From Where I'm Sitting! by Myra Boozer

From where I'm sitting...

Sin and evil are about to explode as a Volcano...

And my world is calm from where I'm sitting...

But the war is raging and lives are torn...

My heart cries out for their deliverance...

Deliverance from calamity, torture, and pain...

The days of sorrow, they are multiplying...

As I am calm from where I'm sitting...

I come, I go, I do as I please...

My heart cries out for their deliverance...

Deliverance from calamity, torture, and pain...

I live, I love, I long for deliverance...

Sin and evil are about to explode...

It will no longer be calm from where I'm sitting…

The Rebellion Of A Nation! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 5/30/25)

Apostasy is the result of rebellion. Man has fallen into apostasy because of the failure to correct his error in repentance and change. Jesus was speaking specifically to the nation of Israel. Israel paid a high price for their rebellion. They rejected their Messiah; therefore, God rejected them, Matt. 21:31, “...Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.” The same principle can be applied to any nation, any church, or any person. The world society has challenged the authority and plan of God. And, more specifically, this nation has walked away from God in open rebellion.

In the last century, our country has witnessed the manifest presence of God. From the isolated revivals of the Appalachians in the late 1800s to the spiritual awakening of Azusa Street in the early 1900s, and more recently, this nation has witnessed the manifest presence of God. However, we should be concerned about our churches today and the lack of a visible witness of the power of God. We cannot rebel against the authority and plan of God and expect to walk in the power of God. We cannot walk away from the purity of His Word and expect the Holy Spirit to empower us.

If the Holy Spirit is to empower us, there has to be a return to the conditions required by the Holy Scriptures. Those conditions can only inhabit the life of a repentant, regenerated, rededicated individual, church, or nation. The next move is yours! What will be your decision? The Rebellion Of A Nation!

Beware The Apostate Church! by Myra Boozer

Today there are many apostate churches with their feel good message of, come as you are, stay as you are, God accepts you! This “NO need for a change of heart or lifestyle” is NOT from GOD but from Satan. It is the broad road that leads directly into hell, and many are being fooled because no one will tell them the TRUTH. Matt. 7:13, “Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in there at:”

The sugar coated preaching with no scriptural standard will not transform the life of a sinner! The Truth that Jesus speaks is OFFENSIVE to the sinner. Heb. 4:12, “For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any two edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”

It is not a "feel good about your sin" MESSAGE but, “depart from sin, deny yourself, take up your CROSS and follow Christ” message. When true conviction comes to a person, it is the most UNCOMFORTABLE feeling in the world. The warm and fuzzy feeling will follow but not until after REPENTANCE.

God CONVICT the spiritually blind people who are doing a great injustice to those who are seeking truth. They are enemies of the cross! They are your enemy! Don't listen to them and their spirit of error message. The Spiritually blind people are the workers of iniquity, and their master is not GOD, no matter how many programs or Bible Studies they may have, no matter how many people attend their church, no matter how many mission programs they support. When a pastor and church promote anything more than the "turn from your wicked ways" message they are the apostate church teaching and preaching in error. Matt. 15:14, “Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.”

When a church is dead in its traditions, they do the same thing year after year and get the same results. The Spirit of Life is not flowing! It takes the anointing of the Holy Ghost to break the yoke of sin! Without the moving of Holy Ghost power to convince and convict the sinner, it becomes a club of people who still claim their sin but want to believe heaven is waiting for them. When the blind lead the blind they both fall in the ditch. If your church is sugar coating the message, it is the apostate church! Get out, seek God, read His Word and allow the Spirit to transform you into His vessel of honor. Obey His voice as He leads you into all Truth…

John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

The Rebellion Of A Nation!

Matt. 21:28-32

Apostasy materializes in a series of errors. A nation, a church, or a person does not fall into apostasy in an instant. It happens over time, in which God will correct and give opportunity to repent and return to the Truth.

The first error that these Jewish leaders made was to challenge the authority and plan of God. By rejecting Jesus, the Son of God, the Messiah sent by God, they were in full-blown rebellion against God, whom they claimed to serve.

That generation had witnessed the power of God through the miraculous acts that Jesus performed. Yet their lack of spiritual discernment compelled them to ask, “...By what authority doest thou these things? and who gave thee this authority?” Matt. 21:23

That generation had witnessed the presentation of the King and the fulfillment of prophecy. Zechariah 9:9, “Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion; shout, O daughter of Jerusalem: behold, thy King cometh unto thee: he is just, and having salvation; lowly, and riding upon an ass, and upon a colt the foal of an ass.”  See also Matt. 21:5.

That generation had witnessed the purging of the Temple, which is God’s chastisement of error. See Matt. 21:12-13. They had made the Temple into something that it was not intended to be, “a den of thieves” rather than “a house of prayer.” I am reminded of the dedication of the Temple that Solomon built. He built it for a habitation of God, a place where heaven and earth came together. 2 Chron. 7:1, “Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house. 2And the priests could not enter into the house of the LORD, because the glory of the LORD had filled the LORD'S house.” What a difference between the worship in Solomon’s Temple and that of Jesus’ day. The Last Days! by Myra Boozer

"This know also, that in the last days perilous (uncertain)times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous (desire, envy) boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent (without self-restraint especially in sexual activity) fierce (furious, enraged, vehement, cruel, insane, hellish) despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, (intoxicating) highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers(various) lusts, Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Now as Jannes and Jambres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith. But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was," 2 Timothy 3:1-9 KJV.

These are not my words but the words of God through His servant. The next chapter tells us "For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the TRUTH, and shall be turned unto fables (a fictitious story, a falsehood),” 2 Timothy 4:3-4.

We are living in the last days! We are to preach the Word and remember these words, "And the LORD shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me unto his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen," 2 Timothy 4:18.

God's Judgment Is Certain!

Revelation 3:19, “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.”

God’s judgment doesn't suddenly come upon a person or a people without warning. In the Old Testament, when people walked in rebellion or strayed from God’s leadership, He always sent His Prophets to warn them of the consequences of their error and gave them opportunity for correction and change. God showed them where they had wandered from His path and gave them the choice to repent and return to Him. But He would always inform them of the consequences of their disobedience.

God uses the same principle today. He will warn us and allow us to make the necessary corrections. He will show us where we missed the mark. Amid our situation, we can trace our problem back to a failure on our part, a place in our journey where we made a wrong choice, where we took the wrong path. God, having revealed where we have come up short, will give us the choice to repent and return to Him or suffer the consequences for our disobedience.

