A Life Of Dead Rituals! by Myra Boozer

God is telling us something...He cares! He really cares about everything that concerns us. The Lord gave me this early one morning after I had been so sick. I got up out of bed three times as the Lord was impressing me to write. I am only sharing part. "Don't let your life become a routine of dead rituals. You will drown in a sea of dead deeds with no life and no resurrection. The living must live in the ‘now experience’ of Jesus Christ with a daily submission to His will for their life. Arise out of sleep and stand on the Banks of Resurrection where there is life, freedom, and hope as fresh and new as the living waters that flow in the stream of your salvation. The dead are dead but the living are alive in Him. No more rituals. No more going through the motions. Rejoice in your new Freedom. Sing and be Glad!" Read it again and again as we must understand. Our salvation is new every morning. Jesus is calling us to awake from our FORM of godliness, from our cold and unfruitful life, from our downtrodden life, and be whole and complete in Him. HE IS LIFE!

Colossians 2:6, “As ye have therefore received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk ye in him: 7Rooted and built up in him, and stablished in the faith, as ye have been taught, abounding therein with thanksgiving. 8Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. 9For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. 10And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power:" This is the only way to be complete. All the searching and wandering will NEVER end in the desired results until one receives Christ and follows HIM. Following Jesus is never dull or boring. He is very much alive, refreshing and revitalizing (means to breath new life into). 

Don't get caught up in a list of traditional "must do's" to be a Christian. Remember, you can drown in the routine of dead rituals. True Repentance will make you alive in Christ Jesus. When you experience this radical change in your life, you will rejoice in your Freedom from sin and the bondage it had you in. You will want to tell someone, so tell them! You will want to read and study the Word, so take time for it. You will want to pray for others, not because it is your duty but because you have great compassion for them. You will want to worship so put your worship music on and spend time in the presence of the Lord. During this time, pour out your heart to Him. You don't have to be in church to worship. Worship is a matter of the heart. Never allow your love for God to grow cold. Remember, live in the "now experience" of Jesus Christ. Keep Your worship on! It is a great way to pray and praise the ONE you love, Jesus Christ!

Push Back Against The Darkness!

Today, I am reminded of previous generations and the price they were willing to pay to see God moving in tremendous ways among them. They were hungry for the holiness and power of God in their midst! I have heard my father’s generation speak of the old brush arbors where the faithful would gather in these makeshift places of worship created by the limbs of trees and the brush of the forest. They gathered in these crude “shelters” and knelt upon the bare earth or sawdust and sought the favor of the Lord Jesus Christ because they wanted His intervention in their lives.

As a young boy, I remember attending tent revivals in the sweltering heat of a summer night and seeing the saints of God dance before Him in Holy worship and adoration. They didn’t appear to mind that the weather was hot and the sawdust on the floor was dry and dusty. They reached out to the Creator of all things and He connected with them in such a supernatural move that their lives were changed forever.

I remember the old country church house we attended in that same time period. There was no such thing as air conditioning. The closest we got to that was the raised windows and if you were blessed you might find one of the old paper fans that the local Funeral Home passed out as an advertisement for their services. But, none of that seemed to matter because the Church had a higher calling than being comfortable. The saints were set on connecting with God and seeing His intervention in their lives. You prayed where ever and however you needed in order to make that connection.

Connecting with God requires much more of an investment than a few minutes on the internet to grab someone else's inspiration so we can appear to have been with God. What the Church needs and what we must have is a face to face confrontation with our Holy God. The Old Testament Prophets and the New Testament Disciples had those encounters. We are no less desperate to have the manifestation of God’s abiding presence than they were! But God requires an investment. That investment is us, all of us, every fiber in our very being. Nothing can be held back because we know that God requires all if we are to have His approval and intervention. 

Spiritual darkness has come upon this world like a spiritual tsunami! We must actively and purposefully push back against that darkness. We must bombard heaven in intercessory prayer and push back against the powers of darkness in the power of the Holy Ghost. “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.” Let His Beacon of Light shine brightly through your vessel! Push Back Against The Darkness! (continued)

I Long To See You, Jesus! by Myra Boozer

I long to see You Jesus, high and lifted up in Your Glory, in Your wealthy prominent estate. You are rich in Royalty and flow with Grandeur. You are covered with the precious Anointing of Your Father as he said, "This is my Beloved Son in whom I am well pleased." 

There is no name above Your Name for You are the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. I long to See You, Jesus!

But first I saw You differently. I saw You as one cast down upon a stone, crushed as an olive. There You gave forth the healing balm to all who believe in You.

I saw You being stricken with great ridicule and yet You were humble and You never lashed back.

I saw you being mocked and despised by those that had little or no regard for who You are. But, you said not one word.

I saw You cast aside as a foreigner by those who once loved You and called You Lord, yet You still loved them.

I saw You forgotten and forsaken by those of Your own Household. You still called them Your people.

I saw You betrayed, stripped of Your robe and beaten without mercy, hung on an old rugged cross, mocked, ridiculed and left to die. I felt it was all because of me and my sin. Yet, You could have called ten thousand angels to release You.

Yes, You were held a short season by those who were blinded by their doctrine, traditions and selfish motives, those whom God allowed.

The same is happening today. Many are blind and they do not see the evil doctrines and hideous acts they are condoning, pushing You completely out of their lives. Many are cold, heartless and rebellious. You are still calling out to them in Your Mercy.

You are being crucified afresh, tortured by the heathen and they see You not. You are the Son of God but they are blind.

They give You no esteem for being who You are. They cast You down and consider You useless to them. They consider You powerless and weak, crumbling under their rejection of You. They seem to despise what You represent...Holiness...Truth...and Life Everlasting.

One day in the near future, "at the Name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is LORD, to the glory of God the Father." Philippians 2:10 

Lord I am captured by Your love for mankind. You suffered and died for all who would call on Your Name. You went through much agony for us to be with You one day. I see You Strong and Mighty...full of Righteousness...High and Lifted up...Coming in Splendor to receive unto Yourself Your chosen Ones...Those who call You Lord...Those who are willing to die for You if need be...I Long To See You, Jesus!

