A
disciple of Christ will reflect the character of God. In 1 Peter 1:16
God says, “Be ye holy; for I am holy.” God is holy and Jesus was
without sin and no deceit was found in Him, 1 Peter 2:22. Holiness is
a New Testament teaching and has become a serious issue in the 21st
century church. If we believe and accept the Bible, we must declare
that Holiness is an absolute in the Body of Christ. The Body of
Christ, which is the Bride of Christ, will be presented to Christ
without spot or wrinkle or any such thing. The Bride will be
presented in Holiness. Eph. 5:25, “Husbands, love your wives, even
as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26That he
might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,
27That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having
spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and
without blemish.” (See The Message, chapter 5 – The Body of Christ will be Ready /