God is good and His mercy endures forever to bring salvation to all who will obey. Psalm 106:1, “Praise ye the LORD. O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. 2 Who can utter the mighty acts of the LORD? who can shew forth all his praise? 3 Blessed are they that keep judgment, and he that doeth righteousness at all times. 4 Remember me, O LORD, with the favour that thou bearest unto thy people: O visit me with thy salvation;”

God’s desire is for the world to observe how He loves those who will come into a loving, obedient relationship with Him. It is God’s desire also to show the world how He will deal with disobedience. Even in our blatant rebellion, His heart yearns for communion with us. We have not fully understood God's plan for us; if we did, we would not pull back.

When the seeds of disobedience are sown, they will bring forth fruit in due season. In the midst of our rebellion, He wants to save us for His name's sake. But you can be sure that whatever we sow will come forth in the time of harvest. Galatians 6:7, “Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.”

You may feel trapped where you are and not where you want to be. Jesus will set you free from whatever holds you fast. Call out to Him. He will deliver today! God’s Judgment Is Certain!

Lord, Deliver Us From Evil! by Myra Boozer

Dear Lord, I ask that YOU help all Christians to stand strong against the evil in our world. Help us to not be shaken by what is coming and already here. We desire that nothing hinder us as we seek YOU.

May we trust YOU in these evil days. We desire to stand in the power of YOUR might against the enemy of our souls and the souls of our families. Lord, may we receive wisdom to know how to share YOUR Gospel Message effectively.

Evil is on every hand, trying to destroy every good work, especially the work of the righteous. Lord, may we seek to be filled and overflowing with YOUR Spirit so that no evil spirit can enter our hearts.

We must rise up as Daniel and proclaim YOUR Word because it is power unto salvation. God, Your Word tells us that no weapon formed against us shall prosper. We stand on that truth! It tells us that we are made over-comers by YOUR blood and the word of our testimony.

We proclaim YOUR Word is truth! We cast our cares on YOU and delight ourselves in YOU. May faith continue to arise in our hearts as we send praises to YOUR throne. Deliver Us From Evil for thine is the Kingdom and the Power and the Glory...Forever...Amen

Is Anything Too Hard For God?

You are mighty, Oh God, in the midst of your people. Who can stand against Your beloved as You dwell among them? How Great and Mighty You are, Your Wonders ready to perform. Is anything too difficult for You? “Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:” Jeremiah 32:17. There is nothing, absolutely nothing that God can’t do. Put your faith and trust in Him today!

"Father God, Lord Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit of God, when I survey the awesomeness of who you are, I stand in wonder of your person. You are the Creator of all things, yet you are my Father. You are the Life and Sustainer of all things created, yet you are my Life and more abundantly. You are my Way, my Truth, and my Life. In you I live and move and have the entirety of my being. You are the power of Almighty God inhabited within the person of the Holy Spirit, as witnessed in the book of Acts. Yet you are my Strength, my Power, my Comforter, my Teacher. You are the Divine and Magnanimous Person who inhabits all of eternity, yet you are my Friend, my Companion, my Heart, and my Soul. There is no one like you!”

Psalm 46:1, “...God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. 4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. 5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. 6 The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. 7 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. 8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. 9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. 10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. 11 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”

Are You All Tangled Up? by Myra Boozer

The BIG fish seemed to be a death trap for Jonah, but it was a life preserver! "Now the LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow up Jonah. And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights," Jonah 1:17.

Sometimes the situations we find ourselves in seem hopeless, and we feel helpless. Don't despair! You may be all wrapped up and tangled up in the seaweeds of this world, but keep calling on Jesus. Call out with a heart of repentance and surrender to HIS will, He will hear you!

God is in control of every situation that touches your life. He knows your name. He can turn things around. He can move into the darkest crevice of your world and set things in motion that you never dreamed about. He can break every yoke that binds you!

He can bring about your "release" just like Jonah. You can be cast out onto dry land, maybe a beach. Take notice, this is where many forget the long nights of agony, suffering, and total despair. This can be the time you forget the prayers of repentance and the promises you made to God while you were chained.

Desperation often leads to many promises that end up on the "To-Do List." The smell of the fresh air and seeing the daylight can cause a freed person to rise up in an attitude of, "I made it! I am strong! I am resilient! I will survive!”

Hold on, this new beginning of freedom is a place of opportunity to do what God asked you to do from the beginning. To Obey Him! Your release did not happen because of your own ability, but because of His great mercy, and receiving what "you didn't deserve." Your hope is not because of your strength but His and His alone. This newfound freedom isn't to be taken for granted; it is the gift of God. Your new directions will NOT come because of your intelligence, but because He knows the way you should take.

Trust in the Lord with your whole heart. Follow Him and you will not become entangled with this world again.

Warning! If by chance you forget your promises, Jesus may stop reminding you and allow you to go the way you choose. Any path other than His path leads to destruction.

Where Could We Go?

John 6:63, “It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him...66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.”

I begin each day with the purpose of fulfilling God’s will and executing His commission here. I am empty except for what God puts in me. There are no words except that God should speak and give them. There is no song unless He composes and sings the melody. Where can we go except to go to God and go with God? He is the one who gives purpose to our living! We are an empty hollow shell without His influence in every aspect of our lives.

Where Could We Go? Jesus is the one with the words of eternal life! Listen intently for His voice and follow Him to where He is leading! Where else Could We Go? Only Jesus has the answer that fits absolutely the needs in our lives!

Until You Come! by Myra Boozer

Until You Come,

I will search for you as a newborn baby searches for his mother's milk. I will rely on you to take care of me...

Until You Come,

I will rise early and sit with you before the demands of the day push you aside and leave me anxious, frustrated and feeling hopeless...

Until You Come,

I will wait for you with my eyes wide open. I won't allow the rushing waters of distraction to drown me and cause me to miss your appearing…

Until You Come,

I will stay in close communion with you, waiting for your response and listening for your voice...

Until You Come,

I will sing your song of sweet redemption, your song of new life...the song of life over death... the one that brings me freedom...

Until You Come,

I will remember who you are and the price you paid for me. You purchased me with your blood, and I am yours...

I will remember to whom I belong, Until You Come!

"And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart," Jeremiah 29:13.

Jesus Will Return When The World Least Expects It!

Matthew 24:44, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.”

