God Is Not Hiding! by Myra Boozer

As the wind speaks to the leaves, they obey! They move in the direction the wind bids them to go, up, down, left, right, or in a circle. They seem to delightfully sway as though they enjoy the rhythm of the song.

When the winds get loud and rowdy, everything seems to scream HELP! The trees bow so low and obey as much as possible. It is so dependent upon the tree's flexibility and the root system if they survive. Sometimes the wind is so boisterous that it doesn't matter how strong the tree is; it will twist so hard that a healthy limb will pop right off. I know this because I had to place a perfectly fine-looking limb on the curb due to strong winds and pick up many smaller limbs. They had already died and were ready for removal, but the green one had plans for next spring; the evidence was there with the green berries.

Actually, when I see the stirring in the trees, I sense they are just worshiping the Creator, and with such pleasure. It is a most enjoyable sight to see. We call this a summer breeze here in the South. It is most welcome, especially to the hard-working person who needs refreshing. It can make a most miserable day become enjoyable.

As I write about this, I am reminded that we cannot see the wind, but we certainly see the effects of it, just as I can see the effects of what God is doing in our world. I don't actually see God, but I know He is here. He is everywhere. He is working among all people in the earth to bring about His plan for these last days. From the Middle East to North Korea, China, and Europe, from the West Coast of California to the Gulf of Mexico to the East Coast of Maine, from hate that is foaming across our land to the little child being bullied by a classmate, God is working and nothing escapes His gaze.

It may appear to some that God is hiding out in the heavens. But He is moving just like the wind. He is stirring, blowing, and is about to howl because of the sin in this world. Just as the wind, God is not seen by man. John 1:18, "No man hath seen God at any time:" But, He is in the midst of every situation. Nothing takes Him by surprise! Man may think he has it all in the bag, that plans have been laid, and the program will go as he has designed. But God, like the wind, makes the calls, and man must obey, yield to His will, or be tossed to the curb.

Isaiah 46:10, "Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:" 

Through It All!

Ecclesiastes 1:9, “The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.”

Many years ago, I began a journey of eternal consequence. I made a conscious decision to follow Jesus Christ and be His disciple. This journey has taken me to many places and introduced me to many people, different circumstances, and different results. I have followed Christ through a changing world and the evolution of man to where we stand at this point in time.

Many things continue to change as I endeavor to continue and even finish this journey. However, I am fully aware that there has always been one constant in the noise of all the changes. That constant has been the Lord Jesus Christ and His timeless and unobstructed love for me. His loving kindness endures forever!

As I have traveled this circle of life, I have seen the hand of Almighty God all around me. He has always been with me to provide the solution to my confusion, and to provide all the necessities that I have required to accomplish His mission in my life. However, He continues to call me back to my beginning, to that place of first encounter and His vision that He has set in my heart. It is the reality of that beginning that continues to provide the strength to continue His mission.

The words of an old song come to mind. The song was written by Andre Crouch. The title of the song is, Through It All, and I offer it here for contemplation and reflection.

I’ve had many tears and sorrow

I’ve had questions for tomorrow

There were times I didn’t know right from wrong

But in every situation, God gave me blessed consolation

That my trials only come to make me strong

 

I’ve been a lot of places

I’ve seen a lot of faces

But there were times that I felt so all alone

But in my lonely hour, those precious lonely hours

Jesus let me know that I was His own

 

Through it all, I’ve learned to trust in Jesus, I’ve learned to trust in God

Through it all, I’ve learned to depend upon His Word

 

So I thank God for the mountains, and I thank Him for the valleys

And I thank Him for the storms He’s brought me through

For if I’d never had a problem, I’d never know God could solve them

I’d never know what faith in His Word could do.

 

One day very soon, we will finish this Circle of Life. And that which has been and that which is will be no more, and the only thing new under the sun will be ETERNITY. The Beginning Of Sorrows! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 9/28/25)

Romans 8:22, “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.”

God has already begun to pour out His judgment upon this world, and the birthing pains have begun. In light of the scriptures in Matthew and Mark, we conclude that the Holy Spirit is connecting “the beginning of sorrows” to the birthing process. The term “beginning of sorrows” is associated with childbirth and literally means the beginning of travail pangs. The judgment we are seeing and will see in the immediate future is a prelude to the culmination of the birthing process. This birth will bring forth a new Israel reborn, a new kingdom (the implementation of the literal Kingdom of God), and a new world (new heaven and earth).

Let us understand that God will preserve His Church, the Bride of Christ, through all the unrest and destruction coming upon our world. He will equip and empower His Church to rise up in His Name and do great things even in the midst of darkness and evil. He will preserve the Church until she has completed her mission in the earth, and then He will rapture her away. In both Matthew's and Mark’s writing, the “beginning of sorrows” described by Jesus is the beginning of something much worse, which is yet to come.

Mark 13:19, “For in those days shall be affliction, such as was not from the beginning of the creation which God created unto this time, neither shall be. 20 And except that the Lord had shortened those days, no flesh should be saved: but for the elect's sake, whom he hath chosen, he hath shortened the days.”

Matt. 24:21, “For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.”

The “beginning of sorrows” is the beginning of the birthing process, which will culminate in the rebirth or restoration of Israel to a living relationship with God through their Messiah, Jesus Christ. But before they repent and return to God, Jesus says that “then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be.” This “great tribulation” will bring forth a new Israel reborn. The Lord will shorten this time of affliction for the elect’s (Israel's) sake. Jesus will return at the Second Advent, defeating the Antichrist and his world system of government and religion. Jesus will establish a new kingdom in the earth (the implementation of the literal Kingdom of God) and a new world (a new heaven and earth).

The birthing process has already begun, and deliverance is at hand. The tribulation now and the great tribulation to come are but a prelude to the culmination of all things. Oh, happy day for the child of God! Oh, the sorrow of those who neglect His call!

Matt. 24:42, “Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” 

What's On Your Calendar? by Myra Boozer

“For the Lord himself shall descend from Heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God; and the dead in Christ shall rise first. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we EVER be with the Lord... Wherefore, COMFORT one another with these words,” 1Thessalonians 4:16-18.

