If there were no God and no Bible filled with the prophecy about the last days, what intelligent person would think that this world could last very long with all that is going on? When Nations are about to fall because of their economy and collapse because of debt...moral decline has hit BOTTOM...the earth is coming apart at the seams because of earthquakes and volcanoes...people are killing the innocent at an increasingly alarming rate...evil men have grown more and more corrupt in their deeds, hating and killing all over the world...disease, and sickness are out of control.

What kind of future do you see? It is horrible, beyond horrible if time goes on! But for those who love God and have chosen to follow Him, He has made a way of ESCAPE. He is coming to take us out of this horrible and depraved atmosphere that has been created by ungodly men and women.

People have pushed God aside and want to create a new world with NO rules or standards of Godliness. It seems every day you hear more plans to confuse and turn our children and grandchildren from the truth that God designed for us to follow and be as He created us to be. Every day sin is getting stronger in the hearts and minds of sinful man. Even if there were no God and no Bible...(WHICH THERE IS) this world could not go on the way it is going. Sin is like cancer! It destroys!

The great news is that God spared not His only begotten Son but sent Him to earth to take the punishment for the sin of mankind. The ball is now in your court. You can choose to allow Him to forgive your sins and choose to follow Him or remain as you are and suffer the punishment of sin throughout eternity.

2 Corinthians 13:5, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" Something To Think About!

I Need You, Lord Jesus!

My Lord Jesus Christ, show forth Your Mercy! When I survey my world, I am troubled and distracted by the events and conditions surrounding me! I need You to help me to focus on Your will for today. I need You to guide my thoughts, my prayers, my speech, and my steps. It is only through You that I can press through the darkness which surrounds me, a darkness and evil so intrusive and pervasive that its goal is to take away Your very Life in me.

I struggle within this fleshly house, and I know that it is Your strength that will prevail. Rise up, Oh Holy Spirit, and exert Your ownership in me. Push back the darkness and evil that takes my very breath away. Breathe on me the eternal, sovereign, deliverance that only You can bring. Trouble may endure for a night but Your Joy will come in the morning. The darkness will be forced to retreat and dissipate as the Son of Righteousness arises with healing in His wings. Healing for the soul, mind, and body.

Oh God! Take me there, where no sadness or sorrow can exist. Lift me up above the shadows of this world and set my feet upon the mountain top, high above the battle for my eternal soul. Release me from the chains of this mortal existence and cause me to walk in the everlasting life of Your Eternal Promise. I long to walk by the still waters and rest in Your Divine Presence.

Oh, how I desire to escape from this intruder sent to buffet me. He has come upon me suddenly and abruptly. He is not welcome here and I will resist with every ounce of strength until You come. And You will come to release me from the bonds of this flesh.

Bring the rain of Your sweet Deliverance upon my thirsty soul. Fill my mind, my heart, and my soul with Your Word of Promise. Cause the aroma of Your Presence to envelope me. Push back the evil and darkness. Direct me to walk in the light of Your Path and surely goodness and mercy will follow me all the days of my life! All I Need Is You, Lord Jesus!

Not A Death Sentence! by Myra Boozer

Psalm 16:11, "Thou wilt shew me the path of life; in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore."

Being on the wrong road does not have to be a "death sentence." It is sometimes difficult to admit, "I have made a wrong turn." The sooner one stops and checks the road map, the sooner one can get back on the right road headed in the right direction.

The same is true in our spiritual life. One must admit, I have taken the wrong exit, or sometimes just kept on going on the same road that was taking them further and further from the intended destination. Actually now is a good time to talk to the Lord and confess one's disobedience or whatever distraction that caused the error. This is not an easy task but it is the only one that works.

People call it different things such as indifference, stubbornness, hardheadedness, to name a few. The Bible uses some words like rebellious, stiff-necked, blind, unaware, dreamers, complainers, those who have gone in the way of Cain. I think the bottom line is those who have gotten on the wrong road just don't have the strength or the desire to stop and evaluate where they are headed. They go deeper and deeper into depression, loneliness, confusion, and heartache which can lead to spiritual death. All because they were not willing to check with the Word of God (The Spiritual road map). They move further and further from understanding what the Will of God is for their life. They can no longer reason out what to do and are overtaken by guilt from their failure in following the wrong road.

Being on the wrong road does not have to be a "death sentence." The Lord knows the way you should go. Cry out to Him in your despair and listen to His voice. When He speaks and gives you direction, follow His directions, the sooner the better. He can lead you out of your dilemma and set you on a straight path. A path that leads to a much better ride with a clear and determined destination of Eternal Life at the end of the way.

Jesus Gives Us Power To Prevail!

Matthew 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

According to the Bible, we know that God is always the VICTOR! God is Sovereign in power and authority and when He is challenged He always WINS. In the book of Exodus, when God was bringing His people out of slavery in Egypt, Satan challenged God. God said, “let My people go,” and ten times Satan replied through his servant Pharaoh, No! God responded with ten plagues of pestilence, disease, and death. Israel was protected! God was VICTORIOUS!

