There Is A War Going On! by Myra Boozer

One day, we are going to throw off this mortal man, this fleshly body we live in, and we will put on the immortal man, the one that never dies. But, until that time, we stay in a battle. Our fleshly man is warring against our spiritual man.

As Christians, we must keep the fleshly, carnal man under subjection. He is NOT to rule our life because our spiritual man is to guide us! We must surrender our thoughts, our plans, and our desires to Jesus. He will help us to make wise choices and decisions.

If we feed the carnal man all the things he desires, such as "do whatever feels good," "fit in with the crowd," "live it up while you can," "remember life is short and you deserve everything you can get." When these thoughts are accepted as the way to live, you make your carnal man to be the STRONG man.

If we feed the spiritual man what he desires, He will feast on God's word, His commandments, His Truth, and His Love. We will make sacrifices, give time to love others, and deny ourselves. We will speak when the Spirit says to speak and be silent when He says to be silent. We will yield ourselves to be a vessel unto honor.

We will live a life not for ourselves but for JESUS. He will be the STRONG man in our lives. You may think it hasn't been that important up till now. But the battle is getting stronger each day that passes. Your spirit man may have had a little strength, but it is time for MUCH strength. The carnal man is not even a candidate for this battle because it is a great Spiritual battle! This is a battle that will not be fought in the natural or physical body. It is definitely fought in the Spirit!

Romans 8:6, “For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.” There Is A War Going On!

Return To The Source Of Your Life!

John 1:1, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.”

In the beginning, God was! Before anything, God was, and He created all things, including you and me. I feel that He is pulling us back to Himself as in 1 John 1:1, “That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;” He has been with us from the beginning of this journey and He wants us to understand that it is through Him that we will finish. There is no other power, presence, or virtue sufficient to complete our assignment. He will magnify our efforts and ministry as He receives the honor and glory for the results.

The Holy Spirit is calling, “Come wrap yourself in the power of His presence and allow Him to perform in you His glorious works!” I am weak, but He is strong! If we allow Him to fully control our lives, we are made strong in our weakness because our weakness is God's strength. No enemy can stand against Him! There is no foe that He cannot overcome! No fortress can withstand Him, and no opposition that He cannot vanquish!

Come, come to Him now! Run, run to Him now and allow him to wrap you in His mantle of authority and shelter you from the storms ahead. I hear the rumbling in the distance, the sound of a mighty army moving into position. It is a well-prepared force; each warrior is in his place and prepared to do his duty. There is no fear in their number because they have been washed clean. Though their sins were as crimson, their raiment is white as snow. And there is one with them whose name no one can know except that His eyes are a flaming fire and He is clothed with a vesture dipped in blood and His name is the Word of God. Out of His mouth comes a sharp sword to smite the nations and rule them with the rod of Truth, and He tramples the wine-press of the wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His garment and on His thigh written the name, King of Kings and Lord of Lords. At His appearing, every knee will bow, and every tongue will confess that JESUS IS LORD!

You Jesus Are My Perfect Rest! by Myra Boozer

Today I am thankful for Rest! God created the world, but on the 7th day He rested, and He set aside a day of rest for his people also. I hope that doesn't change with so many changes these days. But even greater than our physical rest, there is a rest that every believer can enter, no matter what our problems may be.

When we are overcome by unexpected pain or trouble, we tend to get stressed, even for a moment, and sometimes "really upset." Becoming more worried and distressed to the point of getting sick over a matter. BUT, when we can just step back and REMEMBER "who" is in control, everything can change because God has rest for us. Rest from anything or anyone who might cause us grief or heartache.

In Christ, we lay back in His arms of great mercy and know that He is taking care of us. This is absolutely the very best rest you will ever find. When you lay it all down at His feet and, as a little child, you're allowing Him to give you the love and comfort that only He can give. Thank you, Lord, that I have learned to trust you! Lord, help me to keep learning from you. You are my rest no matter the day of the week. My perfect rest is in you and through you.

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7

Peace In Troubling Times!

Romans 15:13, “Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.”

We live in troubling times if all you see is the present conflict. Paul said, "If in this life only I have hope, I am of all men most miserable," 1Cor. 15:19. We must have hope beyond what we see. And we do have hope if we have put our faith in Jesus Christ. The child of God has nothing to fear. Actually, we should be excited that last days' prophecies are being fulfilled and that "Jesus is coming soon..."

In the midst of all the turmoil everywhere, let us be thankful that Jesus has provided an escape. My prayer is that during this present celebration of Thanksgiving and the coming Christmas season, we, the Body of Christ, will reflect the glory of God in such a fashion that the unbelieving will see Christ and make that decision to follow Him. May the presence of the Holy Spirit be with you in every gathering! Peace In Troubling Times!

Giving Thanks! by Myra Boozer

I have heard it said, "What if tomorrow you were given only the blessings that you were thankful for today?" Now that really makes you think about stopping everything and giving thanks to Our Father for all His many Blessings! Psalms 63:7, "Because thou hast been my HELP, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice."

Giving thanks to our Almighty God for His great Love and Mercy...For His Truth that stands even when untruth is roaming this world and destroying many lives. Thankful for a peaceful day in a world with the threat of war on every hand.

Thankful for Joy, even though my heart breaks for the sin that is raging and deceiving many. Thankful that with all the rain we've had, our home hasn't flooded or washed away. Thankful for a comfortable home and a good place to sleep when many are displaced because of catastrophes.

Thankful for food to eat when many are starving, and Mothers have had to feed their precious babies mud pies with a little salt added. Thankful for a family that I can hold and love...many people all over the world are losing their loved ones.

Thankful for people who speak Truth in the face of adversity and slander. Thankful for ears to hear and a mouth to speak Your Truth, Lord, to all who will listen. Thankful Lord, that I know you in a very personal relationship...it has kept me in perfect Peace when my mind is stayed on YOU!

Thankful for a desire to continue the work that you have given us to do...because your Word tells us, "...be Not weary in well doing." 2 Thessalonians 3:13

A Prayer Of Thanksgiving!

Psalm 121:1, "...I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. 2 My help cometh from the LORD, which made heaven and earth. 3 He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. 4 Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. 5The LORD is thy keeper: the LORD is thy shade upon thy right hand. 6The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. 8 The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore."

Lord Jesus, thank you for allowing us to share in the glory of your presence. The freedom, the peace, and the absolute marvelous deliverance are a testimony of your desire to reveal yourself to your people. It is good to dwell together in unity as one in you and through you.

Thank you, Lord, for bringing us into the outer court (the court of praise), into the inner court (the court of ministry), and the Holy of Holies. It is in the Holy Place we come face to face with YOU and experience your person as Almighty God, Lord God Jehovah, our Creator, our constant Support and Shield, our Deliverer, our Counselor, our Redeemer, our Savior, our Lord and our God. It is there that we receive access to all we need and require for this present journey. Lord, your strength is our present help in time of need. The shield of YOUR covenant is our defense from the tormenting darts of the enemy. Truly, You are the source of our victory.

