Jesus Knows Every Heart! by Myra Boozer

Jesus plainly told the people (the Pharisees and Scribes) when He was here on earth, that He and His Father were one. He also told them His Father gave Him the Authority to do the things He did.

Wow! They did not like that one little bit. They were so angry with him. They tried to trick Him all the time and were so ready to find fault with Him. They did not believe Him to be the Son of God. They were continually taking apart every word He spoke. Even though they knew the Word, they would not accept Him, the Word incarnate, God in the flesh!

Jesus was very clear about who He was, and it was very clear to Him as to who they were because He saw their hearts. They were very religious, but they didn't want to accept Him, and they didn't.

No one can fool Jesus! Even though they knew the law, they read it day and night. He saw their hearts. No matter how much knowledge one has about the Word, he must accept the Word in the flesh. JESUS is the Son of the living God! He is the ONLY way to the FATHER!

" Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me; or else believe me for the very works’ sake." John 14:11 

Come, Let Us Adore Him!

Adore – to regard with loving admiration and devotion, to worship or honor as divine.

Luke 2:15, “And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us. 16And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. 17And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. 18And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. 19But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. 20And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.”

How can we not adore the person of Jesus Christ? If we believe what God’s Word teaches us of His birth, life and sacrifice, we must be captured by loving admiration and devotion for Him. If we have experienced a life changing encounter with His redemptive grace, we are compelled to worship and honor Him as God’s Divine gift to all of mankind.

How can we not adore Him? The Son of God, Jesus committed Himself to the purpose of salvation for all who would believe and receive His gift of redemption. He chose to leave His throne in heaven, be born in the form of human flesh, live and die for the cause of man’s redemption and be raised from the dead, victorious over death, hell and the grave. In so doing, He established the precedent for all believers who die in the faith of His sacrifice, that they too are victorious over death and have the promise of eternal life with Him.

How can we not adore Him? Jesus, who through His selfless commitment to our redemption and personal welfare, has become our intimate companion and friend who is closer than the bond of blood kinship. Come let us adore Him especially at this time of the celebration of His birth but also every succeeding moment of the rest of our lives and through the eternal ages as we reign with Him forever! Come, Let Us Adore Him!

Jesus, Redeemer of all mankind...

We lift your Name on High…

We sing Your song of Truth and Freedom...

We plant our hopes and dreams in the soil of Your Holy Word...

Your provision to care for this garden is deeply etched in our hearts…

You are the Master Gardner of our souls...

You are the one who tends to the tender plants of our expectations...

You hold the sun in your hand, and the rain is at your command...

The warmth comes in due season, and the harvest will be plentiful...

You are always near and never far...

You are always there to guard against the storms and dangers that come to destroy...

You are the Hope of my heart today and forever...

I trust in YOU... 

God Is Still In Charge!

1 Chronicles 16:31, “Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth.”

You might look at the current conditions in our world and question, “Who is in control of all this chaos?” The answer is not complicated. In fact, it is really simple. God is still in control! Even though Satan is the instigator of all the hate, unrest, and mayhem, he can do no more than what God allows him to do. God, who spoke the worlds into existence, set the earth on its axis, threw the stars into the heavens, and drew the boundries for the oceans, is still in control.

Satan is still subject to the Sovereign Power and Authority of the Lord God Almighty. You might ask the question, “If God is in control, why are we seeing all the destruction, rioting, pain, suffering, and death that have come to our nation, cities, and communities?”

God is Sovereign! However, as our Creator, He created us with the idea that we would be creatures of “free will.” We were all created with the gift of choosing the path for our lives. It is obvious that some people do not choose wisely, and therefore, they suffer the consequences of those choices. And many times their choices will affect the lives of others.

We have become living witnesses of that very thing. Many are suffering all around our world because the choices of some to perpetuate evil have overflowed into the lives of the people around them. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 3:13, “But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived.” That is one sign of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. God is simply allowing prophecy to be fulfilled in preparation for the consummation of all things in Christ Jesus.

We must look to God and draw strength from His Promises. He will not leave us or forsake us, but He is getting us ready for our eternal home with Him in the New Heaven and the New Earth. This world will be destroyed, and we will start all over just as in the Beginning. No sin, no evil, no sickness or disease, but live in paradise for eternity because our God is still in control! 

God Of Hope! by Myra Boozer

I love the word HOPE! Without it where would we be? I have noticed when I focus on my own abilities I start to doubt but when in the presence of the Lord, my HOPE seems to grow. That says to me that my HOPE needs to be in the right source. Hope cannot be in myself, our President, our government, our money, our church or even our family. JESUS CHRIST is the only SURE source of Hope!

"Now the God of HOPE fill you with all JOY and PEACE in believing that ye may abound in HOPE, through the power of the Holy Ghost," Romans 15:13. The words, "that ye may abound in HOPE," are very important for me today and every day. The word abound means to be plentiful...to be rich in or to teem with.

The God of Hope, the source of Hope can fill us today with Hope, Joy, and Peace in BELIEVING. Not that we will just have a little hope, but that hope will ABOUND in us. That we would have plenty, be RICH in and that we will TEEM with (meaning to be prolific, producing much fruit). When we team with God, we (us and God) will produce much more HOPE.

I AM SO GLAD I KNOW THE GOD OF HOPE! On my own I am NOTHING, but He is EVERYTHING, and with Him I am filled with HOPE TODAY.

God is able to bring HOPE into your life even if everything seems hopeless. Trust in the Lord and don't look at your circumstances because they usually produce doubt. Psalms 39:7, "And now, LORD, what wait I for? my hope is in thee." This tells me there is nothing else beside the Lord for us to put our TRUST in because He is our God Of Hope! 

Make Room For Jesus!

Luke 2:7, “And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”

Today, we stand at the door of a grand endeavor. That is to prepare for the appearing of the Son of God, the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords, Jesus Christ. Our challenge is to make ready for His return, to be united with the bridegroom.

The external forces in our world are pressing in upon the boundaries of holiness and righteousness so firmly established in God's Holy Word. The ideals of a carnal theology have infiltrated the pulpit and diluted the faith that was once delivered to the saints. But the Holy Spirit is the sustaining force within. He will lead and guide us into the Truth of His Word.