For the Child of God, this should be on your Calendar! He is coming! We don't know when, but we know He is Coming. I do NOT regret the years I have lived my life with this anticipation. Even though He has not returned as of yet, it has shaped me into who I am and has kept me more focused on what is eternal, rather than what is temporal. The word temporal means worldly, not spiritual, secular, of, or limited by time. (Webster's New Dictionary)

The way we live our lives on a daily basis has such an influence on ALL the decisions we make, and on our goals and expectations of life. If we are continually focused on our plans for today, if our life revolves around "us" and what we want, we will be grabbing for all that we can get, not really thinking of the day we are living in and where we are on God's Calendar.

We then become addicted to THINGS. We are never fulfilled, never satisfied, always searching, always desiring "something" new, something different to fill our lives. You see, this is a trick from all the way back to Eve and the "lust of the eye." It was just so appealing, and she just had to have it. Also, the promise from the serpent was that it would make her like God. It inevitably brings its reward of spiritual death if not repented of. What’s On Your Calendar for the next few weeks or months? This thought might help us to re-evaluate where we are and where we're going! 

The Beginning Of Sorrows!

Mark 13:5, “And Jesus answering them began to say, Take heed lest any man deceive you: 6For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. 7And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet. 8For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.”

First, we must look at the context of these verses in relation to their immediate application. Christ was alluding to the immediate future when many of these circumstances would occur, but also alluding to events that would occur at the end of the age. These scriptures were partially fulfilled when the Romans destroyed the Temple and Jerusalem in AD 70. The Jews were scattered to every corner of the world and only began to return to their homeland in 1948. Since that time, God has been bringing them home.  

The tribulations and calamities which preceded and accompanied the overthrow of Israel at that time are a sign and warning of the great and universal woes which will bring in the great day of the Lord and the judgment of God. The reference alludes to the beginning of something much worse, which is yet to come.

Ellicott's Commentary states that the words, “the beginning of sorrows,” mean strictly, the beginning of travail pangs. Paul speaks of the whole creation as travailing in pain together. So a time of national suffering and perplexity is one in which the children are come to the birth. Romans 8:22, “For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now. 23And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.” The whole of creation is groaning in travail for the birth of a New Day. A day when sin and its destructive results will no longer affect God’s Kingdom, a kingdom in which the Son of Righteousness will reign for eternity. The lion will lie down with the lamb, and the Glory of God will once again permeate all of God’s Creation! (continued)

IF you are open to the SPIRIT of GOD, YOU will receive a spiritual move of the HOLY GHOST in YOUR Life TODAY! Maybe a filling or refilling of this promise! This is not a hack or a scam. This is a promise that was given by our Lord when he left this earth. He told us that He would give us another Comforter, that He would abide with us forever. John 14:17, "Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you and shall be in you." John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. 27 Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Never before in my lifetime has the world needed to receive this message more than today. Many are afraid they are being hacked by God. They don't want to lose their position of being prominent, conspicuous = outstanding, renowned. They want to remain the leader in their lives! BUT, when one surrenders fully to the leading of the SPIRIT, they will be renewed, have their eyes opened, see clearly what God is directing for their life, and find the Peace that passes all understanding. There is more JOY in the baptism of the Holy Ghost than my words could ever tell you! As the Bible says, taste and see that the LORD IS GOOD, Psalm 38:4.

My prayer is that you will OPEN your heart and your mind to HIS SPIRIT TODAY! Read the book of John with an open mind and receive what the Spirit has to say...This is Your Promise! 

Power In The Holy Ghost To Serve God's Purpose! Conclusion

Luke 4:2-13 gives the details of the confrontation of Jesus, the Son of Truth and the Deceiver, Satan. The grueling encounter continued for 40 days. Satan used all his best tactics, but he had no power over the Son of Truth. All he could do was walk away from the battlefield in defeat. But, Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit! Luke 4:14, “And Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit into Galilee: and there went out a fame of him through all the region round about.”

This classic battle has repeated itself every day since that time. The same scenario has played out in our lives. The Truth has prevailed, and the deceiver is defeated. That is God’s Plan!

After His departure, Jesus sent the Holy Ghost to lead and guide us into the fullness of our relationship with God. The fruit of that relationship will cause us to seek for and walk in God’s purpose for our lives. It is expedient that we experience the indwelling power of the Holy Spirit. It is equally important that we yield to His leading to recognize God’s purpose in us. It is not enough that our days are filled with “good” works, but our works must have their origin in God’s directive for us.

Power to serve God’s purpose only comes in the power of the Holy Ghost! That is why we must experience regeneration and the indwelling of the Holy Ghost. Submission and obedience to the Holy Spirit is the only way we have the Power To Serve God’s Purpose! 

No Longer A Slave To Sin! by Myra Boozer

When God changes you, accept the FACT that you have been changed, not of yourself, but by His Transforming Power. You must have your mind made up to never go back to your old ways of foolish habits and careless living. They only lead you back down the same old path, reaping the same old results, and in the end, it is spiritual DEATH.

Listen to God as he speaks to your heart. Arise and be strong! Walk in the newness of life, free from the bondage of sin and evil. Never offer a half-hearted life to Christ. He requires ALL or nothing. When you give Him your ALL, make sure there are no hidden rooms in your heart with "NO TRESPASSING" signs hung on the doors. Begin your life with Him open and honest (He knows it already). Give him the key to every area of your heart. This commitment will help produce a strong desire for "NO TURNING BACK" to the old life of sin and regrets.

You will wake up in a brand new world with a new attitude about life and living. You have been bought with a price greater than the riches of heaven. The rags of sin won't belong to a child of the King. You are royal now, and you will be clothed in royalty. Just as the King's daughter is glorious within, so are you (Ps. 45). When you come into his palace, you will come with gladness and rejoicing because of the favor that God has placed on your new life in HIM. When you know who you are, the son or daughter of the MOST HIGH GOD, your status changes. You walk, talk, and live in a brand new world. The old things are passed away. When you love righteousness and hate wickedness, you're anointed with the oil of gladness. You see things through different eyes. Where you once lived in doubt and dread, you now live in faith and trust.

When Satan comes knocking on your door, telling you nothing changed when God forgave you and gave you a new wardrobe (spiritual robe), tell him he came too late. Because you now see him for who he is, the great deceiver. Tell him you have a new Lord and Master, Jesus Christ. Tell him you have been washed by the blood of the lamb and you are no longer a slave to sin.