Satan challenged God again at the Red Sea. With Pharaoh's army behind them and the Red Sea before them, Moses and the children of Israel had nowhere to go except to God. God’s response, “...stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD,” Exodus 14:13. God miraculously divided the Red Sea and Israel walked through on the dry ground. When all of Israel had reached the other side, the waters miraculously returned to their former state drowning the entire Egyptian army. God is always VICTORIOUS!

The same Bible teaches us that Jesus will WIN this present raging spiritual war! Though the enemy rises up to interfere with our mission, our victory has already been secured. Jesus declared victory at Calvary as He proclaimed, “It is finished!” John 19:30, “When Jesus therefore had received the vinegar, he said, It is finished: and he bowed his head, and gave up the ghost.”

God sent Jesus to be the Savior of the world, to take upon Himself the sin of all men and pay the awful price for sin. That price was the death of the sacrifice, His sacrifice. But, in three days Jesus came out of the grave to declare our final victory over death, hell, and the grave. Consequently, He embodies the Power of God to Prevail over all things, “...of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth,” Philippians 2:10. Jesus is our power to prevail. Jesus Gives Us Power To Overcome!

May I Use This Breath! by Myra Boozer

“How beautiful are your ways oh Lord. Your Glory and your Good Pleasure are such a delight. I learn from the very air I breathe how vast your love is to all mankind and the creatures you have created. You blow upon this earth and we breathe. Our very Life is from your Breath. It is what sustains all of us!

Lord, may I use this breath you gave to sing Praises to you Holy Name, to lift you high above the Mountains that your own breath created? You spoke all things into existence. May my heart rejoice in your Beauty and Splendor for all of my days.

May I use this breath to call upon you in a time of surrender of my will to your perfect plan. Accept my heart's cry today for I am helpless, useless, and utterly lost without your Mercy. I am as one who is groping in the darkness without you.

May I use this breath to tell someone of your great love. Some do not know or else they have forgotten just how much you love them. May my breath speak your unlimited Love to all people everywhere.

May I use this breath to speak Your Truth to those who should be ashamed, ashamed for turning away from your plan and going after their own “design” for lifestyle and behavior.

May I use this breath to sound the Alarm for all those who are far from you. Some who just gave up and put down their armor. Others who just want to seek out an easy way, still claiming your Name. And yet others who have fallen asleep and do not know the times in which we live. As in the days of Noah, they see the conditions yet deny the judgment coming on all who sin.

May I use this breath to speak Hope to the hopeless and Life to the dying, Peace to the restless, and Joy to the sorrowful. May my words be uplifting and encouraging as I speak of your soon return for your Bride, Your Church, Your People, Your Chosen Ones.

May I use this breath to speak of your great treasures...the ones you have hidden in your Word...the hidden riches of secret places...that they may know that you are the Lord God of Israel...Amen and Amen…” May I Use This Breath!

Anointed To Proclaim The Good Tidings!

Isaiah 61:1, “The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; 2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;”

Lord Jesus, today I ask you to capture my mind, capture my heart, and capture my soul. Keep me, the total me, safely in your hand. Empty this vessel of all substance except YOU. Fill me full with YOUR SPIRIT. Create fresh in me the passion, power, and deliverance of you VISION! Engage my total self to procure the desire of your heart through me. Fill this emptiness with an outflow of living water, creating a worthy vessel overflowing with your love, compassion, and generosity. Help me to feel the hurting of the precious lives that surround the place of my habitation. Flow through me to aid and comfort those who are bleeding. They are bleeding-out the wonder of life because of the mortal wounds of the enemy. Help me to stop the bleeding that is draining them of the very life you give. Anoint me to bring the good tidings of YOUR Gospel to a broken world.

Oh! That your Holy Spirit in me would bind up the brokenhearted, those whose hearts have been shattered by the deceitful, insidious enemy of their soul. Lord, set at liberty those held captive, held captive by their past. Release them today from their broken dreams and failed plans. Cause them to look to YOU for their total deliverance and life in YOU. In the Name of Jesus, set them free! Break the chains and open the prisons for them that are bound. May the Holy Ghost invade the dominions of Satan with such power that the chains will disintegrate at His mere presence. May the presence of Almighty God be so powerful that the prison doors be hurled from their hinges and these eternal souls be forever set free.

Lord Jesus Christ, I pray this day for your anointing to fall heavy upon the Body of Christ, that we walk as you walked, talk as you talked and BE as YOU ARE the LIVING BREATH OF LIFE in an otherwise lifeless world. Lord, anoint us with the message of YOUR GOSPEL that all who will hear will accept YOUR LIFE and have that LIFE most ABUNDANT. Praise to our LIVING CHRIST, in JESUS NAME! Anointed To Proclaim The Good Tidings!

Psalms 62:5, “My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him. 6 He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defence; I shall not be moved. 7 In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. 8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.”

Lord, my life is in your hands. My tears are in your bottle. All my days have been written in your Book.

Lord my life is in your hands. I will not be overwhelmed by the terror by night nor the arrow that flies by day. Because you love me, I will come when you call.

I will wait until you come and I will rejoice in your mercy. All I will ever need is found in you, Lord. May I always be listening for your voice. My Life is in your hands.

Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. 8 Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.”