Today, we stand at the door of the most important event in our lifetime. We are preparing for the return of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Our challenge is to make ready the bride to be united with the bridegroom. She will be chaste, pure, and an undefiled virgin bride prepared for her husband.

The external forces in our world are pressing in upon the boundaries of holiness and righteousness that are firmly established in God's Holy Word. The ideals of a carnal theology have infiltrated the pulpit and diluted the faith once delivered to the saints. But the Holy Spirit is the keeping power of the Body of Christ. He will lead and guide us into the Truth of His Word and sustain us until He comes!

Many voices are claiming to speak for God. Although God uses human vessels to share His message, we need to know Him for ourselves. We must know God through an intimate relationship and hear directly from Him by the Holy Spirit. God will speak to His children and give the guidance that we need!

The Holy Spirit and the Word will teach us the Truth. The Holy Spirit will help us to understand the events we are seeing take place in our world every day. When we read God's warnings in His Word and see the events around us lining up with the Word, we must conclude that we are living in the End Time and approaching the culmination of all things. The Body of Christ will be ready and waiting for Christ’s return, but the world will not be prepared! Which group do YOU belong to?

Lord, Write Your Words Upon My Heart! by Myra Boozer

Lord, write Your Words upon my heart today. As I sit under Your wonderful baby blue sky, I hear many sounds but the most prominent are the birds singing their songs of praise to You. The sun is shining thru the pines and the smell is so refreshing, pure and clean. I feel a slight yet gentle breeze blowing upon this fleshly body. My own heart's beginning to sing of Your great splendor as I delight myself in Your peaceful beauty and rest.

The beauty of your handiwork is so enormous! To think that You would create such a place for mankind to live, to love, and enjoy is amazing to me. I feel so honored to have been allowed to experience life, enjoy family, and to know you as my Lord and Savior.

How can anyone not believe in You? How can they see the beauty and the mystery of life and not know there is a much higher power, and that power is You? You are the Lord God Almighty! You express yourself in all I see, in all I experience, and all I plan to experience in the days ahead.

I cannot find words to express my feelings about Your exceedingly great mercy for mankind. I am many times overtaken with grief for this beautiful world and the souls that don't seem to discern Your Coming and the culmination of all things. How can they not see, how can they not believe, how can they continue to resist Your tugging on their hearts. They only need to think rationally for a few moments to understand Your love, Your power, and Your plan for mankind.

Your love is superior to any love known to man. It cannot be duplicated or cloned by mortals. It flows from Your Holy Throne, pure and undefiled. There is no one like You. Your power is beyond all our imagination. No one is capable of keeping the oceans in place, hanging the stars out to shine just at the right time, sending the rain, or making a rainbow. You are perfect in all of Your ways, and Your Kingdom is never-ending!

Sustainability Through Your Revelation Of Jesus Christ! Part 4 Conclusion

(for part 3 see 5/24/25)

Acts 27:33, “...Paul besought them all to take meat, saying, This day is the fourteenth day that ye have tarried and continued fasting, having taken nothing. 34Wherefore I pray you to take some meat: for this is for your health: for there shall not an hair fall from the head of any of you...36Then were they all of good cheer, and they also took some meat. 37And we were in all in the ship two hundred threescore and sixteen souls. 38And when they had eaten enough, they lightened the ship, and cast out the wheat into the sea.” The fast was concluded. They could take comfort that all would be saved, and were all 276 of good cheer. They continued in Faith and Obedience as they threw everything overboard to lighten the ship. They had done what they knew to do. Now was the time to allow the God Factor to bring an end to their storm. They took up the anchors and committed to the sea. Completely free of all encumbrances, completely sustained by the wind of God.

Acts 27:41, “And falling into a place where two seas met, they ran the ship aground; and the forepart stuck fast, and remained unmoveable, but the hinder part was broken with the violence of the waves...43 the centurion...commanded that they which could swim should cast themselves first into the sea, and get to land: 44And the rest, some on boards, and some on broken pieces of the ship. And so it came to pass, that they escaped all safe to land.” God's process will run its course, and in the end, His purpose is secured. How many times in our own lives have we survived on the broken pieces of our ship? The storms have been strong and the struggle bitter, but we have stayed with God and our end is secured!

The sustaining factor in Paul's life was his relationship with Christ and the fact that he walked in revelation and inspiration. Having an intellectual understanding of scripture can be an advantage. Passion and zeal have their place in the Gospel. And even our incomplete understanding of God's plan is a beginning that we can build upon. But the bottom line is that we must walk in the revelation of Jesus Christ if we are to experience His perfect plan for our lives. Just as Paul had his intimate encounter with Jesus, we must do the same! That is what sustained Paul, and that is what will sustain us. Sustainability Through Your Revelation Of Jesus Christ!

Are You Drifting? by Myra Boozer

Have you noticed how we drift into different ways of living? For example, some people just take life so slow and easy and don't really want to go anywhere, happy where they are. While others are always in the fast lane with places to go and people to see. They are so busy having fun and accommodating their latest find of food or entertainment, they almost live in a whirl wind.

D. A. Carson said, "People DO NOT DRIFT toward holiness...Apart from grace-driven effort, people DO NOT gravitate toward godliness, prayer, obedience to Scripture, faith, and delight in the Lord...We drift toward compromise and call it tolerance: We drift toward disobedience and call it freedom: We drift toward superstition and call it Faith. We cherish the indiscipline of lost self-control and call it relaxation. We slouch toward prayerlessness and delude ourselves into thinking we have escaped legalism. We slide toward godlessness and convince ourselves we have been liberated..."

Age makes a difference in our pursuit of life and what it offers, but I believe we have drifted until many don't know how to find God. Start where you are and surrender ALL to Him. Then, we must pursue HIM until He catches us, captivates and changes us into His image...no longer trapped by the worldly attractions and sounds...no longer drifting on the sea of time... But looking unto our Blessed Hope, who is coming to rescue us from this world and its alluring deceptive ways. Are You Drifting?

(A ship that loses its propulsion capability flounders helplessly and is at the mercy of the winds and waves. Without the spiritual dynamic of Holy Ghost power, we will flounder helplessly at the mercy of the winds and waves of life)

Sustainability Through Your Revelation Of Jesus Christ! Part 3

(for part 2 see 5/23/25)

Acts 27:21, “But after long abstinence Paul stood forth in the midst of them, and said, Sirs, ye should have hearkened unto me, and not have loosed from Crete, and to have gained this harm and loss. 22And now I exhort you to be of good cheer: for there shall be no loss of any man's life among you, but of the ship. 23For there stood by me this night the angel of God, whose I am, and whom I serve, 24Saying, Fear not, Paul; thou must be brought before Caesar: and, lo, God hath given thee all them that sail with thee. 25Wherefore, sirs, be of good cheer: for I believe God, that it shall be even as it was told me. 26Howbeit we must be cast upon a certain island.” Revelation from God ensures survival, but individual participation is still required. Three important elements of the God Factor come into play: Repentance, Faith, and Obedience.