Be blessed with the Mercy and Love of God...Acts 10:15, "Don't call something unclean if God has made it clean," NLT. You are a new creature! Walk in that newness! No Longer A Slave To Sin! 

Power In The Holy Ghost To Serve God's Purpose!

Romans 12:1, “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

The first requirement that God expects of us is total and complete surrender to Him. The Apostle defines that here as presenting “your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God...” That is where we start! From there, we must allow the Word of God to have its perfect work in us by the power of the Holy Ghost. Be separate from the world and be changed by regeneration in the Holy Ghost. Why is that necessary? So we may discern what is the acceptable and perfect will of God. This transformation can only be performed by the Holy Ghost.

Immediately following His baptism by John the Baptist, Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by Satan, Matthew 4:1. Jesus had just left Jordan, where He saw heaven open and the Spirit of God descended like a dove and lighted upon Him. Luke addresses the same event in Luke 4:1, “And Jesus being full of the Holy Ghost returned from Jordan, and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness.”

Jesus was full of the Holy Ghost and possessed the power to serve God’s purpose. Then came the beginning of the testing. Ryrie states that Satan’s intention was to make Christ sin to thwart God’s plan for the redemption of man by disqualifying the Savior. But this event was not for the benefit of Satan. The Spirit led Jesus into the wilderness, and God’s purpose was to prove His Son to be sinless and thus a worthy Savior. Ryrie states further that it is clear that Jesus was actually tempted, and it is equally clear that He was sinless. (continued) 

God Is My Refuge! by Myra Boozer

Psalms 91:2, " I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust."

"God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in Him." The things of this world can fade away like a fog that lifts off the valley. I believe that we find a new perspective about life, love, and our relationship with others, especially God. He fills our every longing and desire. We are no longer pushed or pressured into needing anything except Him and His presence. It is no longer about me and what I must attain or receive from this world. God becomes my focus! He brings my life to the fullest. My heart can sing in the midst of chaos, because I know He is more than enough for today and tomorrow...God Is My Refuge! 

Peace In The Storm!

John 14:1, “Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

This very moment, as we battle the storms in our lives, Jesus is making provision for us. He is providing the spiritual fortitude to bring us through the storms and also preparing us for our final destination, to be with Him. We must place our hand in His and let Him lead us there.

There is no storm, no trial, no test, or battle that He cannot navigate. In fact, He allows the storms to come to help us grow and mature as His disciples. He is teaching us to recognize the best path. He is teaching us that He is always with us, and we are learning to recognize Him in our storm. God uses the storms to fashion His faith, His trust, and His assurance in us. Faith that His promises are sure, trust that it is His voice we hear, and assurance that no matter where the storms may carry us, He is always there. Matt. 28:20, “...and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world...”

Christ has promised to go with us, sustain us, and deliver us. What we must do is walk with Him. We belong to Him, and He says, “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:” John 10:27. He has paid a great price for our deliverance, and nothing can take us out of His hand if we will only trust and obey Him.

Psalm 31:19, “Oh how great is thy goodness, which thou hast laid up for them that fear thee; which thou hast wrought for them that trust in thee before the sons of men! 20 Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.”

My soul craves the peace of God's presence. In His stillness, I find peace and rest. He lifts me above this world's raging storm. He quiets the winds and calms the blustery waves. He commands “peace, be still,” and my life returns. He is my Peace In The Storm! 

Do You Believe In The Power Of Jesus? by Myra Boozer

Mark 9:23, “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.”

When we believe the Word of God, something happens to us. We are changed! We become a new person with a brand new perception of everything. We see things in a totally different way. For instance, when the Word speaks of life, we know that through Christ we not only have this life here on earth, but we can have Eternal Life with Him in heaven. When we see the word death, we know that nothing can separate us from Him, not even death. He lives in us, and we are alive in Him even when our physical body has given up this life. We are with Him, to live forever in the place He has gone to prepare for us.

When we believe that Jesus was crucified on the cross of Calvary for our sins...that He died and was put in the tomb, but on the 3rd day He arose...we know and understand that we too will one day arise from the grave or be caught up together with Him in the clouds to be FOREVER with Him.

When we believe in the Power of Jesus to heal the sick, to raise the dead, to feed 5,000 with 5 loaves of bread, to open the blind eyes, to make the deaf to hear, to pay the taxes with a gold coin taken from a fishes mouth, to calm the storms by speaking to the waves, to make the lame man walk again. Wow, when we BELIEVE...when We REALLY believe...We should be able to REST assured that ALL will be well with us...that nothing touches our lives that He is not aware of or that He can't handle.

Because we believe in the POWER of JESUS, we can REST and REJOICE. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever...REJOICE AND AGAIN I SAY REJOICE... 

The Gift Of Resurrection Power!

The promise of resurrection power is valid and secure because Jesus ensured that promise through the gift of His resurrection. He led the way before us and came forth from the grave exercising power over death, hell, and the grave. The way has been prepared for all who will look to Jesus and believe that the same Spirit that raised Him will also raise every believer.

1 Cor. 15:50, “Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?” We can embrace the power of His Resurrection. We can receive His Promise by His example and proceed with full assurance. When He comes, “the dead in Christ shall rise first...then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.” 1Thess. 4:16-17.

God will have the last word. He will determine the way all this ends. We can know what our end will be. The Word of God has already declared the Victory and Glory of God! All Creation is declaring the Sovereignty and Majesty of God! All power and authority rest in His Hand! The future of the Believer is secure in His Hand because of His Gift Of Resurrection Power! 

Are You In A Mess Today? by Myra Boozer

Well, God can turn that mess into a great MESSAGE, a message of deliverance! God does NOT always change your circumstances, but He can change YOU from the inside out. He can deliver you from your old self and make you a new creature in Him, one full of renewed HOPE and LIFE EVERLASTING.

God can change your heart, your thoughts, your desires, and your goals in life. He is a miracle-working God. He is a God of TRANSFORMATION. God can bring you out of the rubble and do a complete makeover, giving you the freedom you've never known. Real Freedom is the freedom you find in Christ Jesus. He can set your soul "FREE" even behind prison bars. You can be free even in the midst of persecution...Free in the midst of cancer...Free in the midst of poverty...Free in the midst of a bad marriage...Free in the midst of all hell coming against you.