One World Order!

The stage is set for Satan's last stand. The spirit of Antichrist is moving all players into their positions. Demonic powers are running rampant and only held in check by the WORD and the HOLY SPIRIT. The world population is following the deception like sheep to the slaughter. Because the nations have rejected the influence of the Gospel and the work of the Holy Spirit, God has left them to their own devices to the destruction of their societal structure.

There are few voices to warn the nations when “danger” should be shouted from every mountain top. This last phase will be the “new world order,” or “one world order.” This is the spirit of Antichrist energized by the spirit of darkness, Satan. We know from the Scriptures that his goal is one-world government and one world religion.

On January 1, 2016, the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development officially came into force by the United Nations. This “2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development” was adopted by world leaders in September 2015 at a historic UN Summit. Over the next fifteen years, these 17 new Goals will universally apply to all countries. This document was originally presented in 1987 as “Agenda 21.” The goal is to unify world laws on the environment, religion, and distribution of wealth. The plan proposes an array of actions which are intended to be implemented by every person on earth. It calls for specific changes in the activities of all people. Effective execution will require a profound reorientation of all humans, unlike anything the world has ever experienced. Every person in the world needs to read the United Nations “Agenda 2030.” 

The analysis reads like a horror story right out of the book of Daniel or Revelation. All you need is a leader as described by Daniel or John the Revelator. Just do an internet search for Agenda 2030.

As I have previously stated, God is sending His judgment upon the nations because of the attempt to take Abraham's land from his descendants. The World Council of Churches is one such example. The World Council of Churches (WCC) is a collective of “347 churches, denominations and church fellowships in more than 110 countries and territories.” In recent years, the World Council of Churches has been an advocate for “an end to the illegal occupation of Palestine” by Israel. “It's time to end Israel's illegal occupation of territory; it is time for the political rights of the Palestinian people to be recognized and implemented;”

The World Council of Churches is a product of the United Nations. Both organizations are on the wrong side of God’s Word for Israel. We know that Israel will possess the land God gave to Abraham. God’s Word promises the restoration of the nation of Israel and that invariably includes the land God gave to Abraham. We don't know the conflict and warfare that will occur before that time. But, God began the restoration of Israel to the Holy Land in 1948 and they will remain there under the covering of God’s Covenant with them.

Through our spiritual eyes we can see the approaching consummation of all things! Civil authority is being surrendered to the powers of darkness. Individual liberties are being destroyed and control relegated to the powers that be...governments, local, state, national and international. The stage is set and the players are moving into place. One world government, one world religion and the restoration of Israel are glaring indicators of where we are on God’s timetable. We can not change what is coming, only our response to it. The sin of the world hastens the coming judgment. Let the watchman on the wall cry aloud as the enemy approaches. In doing so he will save himself and all that will hear him. Repent and return to the ways of the Lord! 

Jeremiah 4:18, "Your lifestyles and your actions have brought these things on you. This is your calamity—it is indeed bitter, for it has reached your heart!" ISV

Know The Enemy! by Myra Boozer

So much unrest in our world today! So much talk about people having a RIGHT to freedom of speech...even to disrespect our Country and what we STAND for...the things that were once recognized by our country as moral and sacred...the things that our Country upholds because God and His Word say so. When they are aborted, cursed, rejected, denied, protested against...even to publicly disgracing the American Flag and National Anthem all because of hatred and rebellion, how can this be for the good of a people, a country, a nation? How can this be about Freedom?

Some people are on a Campaign to destroy all Freedom because they want the right to destroy those who uphold Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. When the Lion comes to live in your home, he is there for one reason, to eat your family. Do we allow that because "everyone," even lawbreakers should have free speech and act out however they desire? When this is regarded as acceptable, the Enemy wins. We lose! 

Tolerance of All actions becomes a prison to the people of a nation. Where is Freedom in that? I Said all that to say this. Don't allow every thought and every campaign to win you over. Don't be a friend to the enemy! His character is to destroy you! Know your enemy! Know those who stir up strife and bitterness. Know those who call good evil and evil good. Know those who do not respect life, born or unborn. Know those who leave God out of the equation and expect you to do the same. Know those who have come to steal, kill and destroy! THEY ARE THE ENEMY...WE MUST NOT GIVE RIGHTS TO THE ENEMY...Know The Enemy!

The Battle For Your Soul! The Spirit Of Antichrist!

1 Peter 5:8, “Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.”

The devil is like a wild animal seeking to devour you. He is attempting to destroy everything and everyone associated with God. The spirit of Antichrist is becoming stronger as each day passes. His followers are becoming more vocal and more active. Their goal is to destroy everything affiliated with Jesus Christ. This is the rise of the last days influence of Satan setting the stage for the beast in the prophecy of Daniel and in the prophecy of John in the book of Revelation.

This conflict between good and evil has manifest itself through the centuries with an ebb and flow of severity. However, the consequences of the conflict can be directly related to the rebellion of man against the laws and sovereignty of God. This is a conflict between the Light of Heaven and the powers of Darkness. Satan’s war has been against the Sovereignty of Almighty God and the man of flesh is his pawn in this conflict.

Although times of evil and darkness have gripped the earth in centuries past, the grand finale is still to come. Satan is preparing for his last stand. He knows his end and will do everything in his power to destroy all he can. He has targeted world governments, world leaders, Christian leaders, Christian churches, families, and individual Christians. His goal is to destroy order and control. He wants to create total chaos. 

The course of human history is directly related to the willingness of mankind to seek after and follow the sovereign will of God. In recent years we have seen a digression from Biblical morals and values and a more rapid deviation from Biblical principles in the past decade. This behavior has brought us to where we are as a world community and as a nation. The consequences of rebellion will rule eternity. How we respond to the voice of God will determine our future and the future of all who will hear us. We must understand where we are on God’s timetable! We must remain alert and watchful to escape the cataclysmic events just ahead! Sound the alarm!!! (next, One World Order!)