Thank you, Lord, for giving us YOUR WORD that is spiritually embraced and conscientiously invested. Lord Jesus, help us to let go of all things around us and every substance within us that would impede our success in YOUR cause. We do here and now accept YOUR promise of an expected end by faith. We fall helplessly into your embrace and look to you for the strength and grace to complete YOUR assignment. We open our hearts, minds, and souls to YOU and, without reservation, do purpose to receive all that you desire to invest in us. Prepare us, O Lord, and fill us full of YOU! Amen!

Something To Think About! by Myra Boozer

If there were no God and no Bible filled with prophecy about the last days, what intelligent person would think that this world could last very long with all that is going on? When Nations are about to fall because of their economy and collapse because of debt...moral decline has hit BOTTOM...the earth is coming apart at the seams because of earthquakes and volcanoes...people are killing the innocent at an increasingly alarming rate...evil men have grown more and more corrupt in their deeds, hating and killing all over the world...disease and sickness are out of control.

What kind of future do you see? It is horrible, beyond horrible if time goes on! But for those who love God and have chosen to follow Him, He has made a way of ESCAPE. He is coming to take us out of this horrible and depraved atmosphere that has been created by ungodly men and women.

People have pushed God aside and want to create a new world with NO rules or standards of Godliness. It seems every day you hear more plans to confuse and turn our children and grands from the truth that God designed for us to follow and be as He created us to be. Every day, sin is getting stronger in the hearts and minds of sinful man. Even if there were no God and no Bible...(WHICH THERE IS) This world could not go on the way it is going. Sin is like a cancer! It destroys!

The great news is that God spared not His only begotten Son but sent Him to earth to take the punishment for the sin of mankind. The ball is now in your court. You can choose to allow Him to forgive your sins and choose to follow Him, or remain as you are and suffer the punishment of sin throughout eternity.

2 Corinthians 13:5, "Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?" Something To Think About!

Getting Ready To Leave? Or, Getting Ready To Stay? Part 2

(for part 1 see 11/25/25)

God will put people of like character into the same lot together and bring them into judgment. In Luke’s version of Jesus’ ministry, he accounts for numerous parables that Jesus used to illustrate Divine principles. It is interesting how Jesus used the parable of the rich man and Lazarus to characterize the life of a believer and an unbeliever.

Luke 16:19, “There was a certain rich man, which was clothed in purple and fine linen, and fared sumptuously every day...”

The rich man represents an unbeliever. Not that a person has to be poor or lack possessions and money to be a believer, but that the rich man allowed his possessions to stand between himself and God. The rich man had fine things, i.e., purple and fine linen, and led a lavish lifestyle (fared sumptuously). However, it was not the things that he possessed that hindered his relationship with God, but the mindset that possessed him. For him, life was one continual party, and evidently, he gave no thought to the needs of others.

What is the mindset of a rich man? Jesus gives us an example in Luke 12:16, “And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: 17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? 18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. 19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. 20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? 21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.” Life, at its best, is short. Our focus should be on completing the assignment God has given to us as His servants. (continued)

Are You Willing To Pay The Cost? Conclusion by Myra Boozer

(for part 1 see 11/24/25)

Living for Christ is not about all my wants and desires being fulfilled. It isn't about never having an enemy or ever being bullied. It is a struggle some days. It costs something to be a genuine Christian, according to the standards of the Bible. There are enemies to overcome, battles to be fought, sacrifices to be made, an Egypt to be forsaken, a wilderness to pass through, a race to run, and a cross to carry.

Actually, it is the beginning of a mighty conflict in which Satan will try to steal everything God has done for you. You will have to fight with the Sword of God's Word. It will be the beginning of a mighty conflict in which you will have to stand strong in the Lord by trusting, obeying, sacrificing, and dying (to self) daily. Yes, it costs to be a real Christian, but you will not regret your decision because the love of God is greater than anything this world has to offer.

It takes a made-up mind to do anything these days, and serving the LORD is no different. The rewards are so many, and the Peace He brings is the envy of all those who are searching. Yes, it costs something to be a Real Christian. Are You Willing To Pay The Cost?

Getting Ready To Leave? Or, Getting Ready To Stay?

Hebrews 11:8, “By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went. 9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise: 10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.”

Your answer to this question will determine your eternal destiny. Will you assimilate into a world system governed by carnal man, or will you be a citizen of the Kingdom of Heaven governed by God? The two are as different as light and darkness. Man’s ways are not God’s ways, and God’s ways are not man’s ways.

In recent years, we have heard many world leaders speak of the globalization of systems and nations. Globalization appears to be the dominant worldview. It simply means the development of an integrated global economy marked by free trade, free flow of capital, and tapping into cheaper foreign labor markets. Finance is the driving force behind most organizational entities in all the world. Money is power, and power is money! However, there is much more at stake here than money. To be a world player, one must be prepared to make concessions. You cannot expect to hold one hundred percent to your ideals and values and still participate successfully in the global economy. Presently, the powers that be are colluding together, and many are bowing to the promise of financial power.

As children of God, we are not citizens of this world! We were not created to function in this environment that engulfs all of mankind. We are created for a better world and for a much greater purpose than what this world can offer. We were made to walk with God in the midst of His creation in the cool of the day. We were made to share in intimate relationship with God so as to share with Him in intimate communion all the days of our lives. We were made to be free from all the human encumbrances that sin has brought upon this world.

We are not citizens of this world! We are citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven. Therefore, we must be separate from the worldliness that seeks daily to invade our lives. Manipulation is of the devil. A spirit of control is orchestrated by Satan. People in leadership roles must beware lest they be influenced by the desire to control the outcome. God is the only true standard, and His Will is the only blessed outcome! (continued)

Are You Willing To Pay The Cost? by Myra Boozer

Matthew 16:24, "Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me."

There may be those who want to claim Christianity without making a lifetime commitment and completely selling out to this world. But that is what it takes to become a follower of Christ. Jesus tells us in His Word to take up our cross and follow Him. That means the same to any and all of us. The plan is the same for all. "Follow Me!" Jesus' own words, and they cry out to us daily.

Making a start for Christ is a very personal and life-changing experience. But it isn't just a one-time deal, and back to the same old life. It is a complete turnaround in everything that touches our lives. I will say it is not a bed of roses, although the Rose of Sharon, Jesus Christ, will be your personal coach, your encourager, and your ever constant friend.