Paul reminded his shipmates that they should have listened to him because it was not only Paul who had discouraged this voyage. It was God through Paul! How many times has God tried to warn us along our journey, and we discounted the messenger who delivered the warning? But God always has the last word. We determine our outcome by our obedience or lack thereof! So, the first thing these sailors had to deal with was their decision to sail, admit that it was a mistake, and be willing to change directions and follow Christ. The Bible calls this concept Repentance. Second, they had to believe what Paul was telling them. This was the beginning of their Faith, which would sustain them in the coming days.

Acts 27:27, “But when the fourteenth night was come, as we were driven up and down...29Then fearing lest we should have fallen upon rocks, they cast four anchors out of the stern, and wished for the day. 30And as the shipmen were about to flee out of the ship, when they had let down the boat into the sea, under colour as though they would have cast anchors out of the foreship, 31Paul said to the centurion and to the soldiers, Except these abide in the ship, ye cannot be saved. 32Then the soldiers cut off the ropes of the boat, and let her fall off.” The third element of the God Factor was that they must stay in the ship, continuing to exhibit faith in the revelation and Obedience to the man of God. God's plan of deliverance included the debris of the broken vessel, the vessel that had sustained them thus far. But they had to be willing to stay with the ship until she literally broke apart on the rocks. Those broken pieces became their salvation. When our circumstances are falling apart, we must stay true and obedient to God’s command to be saved. (continued).

I Hope You Dance! by Myra Boozer

"Let God have you, and let God love you. Don't be surprised if your heart begins to hear music you have never heard..." Max Lucado

Surrender is hard for most of us. We have all the answers, and we don't want to give in to anyone. But, it would be nice to be swept off our feet and held in the arms of God for a time of refreshing, a time of laughter, a time of release from this old world and all its cares. The road seems long and tiring some days and our cares become attached as though they are determined to stay and drag us down...way down.

But, as we listen to the voice calling in the distance, "Come to me, my child, and I will carry you, I will give you rest." It becomes a silver-lined invitation on the best stationery you could ever envision. An invitation to lay down all that is bothering you, all that has crept upon you when you were just going about your normal routine of life...

He is calling, and He is waiting with arms open wide. So, what is stopping you? Go ahead, surrender to His voice, yield to His call. “Let God have you and Let God love you, and don't be surprised if your heart begins to hear music you have never heard before."

I pray you surrender, laying every burden down at His feet, allowing Him to lift you above all the cares that so easily beset you. Allow Him to sweep you off your feet and dance. Yes, I hope you dance...

"Thou hast turned for me my mourning into dancing..." Psalm 30:11.

Sustainability Through Your Revelation Of Jesus Christ! Part 2

(for part 1 see 5/22/25)

Paul stated that his intention was to press toward the mark. Phil. 3:14, “I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. 15 Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. 16 Nevertheless, whereto we have already attained, let us walk by the same rule, let us mind the same thing.” Paul knew from his experience that Christian growth is a daily challenge. He must have looked back many times to his Damascus road encounter with Jesus. That day, Paul received a revelation of who Jesus really was. He came face to face with the Son of God, the Redeemer of Israel, his Messiah, and he knew it in the depth of his soul. That encounter was, no doubt, an indispensable strength to him as he ministered for Christ. And the Lord continued to speak to him and reveal His truth.

In Acts 27, Paul had requested an audience with Caesar. He was in the custody of a Roman centurion and on his way to Rome. Acts 27:10, “And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives. 11 Nevertheless the centurion believed the master and the owner of the ship, more than those things which were spoken by Paul. 12 And because the haven was not commodious to winter in, the more part advised to depart thence also, if by any means they might attain to Phenice, and there to winter;” Paul had a revelation regarding this journey, but the centurion chose to listen to the captain rather than Paul. Why? Because it was not convenient to winter there, they wanted to proceed to Crete. Circumstance inspired them to continue on their journey rather than heed the revelation by the man of God. Inspiration that is driven by circumstance comes out of our own personal desire and intellect, and usually does not end well.

Acts 27:13, “And when the south wind blew softly, supposing that they had obtained their purpose, loosing thence, they sailed close by Crete.” This again speaks to circumstance. A temporary change in circumstance can lull us into Satan's plan...v14, “But not long after there arose against it a tempestuous wind...18 And we being exceedingly tossed with a tempest, the next day they lightened the ship; 19 And the third day we cast out with our own hands the tackling of the ship. 20 And when neither sun nor stars in many days appeared, and no small tempest lay on us, all hope that we should be saved was then taken away.” Three days and nights in the storm, and now all is lost, and there is no hope except for God! They were not including the God Factor. They drew their conclusions based on their knowledge and circumstances. Many times, our knowledge is not sufficient to draw the appropriate conclusion from our circumstances. Then we must go to God for revelation knowledge to chart the appropriate course. (continued).

What Is Most Important To You? by Myra Boozer

It's not important what kind of house you live in or the kind of car you drive...

It's not important to me if you have a Master's degree or any formal education...

It's not important to me what kind of coffee you drink or the kind of soda you prefer...

It's not important to me if you support Alabama Football or never watch a game...

It's not important to me if you are a member of the largest Church...or the smallest...

It's not important to me if you can quote the whole Bible or if you've never learned a verse...

It's just not important to me...

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME IS THIS...

DO YOU HAVE A VITAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST AND KNOW HE IS COMING SOON…?

That is going to be ABSOLUTELY THE MOST IMPORTANT in the days just ahead...

Sustainability Through Your Revelation Of Jesus Christ!

Ephesians 2:19, “Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of God; 20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone; 21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord: 22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.”

We must build our faith, our system of belief, upon the revelation of Jesus Christ. “And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone.” What we believe must be supported by the Word of God as taught and modeled by Jesus. He is our secure and eternal foundation. He is the only source of survival in this spiritual war.