Jesus Is Always Near! by Myra Boozer

“When I walk by the wayside, He is along with me...Amid all my forgetfulness of Him, He never forgets me.” Thomas Chalmers

Oh the days that I look for Him, the days I think, where are you, Lord? I cry out to him, please come and fill my longings and let me know you are here. I wish I could remember that He is always near and never leaves me, but trouble overtakes me and my heart begins to break. Just for a moment, my forgetfulness rises up and I too despair as Peter did over the stormy weather. Peter was walking on the water to Jesus! Wow, but the winds were overwhelming to his mind. He must have actually forgotten the miracle that was happening right under his feet.

Matthew 14:28-31, "And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water. And he said, Come and when Peter was come down out of the ship he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. BUT when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying Lord, save me." 

How many times is God making a way when there seems to be no way? But one puff of wind from the evil one blows us right off track. We must be like Peter and CRY out in our desperation, "LORD save me." We must never forget that He is ever near when the enemy starts howling and putting up a fight. We must have our mind centered on Jesus and remember that he never changes. Jesus Is Always Near! "For he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee." Hebrews 13:5

Lord, Keep Me Safe Till The Storm Passes By!

Daniel 6:10, “Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went into his house; and his windows being open in his chamber toward Jerusalem, he kneeled upon his knees three times a day, and prayed, and gave thanks before his God, as he did aforetime.”

The world around us is changing so fast! Everything is moving at such a break-neck speed it causes our head to spin. We must stay anchored in the Word of God! The Word is our sure foundation and by it, we will remain secure and on course.

The prophet Daniel was not so different from you and me. He lived in a time of displacement and captivity for his people. He struggled to remain at peace with his captors and remain true to the Lord God Jehovah. But, when he was forced to make a choice, he always chose God.

When Daniel knew that the decree was signed forbidding anyone to pray to any other god except King Darius, Daniel made an open show of his allegiance to God (Daniel 6:10). He went into his house, opened his windows toward Jerusalem, knelt down and prayed. He did so three times each day and gave thanks to God as he had done before. He was persecuted by his captors for his disobedience but God protected Him. It was during this time of intense trial that God revealed prophecies of the future for the nation of Israel. The most relevant to his time being chapter 9:2 revealing the prophecy of Jeremiah that the seventy years of captivity was almost complete. 

One principle that we can take away from Daniel's experience is that God reveals Himself and our future in Him during times of our intense trial. It is during those times that we seek guidance and rely so heavily upon Him. He uses our faith and dependence to lead us into our future.

Daniel prayed as before! His prayer life was the foundation for his existence both present and future. When the enemy tested his love and loyalty to God, Daniel continued doing what he did every day. The die was cast and the pattern established. Therefore, Daniel held to his faith in God and God delivered him.

The substance of our life in Christ must be established before the storm comes. We must know that the foundation of our life is built upon Jesus Christ and all other ground is sinking sand. Therefore, when the trials of life test us, we continue doing what we have always done. We pray and trust God and He will deliver us once again! 

“Lord Jesus, help us to pray like Daniel prayed. Help us to trust like Daniel trusted. Help us to be delivered like Daniel was delivered. Thank You, Lord for the power of Your promises. Direct our steps to walk in Your Word and experience the power of Your promises. Order our steps that we may walk in Your perfect peace. In Jesus' name! Amen”

Grace And Mercy Are Waiting For You! by Myra Boozer

People are leaving this world every day and going to their final destination. So much death, from little babies to the elderly. Ready or Not we will leave this world either by death or the Rapture. The big question is, “Are you ready to meet God?” Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? Have you asked God to forgive you of your sins?

God has a great plan for your life here but if you seem to have missed it somehow, Grace and Mercy are still waiting for you to accept them. Forgiveness is still available for the asking. I know that sounds way too simple but God made it simple. Truth and Love have been waiting for you to open the door for them to come and invade your life like you cannot imagine. The power of the Holy Spirit wants to lift you above all the mundane living. He wants to set you on a path of Holy living where the river of Life flows freely for all who want to drink fresh, living waters. You will never thirst again!

If you are weighted down by a load of sin and regrets, it can be lifted by the prayer of repentance. You can be lifted by the wings of mercy to live in the realm of peace and joy. Yes, even in this life! There is Abundant Living for all who will surrender, give it up, let it go and find what God has designed especially for you.

NO, it will not always be a bed of roses. It will be hard, almost unbearable at times. But the road (this life) is so much easier to travel when Jesus is your personal guide and the responsibility to fix everything is not upon your shoulders alone. You will find that He is a constant help in time of need, always listening to your hearts cry and willing to carry you when you can't go on. 

Jesus is never far from you and longs to be your dearest friend. He can give hope where there is none because of who He is. Seek Him while He may still be found! Isaiah 55:6, “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:” Grace And Mercy Are Waiting For You!

Jesus' Love Pulls Back The Veil That Separates Us From God!

I began this day as I do every day in the grace and mercy of the Lord Jesus Christ. I see that His love abounds everywhere even in the areas of our world that appear to be dominated by sin. But, Jesus’ love is there! A love that transcends all obstacles penetrates into the most remote and isolated crevices of life. Every area of human existence is held in the shelter of His hand.

Your need and my need is laid bare before Him. He knows where we are, what we feel and what we dream. He sees each despairing thought and feels the anguish that we feel. He identifies with every human experience and emotion that has and will touch our lives. He left His throne in glory, took upon Himself the form of human flesh so He can tell you today, “I have been where you are and I feel what you feel.” He experienced the human condition in the fullest sense yet without sin. Heb. 4:15, “For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin.” 