There are many voices claiming to speak for God. Although God uses human vessels to share His message, we must know God in an intimate and personal kinship so He can speak directly to us. The Holy Spirit and the Word will teach us the Truth. The Holy Ghost will help us to understand the events we are seeing take place in our world today. When we read God's warnings in His Word and see the events around us aligning with the Word, we must conclude that we are living in the End Times.

Are we really expecting Jesus, our Messiah to return to deliver us? The world was not expecting Him when He came the first time and they missed His gift of Salvation. Don’t let that happen to you! Make Room For Jesus!

Heb. 9:28, "...unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation."

It's not important what kind of house you live in or the kind of car you drive...

It's not important to me if you have a Masters degree or any formal education...

It's not important to me what kind of coffee you drink or the kind of soda you prefer...

It's not important to me if you support Alabama Football or never watch a game...

It's not important to me if you are a member of the largest Church...or the smallest...

It's not important to me if you can quote the whole Bible or If you've never learned a verse...

It's just not important to me...

WHAT IS IMPORTANT TO ME, IS THIS...

DO YOU HAVE A VITAL RELATIONSHIP WITH JESUS CHRIST AND KNOW HE IS COMING SOON…?

That is going to be ABSOLUTELY THE MOST IMPORTANT in the days just ahead... 

Where Is Your Hope?

Job 14:7, “For there is hope of a tree, if it be cut down, that it will sprout again, and that the tender branch thereof will not cease. 8 Though the root thereof wax old in the earth, and the stock thereof die in the ground; 9 Yet through the scent of water it will bud, and bring forth boughs like a plant.”

Our future is in the hands of God! He is fully aware of where we are and what our needs are. When we come to that understanding and submit our will to His will, He will take us to where He is going. He will renew our hope in Him! 1 Peter 1:13, “Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;” Jesus is coming soon! Where Is Your Hope? 

Remember Your Promise! by Myra Boozer

Many have made a promise to the Lord to spread His Gospel message to a lost and dying world. Maybe when you got saved, when you were in Revival hearing the Word of God and had a real "revelation" of what Hell is going to be like for all those who do not accept Christ... Maybe when you were at Youth Camp sitting around a big fire after the sun had gone down... You were given a pine cone to throw in the fire that represented your commitment to share salvation with a lost world.

All of these and more happened in my life and as a child I knew God had a plan for me. I am sure I could have done more but it has been my life's purpose to help people know JESUS. I cannot stop now! We are too close to the coming of the Lord! More than ever, we must REMEMBER our promise to tell others. Tell people about JESUS the Son of God coming as a baby born in Bethlehem to become the Savior of the world. And, tell people about HIS SECOND COMING as KING OF KINGS and LORD OF LORDS to establish the KINGDOM OF GOD and RULE AND REIGN FOREVER! Remember Your Promise! 

The Power Of The Gospel!

Paul proclaimed in Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith:..” Paul declared boldly that the Gospel is the power of God to bring men unto salvation. The power of the Gospel is that TRUTH. That is the pure, undefiled TRUTH. It is that pure message that will set every man free who believes God’s promise and places their faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ.

Any deviation from the Truth of God’s Word will annul it’s power to accomplish it’s intended purpose in us and whoever we might affect. The only way to walk in the power of His Spirit is to embrace His TRUTH without amendment. Jesus declared to John in His Revelation 22:18, “For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.” It says what it says and means what it means. We must embrace His TRUTH if we are to hear Him say, “...Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord,” Matt. 25:21.

Romans 1:16, “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth…” 

Jesus Will Make All Things New! by Myra Boozer

Revelation 21:5, “And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.”

Lord, may we cast off any and all distractions that keep us from focusing on You. Those things that devour our time, leaving us tattered and worn, even frazzled in our thinking. The things that pull us down into despair. May we discard them for today as you draw us into Your domain.

May we turn our thoughts to resting in YOU and your precious mercy, that You so graciously extend by Your right hand. May we sit in Your presence and be renewed, refreshed and revived. May we feel the touch of Angel wings upon our faces as we measure the depth of Your unfailing love.

May we feel your gentle hand upon our cheek as you dry our tears. Yes, Lord may we cast aside all that is pulling and draining our very soul. May we know without a doubt that you are taking care of every worry and every heartbreak, as we climb up in you lap and lay our head on Your big shoulder. You are our Loving Father! May we never grow so wise in our thinking that we fail to remember we are a child, Your Child! We are Yours, Lord! May we never forget Your great Love for us!

The Day Is Coming To A Close!

Luke 24:28, “And they drew nigh unto the village, whither they went: and he made as though he would have gone further. 29 But they constrained him, saying, Abide with us: for it is toward evening, and the day is far spent. And he went in to tarry with them.”

Jesus would have continued on His journey except that His disciples constrained (to cause a person to give in to pressure) Him to “abide with us.” Jesus’ disciples compelled Him to stay with them. As I read these words, I am drawn to the idea that they compelled Jesus to abide with them. The day was gone and twilight was coming on. The end of the day had come signaling the end of the day’s work.

We will soon come to the end of our day and the end of our work. The day is almost gone and twilight is coming on. What we do for Christ we must do it quickly. We must use the precious time He is giving us to finish His work. Jesus said of Himself in John 9:4, “I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.” The night is upon us and no one will work. The time for work will be over. Nothing can distract or detour us from the mission Christ has given us. Complete TRUST in the leading of the Holy Spirit is essential to our victory and salvation for all who will hear this message! The Day Is Far Spent! 

Put Your Trust In Jesus! by Myra Boozer

In light of what is going on in our world today, I want to offer this prayer.