There is a delicate balance in pursuing God into His revelation and pursuing our own inspiration. The determining factor is the anointing of the Holy Ghost. God will anoint His revelation and Holy Ghost inspiration, but He will not anoint inspiration born out of our human intellect. His anointing signifies recognition and approval. We must secure the anointing of God upon our message. If not, our message is not God's message. The goal for all should be to be one with Christ in desire, purpose, and message.

There is much to be said about the influence of our religious heritage. However, I don't want to be stuck (consumed) in religious tradition, but neither do I want to lose the spiritual virtue of past generations. It is important to understand that all of us are continuing to evolve into the people that God desires that we become. And just as important, that we understand that the Bride of Christ continues to evolve. Eph. 5:25, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Paul says that Christ loves the Church and gave Himself for it that the process of making her ready might be accomplished by the washing of the Word. God's plan for the Body is set in stone, IE, in the Word. It will not change, but we, the frail human characters that we are, must find His perfect plan for us.

In our search for God's perfect plan, we must remain flexible (fluid, pliable). A healthy tree can remain strong in the storm, but if there is disease and rot, the storm will expose that weakness. The storms are coming, and only the spiritual virtue of our heritage in Christ can sustain us. Any other foundation will crumble and fall under the pressure of the storm. If we walk in obedience to God, we have an appointed end as described by Jeremiah. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end,” Jer. 29:11. We can know our outcome if we put our faith in Jesus. (continued)

Jesus Will Make All Things New! by Myra Boozer

Revelation 21:5, “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”

Lord, may we cast off any and all distractions that keep us from focusing on You. Those things that devour our time, leaving us tattered and worn, even frazzled in our thinking. The things that pull us down into despair. May we discard them for today as you draw us into Your domain.

May we turn our thoughts to resting in YOU and your precious mercy, that You so graciously extend by Your right hand. May we sit in Your presence and be renewed, refreshed, and revived. May we feel the touch of Angel wings upon our faces as we measure the depth of Your unfailing love.

May we feel your gentle hand upon our cheek as you dry our tears. Yes, Lord may we cast aside all that is pulling and draining our very soul. May we know without a doubt that you are taking care of every worry and every heartbreak, as we climb up into Your lap and lay our head on Your big shoulder. You are our Loving Father! May we never grow so wise in our thinking that we fail to remember we are a child, Your Child! We are Yours, Lord! May we never forget Your great Love for us!

The Day Is Coming To A Close!

Luke 24:28, “And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.”

Jesus would have continued on His journey except that His disciples constrained (to cause a person to give in to pressure) Him to “abide with us.” Jesus’ disciples compelled Him to stay with them. As I read these words, I am drawn to the idea that they compelled Jesus to abide with them. The day was gone, and twilight was coming on. The end of the day had come signaling the end of the day’s work.

We will soon come to the end of our day and the end of our work. The day is almost gone, and twilight is coming on. What we do for Christ, we must do it quickly. We must use the precious time He is giving us to finish His work. Jesus said of Himself in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” The night is upon us, and no one will work. The time for work will be over. Nothing can distract or detour us from the mission Christ has given us. Complete TRUST in the leading of the Holy Spirit is essential to our victory and salvation for all who will hear this message! The Day Is Coming To A Close!

There Is A Storm On The Horizon! by Myra Boozer

The winds of false doctrine are building into a spiritual tornado. They are destroying every soul that has not built themselves up in the faith that was once delivered to the saints. The storm clouds gather as the gross darkness cannot hide any longer from this world. The Word tells us in Isaiah 60:2, "For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people..." As it feeds on the sinful nature that has so viciously spread through our land, it is building in momentum. It is rapidly moving in! Can you hear the distant thunder?

As a storm on the horizon, it was beautiful in its conception. The colors were vibrant and vivid. But, mixed with the Winds of False Doctrine, the spinning has begun, and the loud sounds of horror have intertwined with the fierce lightning of Satan himself. Many have already been deceived and destroyed.

As they have gathered on the sea of time, the false teachers and preachers have devised their own way to get to God other than through His Son, Jesus Christ. They have tried to rebuke the winds of sorrow in their own carnal voice and have seen no results. Speaking great mysteries and giving interpretations from their own carnal voice, they have produced many different answers for our day. They build each other up in the false security that God is with them when He is not.

They teach the multitudes that they are to have all their mind can conceive in riches and wealth. They teach them that a loving God has forgiven all the sins committed in the past, present, and future. NOT SO! All sin must be repented of, as the Holy Spirit convicts the heart.

They are heaping judgment upon themselves and all who are listening to them. The book of Jude tells us we may save some with fear, pulling them out of the fire. This is my sole purpose for writing this post! Maybe someone will begin to read and study the Word for themselves and not be destroyed by this great storm of DECEPTION that is sweeping over the world. There Is A Storm On The Horizon!

Are You Searching For Truth?

Proverbs 21:2, “Every way of a man is right in his own eyes: but the LORD pondereth the hearts.”

I have noticed in my latter years that one thought continues to present itself in my walk with God. “Live every day of your life with the end in mind.” Our vision of the end will invariably determine the subject of our focus on every day of our lives. With that in mind, I continue to reach for the Truth of God to envelope my soul and deliver me from this house of flesh.

Are you searching for the Truth, or are you looking for something that will fit your list of Religious principles? Solomon stated that every “man is right in his own eyes.” Our human tendency is to justify what we want. We want so badly to think that what we believe is the Truth, consequently, we try to make the Scriptures fit our lives. The correct approach is to make our lives fit the Scriptures. When we attempt to remake God’s standard to fit our ideals and values, we drastically diminish the power of God’s Word, limiting it to only what we receive and understand.

Is it the Truth because we comprehend it to be so? Truth is Truth regardless of whether we receive it or understand it. Truth is not based on our perception, acceptance, or denial. Truth is the very character of our Creator. God is Truth! And His character is revealed to us through the Scriptures and in the persons of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. Jesus stated in John 14:6, “...I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.”

Jesus promised His disciples an Advocate to come after His departure and declared that Advocate to be the Spirit of Truth. John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.”

If we want to understand Truth, we must cultivate a personal relationship with the one who is Truth. To receive and understand Truth is to receive the Lord Jesus Christ, submit to His counsel, be obedient to His discipline, and walk in total surrender to Him. If we continue to walk in obedience and seek the revelation of God’s Word, we will move forward in Truth.

Be A Well Of LIfe! by Myra Boozer

Proverbs 10:12, "Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins."

