out of the brook, and put them in a shepherd's bag which he had, even in a scrip; and his sling was in his hand: and he drew near to the Philistine...45 Then said David to the Philistine, Thou comest to me with a sword, and with a spear, and with a shield: but I come to thee in the name of the LORD of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. 46This day will the LORD deliver thee into mine hand;...”

What is the significance of the smooth stones that David chose? The smooth stones were more aerodynamic. They would fly straight. David knew this not because he had studied physics at the University of Jerusalem. He knew this through his own practical experience with a slingshot. This was a tried and true weapon in the hands of a proficient champion. David used what he had in his hands. He used what he knew best, his faith in the Lord God of Israel and his slingshot. The combination of the two was a sure formula for victory.

What do we do when confronted by the enemy? Much like the armies of Israel when confronted by the Philistines and their champion, we stand motionless in fear at the very prospect of defeat. Thoughts of doubt and uncertainty flood our minds and cause us to lose heart. In our minds, we are defeated already! And if that is our mindset, then we are defeated before we even engage the enemy. Let us be reminded of who we represent. We enter the plain of battle in the name of the same Lord God Jehovah that David represented. We have the same resources! Use what is in your hand and trust God!

God sent young David to the battlefield that day because He needed a champion and He had chosen David. He didn’t choose someone who would be measured as a warrior. The king’s armor would not fit this ruddy young lad but nevertheless, he was God’s champion. He left the field that day with a resounding victory because he gave himself into the hands of God.

The Body of Christ is facing its own spiritual giants. At the same time, the Holy Spirit is raising up God’s Champions to render the enemy helpless and deliver a resounding victory. We know how this will end. God will be the victor! But are we willing to answer God’s call and become His Champion for His cause? David used what was familiar to him, his faith in God and his slingshot. He became a willing participant in God’s cause. Will you give yourself without reservation into the hands of God and become a willing participant in His cause.

Remember the One we represent! We are covered by the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. There is POWER in the NAME of JESUS! He will vanquish every foe and cause us to triumph over every evil plan of the enemy.  Give yourself wholly into His hands and become His CHAMPION? Thanks be to God who gives us the VICTORY today and forever through our Lord Jesus Christ!

When Something Is Just Not Right! by Myra Boozer

If you ever feel that something is just not right, maybe you feel a little anxious, a little fretful, maybe a little uncertain about things and you just can't put your finger on it. I have found the answer. Get into worship and let the Glory of The Lord come down giving you a refreshing that comes from His presence. If that doesn't work, just talk to Him one on one, asking Him if there is anything in your life that is not pleasing to Him...maybe your attitude, your actions, or your inability to rely on Him. Learn to love the closeness that worship and prayer bring. Sometimes it takes effort and discipline, especially in the beginning. We are His children and sometimes children don't always make right choices. So we must ask if we don't already know, "God what is wrong in my life?"

This world is a headache sometimes, well all the time...but God desires that we overcome the world. Don't get caught up in the worldly system or the SIN that is so prevalent and very seductive. It can reel you in and take over quickly, putting your life in a state of turmoil and real danger. Instead, you can experience wonderful fellowship with the Lord and cast off all the heaviness the world throws at you.

We must remember our physical freedom that we hold so dear cost a great price. Our forefathers suffered and many died because they dared to declare Independence from the mother country England. I know our Freedom is not Free...it cost and is still costing. “God help us to know that our Freedom in You cost Your only Son, Jesus.” Oh, how He loves us and we must not trample His mercy as we see some who trample our American Flag and our American Heritage.

Stand firm in the things God has shown you in His Word. Live true to the standard He has set for you to live by. The Bible, His Word is not to be ignored, pushed aside, or rearranged to fit one's lifestyle. Understand there is Life in the boundaries and guidelines of His Word. There is protection from shame and disgrace. There is forgiveness and freedom in His mercy. There is transformation from a drab and hopeless life to a life of overflowing joy and peace, even in the midst of trouble. It can happen when you open your heart with confession instead of trying to keep secrets from the Lord. He sees all anyway...we can't hide anything from Him. He so desires for us to come as a little child and give him our heart, our worship, and our allegiance. He will make all things new in our life as only He the Creator of all things can do!

Lost Souls, Lost For Eternity!

John 4:35, “Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.”