“I pray we give our attention to God more than ever and stand with Him and His Holy Word...I pray we give time to those around us as though they are family and depending on us...I pray for strength and encouragement to come just at our time of need...I pray for love to send forth its power to bring in the lonely and the hurting from the cold that has settled on our world...I pray for truth to invade our lives as a strong and mighty wind stirring in our souls...I pray for unity to prevail in the hearts of all believers so that the world might see and know that God is alive and working among us...I pray for peace to surround us like a strong light coming from the throne room of God...I pray for joy, the kind that is deep rooted and cannot be shaken by the howling of the enemy...I pray for eyes to see the beauty that is in everything we hold...I pray for ears to hear the whispers of our babies as they pull on our heart strings and long to be close to us...I pray for guidance from above as we travel the road we have never traveled before...It is all new and our hearts are excited but our minds question what lies ahead for each and every one of us...Trust in Him who will not leave you...Put Your Trust In Jesus!” 

Thy Will Be Done In Earth As In Heaven! Conclusion

Matt. 28:18, “And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.”

Christ has given the ministry of bringing in the Harvest to the Church. The Holy Spirit within us will equip and empower us to rise to the challenge in the midst of darkness and evil. The light shines brighter the greater the darkness. We have already entered into an extended time of sensual depravity and spiritual hypocrisy. The Body of Christ has an enormous task to reach the lost in the face of great opposition. The affront to the Gospel is growing stronger every day. The mere mention of the name of Jesus will ensure persecution. But God is greater! “Greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world...” 1 John 4:4. God will use the Church to do great things in the name of Jesus. That is why Satan fights so hard against the message of Jesus. There is power in that name (Jesus)! Christ will reveal His power, His grace, and His glory through us as we submit to His leadership. “He will use the trying times ahead to discipline and train us. Do not resist. Do not question the Lord's WAY. Yield to Him and allow Him to do His work in you even during all this shaking as the Bride makes herself ready.” God has a plan. He will protect His Church and preserve His people. Blessed be the name of the Lord! Thy Will Be Done In Earth As In Heaven! 

Jesus, The Gift That Keeps On Giving! by Myra Boozer

As I reflect upon Christmas Day and our time with family, I am reminded of the faces of our sweet grandchildren. They come to Nana and Papa's house knowing that we will eat lunch first, before the gifts are unwrapped. This isn't easy for little children to know there are gifts, boxes with paper and bows hiding those undiscovered treasures inside. I love the thoughts of those faces covered in smiles that turn to laughter as they receive their gifts from us. They appear so HAPPY and I have heard them say a few times, "just what I wanted!"

The thought came to me, God didn't give us the "Gift of His Son" to make us HAPPY per se. Even though Psalms 16:11 says, "Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures forevermore." This is wonderful, and we will understand more of this in Heaven one day. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE TO HIS GIFT! He gave His Son that we might not PERISH, to be cast into eternal torment. This life can offer some pleasure, but it only lasts for a short season, and it is gone. ETERNITY IS FOREVER AND EVER! THANK YOU GOD FOR THE GIFT OF YOUR SON, WHO BRINGS LIFE ETERNAL TO ALL WHO BELIEVE AND RECEIVE!

Are you finding great pleasure in the GIFT of God's SON? JESUS is the GIFT that keeps on GIVING? He gives healing in the midst of sickness...He gives joy in the presence of great sorrow...He gives comfort in the time of trouble...He gives peace in the time of turbulence... He brings hope when the last straw falls...He brings courage when the enemy is towering...He brings victory when the battle is overwhelming...He brings love when everyone walks away… He brings understanding to the chaos...He brings freedom in the prison cell...He brings redemption to the lost soul...He just keeps on giving and giving, making your choice of receiving HIM so immeasurably priceless for all eternity! 

The Day Truth Came To Live Among Us!

Do You Hear What I Hear?

Said the little lamb to the shepherd boy.

Do you hear what I hear,

ringing through the sky, shepherd boy?

Do you hear what I hear,

a song, a song, high above the trees,

With a voice as big as the sea?

With a voice as big as the sea.

And so goes the lyrics of a classic version of a favorite Christmas carol. The inspired thought is that all creation heralds the birth of God's greatest gift to mankind. The little lamb in the stable depicts the lowly birth of the King. The glorious news would not be concealed in the humble stable but has become a universal message of hope. The Good News, first proclaimed by the glorious host of heaven, embraced by the common shepherd in the field, and spread abroad by them as they went, has become the message to all people. A song trumpeted “high above the trees” resounding to the throne of heaven, “with a voice as big as the sea.” The song goes forth with such a thunderous roar, “with a voice as big as the sea,” that all other songs cease to exist for His voice condemns them to silence.

This is the message of Christmas! The message has echoed across history for over 2000 years. The message of celebration for the gift of God's only begotten Son, given for the salvation of man. We have been given an enormous, undeserved gift. Let us not spurn the grace of God by rejecting His mercy. That is the song that the angels sang “the day that Truth came to live among us.”

May your Christmas be filled with reverent awe and hear His “voice as big as the sea!” 

Thy Kingdom Come! by Myra Boozer

Mark 1:15 “...The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.”

I would love to feed all the hungry...wrap my arms around the broken and mend them. I would love to wipe the tears from all the lonely and crushed...mend the bruised and battered, release those who are in bondage by the enemy...set the captives free...hold all the unwanted babies...care for all the elderly who are forsaken...heal every sickness and diseased person on the face of the earth...stop every evil and depraved thought that enters the mind of the youth...I would guard them from all evil. I would mend every marriage and bring every family into unity with God...strengthen every person who shares the Word of God and give them HOPE of many souls being saved, delivered, and set free. I would love to do all this! I am limited, but JESUS is NOT! I can share JESUS, and He can do this for all who will REPENT and BELIEVE!

