Paths Of Righteousness! by Myra Boozer

Psalm 23:3, “He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.”

Lord, lead your people in the paths of Righteousness and we will always be right where you want us.

You open doors and you shut doors and for that we are grateful. You know the way in which we should go and we do not. Lord, we have never been this way before. We must trust YOU.

Some days our hearts are so grieved because of the evil that is running rampant. Our hearts break for the people who suffer and for those who are engulfed with sin and cause such horrible acts.

There is one thing we do know, to exalt your NAME, to lift YOU up, to Praise and Glorify YOU in the SANCTUARY. "Lord prepare me to be a sanctuary, pure and holy, tried and true, with thanksgiving, I'll be a living sanctuary for you."

Lord I pray that I may follow your Spirit as you continue to open the right doors at the right time. I pray that I continue to be led by Your Spirit to follow your voice and be ready to meet you in the air on that Glorious Day when you call your Bride to come up to where you are. What a Day that will be!

Lord, Your Paths of Righteousness will lead us HOME! That is where I long to be!

Where Is Truth And Justice? Conclusion

In Isaiah 59:9-21, Isaiah gives a litany of sins for which Israel needs a redeemer. He observes that judgment, justice and truth are qualities absent from the life of Israel. Because there was no qualified mediator, God would provide salvation through the coming kinsman Redeemer. This salvation is in Jesus Christ whom they rejected at the First Advent. But, God promises that He will forgive their sins and restore them in covenant relationship in the end.

Isaiah 59:20, “And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD. 21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.”

“...And unto them that turn from transgression...” is a provision of God’s covenant and will be implemented through repentance and acceptance of Jesus Christ as the Messiah. That will happen to a remnant of Israel in the end.

However, the call of God to all of humanity is to repent and return to God. Any people who expect the favor and covering of God must approach Him in repentance and follow in obedience. One of the greatest judgments that God brought against Israel was their failure to uphold “truth and justice.” That principle is just as relevant in our country and our world today. If God brought the leadership of Israel to judgment because of their lack of truth and justice, He will do the same for every succeeding generation.

We must have the intervention of God in the days and weeks ahead. Let us fall prostrate before Him in brokenness and contrition, casting all care upon Him, and believing for His Divine and perfect will. And let His perfect will be exercised in me. Where Is Truth And Justice?

The World Must Hear God's Truth! by Myra Boozer

2 Peter 2:17, “These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever. 18 For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 19 While they promise them liberty, they themselves are the servants of corruption: for of whom a man is overcome, of the same is he brought in bondage.”

Why do many churches compromise, neglect, forget and even reject the Bible standard? They didn't start out that way but little by little the compromise began. Slowly the TRUTH was neglected and forgotten until in many cases, completely REJECTED.

It truly breaks my heart to see so many falling away from THE TRUTH that was once delivered to the saints. This is a prominent SIGN of the last days. Many are following those who crept in unaware and diluted, watered down the teachings of Jesus Christ. Those who changed the meaning of what the Word actually says to fit their own lustful desires. Innocent people in search of TRUTH will blindly follow those who are ungodly, unholy, unrighteous, those speaking lies and taking advantage of people. We are warned in the Word to be aware of such people and have no part with them.

2 Peter chapter 2 speaks of these false prophets. People deserve the TRUTH! TRUTH should be prevalent in every church preaching Jesus Christ because He said, “I AM THE WAY, THE TRUTH, AND THE LIFE,” John 24:6. Be aware...it is NOT being taught! People have followed their own ways and still operate under the guise of being "Christian” churches.

BUT know this, we have the WORD OF GOD! Get into the WORD! Study and know for yourself what God expects from you. Turn your life over to Him, seek Him until you are filled with His Spirit. It takes His Spirit to understand His Word. Then listen to His voice. In all your ways acknowledge HIM, obey HIM. He said He would direct your paths and lead you in TRUTH...The World Must Hear God’s Truth!

Where Is Truth And Justice?

Isaiah 59:14, “And judgment is turned away backward, and justice standeth afar off: for truth is fallen in the street, and equity cannot enter. 15 Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.”

There are some people who will laud their great accomplishments and progress in this journey to a better world. Then, there are others who view the future with pessimism, bemoaning the lack of positive markers in the process of moving forward. However, we must admit that we, the inhabitants of this earth have witnessed both positive and negative events in our lifetime. We also must conclude that each event, situation, or happening has presented us as a civilization the opportunity to right the wrongs, correct the injustice, and return to truth.