He is saying to the whole human race, “I understand. I have made a way out. Believe on me as the scripture has said and be free.” You may feel trapped in a place you don't want to be. Give it all to Jesus! He has made a way of escape for you. Trust Him! He knows the way. He is the WAY! Romans 10:13, “For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” Look to Him and live!

God Knows The Best Way! by Myra Boozer

A few years ago our two granddaughters were playing so sweetly together. All of a sudden, I heard a cry that shouldn't have been part of their playtime. Then I heard the youngest say to her sister, “You're being rude because you won't let me do what I WANT to do.” This really got my attention. How childish but then again she was only 6 years old.

Even as adults, we sometimes feel this way toward God. We may even say, "God, this is just not fair." We think He is not being a good Father when He doesn't give us what we WANT. Well, we are wrong! He knows what is best for His Children and He will do what is best. But, there may come a time when we refuse to do what is right and He will let us go our own way and do what we want to do.

Now, that is a scary place to be and we don't want to stay there very long. When we choose to walk away then we must choose to go back where we left God, repent with tears and do things His way. He is not going to come and say, "Child I was wrong, do what you want and everything is okay."

God will help us at any time. He loves us but we must go His way, not ours. "Can two walk together except they be agreed?" Amos 3:3. Are you asking God to go your way, or are you going His way? 

When we walk with the Lord we learn so much about His character. We learn about His loving patience and His unending mercy. But, we also learn about His boundaries and His laws. He is not a pushover and He is not one to allow us to live reckless and ungodly lives. He is strict with His requirements of righteous living. He will discipline us and sometimes correct us with a strong hand. But, walking hand in hand with Jesus will lead us right into Heaven. That is the place we all want to live when this life is over. God Knows The Best Way to get there!

Where Could We Go?

John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him...66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 67Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.”

I begin each day with the purpose of fulfilling God’s will and executing His commission here. I am empty except for what God puts in me. There are no words except that God should speak and give them. There is no song unless He composes and sings the melody. Where can we go except to go to God and go with God? He is the one who gives purpose to our living! We are an empty hollow shell without His influence in every aspect of our lives. 

Where Could We Go? Jesus is the one with the words of eternal life! Listen intently for His voice and follow Him to where He is leading! Where else Could We Go? Only Jesus has the answer that fits absolutely the needs in our life!

Speak Truth At Thy Windows! by Myra Boozer

How much longer will we have this freedom to write what is on our mind? On March 31, 2015, during the night, I heard these words over and over in my mind. I so wanted to remember them. I believe they are important to me and maybe to you, "SPEAK TRUTH AT THY WINDOWS." I knew immediately that the word Truth was talking about Jesus because He said, "I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE." I know what windows are. I love windows. They are so important in a house. A building of any kind needs windows. They let the light in and bring such warmth on a cold day. They can renew my spirit when the sun is shinning but my heart is weary.

Windows are valuable to me. But, I knew there was a greater meaning to the word "window." Webster says its an opening in a building, vehicle, etc. BUT HERE IT IS...the interval during which something can be done. The message is very clear and I cherish it. Speak JESUS at the time during which it can be done. The Bible says to work while it is day for night is coming when no one can work. We are given the opportunity NOW to tell people about JESUS. We need to do it more than ever. JESUS IS THE WAY, THE ONLY WAY. IF YOU LOVE HIM, TELL OTHERS ABOUT HIM. 

Today is a good time to get to know Him, if you don't already. I must continue to write what God puts in my heart as long as I have this freedom. I pray that you can receive something. All I can do is press on for His Name Sake. As spoken by Corrie Ten Boom, only heaven will reveal the true worth of my time and energy to do this! Speak Truth At Thy Windows!

We Are Called To Victory, Not Defeat!

1 Corinthians 15:55, “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

The army of God is rising up. Rising up in the mantel of Jesus Christ. That mantel being the manifest presence of Christ in the Holy Ghost. If you have received since you believed, you carry the mantel of Christ. The Holy Spirit is calling the Body of Christ to rise up in the power of that mantel and do His work. What is that work? To preach the gospel for the salvation of souls. If we will accept the commission, then we have a promise. The gates of hell cannot prevail against the Body of Christ. Why because we are covered in Christ's mantel. We are filled with His Holy Spirit!

Matt. 16:17, “And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.”

Matt. 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

The Devil is like a roaring lion seeking to devour and destroy everything and everyone that would proclaim salvation and freedom in Jesus Christ. The power of God in the Holy Ghost empowers us to push back the darkness that has invaded this land. The power of God Almighty will break the chains of sin, disobedience, and rebellion. He will set at liberty all those who desire to follow Him. We are His servants. We stand where He stands by His power. We will do His work and break through the enemy's fortresses. We will go into the enemy's domain and rescue the perishing in the NAME of JESUS, the CHRIST, the SON of the LIVING GOD! Let us go together. Let us mount up with renewed strength, renewed inspiration and restored victory. 

Isaiah 40:28, “Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. 29He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength. 30Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: 31But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” We Are Called To Victory, Not Defeat!

Take Authority Over The Darkness! by Myra Boozer

Satan wants us to carry every trivial little problem until it grows so huge that it breaks us down. He wants us to be so covered over by it that we can't see the light of day. He is a LIAR and the father of lies but for some reason, we just keep letting him talk. And talk he will as long as we give him an audience.

It is time to take authority over any and all voices that tell you there is no hope. It seems that so many people are hopeless today...so many troubles, trials, sicknesses, and heartbreaks. My heart is often grieved and broken for all the little children who are sick and facing life-threatening problems. Children who are missing, as I view pictures of them putting on a face of maturity but they are only children. Then there are those who are left behind because of suicide.

Yes! Our hearts are broken over the multiple deaths that happen daily all over our nation... some because of anger over, some trivial happening...something that grew in the mind that the person didn't take authority over.

We cry out, “Lord when will people wake up and quit all this hate and evil that spews from so many?” Many adults talking like silly children, threatening people because they want to get their way in this game of life.

