All For The Glory Of God! by Myra Boozer

I had an awesome experience a few years ago! I share it here “All For The Glory Of God.” Just as the worship music swelled and the sun spread its crystal clear light through the trees, I raised my hands in glorious worship and the LORD TOUCHED ME. Thank you, Jesus! He really touched me!! I proclaim, He touched me! Thank you, Jesus!

I had told the Lord during the early morning hours, "I have gone my limit, I can't deal with this pain!" I must have you Jesus because I don't know what to do! This was on a Thursday morning. I was instantly touched! The pain left and I slept like a baby Thursday night with no pain! But, on Saturday at 3 am I began to get restless and not sleeping, couldn't get comfortable. The pain started to give me misery every way I turned, so I was up fairly early and I put my worship music on and this is what I saw again. With my hands lifted high, I began to praise God and declare my healing, as I watched the Sun break forth into my room and most importantly into my heart. This gave me so much hope...that I never walk alone...that He is always near and He listens when I call.

Sometime Saturday night before I was awakened at 3 am, I had a short dream...and I believe it applies to my healing. I will say before I start...I HATE SNAKES...just so you know. In this dream, I had a small baby snake in my hands. It was very cold and I wanted to warm it up (what???). So, I placed it on my chest next to my skin...and tried to warm it. The next thing I remember, it clamped down on my left forefinger and would not let go. I was not in pain or afraid, but I saw the snake in a different light and I wanted it OFF my finger. It took a while but it finally came off. That is all I remember.

This is the meaning I received...sometimes pain wants to come back and reside in our body...it comes as small pain...not like it was before (vicious) but you know, it is the same pain...you begin to reason with it and think, oh I can take a Tylenol with thoughts of, "I may continue to have a little pain," and before you know it... that pain has latched back on with vengeance...not willing to let go. I must see the enemy as the enemy and recognize him for who he is. “Never give up and never give in to your enemy,” is a great rule!

I got up with a determination to seek the Lord at my window again and raise my hands in worship to the ONE who Heals. I have made it good all day. "I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me," Philippians 4:13 KJV.

I have continued to open my blinds and raise my hands to give God the glory. I praise Him in my battle with pain. I am not willing to give up! I press on and I will continue to claim my healing in the LIGHT of His pure redemption! Thanks be unto God who gives us the VICTORY!!! Today I have Victory in Jesus because I trust Him to help me every day that I live. No, I haven't been pain-free all the time but neither have I given up. I will continue to call on the Lord and keep trusting in Him! I am determined to not lean on my own understanding because when I do, I am helpless. I live in the power of His might and continue to spread His good news because He strengthens me! All for the Glory of God!

I Will Declare The Glory Of God!

Psalm 19:1, “The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork. 2Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge. 3There is no speech nor language, where their voice is not heard. 4 Their line is gone out through all the earth, and their words to the end of the world. In them hath he set a tabernacle for the sun, 5 Which is as a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, and rejoiceth as a strong man to run a race. 6 His going forth is from the end of the heaven, and his circuit unto the ends of it: and there is nothing hid from the heat thereof. 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.”

The heavens declare the glory of God. All nature proclaims the majesty of His Sovereignty. The mere combination of the elements of the universe attests to the magnificence of our Creator. Oh, that we had a thousand tongues to proclaim His majesty and glory to all generations. I will shout unto the Lord! I will call unto Him who is able to deliver from all the best-laid plans of the enemy. I will call unto Him from the mountain tops. I will call unto Him from the valley below. He will always hear my cry! He will always answer me!

Psalm 27:1, “The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid? 2 When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. 4 One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD, and to inquire in his temple. 5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock. 6 And now shall mine head be lifted up above mine enemies round about me: therefore will I offer in his tabernacle sacrifices of joy; I will sing, yea, I will sing praises unto the LORD.”

I will not be consumed by the darkness of this world. God is the light of my salvation. He will lead me to that rock that is higher than I. His strength, power, Love, and Grace are a shelter in time of the storm. The forces of darkness must bow low to the Sovereign Light of Glory. His light dispels all darkness. Walk in His Light and the darkness dissipates at the sheer magnitude of His Glory. Walk in His Light as all evil will bow before His Throne.