When you are convicted of your sin, you realize that the only one who can help you with the weight and penalty of the sin is Jesus Christ. You have come to the most important realization known to mankind. You are brought to a place of humility and submission, a place of surrender not just for the moment but for the rest of your life. You come to understand what a great price Jesus paid on the cross of Calvary, and you’re willing to become His servant, not for a day or a week but forever. (continued)

Be Filled With The Holy Ghost! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 11/23/25)

Jesus warned His disciples about what was ahead of them. But He made provision to empower them for the task ahead. John the Baptist testified of the baptism of the Holy Ghost, which would come after him and by Jesus Christ. Mark 1:7, “...There cometh one mightier than I after me, the latchet of whose shoes I am not worthy to stoop down and unloose. 8 I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost.” Jesus verified this promise in Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The promise was fulfilled in Acts 2:4, “And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.”

Jesus’ promise in Acts 1:8 was not only for the 1st Century believers but is for the Body of Christ today. His promise extends to our time and to the consummation of all things. The power of the Holy Spirit will complete the mission Jesus Christ began, and whosoever will receive His message will be saved.

We must take courage and draw our strength from the Holy Spirit as He indwells us. If we ask in faith, the Father will strengthen us in the power of His Spirit. He will give us the power to face the enemy of our souls with faith and determination to see the restoration of His power in the churches. We must pray that He will create a hunger in each of us for a renewal of Pentecost in our congregations. I pray that God will make us hungry for Pentecostal restoration that will change our families, move our communities, and affect entire nations. We desperately need God’s intervention. May we be able to pray, “I desire Your intervention, Oh God, have mercy upon us!” Be Full Of The Holy Ghost!

Anointed For A Mission! by Myra Boozer

Do you feel you are here on planet Earth with a purpose? Or, do you feel you are just floating through with ease and comfort with a don't disturb sign hanging on your heart? What wakes you up in the morning? Is it a prayer on your heart for someone or something you might do to make this world a little easier or a little brighter? Or, is it where is my coffee? Where is my easy chair in life? Don't look at me! Don't talk to me! Don't expect to get a response from me because I am already spoken for. Life is a breeze, and my mission is "Me." I hope not!

Now that I have your attention, the Bible (the greatest book on earth) teaches us that we are not our own. We have been bought with a price, the precious Blood of Jesus Christ. Our "mission," like Jesus, is to do the will of the Father...all that He has laid out in His book, written by Holy men as they were inspired by the Holy Ghost.

I have been thinking of my mission as God's child, my husband's wife, my son's mother, my grand's Nana, my family's relative, my neighbor's neighbor, my church family’s spiritual relative, my lost world's watchman. Wow, this is a big responsibility, and I come up short in being all I need to be for these people. But, I am coming more and more to the understanding that I can not always be what is needed or expected of me. However, I can maintain my relationship with God and let His love flow through me so that I can be filled with His Spirit and His Love...So that my MISSION is His MISSION with His ANOINTING. Whatever your mission, let God be your source, and you will be Anointed For His Mission!

Psalm 27:1, “...The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”

Be Filled With The Holy Ghost!

Acts 9:17, “And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost.”

The period of time that is just ahead will challenge our faith, our determination, and our spiritual tenacity. Our mission is to publish the Gospel in all the world. That mission will be successful collectively as the Church. God has made provision and guaranteed that Jesus’ commission, that the Church go into all the world and preach the Gospel, will absolutely be achieved.

However, if we are to enjoy success in our quest to fulfill God’s plan in our individual lives, we must be full of the Holy Ghost. The message of the Gospel will continue to be met with increasing resistance and opposition from the powers of darkness. The enemy is pulling out all stops, unleashing inconceivable wickedness, perverseness, and unholy terror in all the world. The buffer and the counterbalance to this onslaught of darkness and horror is the power of the indwelling Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit. Be filled with the Holy Spirit! (continued)

You Can Know The Truth! by Myra Boozer

What should we be concerned about TODAY? Truth is a major issue that keeps getting twisted in lies and more lies. Some things just get swept under the rug, while others continue to be proclaimed from the rooftops. The bottom line is, we need Truth to prevail. The more we seek Truth, the more we can recognize lies when they are presented.

There is so much deception in our world. Everyone seems to have their own song and dance routine. They dance to a different beat. Sometimes that beat is unsure, not clear, just not accurate, but because it is their drum and their inspiration, they continue to beat.

It is time for us to find the Master Conductor and fall at His feet, so that we may receive the correct notes and play the sound that the world needs to hear.  No, everyone does not play the same notes, and sometimes everyone stops for that loud sound of the cymbal. In the scope of a beautiful masterpiece, everyone follows the conductor.

No one should be alone to play whatever sound he desires to play.  All are united to play what the Master says to play. It is time to get alone with the Master and know what He wants from us. As the Church, we need to be playing His beautiful symphony. That is not what we are hearing, but if every Child of God will listen to the Conductor, it can happen quickly.

There is a change in the air for the people of God.  God is stirring hearts and bringing us into the unity of prayer. Prayer for repentance as a whole and prayer for the lost, because our time is coming to a close. Our open window may be closing soon, and there are still many who are not saved. It is time to pray! When we pray in fervency, the windows of Heaven open and prayers will be answered...the Truth will be heard, souls will be saved, the work will be done, and the Bridegroom will come for His Bride! You Can Know The Truth!

God's Favor Requires Embracing His Truth!

Jeremiah 2:8, “The priests said not, Where is the LORD? and they that handle the law knew me not: the pastors also transgressed against me, and the prophets prophesied by Baal, and walked after things that do not profit.”

The priests, pastors, and prophets led the way for Judah into apostasy. Through the words of Jeremiah, God was revealing a pathway to victory. But there is only one way to secure God’s favor. Judah must acknowledge their defiance of God’s law and return to God in repentance and submission. Through the prophet Jeremiah, God was pleading with Judah to return to Him and to His Favor.

What is the parallel for today? The leaders of churches in America have led the way toward apostasy and must bear the responsibility for the conditions in the churches. A congregation will not rise above their leader. Then, it becomes the responsibility of those leaders to represent God’s Truth in word and deed. Godly leaders will lift up God’s standard, which is God’s Truth. True leaders are co-workers with the Lord Jesus Christ through the abiding presence of the Holy Spirit. God said that He would lift up His standard when the enemy comes in an overwhelming force. “So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” Isaiah 59:19

We are now experiencing the onslaught of the dark forces released from the Satanic abyss. The enemy is angry that the Church of Jesus Christ would dare to rise up and oppose him. But now is the time for that very thing.  Every pastor, leader, and congregation has been pressed by the will of a carnal society to accept all people and lifestyles. This external influence has pressed into the Church, creating internal conflict. The pressure of inclusion and compromise has led to a deviation from God’s Truth.

However, God has a standard for us to embrace, accept, and model if we are to name the name of Christ. God’s standard is Holiness. God requires repentance and a turning away from sin to the holiness of God’s Truth. Ephesians 5:25, “Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; 26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, 27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.” Godly leaders must preach the glorious Gospel of God’s Truth. Jesus is returning for His Church made ready by the washing of the Word that His Church may be presented to Him, Holy and without Blemish.

