Trust isn't a very big word but it sure brings about BIG changes in the lives of those who can open their heart and wrap their mind around it. Oh, the peace it can bring to a troubled soul. The calm assurance that comes all packaged with peace is priceless! It will pick you up and carry you in its arms if you will only yield your will (your life) to His will and surrender your thoughts to His thoughts.

Being ready to meet the Lord means, "If we live or if we die we are safe in His arms of Mercy." So, we don't have to worry about anything. Being totally surrendered to His WILL brings us into "His Pavilion." Psalm 27:5, "For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock."

At His command, all creation will have to listen and do what He says. When God speaks, I pray we will recognize that it is Him that is speaking. Sometimes He has to speak to us in a LOUD voice to ever get our attention. I feel He is speaking to the world today as it is spinning out of control with great concern about the floods, the fires, the disease, the hunger, the abuse and the threats. Can you hear Him saying, "...Fear not, I am the first and the last: I am he that liveth, and was dead; and behold, I am alive for evermore, Amen; and HAVE THE KEYS OF HELL AND OF DEATH;" Revelation 1:17b-18.

Allow the Lord Jesus to speak to your heart today and show you where we are on His calendar. He is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords and he is about to come for all those who have been washed in the blood of the Lamb. After that takes place, YOU don't want to be here! Great tribulation and the wrath of God will come upon this world! Please find your shelter in the safe place, "His Pavilion," the place of redemption and ultimate healing for your soul before the Rapture takes place.

Jesus could come any hour! For those who are ready it will be wonderful. For those who aren't, it will be a horrible time. Don't spend your time worrying about what is coming. Be ready and watching! We do not know the HOUR He is coming but He is coming! Stop The Worry! Get Ready!

This World Is On A Collision Course With The Judgement Of God!

1 John 2:15, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

Satan has always had a system of rule and control opposing the authority of God. Paul tells us in the New Testament that things are going to get worse in the last days. We must admit that the events of the past couple of years are the fulfillment of that prophecy. We are living in the last days and will continue to see mankind rush madly into eternity until the Lord says it is enough.

We must stay strong in the Lord and stand in the power of His might. Our battle is not with flesh and blood but against spiritual wickedness at the highest level. Satan has launched an all-out assault upon all of God’s creation. His goal is to destroy everything and everyone that he can. He doesn’t care about the loss of life or property. He could care less if our cities, businesses or homes are burned to the ground and destroyed. His ultimate goal is to create chaos and disorder and cause us all to feel like there is no hope for a future.

But, there is hope and that hope is in Jesus Christ. There is a future and that future is in Jesus Christ. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end,” Jeremiah 29:11. We may be oppressed by the King of Babylon for a while but in the end we will rise in glorious victory!

Psalms 62:5, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. 7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. 8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.”

Lord, my life is in your hands. My tears are in your bottle. All my days have been written in your Book.

Lord, my life is in your hands. I will not be overwhelmed by the terror by night nor the arrow that flies by day. Because you love me, I will come when you call.

I will wait until you come and I will rejoice in your mercy. All I will ever need is found in you Lord. May I always be listening for your voice. My Life is in your hands.

James 5:7, “Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.” 

Love Not The World!

1 John 2:15, “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

As Christians, our focus should be on our relationship with God rather than our relationship with the world and its system. We are in the world but are not of the world if we have been born again (born from above). We have been re-born from a person of the flesh and fleshly control into a spiritual creation of the Spirit of God. Our instruction comes from God through the Holy Spirit. We are citizens of the Kingdom of God and are not dominated by the politics of this worldly system.

Are our lives affected by the world we live in? Most definitely! However, our allegiance is to a higher power, higher authority and we do not bow to the constraints of this worldly system. Although we are prisoners in this body of flesh, we are free in the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is our governance. Does that give us the authority to refuse the law of our land? God’s law must receive pre-eminence over any earthly law that contradicts God’s law. The law of God is greater than any earthly governance.

Today, as disciples of Jesus Christ, we find ourselves at odds with the morals and practices of our world systems of government and religion. We shouldn’t find that surprising if we are really following the tenets of the Bible. Generally, it has been that way for the people of God since the beginning. Satan has always had a system of rule and control opposing the authority of God. And He (Satan) will continue to grab all the control he can until he declares himself to be the Christ and rules the world from the temple in Jerusalem! (continued)

It will pick you up and carry you in its arms if you will only yield your will to His will and surrender your thoughts to His thoughts. Nothing like living in the shelter of His covering. The storms have to bow at His command and the wind has to cease. At His command all creation has to listen and do what He says. Thank you Lord for taking care of me! I will TRUST in You!

Proverbs 3:5, “Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6 In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.” 

He (Jesus) Walks With Me!

1 John 3:1, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.”

Today, as I meditate on the presence and influence of Jesus Christ in my daily life, the words of a song by Sarah McCracken comes to mind. I am including a link here, https://youtube/1QEchFtxVi4. The title is “He Walks With Me,” and it goes like this:

Though now we have trials, we wait for salvation.

Though tested by fire, we suffer with joy.

By His great mercy, our hope has been born again.

Faithful as the morning, we are raised up with Christ.

And I cannot see Him, but oh how I love Him.

I cannot see Him, but I believe.

I know He walks with me. I believe that He walks with me.

We will face trials and testing in the days ahead! But, we have a companion who walks with us to provide for every need. Jesus will make a way through every difficult experience. 1 Cor. 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” We will not face any trial or test that is not being experienced by other human beings. The testing is the same for all, just different faces with the determining factor for victory being the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in one’s life.

The challenge we face is allowing Jesus Christ to fully control our lives. It is a struggle for us to relinquish our independence and allow Him to lead the way. However, He is immensely more qualified than we are to determine the correct path. He knows the way that we should go. Our heart cry should be to go where He is going. Therefore, we must submit to His leading to go along with Him. 

He Will Speak For Himself! by Myra Boozer

An amazing thing happened to me when I clicked onto a picture of Jesus nailed to the Cross of Calvary. The caption was "At the Cross I Bow My Knee Where Your Blood was Shed For Me...There's no greater Love than this." I then saw a comment by someone slandering the name of Jesus and calling the Bible a lie. I knew I had to respond with something in defense of the Lord but I did not know exactly what to say.

I was blank for a moment but my Bible was right there by the computer and I opened it. It opened to the book of Isaiah. The thought came "I want something in the New Testament," so I turned to the New Testament and as soon as I did, I felt in my spirit that I had made a big mistake, that it was wrong for me look further. Immediately I began trying to find the page I had just left. The pages stuck leaving about 1/4 of an inch so I could open back to where I was and my eyes fell on these scriptures. "Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant and performeth the counsel of his messengers...” Isaiah 44:24-26a.

WOW, I FELT LIKE JESUS WAS HERE SPEAKING FOR HIMSELF! People need to know this Savior. He is my dearest friend and He helps me EVERY TIME I will listen to Him. When we commit our ways to Him, He will direct our path and give us the words to speak for Him. People are looking for help in this present day. They are looking for someone who can show them the way to peace and contentment. Someone to help them get out of the trap of sin that Satan has pulled them into. We sometimes come up with a blank, not knowing what to say. We need to be still for a moment and give our attention to the Lord God Almighty. He will fill our mouth with the words to say. Or, He will direct us to His Word where He Will Speak For Himself...Amen and Amen!