There seems to be a great shadow of darkness hovering over this world like a giant blanket. It is coming because many people have let trivial things bring them so low that they could not stand up in Faith and take authority over it!

NO, it isn't easy to take authority over the darkness but we must! We must pray continually for GOD to push back the darkness!! Jesus is LIGHT...He is HOPE...He is PEACE. Don't allow all the sorrows of this world to pile up on your heart and break you down. Take them each one to the LORD! He knows our every concern and He will help us deal with all the turmoil of our day. 

Resting in His POWER to push back the darkness is the key to making it! Jesus gives us the strength to go on until HE COMES! Encourage one another with the FACT He is COMING SOON! Take Authority Over The Darkness!

Empowered To Reap This End Time Harvest!

Luke 24:49, “And, behold, I send the promise of my Father upon you: but tarry ye in the city of Jerusalem, until ye be endued with power from on high.”

Matt. 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.”

Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you...”

Our world is broken by sin and disobedience! Satan has invaded our house and has stolen precious treasures that belong to us. He has taken our health, our relationships, our time, our talents and abilities, our finances, our family members both physical and spiritual and most anything else that he wants. We must stop him! We can stop him! We can take back what he has stolen from us!

As Spirit-filled believers we STAND in the power and authority of God. Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The word “power” in Greek is “dunamis” and is defined as strength, power, ability, inherent power, power residing in a thing by virtue of its nature. The power Jesus promised is the inherent power of the Holy Ghost. His very nature is power.

By the power (dunamis-ability/can) of the Holy Spirit (pneuma-breath of God), we are empowered to complete the ministry of Jesus Christ. Acts 2:2, “And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.” With the power and might of a great wind, the Holy Spirit filled the house. By the power of Almighty God the door of Satan's prison springs open and we are free from all encumbrances that prevent us from wholly following God.

I am reminded of Paul and Silas in Acts 16:26, “And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one's bands were loosed” KJV. Several of the other translations read that the earthquake was so violent that the doors flew open and the chains were loosed and fell off. The Spirit of God that possesses our mortal body has broken the chains and opened the barred doors. Thank God we are free! 

We are free so that we can lead others free. Jesus came to set the captives free. As His Holy Spirit indwells us, we are free to be the visible evidence of the delivering power of God. We are free to be a God living, God breathing, miraculous working possession of God. We belong to Him. There is no power of hell that can defeat an obedient child of God. We are free in God to take back what the enemy has stolen. We are Empowered To Reap This End Time Harvest!

Cry Out Against The Shedding Of Innocent Blood! co-written with Myra Boozer

Isaiah 59:7, “Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways. 8 The way of peace they do not know; there is no justice in their paths. They have turned them into crooked roads; no one who walks along them will know peace.”

Our hearts continue to be burdened for the suffering of innocent souls living in our world. Innocent souls who are suffering unimaginable horrors and death at the hands of vicious, wicked people. My heart cries out to God for Divine intervention and deliverance for these precious treasures!

I know it is so very hard to comprehend what others are going through unless we are in the same situation at the same time. I can hear, in the distance, the cries of the children and the parents who have seen their homes destroyed, the ones who lost every single thing they owned. I can see the heartbreak in my mind of the families who had to leave homes because of the fires or the floods, bombs, or enemy. But in no way can I experience the utter hopelessness that they are feeling. I cannot know the anguish of the parents who saw their children killed by people who get enjoyment from killing the innocent, the Christians, the Jews. I could not know unless I am standing in their shoes.

God please send a strong revelation upon YOUR people to cry out against the shedding of innocent blood today. Just because you and I are not in the middle of severe storms, calamity, disaster, revolution, upheaval, war or killing does not mean it cannot come near to where we are and to our neighborhood. We are not exempt from what is coming on this earth because of sin.

Daniel, speaks of " it shall be for the time appointed." When will it come to us? We do not know. God help us to be mindful of the suffering and the dying in our world. God, give us your compassion for intercession! This is so important, to love others and pray for them in their sufferings. 

Will you join with us and cry out to God against the shedding of innocent blood. Just as the righteous blood of Able cried out from the very ground covering him, I pray that the shed blood of the innocent will proclaim to God of heaven and earth, “how long will this continue?” My soul is screaming, “God have mercy on us all.” I pray that the prayers of the saints will bombard heaven bringing Divine intervention! May God bless you for praying!

We Are Challenged To Reap This End Time Harvest! Conclusion

Ephesians 6:12, “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.” We are not fighting flesh and blood but against spirits and against the very ruler of the darkness of this world. But there is VICTORY! His name is Jesus. God will give the victory to those who are willing to go with Him.

The Devil is already defeated. When Jesus embraced the role of His sacrifice, He declared in a deafening shout on the cross at Calvary, “It is finished.” John 19:30, “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost..” The battle is won because of the power in the blood of His sacrifice. Enough POWER to march into the enemy's domain, the places he has imprisoned the souls of the lost, hopeless, lifeless, bodies of humankind. The power and light of Jesus Christ will reach into these deep dark crevices of life and set the captive free.

However, somebody must deliver the message. Someone has to invade this realm of darkness in the power of Christ and declare freedom to these imprisoned souls. My prayer is that God will ignite His Holy Ghost fire in the Body of Christ, a fresh baptism of fire. Lord send a fresh wind of Your Pentecostal fire, a raging, consuming fire of God so that we burn so hot and so bright that the darkness cannot stay where we go.

There is coming a time in the future when all creation will bow at the feet of Christ. All creation will declare true reverence to Him as the King of Kings and Lord of Lords. But I am convinced that Christ Jesus wants to use the Body of Christ in the fulfillment of His miraculous power. The signs of God’s miraculous presence should follow the lives of believers.

Mark 16:17, “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 18They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.”

John 14:12, “Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.”