Never Regret! by Myra Boozer

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

My days are full to overflowing with so many tasks at hand...

I see them all coming at me like a dump truck...spilling them all over my world and calling out my name loud and clear...

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

This is a reality for all of us...the demands, the chores, the responsibilities, the duties that we feel are heaped upon us...

And many things we have chosen or allowed to come into our lives...they are not silent...they are forceful and strong...calling and screaming for our attention...

But I hear in the distance a voice. Lord, I feel your nudge. I feel your calling. I know your voice, and I feel you pulling me aside to spend time with you. I must release my thoughts and plans and surrender to your will...

Lord, may I never regret or begrudge the time I set aside for YOU...

Lord, you break me and mold me and sometimes crush me into nothing to make me what I need to be. I am nothing until you form me and make me after your design. I must submit, for I am stubborn and unyielding. I must trust that you know best when you bring me to tears and help me see how helpless and useless I really am...unable to do any of the tasks at hand without your healing touch and your strength to guide me.

Only you can give me the love and compassion that is needed to help my family and friends. Only you can provide me with the courage to go on. Only you can bring my life into harmony and fill my days with hope. Only you, Lord, can do these things, and you are usually the last option for many. FORGIVE US, LORD. MAY I NEVER REGRET OR BEGRUDGE THE TIME I SET ASIDE FOR YOU…

Thank You God!

1 Corinthians 15:57, “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Thanks be to the God of our salvation who gives us the victory through the shed blood of Jesus Christ! There is no mountain too high, no valley too wide that the blood of Jesus cannot transcend and make all things right. All it takes is a broken and contrite heart willing to turn ourselves and all our baggage over to God.

The poor receive the good news in the Gospel!

The broken-hearted are healed in the Gospel!

The captives are delivered in the Gospel!

The blind receive their sight in the Gospel!

The bruised are given liberty in the Gospel!

The burdened and battered are set free in the Gospel!

Seek the Lord while He may be found. Isaiah 55:6, “Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near:” 2 Cor. 6:2, “...behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” The Message Bible states it this way, “Well, now is the right time to listen, the day to be helped.” Thanks Be To God!

Struggles Are Necessary! by Myra Boozer

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 41:31

I have been thinking about struggles lately, maybe because I have had a few. I came across this story, and it helps put things into perspective. Maybe it will help someone else.

A man found a cocoon of a butterfly. One day, a small opening appeared. He sat and watched the butterfly for several hours as it struggled to force its body through that little hole. Then it seemed to stop making any progress. It appeared as if it had gotten as far as it could, and it could go no further. So the man decided to help the butterfly. He took a pair of scissors and snipped off the remaining bit of the cocoon.

The butterfly then emerged easily. But it had a swollen body and small, shriveled wings. The man continued to watch the butterfly because he expected that at any moment the wings would enlarge and expand to be able to support the body, which would contract in time. Neither happened! In fact, the butterfly spent the rest of its life crawling around with a swollen body and shriveled wings. It was never able to fly.

What the man, in his kindness and haste, did not understand was that the restricting cocoon and the struggle required for the butterfly to get through the tiny opening were God's way of forcing fluid from the body of the butterfly into its wings so that it would be ready for flight once it achieved its freedom from the cocoon.

SOMETIMES STRUGGLES ARE EXACTLY WHAT WE NEED IN OUR LIVES. If God allowed us to go through our lives without any obstacles, it would cripple us. We would not be as strong as we could be. We could never fly! Lord, help me to not doubt the path you have chosen for me because you are working ALL things for my good, even in the struggles.

This life is full of struggles, but one Day, and it may not be that far away, we are going to hear that trumpet sound and our wings are gonna open wide, lifting us right off this earth to meet our Lord in the clouds. We will be so glad we endured whatever we had to endure to make us strong in the Lord. I'm gonna lift my hands til I reach Heaven...a sign of surrender to the Almighty One and also a sign of adoration to OUR KING. Struggles Are Necessary!

Hope?

The natural man within us is governed by conditions and circumstances. If we look only at what we see with our physical eyes, our future appears rather bleak. The dark days around us can become very distressing, discouraging, desperate, pessimistic, and hopeless. However, our life in Jesus Christ is not governed by our natural man. We can rise above every circumstance and condition by the Holy Spirit of God, which inhabits this mortal body. We are not dominated by what we see or what we perceive to be taking place around us. “Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me...” Psalm 23:4. He will go with me all the way. He will ensure that I finish my mission according to His plan as I put my faith and trust in Him. I will fear no evil because He goes with me and leads me in the way I should go.

Thanks be to God who gives us the victory because He reigns Sovereign over all Creation. “But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord,” 1 Corinthians. 15:57-58.

There has been no trial given to man that the power of His Love and Grace cannot vanquish. We stand in the power of His Love. His Love for all mankind set Him on the cross. His Love for us brought Him forth from the grave and raised Him Victorious over death and hell. By His Grace, He extends to us the gift of His Resurrection. Believe in Him, accept His promise, and receive eternal life. https://www.youtube.com/watchv=rNXd0KQaYXg&list=RD9f2FXxDVO6w&index=2

God Wants Your Commitment! by Myra Boozer

Many people turn to God when they have serious troubles and trials. They need help! So, they go to Church, say their prayers, but only for a short time. They turn back to their old ways until the next time, when they just can't handle their problems any longer. Over and over, they do this. So Sad! They just don't understand!

God is not a "pie in the sky" kind of God. He wants us to love Him for who He is, not for what He can do for us in times of need alone. He is not an on-and-off God. He is a full-time God and wants a full-time relationship with His Children.

Today is not the time to forget God! The battle is raging, and it is so dangerous to be out in the cold without your covering. God wants to shield you and keep you from all harm and danger of the enemy that is out to steal, kill, and destroy. Satan is sneaky and will come at you in many different forms...sometimes as an Angel of Light. Don't be deceived by him! Run to God today and find Him to be your answer. He is waiting with open arms, longing for you to make a commitment to Him. Stay the course, don't run away. "We love Him because He first loved us," I John 4:19. God Wants Your Commitment!

Be Still And Know (Encounter) God!

Psalm 46:1, “...God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. 4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. 5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. 6The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted. 7 The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. 8 Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth. 9 He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire. 10 Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. 11The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.”

We need to know God! We need to encounter God! We need more than an intellectual knowledge of the person in the Bible referred to as the “Lord God Jehovah.” We need a life-changing encounter with Him that will put us on track to experience His Person every day of our lives.

We need to know God in such an intimate manner that He can give us specific instructions for this hour. Now is the time to pray and seek Him for individual direction and instructions for the Body of Christ. We cannot afford to delay or be negligent in this task. There is far too much at stake. The salvation of those we love and influence is at risk. How shall we escape if we neglect this great salvation? Time is short! Our deliverance is at hand!