THERE IS TRULY FREEDOM IN CHRIST JESUS. Psalms 91 is our "go-to chapter." Run to these great promises every day. They will bring you great HOPE and COMFORT. Psalms 91:4, "He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler." He who redeems you will keep you. Psalms 91:15, "He shall call upon me and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble; I will DELIVER him and HONOR him. 16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my SALVATION." Allow Jesus Christ to deliver You from your Mess Today! 

Will You Hear His Voice?

Revelation 2:7, “He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.”

God wants to prepare us for what is just ahead, but many cannot hear. Why can they not hear? They hear the words, only the words! The Gospel is being preached! The Holy Ghost is warning of end-time events! But they are listening with their ears. In Mark 8:18, Jesus said, They have eyes to see but cannot see, they have ears to hear but cannot hear. Just as that generation that heard the message of Jesus rejected the truth of the Gospel, many will hear this message and reject it. What happened to that generation? They missed their opportunity for salvation and deliverance by their Messiah because their religion closed their spiritual eyes and ears. I fear that there are some today who will miss this great opportunity to see the unrestrained revelation of the rapturing Jesus because their religion has closed their eyes and ears to the Truth. Jesus is coming soon.  Are you ready? Are you prepared to receive the Truth? Get ready and stay ready!

“Father God, Lord Jesus Christ, I ask YOU to prepare our hearts to receive what YOU have prepared for us in this hour. I ask that YOU remove any obstruction that would prevent us from receiving YOUR Revelation. Take this fresh lump of clay and begin to fashion anew the vessel of YOUR desire in us.”

It's so high my mind can't reach it...

It's like the ocean, it covers more than I can see...

Like the sky, it keeps on going...

Like the rivers, it keeps on flowing...

A Portrait Of My God!

You are mighty, Oh God, in the midst of your people. Who can stand against Your beloved as You dwell among them? How Great and Mighty You are, Your Wonders ready to perform. Is anything too difficult for You? “Ah Lord GOD! behold, thou hast made the heaven and the earth by thy great power and stretched out arm, and there is nothing too hard for thee:” Jeremiah 32:17. There is nothing, nothing, absolutely nothing that God can’t do. Put your faith and trust in Him today!

Psalm 46:1, “...God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. 2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; 3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Repentance Will Bring A Glorious Reunion! by Myra Boozer

Revelation 21:27, "And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie; but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life."

Over two thousand years ago, evil men set out to kill the Baby Jesus. Many babies had been killed through the ages, but it was not time for JESUS to die. God had a plan for His life. It was not an easy life, but he was faithful and He endured the cross for the JOY that was set before Him. He told us in THE LORD'S PRAYER to pray, “...deliver us from evil. For Yours is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever...” Matt. 6:13

Many babies have been killed through the years. We can't do anything for those babes that were overtaken by evil. BUT, we can pray for our babies that we all can be ready when our time comes to leave this world. Jesus has a place, a kingdom where He is the King and no evil can enter...NO MORE Dying...NO MORE HIDING FROM EVIL...NO MORE CRIES AND NO MORE TEARS. ALL WILL BE JOY IN THAT PLACE. OH, I WANT TO GO! What a blessed Reunion we will have with all those gone on before us.

I believe we will see and hold every one of those precious babies, and I pray that many mothers will be reunited with the baby they never held...the one they thought they couldn't take care of... the one they didn't want or have time for. In some cases, the Mother may have been made to have an abortion by her parents or guardian. The good news...Repentance makes all things new, pure, and lovely. Repentance Will Bring about A Glorious Reunion. That will be such a wonderful day for the Child of God. Our Future is filled with HOPE...Looking forward to the meeting in the air, and “...so shall we ever be with the LORD.” 1Thess. 4:17 

The Weapons Of Our Warfare Are Not Carnal! Conclusion

(for part 1 see 9/19/25)

“For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;” Paul declares that our “weapons” are not in the flesh but “mighty” in the Spirit of God so that we may participate with Him in the destruction of the “strongholds” of Satan. This is a military phrase for the capture and destruction of fortresses. Ellicott states that Paul “speaks as if leading an attack on the strong defenses of the powers of evil, possibly thinking of the great system of idolatry and impurity enthroned at Corinth and throughout the Empire, possibly of those of pride and obstinate rebellion in the hearts of his individual opponents.”

Paul knew that His task was much larger than what he could perform. He knew that the Body of Christ would need the habitation of the Holy Spirit to finish the commission given by Christ. Subsequently, we have the promise of God that as we walk in the Holy Spirit, He (Holy Spirit) will exercise His power to destroy the strongholds of Satan.

Our weapons are not carnal but spiritual. The 1st-century Church was not successful in its mission to deliver the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the world through human power and authority. These Disciples of Christ did not rely on learning or eloquence, or anything that could be attributed to human ability. Their source of power and strength was solely in Jesus Christ. God’s plan has not changed. The source of our power and strength must rest solely in Jesus Christ.

In closing, I want to ask a question. Have you pulled down any strongholds recently? If not, why not? I ask myself this same question. The source of my power and strength must rest solely in Jesus Christ. And when it does, the fortresses of Satan will fall powerless in the presence of Almighty God! Bring it, Lord bring it! Help us all to die to everything that does not begin and end in You! Thank you God for considering an undeserving soul like me! 

No Room For Satan! by Myra Boozer

“As the Communist atheists allowed no place for JESUS in their hearts, I decided I would leave NOT the smallest place for Satan in mine”...by Founders of the Voice of the Martyrs. We must be on guard about what we allow in our hearts and our thoughts. Stay full of God and the Holy Spirit, then there is no room for Satan.

The Spirit will warn us when Satan is knocking on our door, wanting to come in through the media or through unforgiveness, idolatry, pride, and unbelief, to name a few. There are so many ways he will try to enter our minds and take up residence in our hearts. Don't answer when he comes knocking. If you do answer, make sure you answer with the Word of God. Luke 4:8, "Get thee behind me, Satan, for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve." We live in a world filled with sin and corruption everywhere we look, and we must stay away from it. We cannot partake of sin and remain pure, holy, and Godly.