We live in a fallen world and as such will continue to witness the same climate unless we as a people choose a different path. If we continue with the same choices, making the same mistakes, the result will invariably be the same. As a society, we can't continue on this same path and expect a different outcome.

We face a difficult time ahead as political leaders jockey for position, power, and influence. For the most part, it is all a lot of noise like a sporting event. Each side supports and vehemently defends their team and believe it doesn't matter about the process so long as their team wins. But it really does matter how we play the game. The game builds character and integrity which embrace truth, justice, and judgment. If the process fails to yield these attributes, how can we expect a government to lead in truth and justice? It is not what we say but what we do that defines us as a person and as a nation.

The whole of creation is crying out for a change. Are you pleased with the outcomes you have observed or does God's Spirit within urge you to make a greater difference in the time ahead? Are we willing to invest ourselves to address the woes of our community, our city, our nation, and our world? Where Is Truth And Justice? (continued)

Stand Strong In The Word! by Myra Boozer

Matthew 4:4, “But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

Are you standing against every argument that raises itself against the Word of God?

Many are the imaginations and arguments that come into your mind...telling you...all the negative...telling you just what Satan would have you to believe. You MUST stand against those arguments because God's Word is TRUTH. It is the compelling force behind everything that is pure and holy, righteous, and true. It is your weapon to fight the enemy of your mind.

2Corinthians 10:5, "Casting down imaginations, and EVERY high thing that exalteth itself against the KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, and bringing into captivity EVERY thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to REVENGE all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled." Stand Strong In The Word!

Jesus Is Our Standard!

Ephesians 4:13, “Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ: 14That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; 15But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:”

A benchmark is something that serves as a standard by which others may be measured or judged. Jesus is our benchmark! He is our baseline! He is our standard for living! We must go to Him every day to put our lives and all things in them into proper focus. We must begin in Him and with Him. It is there that we receive insight and instruction for our assignment. It is there that we receive spiritual strength and motivation for the mission ahead. We should not attempt to move forward without His guidance and anointing.

Jesus Christ prepares the table before us in the presence of the enemy. We shall eat and drink from His table and prevail before our enemy. Jesus is our strength and our victory. He leads us beside the still waters and restores our soul. He is our source, our strength, our redeemer, and in Him we can trust today and every day as Christ Jesus, our Lord. Thank you God for the assurance that only you can give!

Jesus is our benchmark! He established His position in Gethsemane. He came to die but all flesh is appointed to death. But in Gethsemane, Jesus submitted to death. He chose to die as the Son of man to prove that He is the Son of God. The fleshly man would die but the Spirit man would live on.

That is what happens when we meet Jesus at the cross. We submit to death. We choose death to the fleshly man so the Spirit man can live on. But, we must go through our Gethsemane to get there. We must come to the end of ourselves and allow Christ to take charge of our lives. We are literally consenting to the death of the flesh that we can experience life in the Spirit through Christ. Gal. 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Jesus Is Our Standard!

Sing Your Song Of Deliverance! by Myra Boozer

When you feel caught and destined to die in a trap that Satan has laid out before you, call to remembrance some people from the Bible. Joseph was rejected by his own brothers, thrown in a pit, and sold as a slave. Paul was shipwrecked and so much more. Daniel was thrown in a Den of Lions. Job lost everything including his health and his family. But, each of these men had songs of Deliverance to sing in the end. You can also if you choose!

A trap or a pit of despair can seem like an eternity. When you feel forsaken, lonely, depressed, financially stripped, sick, and even at death's door as these men were, what do you do? What did they do? They called out to their God and trusted in Him to deliver them.

You must not look at your circumstances but look straight up from your pit and cry out to the Lord your God. I pray you will see the Light and the Angel of the Lord will be your Deliverer!

Most of us would do anything to avoid life's test and trials, especially the temptations set before us because of our own desires. But they still happen and we have the choice to remain caught or be set free by the delivering power of God. God will always bring good out of the hard times when we endure and trust in Him.

Acknowledge your fleshly desires and the sin that has beset you and repent. Give all your pain to God and confess your hurt, resentment, and anger. Allow God to help you to forgive those involved in your hurt and receive God's forgiveness and His love for you.

Remember, He cares! He loves you and He will stay close during your healing process as long as it takes. He is never far, always near. Soon, you'll be ready for the great finale. So sing your Song of Deliverance and Freedom!

Psalm 40:3, “And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.”