Will you join in this prayer with me? “Lord Jesus Christ, I want to be still and hear Your Voice. Open our ears to hear Your Message for today. Bring forth in us Your Purpose and Will. Send Your Power to explode in the lives of those who will believe, sending forth the fragments of Your Glory, penetrating the most formidable obstructions that Satan has built. Invade the darkness with the light of Your Presence, sending out disintegrating beams of Your Deliverance. As the rays of the sun warm and revive creation in the spring, may the rejuvenating Power of Your Love and Mercy call to life the sedentary soul. We pray this in the Name of Jesus, Amen!”

Need Confidence? by Myra Boozer

If you are in need of confidence (trust, reliance, assurance), turn your eyes to the Lord Jesus. That is where our help comes from. There is no greater power or greater force than God. Yes, God uses man sometimes to take care of the things that we may need. But, for the one who created this whole universe and hung it in space, He really doesn't need anyone to help Him, but He allows us to be part of His great plan.

Put your trust in Him, and your confidence will rise knowing this. Psalms 40:11, "Withhold not thou thy tender mercies from me, O LORD, let thy loving kindness and thy truth continually preserve me." It is He who gives us life and all that we need, ONE DAY AT A TIME. “For in thee O Lord, do I hope: thou wilt hear, O Lord my God,” Psalm 38:15.

When we truly BELIEVE, then we will be filled with confidence, not in ourselves, but in God. "Blessed is that man that maketh the LORD his trust, and respecteth not the proud, nor such as turn aside to lies," Psalm 40:4.

Hope When Times Are Hopeless!

John 14:1, “Let not your heart be troubled…”

The storms of life will continue to rage. They will continue to take their toll on both the body and mind. They will become more intense before they are concluded, and all human ingenuity and effort cannot contain them. Only Divine intervention can change their course.

But tomorrow is coming when they will all pass away. The clouds will be dispersed, and the Son will rise and shine at the beginning of a perfect day. The Day Star will rise, casting all imperfection into yesterday, and will lead us into our pure, unspoiled future. Jesus gave us this promise.

John 14:1, “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

At this very moment, as we battle the storms in our lives, Jesus is making provision for us. He is providing the spiritual fortitude to bring us through the storms and also preparing our final destination to be with Him. We must place our hand in His and let Him lead us there. There is no storm, no trial, no test, or battle that He cannot navigate. In fact, He allows the storms to come to help us grow and mature as His disciples. He is teaching us to recognize the best path. He is teaching us that He is always with us, and we are learning to recognize Him in our storm. God uses the storms to fashion His faith, His trust, and His assurance in us. Faith that His promises are sure, trust that it is His voice we hear, and assurance that no matter where the storms may carry us, He is always there. Matt. 28:20, “...and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world...”

Christ has promised to go with us, sustain us, and deliver us. What we must do is walk with Him. We belong to Him, and He has paid a great price for our deliverance. Nothing can take us out of His hand if we will only trust and obey Him.

My soul craves the peace of God's presence. In His stillness, I find peace and rest. He lifts me above this world's raging storm. He quiets the winds and calms the blustery waves. He commands “peace, be still,” and my life returns. He is my Hope When Times Are Hopeless!

My Safe Place! by Myra Boozer

Life is full of troubles, trials, and disappointments, and many days our hearts can be broken because of all that is going on in our world. Neglected children, the forgotten elderly, the sick and dying, and the lonely with no one to share the day. It is a beautiful thing to know that God has a place that provides protection and shelter, a place one can turn to for help, relief, and escape. The Lord tells us He is with us at all times. But we must leave our little world of survival and focus our hearts and minds towards Him who is our refuge.

When we give all our TRUST to Him alone, then it happens. He comes and sits with us, talking with us, wrapping His big arms of love around us. It is then that we realize we are not alone or overtaken by any burden that He cannot handle.

When we allow the Holy Spirit to renew our minds, we are actually surrendering to what is going on and receiving our life vest for survival during our storm. Spiritually, we are taken into that safe place of His protection, His pavilion, and none of the things of this world can defeat us. Not that we are not there already, but when our hearts don't stay FIXED on Him, we do not REST in His PRESENCE.

We must stay awake and aware that the world will pull us in, leaving us vulnerable to Satan and his lies of defeat. BUT Jesus says Come unto me, ALL of you that are troubled or overtaken, and I will give you REST. He is our safe place in a world of calamity. He is our shelter in the time of the storm. He is the one who lifts us up above the shadows and puts our feet on solid ground.

To really know Him is to TRUST Him...To Trust Him means that your soul will be at REST... When all around us is crumbling down...Our heart is fixed on the Lord and we are safe and secure in Him...Jesus is My Safe Place!

He Restores My Soul!

Psalm 23:1, “The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters. 3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. 4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. 6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.”

God is enough for any person who will put their full trust in Him. The writer of this passage knew that very well. Speaking from the perspective of one who spent his young life with sheep, David knew the attributes of a good shepherd and made the comparison to his relationship with God.

David had learned that God would provide all that he needed in life. But more than that, he knew that God would lead him in the direction that best pleased Him for His honor and His glory. He also knew that God would be with him every step of the way, though he had to travel through the enemy’s camp. God’s anointing would be sufficient for all his days, and in the end, he would dwell in the presence of God forever.

Jesus Christ is enough for us today if we will put our full trust in Him. He will provide all that we will ever need in this life. He will do that for His name's sake! We carry His Name as followers of Christ. It is His reputation that He will defend and protect. In the presence of our enemies, He will raise up His Standard. We will walk in His anointing all our days and in the end rest in His presence forever.

How can anyone pass up this glorious opportunity? How can we neglect such an awesome invitation? He Restores My Soul!

A Great And Terrible Day! by Myra Boozer

"And the Lord shall utter his voice before his army: for his camp is very great: for he is strong that executeth his word: for the day of the LORD is great and very terrible; and who can abide it?" Joel 2:11

The world is getting ready for a great and terrible day. People are choosing sides for that last horrible and final war, and they don't even know it. There are only two sides...Good and Evil.

The word for the day is unity. It is such a powerful word. "UNITY" sounds good, but it doesn't mean for good when teaming up with evil. Unity is strength, and people are unifying in their evil thoughts and deeds against all that is good and righteous.

"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the LORD cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him. These are murmurers, complainers, walking after their own lusts; and their mouth speaketh great swelling words, having men's persons in admiration because of advantage." Jude 14-16

Many are being deceived by evil people into believing lies. It will come in a pretty package with a message that seems to have been sent from heaven above. Evil is very alluring and captivating. It desires your attention and affection. When evil comes to your life, it comes to stay. Only the blood of Jesus can rid you of this horrible attribute.

Know also that in that last great battle, God with his saints will punish and destroy all evil. Choose to be on the winning side. Choose good, not evil! The Bible is the only gauge to measure your life against good and evil. "Seek good and not evil, that ye may live..." Amos 5:14. A Great And Terrible Day!