A well-known evangelist said that after receiving Christ in his life, some of his past friends came by wanting him to do drugs with them. He thought about it and said, I would have to lay down what God has done for me. He washed me clean. I can't go back to my old life. Thankfully, he would not consider giving up his "New Life" in Christ for the pleasure of sin. The sin had almost killed him. He was used by God to win many souls during the Pensacola Brownsville Revival.

Remember, we are in training for the Lord's Army. When we fall down, we get back up. Never give up on God! Keep striving for the finish. Philippians 4:13, "I CAN do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me." With the help of our Lord, we will remain faithful to Him and the calling He has on our lives. I am so grateful that He continues to pursue me and confront me about my life through His Word. Psalm 119:105, "Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path." Guard your heart and thoughts so they are filled with God...leaving No Room For Satan in your life. 

The Weapons Of Our Warfare Are Not Carnal!

2 Cor. 10:3, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war after the flesh: 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;”

We are engaged in a mighty spiritual war! We must not be negligent in our mission as the Body of Christ. We are empowered by the shed blood of Jesus Christ to engage and defeat the enemy of all souls, Satan! All souls belong to God! Jesus has purchased all who will come to Him and receive His deliverance. God declares in Ezekiel 18:4, “Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine:..” However, somebody must deliver the message of Christ's deliverance.

Although we are flesh, we cannot win this war through our flesh. We already know that our carnal man has failed us, and we cannot defeat Satan in our flesh. The weapons of this warfare must come from a higher plane. We must be empowered and instructed by the Lord God Almighty.

Paul gives instruction to the Church in Eph. 6:10, “Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. 11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. 13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God:” What Paul is describing in this text is the power and work of the Holy Spirit, which inhabits the life of a disciple of Jesus Christ. Our power and spiritual energy come through our obedience and submission to the Holy Spirit! (continued) 

Run To Jesus! by Myra Boozer

When my heart can't find direction and my thoughts are running wild, I run to my Savior, and I begin to cry. He dries my tears with hands of mercy and looks into my eyes. He knows my burdens and that my tears are for those for whom He died. I tell Him all my secrets and allow Him to mend my wounds. I tell Him how my heart breaks for those that I hold dear, for those who once loved Him but walked away and left Him far behind, for those who are now lonely and feeling exhausted by this life. I call out to Him and ask that He would speak softly, just call out their name. Help them to see there is a better way! Help them to see you Lord, the person that you are, the Son of God and Redeemer of this world!

Lord, would You send someone to talk to them, someone they will listen to? Maybe a neighbor, a friend, or a stranger...Someone who would remind them of the treasure they once had and cause them to quickly turn and run to You...because You will be running to them with open arms of mercy, forgiveness, and New Life. You have not forgotten them! You love them still the same! On the cross, You died for all who will call upon Your Name. I Run To Jesus!

2 Chronicles 7:1, “Now when Solomon had made an end of praying, the fire came down from heaven, and consumed the burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the glory of the LORD filled the house.”

We pray for and sincerely desire that the glory of God rest upon His House. You are His house. Ephesians 2:22, “In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.” Solomon had prepared the House for God's habitation and invited God to live there. 2 Chronicles 6:41, “Now therefore arise, O LORD God, into thy resting place,..” He spared no expense. The people gave freely and abundantly. The edifice that was created was a tribute to the glory of God and the love of His people.

Let us prepare this house for the manifest presence of God. Allow the blood of Jesus to wash it clean, making it holy and acceptable to God. Romans 12:1, “...that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.” Invite Christ to live in this house and display His character through you. Give up and submit complete control to the influence of the Holy Spirit. Follow Him as He leads and directs. The result is a life lived to the glory of God and manifested love for Him.

God's promise to Solomon was, “...I have chosen this place to myself for an house of sacrifice,” 2 Chronicles 7:12. If it doesn't rain...if the locusts devour your crops or pestilence comes...if you will pray, humble yourselves and turn from YOUR way (rebellion), then I will hear you from heaven and will forgive and heal because I see you and hear your prayers. Regardless of what you may face tomorrow, God will walk you through it if you trust Him. Psalm 121:8, “The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.” God watches over everything you do all the time, in every circumstance, and forever. You are “covered” by the abiding presence of the Lord. Blessed be the Name of the Lord. 

Who Will Listen? by Myra Boozer

Who will listen to the still small voice when He speaks? It won't be the excitable, giddy one who is inflated with self-conceit. Being bound up in pride with an arrogant spirit leaves no room for listening.

It won't be the one who can't be reasoned with because they are stubborn and stuck without understanding, unable to concede.

It won't be the fearful, for it takes courage to receive instruction.

It won't be someone who doesn't welcome change, for God is an advocate for change in its most deliberate form.

It won't be someone who refuses to forgive, for the speaker is the Father of Forgiveness, and He requires it.

It won't be someone who ignores the Holy Spirit because the Holy Spirit is the very unction to hear the still small voice.

It won't be someone who doesn't understand trust, because God is all about our leaning on Him.

So Who Will Listen? I think it is the one who is DESPERATE...The one calling out to God for HELP in their Brokenness, the DESTITUTE person who has forsaken all to find God. Lord Jesus, We Are Desperate For You!

Lord Jesus Christ, we, the Body of Christ, need You today in a most desperate way. We need You to unlock our consciousness and pour into us Your inspiration and revelation. Lord, take charge of Your Church and fulfill Your mission in us!

Lord, I desperately need You! I so desire to hear Your consoling words and have them take root in my heart. Come, Lord Jesus, and raise this mortal soul into Your heavenly realm. Just give me a glimpse, I pray, of what is before us. I do not question Your ways but submit totally to Your leading. Help me to walk in unreserved obedience and baptize me afresh in Your love and compassion. Almighty God, seize my soul in Your embrace to walk in intimate relationship and companionship. Bear me up on Your wings. Empower me to soar above this world and all its problems. Help me to see only what You desire to reveal.

Lord, I hunger and thirst for Your constant presence in my life. It is not sufficient to only meet with You on religious occasions. I must know that I am going where You are going, doing what You are doing, and a part of Your grand endeavors in and through the Body of Christ. Take me, take me now, where it is just You and me. Put within me all that I need to complete our journey here! In Jesus’ name! Amen. We Are Desperate For You! Jesus Christ is our living hope!

Awake, You That Sleep! by Myra Boozer

Ephesians 5:14, “...Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”

America, my heart is grieved for you! You are going down a slippery slope with no ropes to pull you back. You have chosen this path. You have made your bed; now you will lie in it. You have turned away from God and the principles that you were founded upon.