Don’t postpone the harvest! The harvest is ready! I am hearing the message of Jesus’ soon coming more each day and I believe that is the inspiration of God allowing us to know that time is short. We cannot delay in fulfilling Christ’s commission to preach the Gospel and make disciples for Jesus. We cannot afford to delay or be negligent in our Divine task. There is too much at stake. The salvation of those we love and influence is at risk! Who will reach them if we are not obedient to His calling? How can we escape if we neglect this great salvation? The time to win them is while God is calling us! If He is instructing us to take the message, He is preparing hearts to receive the message!

The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the answer to the needs of all people. In the book of Luke, the angel's announcement of the birth of Christ was the proclamation of Good News for all mankind. Luke 2:10, “And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.” All men must hear the message of redemption and freedom in Jesus Christ.

Our “Mission” is ordained and empowered by God. Christ commissioned the Church but as His disciples, we must embrace His command and accept individual responsibility to share the “Good News.” The Church will fulfill Her role and complete Her Mission. As individuals, we have a choice. We will either embrace His call or settle for something less than complete surrender. Without total abandon for Christ, we cannot finish our assignment successfully. We cannot afford to fail in this endeavor.

Matt. 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” Lost Souls, Lost For Eternity!!!

The Worth Of Your Soul! by Myra Boozer

(I wrote this some time ago but the message is still relevant for today.)

I was awakened in the early morning hours with this thought, “the worth of a soul!” My thoughts automatically went to the scripture. "Behold, all souls are mine..." Ezekiel 18:4a. I actually went back to sleep and the thought was with me when I got up. I was searching and thinking, “the worth of a soul?” It has got to be enormous because of the price Jesus paid. He bought us with his precious blood. So we are valuable! But how valuable? What are we worth?

Some may put a great value on themselves thinking of themselves more highly than they should. But they will never come to the value that God the Father and His Son have placed upon them. What makes something worth anything? Something is worth what someone is willing to pay for it!

I found this in an article that came from Rescuing Wayward Children. "Can we imagine that the Savior, innocent of sin, who had assumed the staggering weight of the demands of justice until vessels broke and blood seeped from every pore of His suffering body, who had submitted Himself to brutal beatings, to unconscionable humiliation, to arrogant injustice, to the torture of a thirty-nine-lash scourging, to the horror of being stripped and stretched violently upon a cross, to being raised up to hang, full-body weight, from those spikes until He allowed death to overwhelm Him – can we imagine that after the Redeemer had paid that immeasurable price to ransom every individual, that He would lose interest in a sinner, give up, or stop short of His rescuing effort?"

Wow, this was overwhelming for me to read. I don't usually go that deep into my thinking about His suffering. I much rather think of His Resurrection. It makes me smile and rejoice in the fact that because He lives, I can live also.

But to find my answer I had to acquaint myself afresh with His suffering. I had to go there and experience the thoughts of what He was so willing to pay. He paid the ultimate price for me and for YOU. That puts a big price tag on us, all because of Him, not because of any good thing we have done.

It will take a revelation from the Lord for us to see people in the same light that Jesus does. "When we fix our eyes on what is really important to God it will be people." Jesus died for ALL PEOPLE! He paid the price making each one as valuable as the other. When our eyes are opened we will "see the great value and plan that God has for all people."

Jesus Gives Life!

It is time for a better way of living! Would you like to wipe the slate clean and begin fresh and brand new? You can in the Lord Jesus Christ! Jesus said, “...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” Jesus’ promise is far more than being alive in this mortal body. His hearers already had that physical presence. He was referring to life at its very best which included a personal relationship with Him and living in His Spirit.

Jesus Christ put on human nature for the attainment of man's salvation. Therefore, Jesus could say, “I am come that they might have life.” He came to live and die to become a sacrifice for the sins of all men and deliver us from sin's punishment. The punishment for sin is death. Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” By His death and resurrection, Jesus has introduced us to a life previously unavailable. Thereby bringing all who will believe into the realm of His Spirit to walk with Him in this life and live with Him in the life to come for eternity.

Jesus has made it possible for you to rise above a mere existence in this world to a Life in His Spirit. Though storms will come, He is there to calm the turmoil. Though you’ll need to make difficult choices, He is there to be your guide. Though the world is against you, He is for you and victory is guaranteed. Philippians 4:7, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Jesus is offering you A Better Way To Live!

God Is Not Hiding! by Myra Boozer

As the wind speaks to the leaves, they obey! They move in the direction the wind bids them to go, up, down, left, right, or in a circle. They seem to delightfully sway as though they enjoy the rhythm of the song.