Satan Is Already Defeated! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 11/15/25)

Philippians 2:10, “That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

Satan is caught in the trap of his own deceit, which separates him from the reality of God's plan. The reality begins at the cross. The reality is that the blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin and delivers us from the power of sin. 1 John 1:7, “But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.” Romans 8:2, “For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Therefore, the blood of Jesus delivers us from the power of Satan's influence over this mortal body.

The reality is that the tomb could not hold Him. He is risen, exercising the power of God over death, hell, and the grave. He gives us the hope of eternal life. The reality is that He ascended to the Father, but He did not leave us powerless. He promised us power through the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 1:8, “But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.” The reality is that He has given us power and authority to go into the Devil's house and take back what he has stolen from us. He is a thief and comes to kill, steal, and destroy, but Jesus has overcome him, and so can we!

The reality is that Jesus is coming again and soon. Matt. 28:11, “…Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.”

This is God’s promise for the believer as found in 1Thess. 4:16, “For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”

This is God’s promise for the deceiver in Revelation 20:10, “And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.” Satan Is Already Defeated!

Written In Stone! by Myra Boozer

"You shall consecrate yourselves therefore and be holy, for I am the Lord your God. And you shall keep My statutes and practice them, I am the Lord who sanctifies you," Leviticus 20:7-8.

A friend used to tell me quite often when we were making plans...now it's NOT written in stone. In other words, our plans could change, and they usually did to some degree. The 10 Commandments are a different story.

When God gave them to Moses on tablets, they were written in stone. He believed and meant every word He wrote. They are called Commandments because they are just that. They are not suggestions. To be even more clear, they are God's Laws. Through all these years, God has not changed them. Many would like to forget them, remove them, and destroy them. But God has not and will not allow that to happen.

Jesus came so that they might be written on our hearts. The love Jesus has for us causes us to desire obedience to God, to do what He asks! Only by seeking God and having a personal relationship with Jesus Christ will we desire to obey this Word that is Written In Stone.

Satan Is Already Defeated!

Philippians 2:8, “And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross. 9 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: 10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.”

There is a time in the near future when all creation will bow at the feet of Jesus Christ and declare true reverence to Him. Jesus, the Son of God, humbled Himself to a degrading death on a Roman cross. In doing so, He became the eternal sacrifice for the sins of all mankind. His blood was poured out for the Victory of every believer. Through the power of His resurrection and triumph over death, hell, and the grave, Jesus has brought LIFE to all who will believe.

By the same triumphant act, He has sealed the doom of every entity that stands in opposition to God’s plan for all mankind. “...Of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth,” all will bow in humble, submissive, reverence to Jesus Christ as the Lord of Lords and the King of Kings. This ultimately will happen in the END, the CONSUMMATION of all things.

However, Satan is already defeated! He just hasn’t conceded his loss! Jesus has empowered the Body of Christ to bring to fruition the domain of His miraculous power. The Lord Jesus Christ wants to reveal the awesomeness of His miraculous power in and through the Body.  He wants to use the Body of Christ to march into Satan's house, the very seat and throne of his rule, and rescue perishing souls.

Satan has believed his own lies. He is the father of lies. He exists in the domain of lies and deceit. He cannot discern where the lie ends and reality begins. He thought he could defeat Jesus in the wilderness of temptation. He thought he could defeat Jesus in the garden of Gethsemane. He thought he had defeated Jesus on the cross. He thought he had defeated Jesus when they sealed Him in the tomb. But what Satan failed to remember was that all this was according to prophecy and God's plan. Jesus brought us to the apex of spiritual victory when He walked out of that tomb! That was God's plan! Satan Is Already Defeated! (continued)

Can You Hear The Rumbling? by Myra Boozer

How do you stop an avalanche? What is an avalanche? It is a large mass of loosened snow, earth, etc, sliding down a mountain, an overwhelming amount coming suddenly. You can't stop an avalanche! But you can hear the rumbling noise and get out of the way...possibly.

Are you hearing the noise of the overwhelming avalanche that is coming on this world? If not, then maybe we need to get very quiet and still and listen. The rumble is getting louder, but our world just turns up their music of distraction (whatever it may be) to drown out the Sound of the coming disaster.

There is good news! Jesus is the rock! He is the fortress! He is the shelter in the time of a storm! Stand strong in Him today and know that His Father has EVERYTHING in His hands, including the avalanche that will come suddenly. Trust in the one who created Heaven and Earth and all that is in it! Can You Hear The Rumbling?

Who Left The Gate Open? Conclusion

(for part 1 see 11/13/25)

At present, we are in the battle of our lives as we stand against the evil that has been unleashed upon our world. What we are experiencing did not come about overnight. This has been in the making for decades. The Wolf, Satan, has moved quietly but intently among the flock, doing his treacherous work. But his work has taken on a new level of intensity because he knows he only has a short time to work.

There is a monstrous storm gathering and is even now forming into a catastrophic event. Those who can’t weather the storm will be broken off! There will be casualties in the ensuing conflict. We cannot allow ourselves to be driven by the winds of this world. We must know the TRUTH and stand upon the TRUTH. Ephesians 4:14, “That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;”

The days ahead will require that we have and maintain a real experience in the Lord Jesus Christ. Our faith in Him will be put to the test, and even now the battle has become more intense. You can feel it in your spirit! This is all an attack by Satan and his demons from hell. But, greater is He that lives within me than he that is in the world.

We must maintain a healthy connection to Jesus Christ. Jesus said Himself, “I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing,” John 15:5. All our strength comes from Him. If our relationship in Christ remains vibrant and healthy, He will sustain us through any storm. Otherwise, the storm will break us, and we will be like so much discarded refuse! God have mercy upon us!

Don't Let Satan Steal Your Identity! by Myra Boozer

I believe Satan is working overtime to steal, kill, and destroy everyone he can. If you have heard anything about him, you know he is a liar and the father of lies. He is a fallen angel who is destined to be imprisoned in the bottomless pit. (See Revelation 20)

I want to tell you that he can only do what you allow him to do! As a Child of God, you are covered by the blood of Jesus. You have been purchased by the Son of God, bought with the price of Jesus’ great sacrificial death.

You are no longer the same person. You are the redeemed of the Lord, and joint-heirs with Jesus Christ. You're God's very own child. That means you are of royal descent. You have authority and have the support of YOUR Father, God, to fight your battles against Satan.

Remember what I told you about Satan. He is working overtime in these last days to steal, kill, and destroy. (See John 10:10) I feel today more than ever he is out to steal your identity in Christ Jesus. He will accuse you and lie to you about your Father, God. He does everything he can to make you doubt the Father's love for you, even to the point of telling you that you're not even saved. He will bring up the past and run you down with it if you allow him to!

I want to warn you! Immediately, you need to stand your ground, which is the Word of God. Tell Satan out loud if you need to that you are a redeemed Child of the Most High God.