You have allowed your children to become prideful and full of envy. You have allowed your leaders to lead in error. You have allowed your teachers to teach without authority (to teach things unfounded in the Word of God). You have allowed the egotistical (those of self-interest) to become your heroes. You have given the stage to the revolting and the limelight to the contemptuous (manifesting, feeling, or expressing deep hatred or disapproval). You have fallen asleep, and the innocent are being murdered in front of your face. You are in the miry clay and you cannot get out. You have a voice, but it is speaking perverse things.

What shall become of you, America? Until you repent and turn from your wicked way, you will go down in a great fall. Those in you who are godly, righteous people will be removed. At what point, I do not know, but the clock is ticking and the midnight hour is almost here. The call today is for those who love God, Truth, and mankind to Pray as never before. Prayer is our weapon against the evil that is sweeping over this land like a tsunami, destroying every good and decent thing in its path.

It is vital that we stay in the pavilion (presence) of the Lord Jesus. He is Our Refuge, Our Strong Tower, Our Hiding Place, Our Covering and Protection until He comes to take us away in the Rapture. America, you will all bow one day. Don't let it be too late! Philippians 2:10, "That at the name of Jesus EVERY knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth: 11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.” Awake, You That Sleep! 

The Day Of The Lord Is Coming!

Joel 2:1, "Blow ye the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain: let all the inhabitants of the land tremble: for the day of the Lord cometh, for it is nigh at hand."

Everywhere I look, I see the hand of God's impending judgment upon our world. Wars, tyranny, civil unrest, spiritual discontent, oppression, death, disease, starvation, helplessness, hopelessness, and on we go. Jesus said it would be this way. He told His disciples in Matt. 24 that there would be wars and rumors of more wars. He said there would be famines, pestilence, earthquakes, but these things are only the beginning of sorrow. The worst is yet to come.

The call of Joel 2:1 is to awaken the people of Judah to the judgment of God hanging over their heads. God sought through Joel to correct their Godless living and return them to Jehovah in repentance. Joel sees the plague of the drought and locusts as judgment for the sins of Judah. He makes a direct correlation between sin and judgment.

We know from history that Jerusalem was destroyed along with the Temple of Solomon, the land was laid waste, and the people were carried away to Babylon in 587 BC by King Nebuchadnezzar. Judah suffered in captivity because of their unwillingness to heed the voice of God and return in repentance to Jehovah.

How can people believe that they can live anyway they choose and not reap the consequences of their choices? God created man higher than any other creature and gave us the unique quality of freedom of choice. However, we all must understand that there are consequences attached to each and every choice that we make.

So then, what is the answer to the present human condition? What shall we do in the face of overwhelming judgment? Repentance and restitution are the answer to the world’s fallen state. And like a watchman upon the wall, we are mandated to sound the alarm that judgment is coming. People, God's most precious creation, must be made aware that sin has consequences. Romans 6:23 tells us, "For the wages of sin is death..." We will reap what we sow. "Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting," Gal. 6:7-8. If we sow righteous seeds, we will reap a righteous reward. If we sow sinful seeds, we will reap a sinner's reward. 

Who Will Be Ready? by Myra Boozer

Hebrews 9:28, “So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.”

"What kind of people must we be to be ready for the return of the Lord and to enter the kingdom of heaven with Him?" There are many answers to be given. The one that stays with me so much is...We must be watching and waiting for Him (carrying out His commission). He is coming for those who are looking for Him!

We must be set apart from this world and separated from its hold on us. We must be in a loving relationship with Jesus Christ so as to want to be with Him. Do not just use Him as an escape route to "get out of " what is coming upon this world in the form of judgment because of sin and wickedness. Luke tells us, "Watch out! Don't let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don't let that day catch you unaware, like a trap. For that day will come upon everyone living on the earth. Keep alert at all times. And pray that you might be strong enough to escape these coming horrors and stand before the Son of Man," Luke 21:34-36 (NLT).

We must have ears to hear and recognize His voice when He gives us direction...also to hear the trumpet sound...not everyone will hear that sound. We must be ready to go with Him. The Word says to be alert, not dulled by careless living.

Do we love the Bridegroom? Are we laying aside every weight that would hinder us from being ready? Are we watching for His coming? The Truth about the Rapture gives us great incentive to deny worldliness and live holy and righteously today because He could come today.

Don't let anything sedate you. Stay watchful! This world can pull you in by its luring bait, which looks all pretty and innocent, but it is a trap and not easy to escape once you have bought into it. Jesus said, "And the cares of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, and the lusts of other things, entering in, choke the word, and it become unfruitful," Mark 4:19. 1 John 2:15 tells us to “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.” Who Will Be Ready? 

Harvest Of The Wicked!

Joel 3:13, “Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great.”

In this chapter, Joel deals with the Judgments of God upon the wicked and disobedient. He addresses specifically God’s judgment upon the Gentile world for their treatment of Israel. Additionally, he addresses, in a more general sense, God’s judgment upon all wickedness and disobedience.

Joel 3:2, “I will also gather all nations, and will bring them down into the valley of Jehoshaphat, and will plead with them there for my people and for my heritage Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations, and parted my land.” Here, Joel identifies a specific place of God’s judgment, the valley of Jehoshaphat (which means “Yahweh judges”). His reference is probably to the campaign of Armageddon, which he addresses in detail in verses 9-17. In verse 13, he describes the harvest of the wicked and their resulting end in the same way one would describe the harvest of grapes used to fill the wine presses. The wicked are a harvest ripe for judgment. This is an ominous prophecy that portrays the inescapable consequences of wickedness.

As I think on the dreadful future of lost mankind, my heart is heavy with the task of reaching them with the Good News of salvation in Christ Jesus. The Gospel of Jesus Christ is the answer to the present human condition. All men must hear the message of redemption and freedom in Christ. Jesus left the responsibility of delivering this message to the Church. The Body of Christ is commissioned to carry the message into all the world.

The lives of lost humanity are in our hands. Who will speak light in the midst of such gross darkness? Who will offer deliverance to these miserable souls? Who will go for Christ? Isaiah 6:8, “Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.” Let us go for the Harvest Of The Wicked! 