I WOULD SHUT THE MOUTH OF THE LIONS THAT ARE TRYING TO DEVOUR ALL WHO ARE GOOD AND RIGHTEOUS...I WOULD STOP ALL THE LIES AND CORRUPTION OF THE EVIL AND EGOTISTIC WHO ARE HUNGRY FOR STATUS IN THIS WORLD...I WOULD BIND EVERY EVIL SPIRIT THAT RAISES ITS UGLY HEAD AGAINST HUMANITY...I WOULD SHUT DOWN ALL THE PLACES THAT OFFER ENTICEMENT TO THOSE WHO ARE WEAK AND UNSTABLE...I WOULD STOP MURDER, HATE, AND EVERY ABOMINATION...I WOULD STOP ALL FALSE TEACHINGS AND DOCTRINES OF DEVILS...I WOULD BRING ABOUT A NEW WORLD WHERE THE LAMB WILL LAY DOWN WITH THE LION...I AM LIMITED! BUT, JESUS IS NOT! JESUS WILL DO ALL THIS WHEN HE COMES RIDING ON HIS WHITE HORSE WITH FIRE IN HIS EYES, WEARING MANY CROWNS...HIS NAME IS CALLED THE WORD OF GOD...HE SHALL RULE WITH A ROD OF IRON. HE WILL PUT EVERYTHING IN ITS PROPER PLACE...We are getting closer and closer to that DAY! Lord Jesus, Thy Kingdom Come! 

Thy Will Be Done In Earth As In Heaven!

Matthew 6:10-13, “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven...thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever...”

The followers of Jesus expected Him to establish a literal ruling government, at which time He would rule from the throne of David in Jerusalem. As we know, that has not happened yet! Christ pointed to a yet future time when that will actually take place, and His will be accomplished on earth as it is in heaven.

Paul wrote to the Church at Corinth, reminding them that “...the fashion of this world passeth away,” 1 Cor. 7:31. He was speaking concerning temporal attachments and being held captive by them. Though they are good in themselves, we are not to be constrained by them. We need to be free from any and all encumbrances that would restrain us from hearing and being obedient to the voice of Christ. Let us always follow the Lord Jesus closely, not to be guilty of following afar off. Our conformity to Him will be our sustaining power when all else has failed. The outward form of this world and everything in it will pass away.

Heb. 12:26, “...Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven. 27 And this word, Yet once more, signifieth the removing of those things that are shaken, as of things that are made, that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.” The words “Yet once more” point to the final change that will initiate the removal of all that can pass away. The removal of created things that the things not shaken can remain...that is the Kingdom in us, not anything of material creation. It is to that end that Christ is preparing His Covenanted people for His return and when He will literally establish His Kingdom in the earth. Thy Will Be Done In Earth As In Heaven! (continued) 

Are You In A Mess Today? by Myra Boozer

Well, God can turn that mess into a great MESSAGE, a message of deliverance! God does NOT always change your circumstance but He can change YOU from the inside out. He can deliver you from your old self and make you a new creature in Him, one full of renewed HOPE and LIFE EVERLASTING.

God can change your heart, your thoughts, your desires and your goals in life. He is a miracle-working God. He is a God of TRANSFORMATION. God can bring you out of the rubble and do a complete makeover giving you the freedom you've never known. Real Freedom is the freedom you find in Christ Jesus. He can set your soul "FREE" even behind prison bars. You can be free even in the midst of persecution...Free in the midst of cancer...Free in the midst of poverty...Free in the midst of a bad marriage...Free in the midst of all hell coming against you.

THERE IS TRULY FREEDOM IN CHRIST JESUS. Psalms 91 is our "go-to chapter." Run to these great promises every day. They will bring you great HOPE and COMFORT. Psalms 91: 4, "He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler." He who redeems you will keep you. Psalms 91:15, "He shall call upon me and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will DELIVER him and HONOR him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my SALVATION." Allow Jesus Christ to deliver You from your Mess Today! 

Will You Hear God's Voice?

Revelation 2:7, “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”

God wants to prepare us for what is just ahead, but many cannot hear. Why can they not hear? They hear the words, only the words! The Gospel is being preached! The Holy Ghost is warning of end-time events! But they are listening with their ears. In Mark 8:18, Jesus said, They have eyes to see but cannot see, they have ears to hear but cannot hear. Just as that generation that heard the message of Jesus rejected the truth of the Gospel, many will hear this message and reject it. What happened to that generation? They missed their opportunity for salvation and deliverance by their Messiah because their religion closed their spiritual eyes and ears. I fear that there are some today who will miss this great opportunity to see the unrestrained revelation of the rapturing Jesus because their religion has closed their eyes and ears to the Truth. Jesus is coming and soon.  Are you ready? Are you ready to receive the Truth? Get ready and stay ready!

“Father God, Lord Jesus Christ, I ask YOU to prepare our hearts to receive what YOU have prepared for us in this hour. I ask that YOU remove any obstruction that would prevent us from receiving YOUR Revelation. Take this fresh lump of clay and begin to fashion the vessel of YOUR desire in us.” 

The Hour Is Late! by Myra Boozer

Acts 2:17, "And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams."

In the last days, God said He will speak through visions and dreams. We need to be so full of His Spirit that He can speak to us in any way He chooses and know it is Him. This is where Christians need to be able to discern between good and evil.

Satan can also speak to you, usually through people, different cults, cultures, and through your own fleshly desires. God is warning us through His Word and His people to Pray. He is asking us to submit, surrender, and hear what He has to say to us in this late hour. We must know His voice.

Are people listening? It does not appear that all are! Just like the days of Noah, they went on their merry way. And just like America is doing, fussing and arguing over what is good and what is evil. These things should be settled. I would never have thought that our country would accept and promote the evil it has under the umbrella of tolerance. These things are a great distraction to what God is calling America to do...REPENT!

When will people wake up? Our hope is in the Lord! But people, and many of them Christians, still trust in the arm of flesh (human understanding) to fix our world. Many think that if the right political party is in control, all will be well. That is not so, even though there is a great difference between the Right and the Left. It is very clear how far from God this country has fallen.

God wants us to be filled with His Spirit, listening to His voice, and obeying His commands. There will be a rude awakening one day, and I feel it will be sooner than we can imagine. We must turn from the sin that so easily besets us and be covered by the Spirit and Power of His Might. God Alone Is Our Hope! Only as we are tuned into His voice can we hear what He is saying in this late hour. Yes, The Hour Is Late! 

Follow His Revelation In Faith! Conclusion

We can embrace our determined end because of the eternal nature of God's promises. His covenant is forever settled in heaven. What He has spoken will never change. We can put our faith in every word! 2 Cor. 1:20, “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us. 21Now he which stablisheth us with you in Christ, and hath anointed us, is God; 22Who hath also sealed us, and given the earnest of the Spirit in our hearts.” As we walk in the Holy Spirit, we can discern the events of our time as pieces of a much larger picture of God's eternal plan. Faith rises up in us! Faith compels and propels us forward into a future we don't completely understand. But, because of our faith in the infallibility of God's Promise, we move with purpose, assurance, and confidence.