I am convinced that the Lord Jesus wants to use the Body of Christ to march into Satan's house, the very seat, and the throne of his rule and rescue perishing souls. Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; 

These are the words that Jesus read in the Temple and declared “...This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.” Luke 4:21. That was the scope of Jesus' ministry as prophesied by Isaiah. That was the authority of His mantel. He has given that authority to the Church as He commissioned Her to complete His ministry. He passed His mantel of authority to His Body. Let us embrace His command and go in the power and the authority of His Holy Spirit and REAP THIS END TIME HARVEST!

Another Beautiful Day! by Myra Boozer

Father God, on this another beautiful day you have given to us, I am praying that we are about your business...that we are doing what you have instilled into our hearts to do...that we are not passing this day off as just another day to read the cartoons and sip our coffee. But Lord, I pray our hearts are fixed on you and your purpose for this very hour. Lord, please help us to surrender everything to you, our family, our homes, our jobs, our finances, all of our needs for now and for the future. Lord, may we bundle them up and send them straight to your throne room. Lord, with all the turmoil that is happening all over this world, I humbly ask that you show yourself so real to all the people...that they will know that you love them and are holding them in your arms of mercy and grace. You’re never far but always near!

Lord, we love you but we want to love you more, more than we have ever loved you. We so depend on you to light our world with your love and strength. We cannot make it one step without you. You have made us a promise and I pray we hold to it with all that is within us, that we will remember that you are coming to receive us unto yourself, that where you are, there we may be also. This world is becoming more evil with every passing hour. I pray that none lose what they have received from you. It is our HOPE! It is our JOY! It is our PEACE! It is our LIFE! 

All our Hopes and dreams are in You Lord! We thank you for Another Beautiful Day to be captured by your mercy and grace as we seek to be about your business.

We Are Challenged To Reap This End Time Harvest!

Matthew 9:36, “But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. 37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few; 38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.”

We are continually challenged by the Word of God and the Holy Spirit to become an active participant of this end-time Harvest. Jesus looked upon the multitudes of people and was moved by compassion because He saw them as sheep without a shepherd. They needed the guidance and provision that a shepherd would provide for his fold. This is such a fitting example for the Church and our world today! Multitudes scamper about without a clue where they are going. We must sound the alarm to snatch them out of eternal fire! Each one of us must be actively engaged in this Harvest!

We live in a fallen world, broken by sin and disobedience. What the world is experiencing now and will experience in the immediate future is the result of sowing the seeds of sin. We are reaping and will reap according to our obedience to God or the lack thereof. Consequently, the upheaval and chaos are the judgment of God. God's judgment is perfect! If we sow seeds of sin, we will reap a reward for sin. If we sow righteous seed, we will reap a righteous reward.

There is a second element to this judgment. It is Harvest! As the Body of Christ, our focus should be on the coming judgment as it relates to the Harvest. God is pressing us into the Harvest. We can allow the events taking place in our world to cause us to shrink back into a defensive posture or through prayer, we can rise up to launch an offensive thrust into the Harvest. We can utilize the impending sentence of judgment as a tool to motivate believers and nonbelievers alike. This judgment can motivate believers to enter into intercessory prayer, be empowered by the ever-abiding presence of the Holy Ghost and to become actively engaged in the Harvest. This judgment can motivate nonbelievers to make the decision about their eternal destiny. It is repent and come to Jesus Christ or suffer the consequences. 

God has given us this day. It is His gift to us to use for His Glory! We must walk with Him today, seek His direction and anointing and follow Him into His Harvest. He wants us to continue in His awesome presence. However, we must stay the course and push forward. The Holy Spirit is calling for a new spiritual offensive. The Body of Christ is being attacked as never before in our lifetime. It is time to take the fight to the enemy. I have always heard “the best defense is a good offense.” Will we dare to enter the enemy's camp. Will we dare to take back what the enemy has stolen. We must! I feel compelled to do that very thing. The Way You Live Will Affect Others! by Myra Boozer

"Now Joseph was well-built and handsome, and after a while his master's wife took notice of Joseph and said, "Come to bed with me!" But he refused...He stated, "how can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” Genesis 39:6-9 NIV.

Have you considered how the way you live your life will affect the lives of those around you? Joseph did...he stayed pure and true to God. He remained true to Potiphar, the Egyptian officer of the Pharaoh. God had a plan for Joseph and He has a plan for your life also. He wants to bless you and your family. Stay true, no matter the temptations that may come your way. If falsely accused, remain true and pure.

God was with Joseph and He will be with you. Remember, being in prison was part of the plan. There Joseph had the opportunity to correctly interpret the King's dream and bring restoration to his own Family. You may not be able to look ahead and see how a critical moment of obedience fits into God's plan for your life. But, you can pray for strength and a pure heart so that when that day may come, you will have the power of God in you as Joseph did. Did you know that from the lineage of this Joseph came JESUS CHRIST? Wow, talk about affecting others.

When a person or a people does not remain pure, they began to fall from within. It is horrible the sin that is being uncovered in our world day after day. Some may have thought it would remain hidden forever but they had to live with the "not knowing" day in and day out. Now, that sin is exposed to all the world. Nothing is ever hidden from God and sin will always reap its just reward. This is the same lustful and sexual spirit that was on Potiphar's wife. 

We can see that sin is running rampant and is causing the decline of life in our world. What was once called evil is now called good and vice versa. “BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART FOR THEY WILL SEE GOD,” Matthew 5:8. We must know the Word of God in order to know the difference between good and evil. It is critical for you and your family and our World. Many are deceiving and being deceived in these last days before the return of Christ. Remember, the way you live your life will affect the lives of others and sin is never hidden from God.

The Evil Of Apostate Religion!

1 Kings 18:21, “And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? if the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.”

The cause of Israel’s idolatry had to be addressed. Jezebel had infected the pure worship of Jehovah with the idol worship of her ancestral god, Baal. She used her position as queen to force all of Israel to worship Baal. The time had come for Israel to choose who they would follow and the evil influence of apostate religion had to be eliminated. Elijah ordered that all the priests of Baal be killed to rid the kingdom of their evil influence. Good call, right?