All Creation must declare the Glory of God and that includes You and Me!

You Can Know The Truth! by Myra Boozer

What should we be concerned about TODAY? Truth is a major issue that keeps getting twisted into lies and more lies. Some things just get swept under the rug while others continue to be proclaimed from the rooftop. The bottom line is, that we need Truth to prevail. The more we seek Truth, the more we can recognize lies when they are presented.

There is so much deception in our world. Everyone seems to have their own song and dance routine. They dance to a different beat. Sometimes that beat is unsure, not clear, just not accurate, but because it is their drum and their inspiration they continue to beat.

It is time for us to find the Master Conductor and fall at His feet, so that we may receive the correct notes and play the sound that the world needs to hear.  No, everyone does not play the same notes and sometimes everyone stops for that loud sound of the cymbal. In the scope of a beautiful masterpiece, everyone follows the conductor.

No one should be alone to play whatever sound he desires to play.  All are united to play what the Master says to play. It is time to get alone with the Master and know what He wants from us. As the Church, we need to be playing His beautiful symphony. That is not what we are hearing, but if every Child of God will listen to the Conductor it can happen quickly.

There is a change in the air for the people of God.  God is stirring hearts and bringing us into the unity of prayer. Prayer for repentance as a whole and prayer for the lost because our time is coming to a close. Our open window may be closing soon and there are still many who are not saved. It is time to pray! When we pray in fervency the windows of Heaven open and prayers will be answered...the Truth will be heard, souls will be saved, the work will be done, and the Bridegroom will come for His Bride! You Can Know The Truth!

Who Is God And What Is My Understanding Of Him? Conclusion

Acts 9:1, “And Saul, yet breathing out threatenings and slaughter against the disciples of the Lord, went unto the high priest, 2 And desired of him letters to Damascus to the synagogues, that if he found any of this way, whether they were men or women, he might bring them bound unto Jerusalem.”

Paul’s mindset made him an adversary to the very ONE that he professed to love. It is amazing how people can use their religious fervor for self-edification. That is one of the first clues that they are off course. There is no doubt that Paul pursued his vocation vigorously as a calling from God. But also think of the notoriety he must have received from his superiors for a job well done. The religious establishment wanted to destroy this new movement of Christianity, and Paul was their number one man.

Acts 9:3, “And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shined round about him a light from heaven: 4 And he fell to the earth, and heard a voice saying unto him, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? 5 And he said, Who art thou, Lord? And the Lord said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest: it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks.” The beginning of Saul’s conversion to the person of Paul was when he met Jesus that day on the road to Damascus. He was going about doing his thing but the Lord saw the person he was to become.

You may be doing your thing today but the Lord Jesus sees the person He wants you to be. If you will hear His voice and follow Him, He will lead you in His Light. Saul saw the Light and heard His Voice, and then he fell on his face before Him. He bowed in humble submission because he recognized the Sovereign presence of the Divine. He introduced Himself as “Jesus whom thou persecutest.”

If you are not following Jesus today, you are opposing Him just as Saul was. Saul changed his mindset and thinking when he met Jesus. He went on in obedience and the Light of Heaven continued to shine on his life. The Light changed his life and gave him a new name to signify the change. He became Paul, a mighty instrument for the cause of Jesus Christ. The difference was his encounter with Christ and a greater understanding of The Lord Of Glory.

Who Is The King Of Glory? “...The Lord Almighty—he is the King of glory.” Let Jesus Christ reveal Himself to you today! Allow Him to show you the King Of Glory!

Waiting On God! by Myra Boozer

When a well-known Christian teacher was a young student himself, he was moved with compassion to buy a meal for a Mother and her hungry little child instead of himself. He walked the street that night going back to his room with an empty stomach but a full heart. He thought since he had given to one of God's suffering ones God would in some way provide a breakfast for him the next morning. The morning came and all the others were eating, he had nothing. He was a strong young man and he was getting hungry.