Faith places each person in charge of his own destiny. Our future is determined by our faith in God or lack thereof. Our faith in God will determine our obedience to Him and His plan for our lives. Subsequently, we determine our destiny by our submissiveness to His leading.

A ship adrift in calm seas is helpless. A ship adrift in stormy seas is catastrophic. We are facing the most tumultuous times of this age. We cannot risk our engines being dead in the water. Our survival is dependent upon the power of the Holy Spirit to help us navigate the raging seas just ahead. My cry is, “God fill us again and again with the power of the Holy Ghost.” Through the power of the Holy Spirit, Follow His Revelation In Faith! 

Do You Hear What I Hear? by Myra Boozer

This is love and the Greatest Gift ever given...That God would send His only begotten Son to earth to live and die for all our sins...That we too can live in His Kingdom and Reign with Him forevermore…Our Messiah, the Lord of Lords, JESUS CHRIST.

Open the ears of Your children, Lord, all over the world. Let us hear the sound of Your Coming! May our hearts overflow with a reverent fear of who You are, for You are HOLY. Just a few more days, and we will celebrate Your birth all over the world. What a glorious celebration will be had by a people who open their hearts and minds to Your wondrous gift and receive JESUS CHRIST.

"Said the little lamb to the shepherd boy, Do you hear what I hear? Ringing through the sky, shepherd boy. Do you hear what I hear? A song, a song high above the trees with a voice as big as the sea, with a VOICE as big as the sea."

Not everyone hears the same thing today. Some hear hope in the politician's voice, promising change, while others hear fear and defeat. I, like the little lamb, ask the same question to you today, "Do you hear what I hear...a song, a song high above the trees.” And it goes like this, "For the LORD himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the VOICE of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the LORD in the air: and so shall we ever be with the LORD. Wherefore comfort one another," I Thessalonians 4:16-18. Lord, your arrival may be as soon as CHRISTMAS. Do You Hear What I Hear? 

Follow His Revelation In Faith! Part 2

What is the difference in our lives being directed by faith or fate? People who allow fate to be their compass in life will go with the flow. Their lives are driven by the events that surround them, much like rivers and streams rise and fall with the ebb and flow of the seasons. In the summer months, when there is less rainfall, these bodies of water remain restricted within their banks and appear to move effortlessly because water will choose the path of least resistance. In the winter and spring, when there is typically more rainfall, the rivers and streams can escape their banks but still seek the path of least resistance. They escape their banks because of the sheer volume of water. The ebb and flow of the rivers and streams is determined by the events in the weather and will respond accordingly, always moving downstream with gravity.

Followers of fate live a reactionary life, simply responding to the events and conditions in their lives as they occur. We all react to the circumstances around us, but circumstances cannot be our compass in life. As followers of Jesus Christ, faith is the driving force in our lives. We cannot seek the path of least resistance, and most of the time, we are called upon to move against the current. God's Word requires that we fight against the onslaught of public opinion and stand for Truth. As Believers in Jesus Christ, we must call attention to the moral depravity that is running rampant in this world. With faith as our compass, we can move ahead with purpose, God's purpose. We will not be deterred by the negative events and conditions around us. Because our faith is in the finished work of Jesus Christ, we can see beyond our immediate future to our promised end. Wrestling with turmoil and pain…

Searching for acceptance and finding none…

Longing for love and companionship, only to be disappointed…

Rejected and forgotten, alone in the crowd…

Searching in all the wrong places and coming up empty…

Just to remind you, there is one who can calm all your fears…

Dry all your tears and bring a warm fire to your life…

Make you His own, to never be forgotten or forsaken…

He is Jesus…

YES, Jesus died for you, and He longs to come and be your EVERYTHING! 

Follow His Revelation In Faith!

Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” KJV.  The New Living Translation states it thus, “Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.” We must follow in faith the revelation of Jesus Christ as revealed in God’s Word.

The shepherds of Luke 2 were so driven by their experience of the revelation that they were compelled by their faith to seek out the truth of the angel's proclamation. Luke 2:15, “And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.”

The wise men of Matthew 2 followed the star by faith to find the Savior. Their understanding of scriptures and desire to experience the promise compelled them to seek out the truth of the prophecy. Matt. 2:10, “When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. 11And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh.”

Faith is essential to our discovery of the promised Messiah! The fact of our need and the desire for faith was impressed upon me recently while listening to traditional Christmas music. One phrase really stood out to me, and it is for that reason that I share my thoughts. The song was “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and I have included it here.

“Some day soon we all will be together

If the fates allow.

Until then, we'll have to muddle through somehow,

And have yourself a merry little Christmas now.”

The line that really impressed me was, “if the fates allow,” with particular emphasis on the word “fate.” The Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines “fate” as a state or end that seemingly has been decided beforehand. Synonyms include circumstance, destiny, fortune, kismet, lot, and portion. Faith is essential to our discovery of the promise of the Messiah and our salvation! Our search of this revelation must be driven by faith in God’s promise. Our search must be deliberate and in no way influenced by the secular idea of “fate.” (continued) 

You Came Wrapped In Humanity! by Myra Boozer

The shepherds, poor as they were, got to see the NATIVITY right up front. Had Jesus been born in the Inn where it was all warm and cozy, the shepherds would not have been allowed to enter. They were stinky, no doubt, for they had been in the fields working and caring for the sheep. God knew all this from the beginning, even before He allowed His precious Son to be wrapped in humanity and come to earth. God had every person in mind when it came to offering His Son, the perfect sacrifice for all sin. He knew His Son would be offered on level ground for ALL, not just a few or the elite, but for All men everywhere.