1 Kings 19:1, “And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.” Jezebel promised to do to Elijah what he had done to her priests and he ran for his life. He found himself all alone hiding away in a deep dark cave but it is there that he encountered the Almighty Lord God Jehovah. 1 Kings 19:12, “And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. 13And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?”

There were two issues that Elijah was challenged to address. One, how could he justify his hasty retreat in the face of such a victory at Mt. Carmel? And second, could he be used by God to finish his mission? Elijah began to justify his behavior and defend his cowardly retreat. He had been very zealous for God when the children of Israel had forsaken His covenant. They turned to the worship of Baal, having thrown down the altars of the Lord and slain the prophets of God. Elijah proclaimed that he was the only one left therefore they sought to take his life. God assured Elijah that there were “7000” that had not bowed to Baal or worshiped his image. God's command was to return to action and finish what God had started.

God was getting ready to administer His judgment upon this wicked government and apostate religion and He wanted Elijah to know his role. God was compelled to let him know what He was preparing to do. God was not finished with Elijah just yet and wanted Elijah to know that He still had large numbers of the faithful who had not bowed to Baal. Elijah had a role in bringing God's plan to its completion. God said, go and anoint Hazael to be king over Syria, Jehu to be king over Israel and Elisha to be the prophet in Elijah's place (1 Kings 19:17-18).

God’s purpose was to turn the heart of Israel back to Himself! The Apostate Religious rituals offered on her altars were the epitome of Evil and He was setting the stage for judgment of the spiritual leadership. Those responsible for the perpetrated Evil were suddenly and utterly destroyed.

God is setting the stage to perform a cleansing in the earth. The apostate religious rituals offered on the altars of many churches today are the epitome of evil. God is preparing for judgment of the spiritual leadership. Those responsible for the evil perpetrated will find themselves suddenly and uttering lost, turned into a desolate darkness where deliverance is not possible. 2 Peter 2:13, “...Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;” 

The time for correction and change is now! Just as God gave Israel the opportunity to confess and profess the sovereignty of God, He is calling all who will hear to return to the straight and narrow path. Who will heed His call? Luke 13:24, “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. 25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:” God will address The Evil Of Apostate Religion!

So Simple, Yet So Deep! by Myra Boozer

This is for anyone that just might not know your purpose in life as of yet. Well, here is Good News! Read John 15:4, "Abide, in me, and I in you." So simple, yet so deep and rich. In abiding, you seek, long for, thirst for, wait for, see, know, love, hear and respond to. More abiding means, more of God in your life, more of Him in your activities, thoughts, and desires, more of Him in your hopes and dreams.

When we really abide in His love, we feel so nourished, so cherished. We are His beloved child, a worthy heir. We are a child of the King, more than His creation, if we have surrendered our heart to Him. Now abide! "As the branch it cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide, in the vine, no more can ye, except ye abide in Me," John 15:4. My thoughts were inspired by Secrets of the Vine by Bruce Wilkinson. 

Sometimes we get confused as to what God wants from us. I think this is it and the rest will come as we keep running to Him. We understand completely what his plans are for our life. Day by day, little by little, moment by moment we just rest in Him and look for doors of opportunity that He places in our path. We follow His lead and stay close to Him. So Simple, Yet So Deep!

The Gift Of God!

Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”

Our frail human mind is incapable of fully comprehending the magnitude of God’s gift to us. How can someone whom we haven’t previously known be willing to sacrifice His only Son for our benefit? Romans 5:6, “For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. 7 For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. 8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”

When we knew not how lost we were, God had planned for our total and complete deliverance. Through the precious blood offering of His Son Jesus, the pure and spotless Lamb of God, the penalty for sin was paid. When barely for a righteous man and possibly for a good man some would dare to die, God loved us when we were still sinners.

Jesus died for us and we are justified by His blood. We are saved from the wrath of God as we look to the cross and believe. When the sin in us made us enemies of God we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son. We have now received life through the atonement for our sin by Christ Jesus. He died and rose again to provide our deliverance, to free us from the curse of sin and sin’s punishment.

God’s desire is for all men everywhere to be saved. 1 Timothy 2:4, “Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the knowledge of the truth. 5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; 6 Who gave himself a ransom for all...” God has prepared the way through the gift of His only Son. The penalty for sin has been paid. All one needs to do is repent of his sins and accept the Lordship of Christ in his life. 

Pray this prayer with me and receive God’s unspeakable GIFT of salvation. “Lord Jesus Christ, I desire to be saved from the curse of sin and sin’s punishment. Thank You for paying my penalty for sin. I believe You gave Your life to ransom my life. I believe You died on the cross but You rose victorious over death, hell and the grave on the third day just as You had promised. I’m tired of my life of sin. From this moment forward, I give my life to You. I belong to You. Use me for Your honor and glory and give me an eternal home with You in heaven. Thank You for Your GIFT of eternal life in Jesus Christ! Thank You for saving me! Amen!”

He THINKS about You...see Psalm 139:17, "How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! how great is the sum of them!"

He is WITH You...see Joshua 1:9, "...for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest."

He will FIGHT for you..."The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace." Exodus 14:14

He made You in HIS IMAGE..."So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them." Genesis 1:27

He is your SAFE PLACE..."He only is my rock and my salvation, he is my defence, I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us, Selah." Psalms 62:6-8

He has a PLAN for You..."For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Jeremiah 29:11

He Is GOOD..."Thou art good, and doest good; teach me thy statutes." Psalm 119:68

He is FREEDOM..."Now the LORD is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the LORD is, there is liberty." 2 Corinthians 3:17

He is ALWAYS with You... "and lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen" Matthew 28:20b

Eternal Life Is Your Choice!