Stand Strong In The Word! by Myra Boozer

Matthew 4:4, “But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every WORD that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”

Are you standing against every argument that raises itself against the Word of God? Many are the imaginations and arguments that come into your mind, telling you all the negative, telling you just what Satan would have you believe. You MUST stand against those arguments because God's Word is TRUTH. It is the compelling force behind everything pure and holy, righteous and true. It is your weapon to fight the enemy of your mind.

2 Corinthians 10:5, "Casting down imaginations, and EVERY high thing that exalteth itself against the KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, and bringing into captivity EVERY thought to the obedience of Christ; 6 And having in a readiness to REVENGE all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled." Stand Strong In The Word! 

Come Boldly Before The Throne Of Grace!

Hebrews 4:16, “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”

How do we know that God cares? Because our “great high priest” feels our pain! Jesus left His throne in glory, came to earth in the form of man, was tested in every way we could ever be tested, and did so without sin. He understands our human condition and is moved with compassion “with the feelings of our infirmities.”

How can we trust the promise God has made us? Because of who He is!  Psalm 24:1, ”The earth is the LORD'S, and the fulness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. 2 For he hath founded it upon the seas, and established it upon the floods. 3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place? 4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully. 5 He shall receive the blessing from the LORD, and righteousness from the God of his salvation.” God is Sovereign and Powerful to do what He wants to do. However, what He wills to do is consistent with truth and justice. Whatever He does will be done in Truth and Mercy.

Psalm 89:14, “Justice and judgment are the habitation of thy throne: mercy and truth shall go before thy face.

Lord, I come boldly before the throne of Grace that I may trust You with all my heart. I will not depend upon my own knowledge and ability. Unwise To Justify The Wicked! Conclusion by Myra Boozer

When we declare the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ as "Our Lord," it means He is Lord over everything, every thought, every decision, and every relationship. It means what God does not condone, we can't either. We have a great responsibility to others to speak Truth and live Truth.

We are responsible for training our children and standing against all the evil that is being thrown at them through our culture. It is not for us to allow the world and ungodly people to dictate to them what Truth is or what is acceptable. We cannot tell them it is okay to live like the world and participate in every ungodly activity that society has conceived. We cannot allow them to be seduced by the perversion of evil people who are only concerned about their evil ideas.

When we become politically correct and tolerate the sickening agenda that "Hollywood " is portraying even to little children, we have fallen short of the mandate that God set for those who call Him Lord. Little minds and little hearts are being so abused by society through the media. We may wonder when this will stop? Will we ever be normal again? I don't think so, only worse because too many have been tolerant of immodest fashion, disorderly conduct, and even attitudes of "however I want to live is okay, because society accepts it."

Many have failed to teach that wrong exists, that bad exists, and that unacceptable exists. We must tell them we are not to justify and condone every lifestyle. Many Christian leaders are not addressing the problems that we are facing in this generation, because tolerance has slipped into many churches. Many Christians want to be accepted and be heard, so they walk on eggshells and speak the acceptable message that makes people feel good instead of telling them the Truth. We must not remain silent, fearing isolation and rejection by society and some churches because we do not justify (free from blame or guilt) those who do wickedly. "There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death," Proverbs 14:12 KJV.

Jesus Christ is our hope! He is the remedy for all sin. He leads and guides us day by day when we live by His Word. Oh, His Grace is sufficient to hold us and to heal our broken hearts when those we love are influenced more by the world than they are by us. We must never give up! We must keep praying and proclaiming the Word of God, for it is life unto salvation.

 "But ye beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost, keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. And of some having compassion, making a difference: and others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh. Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, To the only WISE God our Savior, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen," Jude 20-25. This scripture is powerful and covers what we need to do. 

God Is Lifting Up His Standard! Conclusion

Difficulty has arisen because of a departure from the leadership of the Holy Spirit. How can we be led by Him if we are not first possessed by Him? How can we be possessed by Him unless we believe that He exists as the third person of the Godhead, fulfilling Jesus' promise to be our comforter? John 14:26, “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.” The promise of the Comforter was to provide an Advocate to lead and guide the Church as Christ's Advocate or on His behalf. The Holy Spirit is to lead the Church just as God led Israel and Jesus led the New Testament Church.

The writer of Hebrews tells us that if we are to please God, we must first believe that He exists and secondly believe that He will reward us as we seek Him. Hebrews 11:6, “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” Consequently, we must believe that the Holy Spirit is the third person of the Trinity, co-existing and co-equal with God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Ghost. Those who reject the Person and work of the Holy Spirit reject the whole of God's plan, and that is the root of the confusion. When this basic scriptural truth is denied, every doctrine built upon that foundation is at risk of dilution or discarding altogether.

The doctrine of inclusion came into existence because religious leaders wanted to accommodate people. As public opinion has become increasingly more liberal, societal pressure has expanded to include entire groups of people and lifestyles. Although the Word of God strongly condemns carnal, fleshly thought and lifestyles, the moral climate of our world demands that such behavior be accepted and embraced by the populace of the world, including Christianity and the Church.

The Kingdom of God is a spiritual entity and, as such, has a spiritual administration. True, we all are mortal beings, but God uses mortal beings in His Kingdom if they are subject to the Holy Spirit. Therefore, the work of the Holy Spirit must be embraced in submission and obedience. The tension comes in the conflict between the carnal leadership of man and the administration of the Holy Spirit. Religious leadership has succumbed to the collusion of ambition, greed, and pride. Therefore, the door is thrown open wide for governance by man, and the Holy Spirit has been expelled. Hence, our present dilemma.

God will set apart and identify the believers in His Kingdom. By the Holy Spirit, God is lifting His Standard, and His obedient followers are flowing to it as the enemy comes in like a flood. The question today is, “Am I going to follow a religious movement or the Holy Spirit?” The answer to that question will determine our affiliation with a religious group or being a part of the Kingdom of God. Our answer will determine our eternity! My prayer is that we will allow the Holy Spirit to open our ears to hear what He is saying in this late hour! God Is Lifting Up His Standard! 

Unwise To Justify The Wicked! by Myra Boozer

"He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord," Proverbs 17:15.

It seems that sin is being accepted more than ever. Many are no longer ashamed of their errors, mistakes, or sins. When this happens, many feel justified, and they stay on the same path of destruction. They are telling themselves, "I have done no wickedness," especially when they aren't held accountable for their wrongdoings by those around them.