Satan wants to steal your identity, causing you to doubt who your Father is, and causing you to fall into unbelief. He will strip you of your dignity and honor if you allow him to! Satan works in our minds and can cause us to doubt our Father's love for us. He can bring about a helpless and hopeless state of mind if we allow him to!

Rise up in Victory today as you stand on the Word of God! Tell Satan who he is and who you are. You are a blood-bought, righteous child of God. Jesus’ royal blood now flows in your veins!

Thank you, Father, because you have given us the right to be your children, heirs of your Kingdom. You have made us rich in power and authority over every evil force that comes against us, all because of your "Name." It's because of who you are and the fact that we belong to you. We are your children! Romans 8:14, “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God."

Who Left The Gate Open?

John 10:12, “But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.”

The hireling has left the door open, and the wolf, Satan, has entered in and made havoc of the flock. However, we cannot continue down this path. We must rise up in the power of the Holy Spirit and take back what the enemy has stolen. You might ask, “What has he stolen?” He has taken our families and our homes. He has taken our schools and educational systems. From there, he has taken control of our local, state, national, and international governments. Over the period of the last few decades, Satan has moved God out of these institutions and governing bodies, and he almost does at will what he wants when he wants. Except for the “Restrainer!”

2 Thessalonians 2:6, “And now ye know what withholdeth that he might be revealed in his time. 7For the mystery of iniquity doth already work: only he who now letteth will let, until he be taken out of the way. 8And then shall that Wicked be revealed, whom the Lord shall consume with the spirit of his mouth, and shall destroy with the brightness of his coming:”

God is still in control, and His Spirit, the Holy Spirit, is still restraining the full-blown takeover by Satan and his world of darkness. That time is coming and is quickly approaching, but God will determine when! (continued)

Will You Hear? by Myra Boozer

Jesus is standing in the defense of all who will trust Him. He is our Divine protector against all evil. He is Alive and He is Coming for all those who love Him (not casual love but love with a commitment and a covenant). We have no need to fear evil because Jesus is our bodyguard!

JESUS has conquered death, hell, and the grave, and He won't let His Bride be destroyed by any enemy. He has made a way for us to have love, joy, and peace in the pavilion He has made for us. Even in the dark days, He is our HOPE, He is our Future, He is our Savior!

But we, as Ezekiel, need to hear "the word of the LORD came unto me saying." We must be able to communicate with Christ because He is our great Intercessor to the Father. He is our daily guide, our very life's sustainer. How can we survive without talking to Him? We must know He is near and listening to our cries when we are facing daily battles with the enemy of our souls.

Lord, our greatest quest is to hear your voice and know your desire for us. Lord, help me to listen intently. I want to obey, but I must be still and quiet to hear you today. So much is going on in my mind and my heart. Lord, you can calm all the thoughts and direct my steps.

I will trust in you and sing your song. It may be low, very low this morning as the tears flow. But you understand, as I feel the needs of my family and friends heavy on my heart. Help me to just hand all these thoughts, prayers, and urgent needs to you and allow you to take care of each one of them. My job is to gather them one by one and bring them to you in Faith. You are the Healer! You are the Deliverer! You are the Heart Mender! You are the Peace Giver! You are the Lifter of our Heads! You, Lord, are the one who really cares for us. We belong to you because of the cross.

I pray this prayer for my family and all who need an encounter with the Lord Jesus Christ. May you learn to love the sound of God's voice in your ear. May you cultivate such a heart for Peace and a heart at Rest that you fully Trust your Father to lead you in the Way that you should go. May you lose your taste for the things that weaken you. May you develop a hunger and thirst for all God has for you. May you receive a fresh revelation of God's Love and Promises for you. You are a gifted treasure, a loved person, and you're called to impact the world in a way that only you can. May the Love of Christ constrain you and compel you in the days ahead. May He open your eyes to the new territory awaiting you. Will You Hear?

Jesus Will Win This War!

Galatians 6:9, “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”

Don’t grow “weary in well doing.”  Persecutions and afflictions are synonymous with being a disciple of Christ. Actually, tests and trials are the anthem of the “born again.”  Paul testified to the deliverance of Christ because Christ brought him through persecutions and afflictions. 2Tim. 3:10, “But thou hast fully known my doctrine, manner of life, purpose, faith, longsuffering, charity, patience, 11 Persecutions, afflictions, which came unto me at Antioch, at Iconium, at Lystra; what persecutions I endured: but out of them all the Lord delivered me.”

The Lord Jesus delivered Paul out of them all. That was Paul’s testimony. Paul “endured” hardness (to suffer, be afflicted) as a good soldier of the Cross; therefore, he could instruct Timothy to do the same. 2 Tim. 2:2, “And the things that thou hast heard of me among many witnesses, the same commit thou to faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also. 3Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.”

Persecution will become more intense as we approach the coming of Jesus Christ and the consummation of all things. 2 Tim. 3:12, “Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution. 13 But evil men and seducers shall wax worse and worse, deceiving, and being deceived. 14 But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;”

Though the enemy rises up to interfere with our mission, our victory has already been secured. Jesus declared victory at Calvary when He embraced the role of His sacrifice.  Psalm 22:14, “I am poured out like water, and all my bones are out of joint: my heart is like wax; it is melted in the midst of my bowels.” Jesus poured Himself out on the cross, and there is power in the blood of his sacrifice to empower us to finish His mission here.

Take heart, be encouraged, we’ve read the last chapter in His Book. Jesus Christ is victorious. Put your trust in Him. Walk in His strength. He will provide everything we need to successfully complete our mission. Jesus Will Win This War!

Isaiah 40:31, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

The Way You Live Your Life Will Affect Others! by Myra Boozer

"Now Joseph was well-built and handsome, and after a while his master's wife took notice of Joseph and said, "Come to bed with me!" But he refused...He stated, "How can I do this great wickedness, and sin against God?” Genesis 39:6-9 NIV.

Have you considered how the way you live your life will affect the lives of those around you? Joseph did...he stayed pure and true to God. He remained true to Potiphar, the Egyptian officer of the Pharaoh. God had a plan for Joseph, and He has a plan for your life also. He wants to bless you and your family. Stay true, no matter the temptations that may come your way. If falsely accused, remain true and pure.

God was with Joseph, and He will be with you. Remember, being in prison was part of the plan. There, Joseph had the opportunity to correctly interpret the King's dream and bring restoration to his own Family. You may not be able to look ahead and see how a critical moment of obedience fits into God's plan for your Life. But, you can pray for strength and a pure heart so that when that day may come, you will have the Power of God in you as Joseph did. Did you know that from the lineage of this Joseph came JESUS CHRIST? Wow, talk about affecting others.