For some reason, the shepherds touch my heart more than the Kings. Maybe I can identify with them more because I have never been wealthy or royal. I have just been an ordinary person. Amazing, no one was left out, from the lowly stinky people right up to royalty. Yes, JESUS CAME FOR EACH AND EVERYONE. But they all bowed down to this Holy Child, not because Mary and Joseph required it, but because of REVELATION. The Shepherds had been visited by the Angels telling them to not be afraid but to go and see the Christ Child. The Kings knew the scripture from the prophets that a Child would be born, and they were to follow the star leading them to the BABY JESUS.

Lord, I pray this year more than ever that men and women, boys and girls would receive a revelation of Your Coming to earth as a Baby and bow in humble adoration before YOU. You grew into a strong young man who willingly laid down Your life for all. Who also arose on the third day, overcoming death, hell, and the grave, making it possible for us to be part of the Resurrection Day that is coming soon. When those who are alive and remain will be caught up with those who have died, and forever we will be with YOU in Your HOME. No, it will not be a stable; it will be a Palace of great splendor. You are the King of Kings, and we will BOW before you. "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men." Luke 2:14 KJV 

The Revelation Of Jesus Christ! Conclusion

What God has purposed will require the power of the Holy Spirit to totally change or transform this fleshly tabernacle into a spiritual habitation for Himself. Transformation is a complete or major change in someone's or something's appearance, form, etc. This process begins for us with the first step to salvation, which is repentance. Acts 3:19, “Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;” This is only the beginning of our new life in Him, and there are still times of refreshing coming in the Body as Jesus reveals His purpose in us.

Peter was addressing the Jewish unbelievers regarding their rejection and crucifixion of Jesus, their Messiah. This comes after the healing of the lame man at the gate of the temple. The people marveled at this act. However, Peter said, you did what you did through ignorance, but God revealed His coming through the mouth of the prophets and that Christ should suffer and die. Therefore, repent of your ignorance and sinful disobedience and be restored.

Through this message, God was giving them another chance for redemption. Repentance is not only a change of mind but a change of heart, a total transformation of the spirit-man. Then and only then will Jesus Christ be manifest in us.

 Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.” May the transforming power of the Holy Spirit reveal the Lord Jesus Christ in us!

Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus! by Myra Boozer

"Turn your eyes upon Jesus...Look full into His wonderful face...and the things of life will grow strangely dim...In the light of His glory and grace...”

I love this song...but there is something we MUST do...TURN...hard to do sometimes. It takes real effort, something we don't like to do. IT IS A MUST IF WE ARE TO SEE JESUS!

Something my Mother told me in the days before she passed away, "the things of this world grow very dim." Are they losing their hold on you? Are they becoming less and less important? I think the more we acknowledge God and His plan for our life and OUR LIFE WITH HIM, the things we have here start growing dim and not so important as they once were.

“For where your treasure is there will your heart be also,” Matt. 6:21. I want my Treasure to be in Heaven, not here on earth, where it will be destroyed...GOD HAS SUCH A WONDERFUL PLAN FOR YOUR LIFE...BUT I WOULD SAY IT IS NOT HERE (IN THE TEMPORAL) BUT IN THE LIFE TO COME...THE EVERLASTING LIFE...Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus!

The Revelation Of Jesus Christ!

Galatians 1:9, “As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed. 10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ. 11 But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached of me is not after man. 12 For I neither received it of man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.”

The Apostle Paul is recounting his own personal experience to the Church at Galatia. He is emphasizing the powerful nature of his revelation of Jesus Christ and the subsequent effect of that revelation on the message he has preached and is preaching. He received the authority to preach the Gospel directly from Jesus Christ Himself! What we all require is a revelation of Jesus Christ!

If we are to share in the revelation of Jesus Christ, we will require the assistance and nurture of the Holy Spirit. What God has purposed will require the power of the Holy Spirit to totally change or transform this fleshly tabernacle into a spiritual habitation for Himself. The revelation of Jesus Christ is to welcome Him to take charge of our lives, uninhibited by our human limitations, to be a living, breathing, walking vessel filled with the Holy Spirit. He (Jesus) Is More Than Enough! by Myra Boozer

John 14:13, “Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.“ That speaks to me about a life without want. Remember, ‘The Lord is MY Shepherd, I shall not want...’ the broader meaning, not lacking, not deficient in proper care, management, or husbandry. But a second emphasis is the idea of being utterly contented in the Good Shepherd's care and consequently not craving or desiring anything more," taken from A Shepherd Looks at Psalm 23 by Phillip Keller.

As I have been reading in the Book of Mark about Jesus, the disciples, and the multitudes, I really honed in on a question Jesus asked the disciples. They had departed in a ship to the "other side" away from the crowds. As they left, the disciples realized they only had one loaf of bread on the entire ship, a real dilemma for hungry men. This is what Jesus had to say about their reasoning over such a small amount of bread. Mark 8:17-18, "...Why reason ye, because ye have no bread? Perceive ye not yet, neither understand? Have ye your heart yet hardened? Having eyes, see ye not? and having ears, hear ye not? AND DO YE NOT REMEMBER? When I brake the five loaves among five thousand, how many BASKETS FULL of fragments took ye up? They said unto him TWELVE. And when the seven among four thousand, how many baskets full of fragments took ye up? And they said SEVEN, and he said unto them, HOW IS IT THAT YE DO NOT UNDERSTAND?"

When we have Jesus in our lives, we are covered at all times. He has provision that is MORE THAN ENOUGH! Now these guys are talking about a loaf of bread, not a Banquet. Many may feel that God lets them down or doesn't provide because they do not receive a "Lobster Fest" on a Cruise Ship.

I found this statement a while ago..."God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him." When the desires of this world can fade away like a fog lifting off the valley, I believe that we find a new perspective about life, love, and our relationship with others, especially God. He just fills our every longing and desire. We are no longer pushed and pressured into needing anything except Him and His presence. It is no longer about me and what I must attain or receive from this world. He becomes my focus. He brings my life to the fullest, and my heart can sing in the midst of chaos. I know He Is More Than Enough for today, tomorrow, and forever...and He always has leftovers...His storehouse is FULL... 

No Reason To Be Afraid!