When the winds get loud and rowdy everything seems to scream HELP! The trees bow so low and obey as much as possible. It is so dependent upon the tree's flexibility and the root system if they survive. Sometimes the wind is so boisterous it doesn't matter how strong the tree is, it will twist so hard that a healthy limb will pop right off. I know this because I had to place a perfectly fine-looking limb on the curb due to strong winds and pick up many smaller limbs. They had already died and were ready for removal but the green one had plans for next spring, the evidence was there with the green berries.

When I see the stirring in the trees, I sense they are just worshiping the Creator, and with such pleasure. It is a most enjoyable sight to see. We call this a summer breeze here in the South. It is most welcome, especially to the hard-working person who needs refreshing. It can make a most miserable day become enjoyable.

As I write about this, I am reminded that we cannot see the wind but we certainly see the effects of it just as I can see the effects of what God is doing in our world. I don't actually see God, but I know He is here. He is everywhere. He is working among all people in the earth to bring about His plan for these last days. From the Middle East to North Korea, China, and Europe, from the West Coast of California to the Gulf of Mexico to the East Coast of Maine, from hate that is foaming across our land to the little child being bullied by a classmate, God is working and nothing escapes His gaze.

It may appear to some that God is hiding out in the heavens. But He is moving just like the wind. He is stirring, blowing, and about to howl because of the sin in this world. Just like the wind, God is not seen by man. John 1:18, "No man hath seen God at any time:" But, He is in the midst of every situation. Nothing takes Him by surprise! Man may think he has it all in the bag, that plans have been laid and the program will go as he has designed. But God, like the wind, makes the calls, and man must obey, yield to His will, or be tossed to the curb.

Isaiah 46:10, "Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:"

A Better Way To Live!

Job 23:8, “Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him: 9 On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him: 10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.”

Job describes our dilemma and the solution to our problem. His writing illustrates the limitations of our carnal flesh. I go forward, backward, right, and left but I cannot see Him. True, we can not see Him if we are walking in the flesh. We must commit our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him because He knows the way that we should take.

Are you sick and tired of the way your life is going? Are you disappointed with the outcome which you expected to be totally different? Are you frustrated with all the empty promises you have received which never materialized? If you expect your life to be different, then you need to change your approach. If you keep living the same way and doing the same things, you will continue to get the same result. If you are tired of being beaten up by this worldly system, it is time for a change! It's Time To Come Home!

In the book of Luke, chapter 15, a certain man had two sons. The youngest of them decided he wanted to go out and make his mark in the world. So he took his portion of his father’s goods and went away into a far country. There he wasted his inheritance in riotous living. “And when he had spent all, there arose a mighty famine in that land; and he began to be in want,” Luke 15:14. He found himself living with pigs and no one would help him. However, it was while he suffered in those deplorable conditions that his sense of home returned to him. Luke 15:17, “And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father's have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, 19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 20 And he arose, and came to his father.”

In that terrible place and demeaning position he began to think about home and the pleasant memories of serving in his father's house. He came to his right senses saying, “I will arise and go to my father...” v17. His sense of guilt and remorse brought him to a state of repentance making him willing to be a servant in his father's house. He left his deplorable life and returned to his father. His father received him with open arms declaring, “...my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry,” v.24.

It’s Time To Come Home! It doesn’t matter where you are or how deplorable your life is. Your Heavenly Father wants you to know that He loves you and stands waiting with His arms open, ready to welcome you home. Come on home son or daughter! Your provision is in Your Father’s house!

John 6:35, “And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.”

My Safe Place! by Myra Boozer

Life is so full of troubles, trials and disappointments and many days our hearts can be broken because of all that is going on in our world. Neglected children, the forgotten elderly, the sick and dying, and the lonely with no one to share the day with. It is a beautiful thing to know that God has a place that provides protection and shelter, a place one can turn to for help, relief, and escape. The Lord tells us He is with us at all times. But we must leave our little world of survival and focus our hearts and minds towards Him who is our refuge.

When we give all our TRUST to Him alone, then it happens. He comes and sits with us and talks with us wrapping His big arms of love around us. It is then we realize we are not alone or overtaken by any burden that He cannot handle.