Hatred will continue to stir up strife. We must determine by the Grace of God to NOT be part of that group. People given over to hatred have become instigators who take pleasure in unrighteousness, stirring up much conflict. These are wolves who prey on the quiet, the shy, the passive and sometimes insecure Christian. These wolves seem to become bolder and aggressive as the days go by.

I pray, “God give us a voice to speak your TRUTH in love and never out of anger or frustration as the world is doing.” May we NEVER join the ranks of those who stir up strife in these Last Days. Why? Because it's reward is never peaceful but full of conflict. Jesus didn't get defensive with those who came against Him, even to the point of killing Him. He is our great example of a peacemaker.

To be angry is not a sin, but to let that emotion rule is what Satan desires, especially in the lives of those who follow Christ. He desires to confuse, hurt, and eventually destroy you. We must be aware, Satan wants a foot in the door of our heart.

Many are struggling to know how to defend the Word and not be defensive or offensive. They are confused with all the chatter from the enemy but have a great desire to defend what they believe to be Truth.

Lord, cover us in your righteous love and grace that the words we speak will be a light to someone's path and not a blinder to their vision of YOU. Transform us Lord into the people you created us to be, People of Courage, Hope, and Love speaking words of life to the lost.

Proverbs 10:11, "In the mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covereth the mouth of the wicked." Be A Well Of Life!

Why Settle For Less? Conclusion

(for part 1 see 5/18/25)

Jesus said, “...I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” Jesus’ promise is far more than being alive in this mortal body. His hearers already had that physical presence. He was referring to life at its very best, which included a personal relationship with Him and a life in His Spirit.

Jesus Christ put on human nature for the attainment of man's salvation. Therefore, Jesus could say, “I am come that they might have life.” He came to live and die to become a sacrifice for the sins of all men and deliver us from sin's punishment. The punishment for sin is death. Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” By His death and resurrection, Jesus has introduced us to a life previously unavailable. Thereby bringing all who will believe into the realm of His Spirit to walk with Him in this life and live with Him in the life to come for eternity.

Why would you settle for less than the very best your life could possibly be? Jesus has made it possible for you to rise above a mere existence in this world to a Life in His Spirit. Though storms will come, He is there to calm the turmoil. Though you’ll need to make difficult choices, He is there to be your guide. Though the world is against you, He is for you, and victory is guaranteed. Don’t settle for less! Philippians 4:7, “And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” Why Settle For Less?

Put Your Trust In Jesus! by Myra Boozer

In light of what is going on in our world today, I want to offer this prayer.

“I pray we give our attention to God more than ever and stand with Him and His Holy Word...I pray we give time to those around us as though they are family and depending on us...I pray for strength and encouragement to come just at our time of need...I pray for love to send forth its power to bring in the lonely and the hurting from the cold that has settled on our world...I pray for truth to invade our lives as a strong and mighty wind stirring in our souls...I pray for unity to prevail in the hearts of all believers so that the world might see and know that God is alive and working among us...I pray for peace to surround us like a strong light coming from the throne room of God...I pray for joy, the kind that is deep-rooted and cannot be shaken by the howling of the enemy...I pray for eyes to see the beauty that is in everything we hold...I pray for ears to hear the whispers of our babies as they pull on our heart strings and long to be close to us...I pray for guidance from above as we travel the road we have never traveled before...It is all new and our hearts are excited, but our minds question what lies ahead for each and every one of us...Trust in Him who will not leave you...Put Your Trust In Jesus!”

Why Settle For Less?

John 10:7, “Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. 8 All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. 9 I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. 10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”

Why would you settle for less than the very best your life could possibly be? It all depends on who or what you put your trust in! The system of this world will let you down. We cannot place our trust in the hands of mortal man but must seek out the “life giver” who already has a plan, His plan for our lives. If we obey His call, He will fully implement His Divine “order” in us and through us.  Order suggests the way objects in space or events in time are arranged or follow one another. God knows where we need to be at any given time so He may bring forth His Divine purpose in us. He is vividly aware of the best possible path for our lives. He sees our future and knows the way we should take.

Job describes our dilemma and the solution to our problem. Job 23:8, “Behold, I go forward, but he is not there; and backward, but I cannot perceive him: 9 On the left hand, where he doth work, but I cannot behold him: he hideth himself on the right hand, that I cannot see him: 10 But he knoweth the way that I take: when he hath tried me, I shall come forth as gold.” Job’s writing illustrates the limitations of our carnal flesh. I go forward, backward, right, and left, but I cannot see Him. True, we can not see Him if we are walking in the flesh. We must commit our lives to the Lord Jesus Christ and trust Him because He knows the way that we should take. (continued)

Where Are You? Conclusion by Myra Boozer

(for part 1 see 5/16/25)

My question is Where Are You? Are you living in the garden with constant communion and fellowship with the LORD your God? Or, do you feel you're across the tracks, just struggling on your own? Are you in a place of no hope, no relief from the push and shove of this sinful world? Are you always feeling blamed or giving blame to someone you love because of the pressure that is increasing in your life? Are you living a life of defeat amid constant confusion as to the choices you're making? Do you stumble at the simple things in life because you don't know the direction to take? Are you feeling helpless and hopeless with every decision you need to make for your very survival? Where Are You?

Some may feel they are making it just fine. Jesus said in Revelation 3:17, "Because thou sayest, I am rich and increased with goods and need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked, 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see." The good news is found in the fact that SOMEONE has the answer. Someone knows just where you are, and He can rescue you. He can pull you out of the darkness, the confusion, and the helplessness. You don't have to remain where you are. The choice is yours and yours alone. No one can make you look up! Or reach up! Or call out to God, but YOU!

When the loud, wailing sound of disaster strikes, even those who have pushed God aside, those who have tried to hide their "nakedness" from him, will cry out. Come and save me Jesus! He knows just where you are and will come immediately. He will cover your nakedness with His robe of righteousness. Where Are You?

What Are Your Priorities In LIfe? Conclusion

(for part 1 see 5/16/25)

Matthew 7:21, “Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.”

We make mistakes and experience unnecessary heartaches when our priorities are not in sync with God’s will and purpose for our lives. God should always come first. Our relationship with God is the priority over everyone and everything. It is the foundation for everything else! Our relationship will directly affect our obedience to God’s direction in our lives. Our obedience is essential for our deliverance and ultimate victory! What Are Your Priorities?

Matthew 7:24, “Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.”

Where Are You? by Myra Boozer

Many times during the day, when our grandson was little and here, we would hear these words, “Where are you Papa?” Or, “Where are you Nana?” This is an important question for a young child. When this question was asked, we didn't hesitate. We would respond quickly!