Hebrews 13:5, “Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”

How often do we find ourselves in the position to question, “Why are these harsh circumstances developing around us?” We are susceptible to cry out in absolute disbelief, “I can't believe this is happening to me!” This position makes us vulnerable and opens the door for Satan to rush in and steal our faith. In extreme cases, our soul can be seized with such life-altering doubt that our Christian service is totally paralyzed, and we cannot proceed further. In that moment, we should run to God and fall upon our faces in prayer! If we seek His face in submission, He will throw off the chains of dejection and depression as we heed the burning desire of the Holy Spirit that lives within us. We are never alone. Heb. 13:5, “...for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. 6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.”

We can easily get caught up in the current climate and events. We may question why all the negative stuff appears to be happening to us! But Jesus said it would be this way in the last days and that He would return to catch His Church away and redeem His people Israel. We must be careful that we are not so consumed with our current distress that we allow Satan to steal away the promise of our redemption and the Second Coming of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

We can place our total confidence in the promises the Lord has given us. He will never fail us! What He has promised, He will fulfill, so there is No Reason To Be Afraid! 

Jesus Is Our Refuge! by Myra Boozer

You can't travel very far on any given Street or road without seeing a Church Steeple, and sometimes they are side by side. When we lived in Valley Head, a tiny little town at the foot of Lookout Mountain near Fort Payne, AL., I could look out my kitchen window and see three Churches. We were Pastors of a Church on top of the mountain at Mentone, also surrounded by other Churches.

There are church buildings everywhere. We are living in the middle of the Bible belt, but many people are confused, troubled, and not connected to any Church...Why? This troubles me greatly...an abundance of Churches (places of refuge), but are they giving fresh bread (Jesus is the Bread of Life) to the hungry souls? Are they keeping the Spiritual Fires burning to warm the cold and the lost? Are they teaching Truth...or just some ideas that make people comfortable in their situation? Do they offer Freedom from the chains that bind people?  Do they have the Key to help the enslaved be set free from sin? Are they the Lighthouse to the weary traveler? What is going on in these beautiful buildings that have the lights on several nights a week? Is there revival, renewal, regeneration, and restoration happening? What is happening in all these places?

Our Church buildings are beautiful structures, but will they lead the lost to Jesus? Will they leave rejoicing because of their new Freedom in Him? Will they find Hope and receive Life and direction for the days we have left? Will they desire to leave their shackles and receive the new life of freedom from sin and walk in union with Christ? People need answers! They need love! They need JESUS! 

Do We Really Want God's Help?

2 Chronicles 7:14, “If my people...then I will hear from heaven...”

This verse is all about God intervening in the lives of His people. God wants us to invite Him into the affairs of our lives. He loves His creation and desires to intervene in our needs. In verse 13, God offers a litany of circumstances that would warrant His intervention. In this text, the first is, “If I shut up heaven that there be no rain...” He is literally addressing a physical lack of water. However, I believe we can also apply this in a spiritual sense, such as spiritual water. Jesus referred to Himself as the living water and referred to all who believed in Him as having rivers of living water flowing out of their belly. He was talking about His flowing through the believer by the Holy Spirit to give spiritual refreshment to all who are willing to receive.

I believe that our world needs spiritual rain, spiritual rain flowing from the throne of God, spiritual rain consisting of the power and presence of God in the outpouring of the Holy Spirit! How long has it been since we have seen a genuine move of the Holy Spirit? I’m not talking about an exhibition of emotions or a series of religious meetings fraught with a supposed divine encounter. What I am talking about is an undeniable, unmistakable, genuine move of the Holy Spirit that affects not only our emotions but also has an overwhelming effect on the way we talk, behave, and live. A work of God that changes attitudes as well as actions. A work of God that changes people, churches, cities, states, and nations. God help us to lay hold on such a move of God!

Have we become void of that intense, sustained, convicting presence of God? Have we walked away from God’s perfect will for His Church and us? Have we become satisfied with a trickle of spiritual water when He wants us to experience a spiritual river? He wants to lead us out into the deep! He wants to bless His Church by His presence, and He wants to flow out through His children by the Holy Spirit to bring His refreshing to a dry and thirsty land.

I would suggest to you that our world is in the midst of a spiritual drought. The Holy Spirit is calling the Church to bring life-giving water to the thirsty and dying souls in this world. We can only do that as we seek for and participate in God’s intervention for the salvation of lost souls. Jude said, “...pulling them from the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.”

In our beginning text, after solidifying His relationship with His people, God challenged them to trust and believe in Him. He said in verse 13, “If I shut up heaven that there be no rain...” and in verse 14, “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.”

Are we willing to do our part so God can do His part?

Prayer Is Not A Spare Wheel! by Myra Boozer

God help us to remember this..."Prayer is not a 'spare wheel' that you pull out when in trouble...But it is a 'steering wheel' that directs the path throughout…" To want God's attention only when in trouble is not really wanting God at all; it is that a person wants the problem solved and right quick. God forgive us all for not talking to you more and giving you control in so many situations of life. We need you MORE than Yesterday, more than words can say. Oh, we NEED YOU in everything, we need YOU! 

Seeking God's Face!

Do I want God’s blessings or do I want Him? I make the conscious decision here and now that I want Him! More than anything, I want my life to be governed by Him, totally! Am I willing to pay the price? What price? You mean there is a price, an investment on my part?

To have God govern our lives totally, we must abandon any and every thing that resembles the old life of flesh. That means that my will is submitted in every sense to His will. That means He is living His life through me, not as a puppet but as a dedicated servant.

You mean I am to be a slave to God, and that is the only way I am going to have Him? 1 Cor. 9:19, “For though I be free from all men, yet have I made myself servant unto all, that I might gain the more.” The word translated here as “servant” in the Greek text means “to make a slave of, reduce to bondage.” Paul was saying that he had become a slave to Christ. He simply meant that his life was consumed with obeying Jesus’ leading.

When we were in sin, we were servants to sin. We were made slaves under the bondage of sin. Sin controlled all thoughts and actions. We have put away sin and no longer serve sin. Galatians 2:20, “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” Therefore, we are no more slaves to sin but servants of the Lord Jesus Christ. Seeking God’s Face! 