When we allow the Holy Spirit to renew our minds we are actually surrendering to what is going on and receiving our life vest for survival during our storm. Spiritually, we are taken into that safe place of His protection, His pavilion and none of the things of this world can defeat us. Not that we are not there already, but when our hearts don't stay FIXED on Him, we do not REST in His PRESENCE.

We must stay awake and aware that the world will pull us in, leaving us vulnerable to Satan and his lies of defeat. BUT Jesus says come unto me ALL of you that are troubled or overtaken and I will give you REST. He is our safe place in a world of calamity. He is our shelter in the time of the storm. He is the one who lifts us up above the shadows and puts our feet on solid ground.

To really know Him is to TRUST Him...To Trust Him means that your soul will be at REST... When all around us is crumbling down...Our heart is fixed on the Lord and we are safe and secure in Him...Jesus is My Safe Place!

The King Of Babylon Is Coming!

Jeremiah 27:9, “Therefore hearken not ye to your prophets, nor to your diviners, nor to your dreamers, nor to your enchanters, nor to your sorcerers, which speak unto you, saying, Ye shall not serve the king of Babylon:”

In this passage, God was preparing the tribe of Judah for a time of captivity in Babylon. This captivity was punishment for their disobedience and rebellion, however, it would lead them to a time of repentance and restoration. The people’s prophets were telling them that Nebuchadnezzar would not come. But Jeremiah was saying that was not so and the King of Babylon did come and the people were carried away captive to Babylon.

We may be oppressed by the King of Babylon for a period of time, but in the end, we will rise in glorious victory. What can we do? We can seek God and know that He is directing us in everything we say and do. We can petition Him to reveal the opportunity for us to serve His purpose and mission even in the time of oppression and persecution. He will open the doors of service and ministry as we seek His will and direction.

The coming oppression and persecution will purge the arm of the flesh from the Church. It will take the fires of trials and suffering to separate the gold from the dross. Job 23:10, “But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job is a good example of a faithful, obedient child of God.

When Jesus returns, only those who have made themselves ready will go with Him!

Peace That Liberates The Soul! by Myra Boozer

Peace like a river flows from the Throne of our God. It is so clear and pure, rich in mercy and overflowing with Everlasting Life. It declares freedom for the prisoner...freedom from the chains that bind the hearts and lives of the sick, the depressed, and the broken...

It is being released for all who are thirsty...to all who desire to be set free from this dry and thirsty land of deceit...free from the synthetic and make-believe peace that is being manufactured by politicians and even some so-called Christians.

Lord your peace is genuine...it is perfect. It not only sets us free it gives us the ability to live in this messed-up world with Hope...set free with a great desire to be Real, Healed, and Whole...

The soul of man cannot survive on any other source other than the True and Living Waters that flow from your Throne. It is the Peace that passes all our human understanding. It will soothe our doubts and calm all our fears.

Lord may we have the fortitude to seek you and find you. May we be submissive to your passionate and unwavering love toward us. May we allow you to set us free. It is your great desire for each of us...

This World Is On A Collision Course!

1 John 2:15, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

This world is on a collision course with the judgment of God! Satan has always had a system of rule and control opposing the authority of God. Paul tells us in the New Testament that things are going to get worse in the last days. We must admit that the events of the past few years are the fulfillment of that prophecy. We are living in the last days and will continue to see mankind rush madly into eternity until the Lord says it is enough.

We must stay strong in the Lord and stand in the power of His might. Our battle is not with flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness at the highest level. Satan has launched an all-out assault upon all of God’s creation. His goal is to destroy everything and everyone that he can. He doesn’t care about the loss of life or property. He could care less if our cities, businesses, or homes are burned to the ground and destroyed. His ultimate goal is to create chaos and disorder and cause us all to feel like there is no hope for a future.

But, there is hope and that hope is in Jesus Christ. There is a future and that future is in Jesus Christ. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end,” Jeremiah 29:11. We may be oppressed by the King of Babylon for a while but in the end, we will rise in glorious victory!

My Life Is In Your Hands! by Myra Boozer

Psalms 62:5, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. 7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. 8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.”

Lord, my life is in your hands. My tears are in your bottle. All my days have been written in your Book.

Lord, my life is in your hands. I will not be overwhelmed for the terror by night nor the arrow that flies by day. Because you love me, I will come when you call.

I will wait until you come and I will rejoice in your mercy. All I will ever need is found in you Lord. May I always be listening for your voice. My Life is in your hands.

James 5:7, “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.”