I want to ask you that question today. Where are you? You may say I am at home, or I am on the job. Maybe you are in school or in the Military. You could even be on vacation, seeing the many beautiful sights in our world. This is what we think of when the question is asked. We respond to where we are physically.

In Genesis 3, God asked Adam that question, "And the LORD God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?" This is the response that Adam gave, "And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself. And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?" The answer Adam gave has stuck with us down through the ages. "And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, SHE gave me of the tree, and I did eat." It is the transfer of accountability to someone other than ourselves. We have a very hard time accepting responsibility for our actions. So, we blame someone else for where we actually are in our lives.

I truly understand disappointment, heartbreak, broken homes, verbal abuse, lack of security, and unworthy condemnation. But with all of that, we are still responsible for our reaction to life and all it brings. We alone are responsible for the choices we make. Adam could have answered, “NO” to Eve. He could have reminded her of the command that God gave them about not eating of that one tree. Only one tree was forbidden. Of course, in the next verse, God asked Eve, "What is this thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I DID eat."

I do not read anymore of God communing with Adam and Eve in the cool of the day. However, I did read where "...God sent them forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken, So he drove out the man;" Genesis chapter 3. There are definitely consequences to all our decisions! (continued)

What Are Your Priorities In LIfe?

Matthew 6:19, “Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.”

If you were to make a list of what is most important to you, what would that list look like? What is the driving force behind your goals and accomplishments? It is very important that we can answer this question clearly and precisely. Our future and the future of those we influence depend upon our response.

It is expedient that we focus on the important things in life. At this late hour, we cannot afford to be distracted by minor issues. “Keep the main thing, the main thing.” The attention, time, and effort we invest will greatly impact the results we experience.

In Romans 14, Paul wrote to address the significance of the church’s relationship with God as opposed to the external issues. Matters of the heart will rule the day, therefore, we must keep our hearts right with God! The Roman church had failed to keep their relationship with God as the main thing. Subsequently, external matters became divisive in their attempt to serve God as a church. Romans 14:17, “For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 18 For he that in these things serveth Christ is acceptable to God...” God’s kingdom is the main thing and is not centered on external matters. Our visible testimony will be pleasing to God only if we are in right relationship with Him. (continued)

A Light In Darkness! by Myra Boozer

It used to be when we went to Church, many of the husbands and dads who weren't living right (still sinning) would stay outside and talk and smoke. They knew the power of God and the convicting Spirit of the Holy Ghost would have them in the altar if they went inside.

This was back in the 50s and 60s and there was no air conditioning. The windows were raised and many times you could see some hanging around the windows. God's power was so strong and the altars would fill up with people calling out to God to forgive them. Thankfully even as a young child I knew that God was in the HOUSE and I yielded to the bidding of His convicting power.

Yes, I backslid, but not for long periods. We were taught to go back and do your first works over. Repent and be baptized again. I was taught never be a hypocrite (one who pretends to be something they are not).

If ever anything turns the world off to Christianity, it is that very thing, for the Church to claim something they are NOT! God help us all to get real with God and with others and be the people we say we are. God's people, His Holy people, the Redeemed of the Lord, the Sanctified, the Church of the Living God.

Some have said you can't blame the sinner for not coming to the Lord. You must blame the Church for not being THE CHURCH. The Church is to be a light set on a hill for all to see the Love of God and to experience his forgiveness. But also to be A Light In Darkness to guide people to His TRUTH.

Light Or Darkness!

Matt. 24:9, “Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.”

Our goal as the Body of Christ is not to offend or be offensive. However, offense is a characteristic of the end times. It is the struggle between light and darkness. Jesus said in His Olivet discourse that it would be this way. Many are offended because of the holiness of God’s Word. Many are offended when God shines His light into their darkness. Many are offended because they want to be justified in their sin, but sin and holiness can not inhabit the same space. The Holy Spirit will shine His light upon our lives and reveal sin’s darkness in us. At that point, we must choose light over darkness or be forever lost.

My hope is that you will pray this prayer with me! “Lord Jesus Christ, I come to you today in my human weakness, aware that any good thing in me is what you have created. There is no substance, no state of mind or conscience that transcends the work of the Holy Spirit in me. I  yield myself to the work of Your Spirit. Take me, prepare me, and use me. If there is any good thing in me, use it for your honor and glory. Jesus Christ be glorified in my life. I covenant with you to be what you desire me to be. I pray that my mind would be as the Mind of Christ, that my mouth would speak the Words of Christ, my hands would practice the Deeds of Christ, and that my feet would take me into the Way of Christ. Your Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path. May I ever walk in your Word. Lord Jesus, have mercy upon me and my house. I am forever Yours. Be glorified in me! In Jesus’ name, Amen.”

If you prayed this prayer along with me, your failures are in your past. Repentance and submission are in your present. Triumph and victory are in your future! Praise be to the Lamb of God who was slain that by His blood we are washed clean! Light Or Darkness?

The Light Of Jesus Dispels The Darkness! by Myra Boozer

I love the mornings when I open my blinds and the sun comes pouring in. It just makes my day and I rejoice in the warmth of God's love to all mankind. It is not only warm, it is beautiful and makes all things beautiful. Sometimes the clutter in my room doesn't look so challenging.

Lord, may we open the blinds of our heart and allow you to SHINE in our world. Darkness has hovered for a night and the cries for help are getting louder. The lonely, the sick, the forsaken and forgotten cry out against the pit that has them bound. The prisoners held by sin cry out for freedom...Freedom to be forgiven, loved and restored!

Who will open the blinds Lord, and reveal the rays of Hope, the Light of Jesus that dispels the darkness? Who will ARISE and open the blinds, the shield that covers our windows? Lord, we are given opportunity NOW in this season to be that person to allow YOUR LIGHT to come forth. It will come with a sudden burst of great force when we allow your Spirit to direct and strengthen us. I know only the strong will do this. Help us to be STRONG IN THE POWER OF YOUR MIGHT as we ARISE like a Warrior with the Helmet of Salvation, the Shield of Faith, and the Sword of the Spirit.

Help us Lord, to equip ourselves with your Armor for the challenge before us...Our world is in great need of your LIGHT, the Light that dispels all darkness. Help us to be your hands reaching the lost and your feet to carry the "GOOD NEWS”...our mouth to speak Your Word which is Truth...that it will set the captive free, heal the sick and bind up the brokenhearted...Lord Jesus help us, your Children, to Arise at your command...Amen!” The Light Of Jesus Dispels The Darkness!