God knows where He wants to lead every person in our world today. Every living soul must make the decision to heed the leading of God or to choose the alternative. Many are struggling to define God’s purpose and will for today. All over the world, every person has that choice and God’s Spirit is striving with us all. It will not be that way always. Genesis 6:3, “And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man...” God is watching the affairs of men. As in Noah’s day, God looked at the wickedness of man and declared an end to in all.

God is dealing with us all as individuals, urging us to follow His path. For some, God will make His presence known in a very strong and profound manner. For others, it may be less conspicuous. However, God will expose the world to His influence and every person will make the choice to follow or not. Thereby, we choose the course of our lives and the inevitable end of that choice.

Our heavenly Father knows the way that we should take. We must walk close to Him so He may convey His direction to us. He will direct our steps if we will hear and obey His voice. Our relationship must be such that we will hear and willingly consent to His guidance. He will lead us! He will be all that we need Him to be! He will never leave us or forsake us if we will heed His voice and follow Him! Amen! Eternal Life Is Your Choice! 

John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

What God Has Ordained, He will Establish! by Myra Boozer

Isaiah 46:9, “Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me, 10 Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure: 11 Calling a ravenous bird from the east, the man that executeth my counsel from a far country: yea, I have spoken it, I will also bring it to pass; I have purposed it, I will also do it.”

I love walls and gates. I love boundaries of protection with gates that open to new revelations or new experiences. In 2013 and before, we were praying, "Open the doors you want open Lord and close those you want to be closed." We have learned His Ways are so much better than ours and to Trust Him brings great Joy!

Now, today we are giving so much Praise and Honor to our Lord who opened the way for us to minister to the Whole World. We are so humbled and feel like David...whom God pulled from the fields all dirty and sweaty from tending to his Father's sheep...unworthy, unknown by many and just hidden away from all the crowds...but yet remembering what God had spoken to us on many occasions and He has made our calling and election very sure (confident, positive, absolute, certain without doubt, determine, ESTABLISH).

We knew that in His time God would reveal to us His Will for these Last Days. I was reminded by a friend as she told me that God spoke these words to her 12 months ago, "What God ordains He will establish." Those whom God calls, He ordains, He consecrates with His anointing. It is not for us to question but to yield to His timing. He will establish (to work or settle in a permanent place) build-up, set up, install, to prove, verify, and confirm.

David's own family had no real confidence in him. When he went to the battlefield to serve them food, they knew him as their little brother doing the work that maybe they didn't want to do. He wasn't a popular person but he was a person who loved God and had seen first hand how God had protected him against the bear and the lion. David had a song in his heart that God loved to hear and God chose him to be anointed as the King of Israel. 

To be a “nobody” is not a bad thing when God knows you by name and knows exactly where you are. He also knows He can depend on you to listen to His voice, be obedient and follow His commands when the Gate opens. At that point, he will lead you into new and deeper revelations of Himself that you can be the witness that He has ordained you to be. Whatever the task great or small, it is such an honor to be chosen and used by God to minister to others. What God Has Ordained He Will Establish!

Call Unto The Lord!

Psalm 3:3, “But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head. 4 I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah. 5 I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.”

We need to be ready to leave where God is not and go to where God is! It is always important to know where we are and where God is. Where are we in relation to where God desires us to be? I personally feel the need to press in and press through the opposition of the enemy into the good that God has for me and all that I may influence. I must Call Unto The Lord!

Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.” God has “good” planned for those who will answer His call and follow Him in faith. He has a promised (secured) end or divine heritage. We need not question our finish if only we will heed the voice of God. He knows where He is going. He goes before us and leads the way. John 10:4, “And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.” We must determine if we are going to follow Christ whatever the cost! We must Call Unto The Lord!

Jeremiah 29:12, “Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.” Oh, to Call Unto The Lord our God, to seek His face and hear and see His answers! He promises to hear and respond (hearken). Our challenge is to clearly perceive His response. The Spirit of God is pushing back against the darkness that permeates this sinful world. God is calling His warriors to come alongside Him, join in the battle and share His victory. He is calling us to our knees to intercede for a lost and dying world. Will you Call Unto The Lord?

Jeremiah 29:13, “And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.” God is always available, “...ye shall seek me, and find me...” He is always with us. But we must have the sense of His presence to recognize His voice and to understand what he is doing or planning to do. God's promise is that we will find Him when we search for Him with all our hearts. The human condition requires the intervention of our creator. We always stand in need of God's assistance. The question is, “Do we really want his help?” Are we willing to relinquish complete control of our lives to Him? He knows the way we take (the path we should follow) and will direct our steps accordingly. 

God has a plan for us, plan for good and not evil. He has an expected (secured) finish for His faithful, obedient children. Lord, help us to search for you with all our hearts. Help us to walk in your manifest presence and to seek you with all our hearts! Amen. He compassionately entreats, pleads for us to Call Unto The Lord!

It seems the weathermen are kinda like the prophets of old and of today...warning us...telling us what is taking place and what is about to happen...telling us when conditions are favorable for "Disaster." When the people heed their voice they are usually safe. If not, they may suffer days of hardship even death.

The prophet only knows in part and prophecies in part. You see, God is the Sovereign One. He is above all others for He is God of heaven and earth. I do know that He makes decisions that are sometimes based on what people do. If the people pray He listens. If the people repent, He forgives. If people seek restoration, He restores. When people humble themselves, He heals their land. If they don't, the only alternative is spiritual death.

I think the hardest job ever is to be a watchman on the wall, to be the one that has to share the bad news. "Trouble is coming! Wake up and get Ready, Jesus is Coming! Judgment is at the door." The watchman knows he must do his job and declare what he sees coming. He also knows it is ALL in the hands of our Sovereign God as to when these things take place and where.

Habakkuk 2:1-3, "I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved. And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."

Don't be afraid to stand your watch and share what God has shared with you from His Word. But be warned, 2 Peter 3:3-4, "Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation." 

Don't grow weary in well-doing. "Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee," I Timothy 4:16. Be a Faithful Watchman!