The Lord God is not pleased with those who JUSTIFY the wicked nor those who condemn the righteous. In this verse, they are put in the same category. They are both called an abomination. That word means to hate, to loathe. Yet, people want to say God is not angry with me! This scripture proves that statement to be wrong. "But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and FIERY INDIGNATION, which shall devour the adversaries," Hebrews 10:27. Adversaries are the enemies of God. He is definitely angry with SIN. "It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God," Hebrews 10:31.

Who is speaking against sin? Who is warning? Where is the fear of the Lord?  Who is lifting up the standard of righteousness? Who is standing in the Gap? Who is proclaiming the year of the Lord? Who is speaking TRUTH to this perverse generation? Who is declaring the WORD of the Lord in the face of the wicked? "He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous; him shall the people curse, nations shall abhor him: But to them that rebuke him shall be delight, and a good blessing shall come upon them." Proverbs 24:24-25

God is merciful, gracious, and so patient with mankind. He loves YOU! However, He does not condone SIN! He loves you more than that. He loves you so much that He will send His Holy Spirit to convict you of your error, your mistakes, your willful sin. It doesn't matter who justifies you, friends or family. When God says it is sin, it is sin, and it will separate you from God. "My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth," Hebrews 12:5-6.

The scripture goes on to say If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons. But if you are without chastening, then you are not sons. It is your choice to receive correction or not. Ask God to send the Holy Spirit to convict and convince you of the sin that has beset you. The sin that maybe is accepted and even celebrated by the world. Only God is the true judge of all sin. "Let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear: For our God is a consuming fire," Hebrews 12:28b-29. It is Unwise To Justify The Wicked. (continued) 

God Is Lifting Up His Standard!

Isaiah 59:19, “...When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.”

God is lifting up His Standard! In the Old Testament, a standard was the identifying colors of an army or kingdom. It was necessary to be able to identify allies and enemies. God's promise to Israel was that He would stand with them against His enemies. This is a necessary principle in our spiritual warfare today.

God will set apart (sanctify) and identify as His the believers in His Kingdom. How is that going to happen? It is happening at this present moment! God is, by His Spirit, lifting His Standard, and His obedient followers are flowing to it, as the enemy comes in like a flood. We are currently living in the time Isaiah described in chapter 59. In verses 16-21, Isaiah writes by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit concerning the last days' restoration of the nation of Israel. God brought salvation at the first Advent of Christ, but Israel rejected Him. At His second Advent or second coming, He will judge His enemies and restore salvation to Israel.  The restoration of Israel is at hand. The deliverance of the Body of Christ is even at the door.

Isaiah 59:19, “...When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.” The enemy has come in like a river overrunning its banks and causing great destruction and distress wherever it flows. The floodgates are open, and just as Aaron and the priesthood were co-conspirators in the disobedience and idol worship of the Israelites at Sinai, the leadership in Christianity must share the responsibility for where we are today. The strong emphasis placed on the doctrine of inclusion in the religious world has led to a departure from the faith that was delivered to the saints of the New Testament. This doctrine must be reversed in the churches.

Instead of inclusion, the separation of the Kingdom of God and the kingdom of this world must be preached again from our pulpits. Although the gospel message is one of inclusion and is to all men, there always has been and always will be the Divine standard to be achieved. God’s holy standard can still be achieved in the heart of the submissive, obedient believer through the work of the Holy Spirit living within us. Jesus said that He (Holy Spirit) will lead and guide into all truth. John 16:13, “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.” The Truth is the standard, but can not be achieved apart from the indwelling of the Holy Spirit in the heart of the professing Christian. My Lion Of Judah! by Myra Boozer

Oh Father, not of myself, no good thing have I done to deserve you. You are what is Good in my life! You are my Bright and Morning Star! You shine bright even when the clouds are gray and the sun doesn't shine, when the storm clouds gather and the wind is howling.

I am settled in the fact that you are here with me even when I don't feel you or see you. I feel great assurance of your presence.

Forever you reign, and forever your love trails after me. Your heart beats inside of me, sometimes like a drum from the Islands.

The songs of jubilation and redemption come upon me like the rushing sounds of a great waterfall. My heart is made glad with such splendor. The sounds of Victory and Deliverance are mighty.

Like David of old, I sing a new song!

You will defeat the enemy, the one who is as sly as a fox. You know where he lives, and you have a mandate to capture and defeat him. Forever, he will be under your feet, defeated and destroyed! You, Lord, are the Lion of Judah, and You Reign Forever!

Rev. 22:16, “I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star. 17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” 

Are You Listening?

Matthew 13:13, “Therefore speak I to them in parables: because they seeing see not; and hearing they hear not, neither do they understand. 14 And in them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: 15 For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed; lest at any time they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and should understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them. 16 But blessed are your eyes, for they see: and your ears, for they hear. 17 For verily I say unto you, That many prophets and righteous men have desired to see those things which ye see, and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them.”

Jesus spoke to His generation in parables to better illustrate the Godly principles pertaining to the Kingdom of God. The religious leaders of Israel would not embrace those teachings that were the literal Word from God. They were learned men of the Scripture and should have made the connection between the prophecies of the Messiah and His coming. They could have received the Gospel, but chose to hang on to a dead religion. Their unwillingness to hear the Living Word of God doomed them to eternal death.

God is speaking to this generation. He is anointing His messengers to bring His Word to this people. God has so much He wants to tell us! He wants to prepare us for what is just ahead, but many cannot hear. Why can they not hear? They hear the words, only the words! The Gospel is being preached! The Holy Ghost is warning of the end time! But, they are listening with their ears and not their heart. Jesus said, They have eyes to see but cannot see, they have ears to hear but cannot hear.

Just as that generation that heard the message of Jesus rejected the truth of the Gospel, many will hear this message and reject it. What happened to that generation? They missed their opportunity for salvation and deliverance by their Messiah because their religion closed their spiritual eyes and ears. I fear that there are some today who will miss this great opportunity to see the unrestrained revelation of Jesus, their Savior, because their religion has closed their eyes and ears to the Truth. Jesus is coming and soon.  Are you ready? Matthew 24:44, “Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” Are You Listening?