The Light Of Your Presence!

Lord Jesus, thank you for the dawn of a new day. Now, it is time to turn to the task at hand. What do you have for your children today? What do you have that we should share with others? Lord, fill us with your WORD so that the overflow is charged with redemption and deliverance. Oh! Come Holy Spirit of God, and inhabit every thought, word, and activity. Sanctify us afresh as the place of YOUR habitation. Purge from the very air around us the darkness that infiltrates our world and replace it with the light of YOUR PRESENCE. We feel the intensity of the battle. The Holy Spirit within continues to struggle with the arm of the flesh, for he is ever present. Lord Jesus Christ, help us to die once again that YOU may bring LIFE and more abundantly. Help us to say with Paul the apostle that it is not me that possesses this mortal body, but YOU that lives here.

Your reign in our life will affect the world around us for YOUR PURPOSE. We invite you to rule the environment around us. “Thy Kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.” Come Lord, take control, lead us to the completion of our assignment here. We must share YOUR message with all men. All must have the privilege to escape the darkness. Send forth YOUR light through the WORD of your mouth, penetrate and dispel the gross darkness that has invaded our land. Release YOUR Holy Spirit fire to burn away the obstructions that hold fast the lost souls of men. Set the Body of Christ ablaze that we burn so intensely that conviction and repentance are the result. May the light of your glory be reflected in our faces, in our walk, and in our message. All to the HONOR and PURPOSE of God. Even so, come Lord Jesus! Amen

Do You Need Confidence? by Myra Boozer

If you need confidence (trust, reliance, assurance), turn your eyes to the Lord Jesus. That is where our help comes from. There is no greater power or greater force than God. Yes, God uses man sometimes to take care of the things that we may need. But, for the one who created this whole universe and hung it in space, He really doesn't need anyone to help Him, but He allows us to be part of His great plan.

Put your trust in Him, and your confidence will rise knowing this. Psalms 40:11, "Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD, let thy loving kindness and thy truth continually preserve me." It is He who gives us life and all that we need, ONE DAY AT A TIME. “For in thee O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God,” Psalm 38:15.

When we truly BELIEVE, then we will be filled with confidence, not in ourselves, but in God. "Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies," Psalm 40:4.

No Reason To Be Afraid!

Hebrews 13:5, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

How often do we find ourselves in the position of denial and question, “Why are these harsh circumstances developing around us?” We are susceptible to cry out in absolute disbelief, “I can't believe this is happening to me!” This position makes us vulnerable and opens the door for Satan to rush in and steal our faith. In extreme cases, our soul can be seized with such life-altering doubt that our Christian service is totally paralyzed, and we cannot proceed further. In that moment, we should run to God and fall upon our faces in prayer! If we seek His face in submission, He will throw off the chains of dejection and depression as we heed the burning desire of the Holy Spirit that lives within us. We are never alone. Heb. 13:5, “...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”

We can easily get caught up in the climate and events of this present day. We may question why all the negative stuff appears to be happening to us! But Jesus said it would be this way in the last days and that He would return to catch His Church away and redeem His people Israel. We must be careful that we are not so consumed with our current distress that we allow Satan to steal away the promise of our redemption and the Second Coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

We can place our total confidence in the promises the Lord has given us. He will never fail us! What He has promised, He will fulfill, so there is No Reason To Be Afraid!

He Shall Preserve Thy Soul! by Myra Boozer

"The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul" Psalms 121:7

In his writings, David spoke so often of knowing where his help came from. He knew where to look and in whom to put his trust. He knew who his keeper was. His life sustainer was the Lord God Jehovah! Do you know that today? Are you settled in that very important fact?

Psalm 146:2, “While I live will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being. 3Put not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help...5Happy is he that hath the God of Jacob for his help, whose hope is in the LORD his God: 6Which made heaven, and earth, the sea, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth for ever:” This chapter goes on to tell us what the Lord will do for the oppressed, the hungry, the prisoners, the blind, those bowed down, the strangers, the fatherless, and the widow. These promises are very positive. But then he says in v9, "...But the way of the wicked he turneth upside down."  That is a promise also, but it is NOT good! We have the promise that the LORD preserves all those who LOVE Him, but the wicked He will destroy.

My HOPE today is in the Lord our maker. My HOPE is not in a man or a political system. My HOPE is in the promises of THE BOOK...God's Holy Word. "The Name of the LORD is a strong tower, the righteous runneth into it and is safe," Proverbs 18:10.

When you run to the Lord for His forgiveness and for His protection, STAY THERE. Don't run in and out thinking you can be saved or safe when you keep playing with the world, getting into all kinds of sin. There is much false doctrine, and many are falling for untruth because it sounds good, but it is not TRUTH.

There is only one way, and that is by the blood of JESUS. Don't trample HIS blood by playing with the world and falling for the doctrines of devils. IF GOD SAYS IN HIS WORD THAT IT IS WRONG, IT IS WRONG AND NO ONE CAN CHANGE THAT.

God is a jealous God! He doesn't accept a half-time relationship. He wants all of our heart. Stay with God, live close to HIM, and PRAY. “The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He Shall Preserve Thy Soul.”

He (Jesus) Walks With Me!

1 John 3:1, “Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not. 2Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is. 3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.”

Today, as I meditate on the presence and influence of Jesus Christ in my daily life, the words of a song by Sarah McCracken come to mind. I am including a link here, youtube.com/watch?v=8iG_37hUIlM. The title is “He Walks With Me,” and it goes like this:

Though now we have trials, we wait for salvation.

Though tested by fire, we suffer with joy.

By His great mercy, our hope has been born again.

Faithful as the morning, we are raised up with Christ.

And I cannot see Him, but oh, how I love Him.

I cannot see Him, but I believe.

I know He walks with me. I believe that He walks with me.

We will face trials and testing in the days ahead! But we have a companion who walks with us to provide for every need. Jesus will make a way through every difficult experience. 1 Cor. 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.” We will not face any trial or test that has not been experienced by other human beings. The testing is the same for all, just different faces, with the determining factor for victory being the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ in one’s life.

The challenge we face is allowing Jesus Christ to fully control our lives. It is a struggle for us to relinquish our independence and allow Him to lead the way. However, He is immensely more qualified than we are to determine the correct path. He knows the way that we should go. Our heart cry should be to go where He is going. Therefore, we must submit to His leading to go along with Him.
