Cor. 15:19, “If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of
all men most miserable. 20 But now is Christ risen from the dead,
and become the firstfruits of them that slept.”
We
live in troubling times if all you see is this present conflict. Paul
said, "if in this life only I have hope, I am of all men most
miserable." We must have hope beyond what we see. And we do have
hope if we have put our faith in Jesus Christ. The child of God has
nothing to fear! Actually, we should be excited that last day's
prophecies are being fulfilled and that "Jesus is coming
soon..."
In
the midst of all the turmoil everywhere, let us be thankful that
Jesus has provided an escape. My prayer is that we will reflect the
glory of God in such a fashion that the unbelieving will see Christ
and make that decision to follow Him. May the presence of the Holy
Spirit be with you in every place as you exemplify the “Hope” we
have in Jesus Christ!