When a person or people do not remain pure, they begin to fall from within. It is horrible the sin that is being uncovered in our world day after day. Some may have thought it would remain hidden forever, but they had to live with the "not knowing" day in and day out. Now, that sin is exposed to all the world. Nothing is ever hidden from God, and sin will always reap its just reward. This is the same lustful and sexual spirit that was on Potiphar's wife.

We can see that sin is running rampant and is causing the decline of life in our world. What was once called evil is now called good, and vice versa. “BLESSED ARE THE PURE IN HEART FOR THEY WILL SEE GOD,” Matthew 5:8. We must know the Word of God to know the difference between good and evil. It is critical for you, your family, and our World. Many are deceiving and being deceived in these last days before the return of Christ. Remember, the way you live your life will affect the lives of others, and sin is never hidden from God.

If God Be God, Follow Him! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 11/10/25)

God was getting ready to administer His judgment upon this wicked government and apostate religion, and He wanted Elijah to know his role. God was compelled to let him know what He was preparing to do. God was not finished with Elijah just yet and wanted Elijah to know that He still had large numbers of the faithful who had not bowed to Baal. Elijah had a role in bringing God's plan to its completion. God said, Go and anoint Hazael to be king over Syria, Jehu to be king over Israel, and Elisha to be the prophet in Elijah's place (1 Kings 19:17-18).

God’s purpose was to turn the heart of Israel back to Himself! The Apostate Religious rituals offered on her altars were the epitome of Evil, and He was setting the stage for judgment of the spiritual leadership. Those responsible for the perpetrated Evil were suddenly and utterly destroyed.

God is setting the stage to perform a cleansing in the earth. The apostate religious rituals offered on the altars of many churches today are the epitome of evil. God is preparing for judgment of the spiritual leadership. Those responsible for the evil perpetrated will find themselves suddenly and uttering lost, turned into a desolate darkness where deliverance is not possible. 2 Peter 2:13, “...Spots they are and blemishes, sporting themselves with their own deceivings while they feast with you; 14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children: 15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;”

The time for correction and change is now! Just as God gave Israel the opportunity to confess and profess the sovereignty of God, He is calling all who will hear to return to the straight and narrow path. Who will heed His call? Luke 13:24, “Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able. 25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:” If God Be God, Follow Him!

An Open Window! by Myra Boozer

Many are talking about the reprieve that we in America have been given, a short window, the interval during which something can be done. No one knows how long this window will be open. It's not a pretty picture because evil raises its ugly head when the Word of God is spoken through the reading or quoting of the Bible or sung by an anointed ambassador of Jesus Christ.

When hearts are touched and tears are shed, when wrongs are made right and paths are made straight, the enemy gets MAD. He’s angry enough to destroy property and set fires, to curse and talk of bombings, to pull innocent people into their arena and plunder this country with filthy talk and posters. They are degrading this country by declaring the right to take innocent lives, to adamantly go against the Laws of God, and push their agenda to be free to commit murder.

Some are saying it is time for Christians to take action. Our actions must come from our Commander-in-Chief. His Word tells us that the Battle is the Lord's! We are to be ready with our armor in place, ready to Stand and be the Standard that the Lord himself will raise up against this flood of the enemy.

We are to sanctify (set apart unto the Lord) ourselves by submitting ourselves to God so God can use us in this last day's Harvest of souls. We must be fueled by the fire of the Holy Spirit and armed with the Word of God, loving the sinner but hating the sin, becoming the Light on the hill for all to see Jesus in us.

We know how this all ends! Good will win! Truth will prevail over evil! Justice will be served, BUT those not repentant will be doomed. So, the battle cry is to stand in the power of HIS might and speak HIS Truth. Don't seek revenge because vengeance is mine, saith the Lord. Souls are at stake, and we must be wise during this hour to proclaim the word of God. According to the book of Acts, we need to give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. As God shut the door in the Ark, He will shut this window, and no man will be able to open it. Time to get READY while we have An Open Window! (Note: this was written some time ago, but is still relevant to our day).

If God Be God, Follow Him!

1 Kings 18:21, “And Elijah came unto all the people, and said, How long halt ye between two opinions? If the LORD be God, follow him: but if Baal, then follow him. And the people answered him not a word.”

The cause of Israel’s idolatry had to be addressed. Jezebel had infected the pure worship of Jehovah with the idol worship of her ancestral god, Baal. She used her position as queen to force all of Israel to worship Baal. The time had come for Israel to choose who they would follow, and the evil influence of apostate religion had to be eliminated. Elijah ordered that all the priests of Baal be killed to rid the kingdom of their evil influence. Good call, right?

1 Kings 19:1, “And Ahab told Jezebel all that Elijah had done, and withal how he had slain all the prophets with the sword.” Jezebel promised to do to Elijah what he had done to her priests, and he ran for his life. He found himself all alone, hiding away in a deep, dark cave, but it was there that he encountered the Almighty Lord God Jehovah. 1 Kings 19:12, “And after the earthquake a fire; but the LORD was not in the fire: and after the fire a still small voice. 13And it was so, when Elijah heard it, that he wrapped his face in his mantle, and went out, and stood in the entering in of the cave. And, behold, there came a voice unto him, and said, What doest thou here, Elijah?”

There are two issues that Elijah was challenged to address. One, how could he justify his hasty retreat in the face of such a victory at Mt. Carmel? And second, could he be used by God to finish his mission? Elijah began to justify his behavior and defend his cowardly retreat. He had been very zealous for God when the children of Israel had forsaken His covenant. They turned to the worship of Baal, having thrown down the altars of the Lord and slain the prophets of God. Elijah proclaimed that he was the only one left; therefore, they sought to take his life. God assured Elijah that there were “7000” who had not bowed to Baal or worshiped his image. God's command was to return to action and finish what God had started. (continued)

Die To Your Dreams! by Myra Boozer

When you die to “your” dreams, you actually give up and let go of all the thoughts and ambitions that your mind has conjured up. You package them up with a big bow and send them across the way...Never to be called forth again.

When you do this, you're giving your life over into the hands of your creator. It seems a bit risky, but it really isn't because He knows what is best and he knows the future.

He sees your talents and abilities. He knows your skills. He is the one who gave them to you. He knows your likes and all your dislikes.

He feels all your heart’s cries for love and acceptance. He knows what will make you grow in Him and in the plans He has for you. He knows who will drag you down and bring defeat into your life.

He also knows who will build you up and encourage you to be all you can be for His Divine Purpose and His Kingdom. He has a perfect plan. He is longing to share it with you, but first, you must rid yourself of all the things that distract and confuse you. Those things that bind you and will eventually destroy you.

He desires that you are free and trusting of His great love, yielding your life into His Hands, submitting yourself under His Authority, and declaring all is well with your soul.

As you release "your will" and your plans for your life to Him, He will open His treasures to you, His ever-abiding love that covers all of your days. He will walk and talk with you, directing your steps as you follow Him. There must be no deviation from His perfect plan. Seek Him as you would seek a great treasure hidden in the field...