This is alright, he thought, God will provide something. Maybe he would find the money on the sidewalk or get some payment for work. God would provide but He did not. Same thing the next day and he was getting ravenously hungry. He knew he could borrow money from a friend. He thought, “NO, I will not borrow money. I expect to be a preacher and tell people that if they do right, God will take care of them. I will see this thing through and if God does not take care of me, I will never preach to others that God will take care of them.”

There was no lunch and no dinner on the second day. On the third day, he still believed in God and waited his time. Toward the middle of the afternoon, one of the instructors called him aside and said "I have received a check with directions to give this to someone who will use it wisely. I have decided to give it to you.” It was a check for 36 dollars. He bought food and some much-needed items. From that time to now he has never passed through such a testing time as on that occasion.

We will learn many things from our heart of compassion. When we deny ourselves to help others, we grow in the knowledge of Jesus Christ. He always thought of others and not of himself to the point of laying down his life for all humanity. The moment we realize it is NOT all about us, we become a true servant of the Lord.

In times of trusting God for our needs do we get fretful and anxious? Knowing that things are not moving along as fast as we had desired, do we just give up and seek another source? HOW LONG ARE WE WILLING TO WAIT ON GOD? The answer does not always come quickly. "Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD," Psalm 27:14.

Who Is God And What Is My Understanding Of Him?

Psalm 24:8, “Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, the Lord mighty in battle. 9 Lift up your heads, you gates; lift them up, you ancient doors, that the King of glory may come in. 10 Who is he, this King of glory? The Lord Almighty—he is the King of glory.”

Who is the King of Glory? Who is the Lord God Jehovah? Who is God and what is my understanding of Him? This question comes resounding across the pages of history and has been debated by all manner of men in every generation. But, it comes down to, “Who is God with respect to my understanding of Him and His relevance to my life.” Life must come to that benchmark in the totality of who we are as individuals. We must settle the question in each of us! We are totally and utterly LOST until we do!

The Apostle Paul is an excellent example of one who settled the question and, in return, gathered the harvest destined for his life. However, the process was not painless or effortless. To settle the question of who God was to him, he had to make some drastic changes.

First and foremost Paul had to have a change in his thinking concerning God. He thought he knew God! He thought he knew the mind of God so he threw himself into the adherence of the Law. His passion was to enforce the Law of God as interpreted by the religious leaders of his time. In so doing, he placed himself in a position to diametrically oppose Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Jesus was the answer to Israel’s prayers. He was God’s Messiah to deliver His people. This was God’s plan! Therefore, Paul’s mindset made him an adversary to the very ONE that he professed to love. Lord Fill Our Mouth With The Words To Say! by Myra Boozer

Several years ago, I clicked on a picture of Jesus nailed to the Cross of Calvary. The caption was: " At the Cross, I Bow My Knee Where Your Blood was Shed For Me...There's no greater Love than this."

I then saw a comment by someone coming against Jesus and calling the Bible a lie. I knew I had to respond with something in defense of the Lord but I did not know exactly what to say. I was blank for a moment but the Bible was right by the computer and I opened it. It opened to the book of Isaiah. The thought came, "I want something in the New Testament," so I turned to the New Testament and as soon as I did, I felt in my spirit that I had made a big mistake and that it was wrong for me to look further.

So, immediately I was trying to find the page I had just left. The pages stuck leaving about 1/4 of an inch so I could open back to where I was and my eyes fell on these scriptures. "Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself; That frustrateth the tokens of the liars, and maketh diviners mad; that turneth wise men backward, and maketh their knowledge foolish; That confirmeth the word of his servant and performeth the counsel of his messengers...Isaiah 44:24-26a.

WOW, I FELT LIKE JESUS WAS HERE SPEAKING FOR HIMSELF. People need to know this Savior. He is my dearest friend! He helps me EVERY TIME I will listen to Him. When we commit our ways to Him, He will direct our path and give us the words to speak for Him.

People are looking for help in this present day. They are looking for someone who can show them the way to peace and contentment. Someone to help them get out of the traps of sin that Satan has pulled them into. We sometimes come up with a blank not knowing what to say. We need to be still for a moment and give our attention to the Lord God Almighty. He will fill our mouth with the words to say...Or direct us to His Word where He can speak for Himself...Amen and Amen!