Jesus Take Control! by Myra Boozer

There comes a time in all of our lives when the things we thought would happen just didn't happen for whatever reason. But God wants us to be still and know that He sees every tear and every challenge we have faced. He is telling us to "Be still, and know that I am God..." Psalm 46:10.

Being still is very hard for a child, and sometimes, as adults, we become anxious, acting like little children, wanting what we want, and thinking we have everything figured out. We may think we have grown into maturity and believe we have everything figured out. We have not! We must stand and look into the face of our great and mighty Maker and say Woe is me, for I am still childish.

“Take control of my life, Lord, and bring me to the place you want me to be, even though I may be kicking and rebelling all the time against you and your plan for my life. Yes, Lord, please pick me up and correct me, as I know you are a good Father and what you do will be for my own good. Times are changing fast, and I lose my way. I must have your supervision to make my way to the place you have prepared for me and my family. Change me, Lord, into your image and into the Christian adult you want me to be. In your Holy Righteous Name, I do humbly ask." Jesus, Take Control! 

What Is Heaven's Answer To All Our Problems?

Jesus is heaven’s answer to all our problems! What would He do if He were with us right now? How would He react to all the tragic events taking place in our world? What would He propose as the solution for our dilemma? If He literally walked among us today, I suppose He would behave much the same way He did when He walked the streets of Jerusalem and the shores of Galilee. He would still be calling disciples, opening blinded eyes and deaf ears, healing all manner of diseases, and raising the dead. I suppose He would still be turning the money changers out of the places of worship, chastising the religious leaders for their selfish goals, and constantly reforming the way we conduct church to ensure that the focus of our worship is the Lord God, Father of all. I suppose He would still take charge of nature by causing the winds to be still and the boisterous waves to be at peace.

What a difference Jesus would make if He were literally, physically here with us! He would speak peace to the storms that disrupt our daily lives and take our innocent ones from us. He would speak deliverance to the captives, those captured by the destructive and the perverse plans of Satan. He would open the eyes and ears of those who are imprisoned by deception and false religion. He would openly and decisively challenge the egregious behavior that has invaded His house. He would put the devil in his place by casting him out and confining him to the pit of hell.  What a difference Jesus would make!

But He is here! He lives in the heart of every Spirit-filled believer in the person of His Holy Spirit. What a difference He wants to make through you and me! His desire is to make an open show of His answers to our needs as an example to all who would believe. Let us give ourselves wholly to Him and see Him bring good tidings to the meek, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, and open the prison to them that are bound, to proclaim the acceptable year of our Lord.

What Is Heaven’s Answer To All Our Problems? Jesus is the answer to all our needs! What will He do? He will do the very same thing now that He did then! Let Him do it through YOU!

Where are you, Lord? Are you near? I can't find you! Are you close, so close that I am overlooking where you are?

Where are you, Lord? I hear your rustling. I smell your sweet aroma. I search for your clear voice. I long for your embrace.

I press into your holiness, and I feel your cleansing touch. You hold me in my brokenness, and I allow you to put me back together again and again.

I love you, Lord, for you are my Rock, my Fortress, my strong Tower, my Refuge, my everlasting Peace, and my Hope.

You are my all in all! I can go on! Thank you, Lord!

God Is Speaking To The Body Of Christ!

Believers must hear and respond in obedience to God's voice. Jesus declared in John 10:27, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” God has not finished the revelation of His TRUTH. There is much that He desires to reveal to the Body. He is still speaking to submissive hearts and open minds.  Therefore, we need desperately to experience His revelation in us and through us.

How does Christ want to implement His will in the Body and through individuals? His plan for us will always prioritize the greater good of the Body. When we, the Body, actively seek and follow His directions, Christ is exalted, His work in the Body is confirmed, and members in the Body are vindicated. May God empower us to be actively engaged in His plan and purpose, NOW, TODAY, and EVERY DAY till we see His glorious return.

Jesus promised in John 10:28, “And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. 29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand. 30 I and my Father are one.” Let us purpose here and now to submit ourselves to God's master plan. We must submit, not only for our own salvation and victory but also for the divine will and purpose of God in the earth. May we determine to allow Him to place us in the body where it pleases Him and fits His purpose.

In the Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave to John, He concluded His exhortation to the churches with these sobering commands, Rev. 3:19, “As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. 21 To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne. 22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.” The promise is to those who will hear what the Spirit is saying in the Body of Christ! God Is Speaking To The Church!

Father God, send your Light that we may walk in it.

Send your Truth that we may proclaim it from the rooftop.

Send your Power that all may see your Glory.

Send your Love that we may be refreshed, renewed, and redeemed.

Send your Mercy that we may be rescued from the evil one.

Send your Holiness that we may be washed clean.

Send your Deliverance that we may go free.

Send your Freedom that all will rejoice and dance in the streets.

Send your Son that we may be taken away in the twinkling of an eye...to be where He is, forevermore...Amen!

"Through the tender mercy of our God; whereby the dayspring from on high hath visited us, To give light to them that sit in darkness and in the shadow of death, to guide our feet into the way of peace." Luke 1:78-79 

God Will Make A Way!

1 Corinthians 10:13, “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.”

As I contemplate the conditions that exist in our world, I am reminded of how really important it is to believe in a living God who wants to be intimately involved in my life. And, He wants to be involved in your life in the same way. Actually, He desires to be involved in every detail of each and every life on the face of the earth.

Presently, people are dealing with very difficult situations and circumstances all over the world. Humanity is in a crisis. We need to know the solution to our dilemma. We need answers to stabilize this volatile environment.

I don’t know how you are feeling right now, but I can imagine the varying levels of fear, confusion, frustration, and helplessness that many are experiencing. Our future doesn’t appear too promising if you only look at the current conditions in our world. But there is a solution to each and every problem that we face. God will make a way! Jesus Christ is the Way Maker for every person, community, and nation that will call to Him for help!

God has brought us to this place to give opportunity for all who will call upon His Name to be saved. This is the dividing line, and all who have a desire to know God will move toward Him. But those who don’t want to have any part with Him will move further into darkness. It’s time to choose! It’s Time To Pray!
